Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning terhadap hasil belajar bahasa inggris. Subjek dari Penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X IPS MA MA’ARIF 10 Sendang Agung semester ganjil dengan jumlah siswa 35 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kolaboratif dan partisipasif yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi partisipan dan tes tertulis.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran problem based learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini didukung dengan data penelitian yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan persentase ketuntasan tes tertulis yang dilakukan pada pertemuan kedua di setiap siklusnya. Pada saat pra siklus, ketuntasan siswa hanya 30%, setelah dilaksanakan siklus I dengan model problem based learning persentase ketuntasan kemampuan belajar siswa sebesar 54% kemudian pada tindakan siklus II, ketuntasan kemampuan belajar mencapai 85%

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran model Problem Based Learning terhadap tingkat pemahaman siswa pada pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tuntutan pembelajaran abad 21 yang menekankan pada keaktifan siswa selama proses belajar sehingga peneliti mencoba untuk mengaplikasikan salah satu model pembelajaran abad 21 yaitu Problem Based Learning kepada siswa yang belum pernah melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan model tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa MTSS AL-Irsyad kelas VII dan IX dengan karakteristik yang sama dan terbiasa melaksanakan pembelajaran berbasis teacher-centered. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan tes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan model Problem Based Learning dapat memengaruhi keaktifan siswa yang berdampak pada meningkatnya pemahaman dan hasil belajar. Di siklus I persentase siswa dengan hasil belajar di atas Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal sebanyak 64% dengan rata-rata nilai 74 dan meningkat di siklus II menjadi 80,5% dengan rata-rata nilai 83

Abstract

Franchise business is a future business trend with a small risk of failure where growth is very rapid and gives its own color in the Indonesian economy. Franchise agreement is one aspect of legal protection to the parties from acts that harm other parties. If one party violates the contents of the franchise agreement, then the other party can sue the infringing party in accordance with applicable law. Franchising in Indonesia is currently regulated in Government Regulation No. 42/2007 concerning Franchising. In PP No.42 of 2007 it also stipulates that a contract must be made clearly. And if we observe that currently in Indonesia there are already many franchise businesses in the field of food that are very creative. The Pak Ndut Duck franchise is a franchise agreement for the sale of Pak Ndut's chicken and duck food products. As a result of the existence of a product sales franchise agreement, the parties are bound in a right and obligation. This type of research is analytical descriptive, namely to describe, discover legal facts as a whole and systematically study the Implementation of the Pak Ndut Duck Franchise Agreement in Samarinda City. The parties involved in the fanchise agreement (franchise) are explained in Article 1 paragraph (2) and (3) Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation No. 42 of 2007 concerning Franchises states that the franchisor (Franchisor) is an individual or business entity that gives the right to use or use the franchise he owns to the franchisee.

Abstract

Moral education is a crucial foundation in the Islamic education system, aiming to develop noble, moral, and responsible individuals. This study aims to identify challenges and formulate effective strategies for developing moral education in the modern era, drawing on the thoughts of KH. Hasyim Asy'ari in his book Adab al-'Alim wa al-Muta'allim. This study employed library research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results indicate that strategies for developing moral education can be implemented through role models, habituation, advice, and strengthening the roles of teachers and families, as well as the wise use of media. KH. Hasyim Asy'ari's thoughts emphasize that moral education must be instilled through respect for knowledge, educators, and the learning process. By integrating moral values into the education system as a whole, it is hoped that students can grow into civilized individuals with Islamic personalities.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and describe analitically the difference in " qirâ’ât al-Qur’an" from the point of view of Arabic language structure. The writer applies qualitative method. In discussing the problems of this research, she applies library research by using comprehensive and comparative approaches. The result shows that the difference in "qirâ’ât al-Qur’an" analyzed by " qawâ`id" aspects in Arabic language can be classified into "mustawâ sharfî" (morphological aspects), and " mustawâ nahw" (syntactic aspects).

Abstract

Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) merupakan gangguan yang dimulai dari keluhan ringan hingga terasa sangat sakit pada bagian musculoskeletal, meliputi bagian sendi, syaraf, otot maupun tulang belakang akibat pekerjaannya yang tidak alamiah. Metode RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment) merupakan metode dengan menggunakan target postur tubuh untuk mengestimasi terjadinya resiko gangguan otot skeletal, khususnya pada anggota tubuh bagian atas (upper limb disorders), seperti adanya gerakan repetitive, pekerjaan diperlukan pengerahan kekuatan, dan aktivitas otot statis. Pekerja di Laundry X merupakan pekerja yang rentan terkena MSDs karena gerakan repetitive menyetrika, adanya beban angkat saat membawa ember cucian, lamanya waktu bekerja, serta postur kerja yang kurang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis postur kerja saat mengangkat ember, menjemur pakaian, dan menyetrika pakaian. Desain penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan observasional terhadap postur kerja pekerja laundry. Hasil penilaian RULA saat mengangkat ember memberikan nilai tertinggi yaitu pada action level 4 sebanyak 40% responden. Aktivitas menjemur pakaian memberikan hasil sebanyak 80% responden berada pada action level 3 sedangkan saat menyetrika pakaian sebanyak 100% responden berada pada action level 2. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai action level yang tinggi membutuhkan perubahan segera baik secara ergonomis dan perubahan jam kerja untuk mencegah timbulnya MSDs.

Abstract

Islamic education for children requires the integration of religious values ​​in the curriculum and the active role of families and teachers. This study aims to evaluate the role of teachers and parents in conveying and implementing Islamic values ​​and analyzing the impact of heredity and environmental factors on child development. Qualitative methods with thematic analysis techniques were used to evaluate related literature. The results showed that teachers act as knowledge transmitters, skills trainers, directors, and mentors, while parents educate through behavioral examples, early education systems, habits, and dialogue culture. Heredity and environmental factors also contribute significantly to child development. In conclusion, the integration of religious values, the role of effective teachers, and family support are essential to ensure the development of children's character as a whole, with attention to the significant influence of heredity and environment

Abstract

Background: Early marriage remains a global challenge that negatively impacts reproductive health and the quality of human resources. In Indonesia, the high rate of child marriage is an obstacle to achieving superior, healthy, and competitive human resources. Purpose: To examine premarital education as an effort to prevent reproductive risks and to promote maturity at marriageable age. Method: A systematic literature review using the Population, Concept, Context (PCC) framework was conducted. The literature was searched through databases such as PubMed and Google Scholar for articles relevant to premarital education and reproductive health from 2018–2025. Results: Of the eight studies analyzed, premarital education was proven effective in increasing brides' knowledge about reproductive health, nutrition, and marriage readiness. Interventions included classes at religious affairs offices, school education, community seminars, and participatory models such as FOCUS–PDCA. Key barriers included cultural resistance, limited facilitators, and lack of contextual materials. Conversely, policy support, collaborative approaches, and interactive educational methods were important supporting factors. Conclusion: Premarital education has significant potential to reduce early marriage rates and improve the reproductive readiness of young couples. Adaptive implementation, based on local culture, and integrated with behavior change communication strategies, is essential for long-term effectiveness. Suggestion: Premarital education can be developed in a more adaptive and contextual manner by integrating participatory approaches, based on local culture, and easily accessible digital media. The program needs to be strengthened with behavior change communication strategies so that increased knowledge leads to changes in attitudes and actions.   Keywords: Early Marriage; Premarital Education; Reproductive Health.   Pendahuluan: Perkawinan usia dini masih menjadi tantangan global yang berdampak negatif terhadap kesehatan reproduksi dan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Di Indonesia, tingginya angka pernikahan anak menjadi salah satu hambatan dalam mencapai pembangunan SDM unggul, sehat, dan berdaya saing. Tujuan: Untuk mengkaji pendidikan pranikah sebagai upaya pencegahan risiko reproduksi dan pendewasaan usia nikah. Metode: Penelitian literatur sistematis dengan pendekatan scoping review, menggunakan kerangka kerja PCC (Population, Concept, Context). Literatur dicari melalui database seperti PubMed dan Google Scholar untuk artikel tahun 2018–2025 yang relevan dengan pendidikan pranikah dan kesehatan reproduksi. Hasil: Dari 8 studi yang dianalisis, pendidikan pranikah terbukti efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan calon pengantin tentang kesehatan reproduksi, gizi, dan kesiapan pernikahan. Intervensi dilakukan dalam bentuk kelas KUA, edukasi sekolah, seminar komunitas, hingga model partisipatif seperti FOCUS–PDCA. Hambatan utama mencakup resistensi budaya, keterbatasan fasilitator, dan materi kurang kontekstual. Sebaliknya, dukungan kebijakan, pendekatan kolaboratif, dan metode edukatif interaktif menjadi faktor pendukung penting. Simpulan: Pendidikan pranikah berpotensi besar dalam menurunkan angka pernikahan usia dini dan meningkatkan kesiapan reproduksi pasangan muda. Implementasi yang adaptif, berbasis budaya lokal, dan terintegrasi dengan strategi komunikasi perubahan perilaku sangat dibutuhkan untuk efektivitas jangka panjang. Saran: Pendidikan pranikah dapat dikembangkan secara lebih adaptif dan kontekstual dengan mengintegrasikan pendekatan partisipatif, berbasis budaya lokal, dan media digital yang mudah diakses. Program perlu diperkuat dengan strategi komunikasi perubahan perilaku agar peningkatan pengetahuan berlanjut pada perubahan sikap dan tindakan.   Kata Kunci: Kesehatan Reproduksi; Pendidikan Pranikah; Pernikahan Dini.

Abstract

Introduction: Work-related fatigue poses a significant challenge to worker productivity and well-being, particularly in physically demanding sectors such as the bakery industry. This study investigates the association between psychological stress, physical workload, and work-related fatigue among informal bakery workers in Batang, Indonesia. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted involving 52 workers over a two-month period (July–August 2022). Data were collected through direct observation, physiological measurements, and structured questionnaires covering worker characteristics, stress levels, workload (measured via heart rate monitoring), heat stress (WBGT index), and fatigue (measured using a reaction timer). Bivariate analysis (Fisher’s Exact Test) and multivariate logistic regression were performed to identify significant predictors of fatigue. Results: Multivariate analysis showed that both work stress and workload were significantly associated with work-related fatigue. Workers experiencing psychological stress had nearly three times the odds of fatigue (OR = 2.901; p = 0.047), while those with heavy workloads had over nine times the risk (OR = 9.446; p = 0.007). In contrast, heat stress and work tenure were not statistically significant predictors. Conclusion: These findings highlight the critical role of stress and workload in contributing to occupational fatigue. Interventions such as mental health support, ergonomic task redesign, and workload management are essential for improving well-being and safety among informal bakery workers. Future studies should explore additional mediating factors, including coping mechanisms and workplace social support, to inform holistic fatigue prevention strategies.

Abstract

This community service project aims to improve the resilience of the wingko industry in Magelang, Indonesia, by improving workstations and providing disaster preparedness education. The wingko industry faces challenges related to occupational safety and health due to non-ergonomic working conditions and limited implementation of safety standards. The project consisted of four stages: field assessment, measuring employee work posture using the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) and Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire (NMQ), designing a workplace layout involving workers, and organizing the workplace according to occupational health and safety standards. The community service results showed that 68% of workers had a RULA score of 5-6, 21% a score of 4, and 11% a score of 7, indicating the need for investigation and change, while 78% reported complaints of low-grade musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), with the back and calves being the most affected body parts. Interventions included designing ergonomic workstations, installing safety signs, marking evacuation routes, and providing educational posters on health and safety. Recommendations for regular maintenance, storage space management, and the integration of 5R principles are provided to ensure continuous improvement. This project demonstrates the importance of ergonomic interventions and worker education in enhancing the resilience and sustainability of the local industry.
