Abstract

Safety sign adalah tanda – tanda atau rambu keselamatan yang dapat menarik perhatian dan dapat memberikan informasi dengan jelas tentang potensi bahaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian penggunaan safety sign terhadap kesiapsiagaan bencana di PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk Kantor Cabang Semarang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam dengan enam orang informan utama dan dua orang informan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sign jalur evakuasi dan titik kumpul yang terpasang berbahan glow in the dark sehingga tulisan dan gambar masih dapat terlihat jelas dalam kondisi ruangan gelap. Kondsi sign jalur evakuasi dan titik kumpul yang terpasang tahan terhadap air, panas, dan goresan, memiliki daya rekat yang tinggi sehingga tidak mudah lepas atau terjatuh saat dipasang. Tata letak sign jalur evakuasi dan titik kumpul yang terpasang tidak menghalangi jarak pandang dan tulisan dapat terbaca dengan jelas. Terdapat pelatihan kesiapsiagaan bencana yaitu fire drill alat tradisional dan modern serta pelatihan evakuasi.

Abstract

Musculoskeletal disorders are complaints that occur in the skeletal muscles (skeletal). The design of the work station used by workers can affect the work position and comfort while working, so that the risk of workers experiencing complaints of musculoskeletal disorders will be lower. The aimed of the study to analyze the relationship between work posture and work station design on drying activities with complaints of musculoskeletal disorders in laundry workers in Tembalang Village. This study was quantitative study used cross sectional approach. The sampling technique in this study was non-probability sampling, namely used the purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 20 workers. Based on the Exact Fisher Test, the results showed that there was no relationship between work posture and complaints of musculoskeletal disorders (p-value = 0,619) and there was no relationship between work station design and complaints of musculoskeletal disorders (p-value = 0,509). Laundry business owners and laundry workers must stretch for approximately 10 minutes between work hours to reduce complaints of musculoskeletal disorders, and improved the design of the work station height of the clothesline that is adjusted to the anthropometry of the worker's body so that workers can work safely and comfortably. Abstract

The problem of religious counselor has the same problem as their equivalent, namely that the existence of these instructors almost does not get the support of great attention both in terms of regulation and understanding of literacy as a socio-religious foundation in the digital era. The purpose of this research is to study the strengthening of regulations and literacy efforts as a socio-religious foundation for religious counselors in the digital era. The research methodology is qualitative with a socio-legal research approach. Through a study of regulations and efforts of Islamic religious counselors: Literacy as a socio-religious foundation in the digital era, concluded that: 1) In terms of regulations required by the technical implementation of the functional implementation of Religious Extension Officers for Permanpan RB No. 9 of 2021 and the formulation of 19 derivatives of the Permanpan as the task of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia as the agency for fostering Religious Extension; and 2) Efforts to improve the quality of literacy as a socio-religious foundation for Islamic religious counselors in the digital era by providing continuous training rooms in the use of technology, information and communication tools, thematic training programs on religious content for extension social media users, program implementation socio-religious studies funded by the relevant government for religious counselors and the implementation of skills in writing scientific papers on socio-religious in a comprehensive manner on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

Islamic education for children requires the integration of religious values ​​in the curriculum and the active role of families and teachers. This study aims to evaluate the role of teachers and parents in conveying and implementing Islamic values ​​and analyzing the impact of heredity and environmental factors on child development. Qualitative methods with thematic analysis techniques were used to evaluate related literature. The results showed that teachers act as knowledge transmitters, skills trainers, directors, and mentors, while parents educate through behavioral examples, early education systems, habits, and dialogue culture. Heredity and environmental factors also contribute significantly to child development. In conclusion, the integration of religious values, the role of effective teachers, and family support are essential to ensure the development of children's character as a whole, with attention to the significant influence of heredity and environment

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan secara parsial iklim organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai, untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan secara parsial stress kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai, untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan secara simultan iklim organisasi dan stress kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Dinas Perpustakaan Kota Bima. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 pegawai yang terdiri dari pegawai negeri sipil sebanyak 34 pegawai dan honorer sebanyak 16 pegawai. Adapun sampel penelitian sejumlah 34 responden yang berstatus pegawai negeri sipil dengan tekhnik purposive sampling. Tekhnik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, kuisioner dan studi pustaka. Tekhnik analisis data yang digunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji t, dan uji f dengan bantuan spss 20 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial iklim organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai, terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan secara parsial stress kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan iklim organisasi dan stress kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Dinas Perpustakaan Kota Bima dengan pengaruhnya sebesar 42,2%.

Abstract

Dalam mencapai keberhasilan dan kestabilan ekonomi kelompok tani Madu Kelulut maka perlu dilakukan pendekatan pemasaran produk terkait brand indentity Madu Kelulut. Hal ini perlu dilakukan karena permintaan produk madu Kelulut cukup tinggi dan konsumen perlu mengenal Madu Kelulut yang merupakan hasil budidaya Kelompok Tani Madu Kelulut Sungai Siring. Tujuan dilakukannya pendampingan penerapan brand indentity ini adalah dari hasil pre test yang dilakukan tim kepada para anggota Kelompok Tani Madu Kelulut tentang kebutuhan pendampingan yang diperlukan untuk kepentingan kemajuan penjualan Madu Kelulu. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah tersosialisasinya penerapan brand identity daro Madu Kelulut yang merupakan hasil produksi Kelompok Tani Madu Kelulut Sungai Siring.

Abstract

Indonesia is an agrarian country so that agriculture is one of the sectors with the largest number of workers. Agriculture is an informal sector job that still uses a lot of manual handling methods so that it has the potential to cause complaints of low back pain. Low back pain is a health problem in the form of acute pain that is felt in the lower back (lumbosacral) area in the form of local or radicular pain. Risk factors for low back pain include individual factors, occupational factors and environmental factors. This research is a quantitative-research with analytic observational method and cross-sectional approach. The population is farmers from of Semen village and registered on rukun tani group. The sample is 30 people using total sampling. Independent variables is age, working period, working time, work attitudes and work activities with dependent variable Low Back Pain. Data collection techniques used individual characteristic questionnaires, nordic body map, VAS scale and OWAS method. Data analysis technique uses Fisher’s Exact Test statistical test. The results showed a greater distribution of independent variables age > 35 years, work experience > 5 years, work attitudes requiring improvement, and heavy work activities. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between age (p-value = 0.035), working period (p-value = 0.002) and working time (p-value = 0.004) with complaints of low back pain in rice farmers in hamlet X Semen Village as evidenced by p-value <0.05. Keywords: Low Back Pain, Rice Farmes, VAS scale, OWAS method.

Abstract

Customs is an institution that has the task of protecting vital elements of the country by performing specific supervision. The heavy demand of workload for customs employee can potentially lead to them suffering from work stress. This study sought to examine how work stress in Surakarta Customs employees related to factors including mental workload, age, and working period. The OSI-RTM and NASA-TLX questionnaires were used in a cross-sectional approach as part of the research's analytical observational method. Respondents were taken using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique with a total of 60 people. The study obtained data that 51 respondents (85%) experienced mild stress and 9 others (15%) experienced moderate stress. From the testing performed with the Rank-Spearman correlation analysis obtained the results of the significance values namely mental workload (p=0,002 < 0,05; r=0,398), age (p=0,242), and working period (p=0,627). It can then be stated that there is a reasonably strong relationship between mental workload and work stress, however there is no relationship between age and working period with work stress. Taking this into consideration, the office can provide training according to the necessary competence, disperse the portion of the workload according to employee’s ability, and play music in a short period of time. While employees can do time out to calm their minds.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of location, promotion and health workers in influencing the decision to choose a First Level health facility (FKTP) for BPJS Kesehatan participants at the Advanced Medical Center. This research is quantitative. The population in the study were BPJS patients who were registered at the Advanced Medical Center. The sampling technique used accidental sampling with a sample size of 100 people. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the t-test for the variables of location, promotion and health care workers were significant for the decision on choosing health facilities at the Advanced Medical Center. Suggestions for further research are to include other factors that have a strong influence on health facility selection decisions.

Abstract

Indonesia is a state of law that has a Muslim majority population. Issue of LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender) has come to the forefront in Indonesia. Situation illustrates the debate over the legalization of LGBT in Indonesia which is still multiple interpretations (pros and cons). Some opinions state that sexual deviations of LGBT people, as long as they do not harm others certainly do not have an impact. However, several studies have mentioned a causal relationship between sexual deviation with crime. Criminal Law has regulated crimes including those arising from LGBT, but initially only focused on LGBT crimes with child victims. However, the expansion of the articles of decency has been carried out, such as adultery (Article 284), rape (Article 285) and same-sex/homosexual sexual abuse (Article 292) in KUHP.
