Abstract

Perlunya profesionalisasi dalam pendidikan secara tidak langsung mewajibkan seluruh anggota profesi (guru) harus meningkatkan kemampuan kinerjanya untuk memberikan pelayanan yang optimal kepada masyarakat melalui dunia pendidikan. Tingkat keberhasilan kinerja yang dicapai guru dapat diketahui melalui kegiatan supervisi Akademik yang dilakukan oleh supervisor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1. Untuk Mengetahui adakah tidaknya pengaruh kompetensi supervisor dan supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru di MI Nurul Hidayah Muncek Jrengik Sampang. 2. Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi supervisor dan supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru di MI Nurul Hidayah Muncek Jrengik Sampang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kuantitatif yaitu analisis data statistik dengan instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Olah data hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kompetensi supervisor dan supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru menunjukkan bahwa nilai Sig untuk variabel Kompetensi Supervisor (X1) adalah 0,071 dan untuk variabel Supervisi Akademik (X2) adalah 0,069. Artinya 0,071 > dari 0,05 dan 0,069 > dari 0,05 yang artinya adalah Kompetensi supervisor dan supervisi akademik tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di MI Nurul Hidayah Muncek Jrengik Sampang. Dan hasil perhitungan analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi supervisor dan supervisi akademik pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja guru berada pada kisaran angka 41,6% hal itu menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi supervisor dan supervisi akademik pengaruhnya tidak signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Pendidikan anak usia dini merupakan suatu proses pembinaan tumbuh kembang anak usia lahir hingga enam tahun secara menyeluruh, yang mencakup aspek fisik dan non fisik, dengan memberikan rangsangan bagi perkembangan jasmani, moral spiritual, motorik, emosional, kognitif, dan sosial yang tepat dan benar agar anak dapat tumbuh dan berkembang secara optimal. Bermain sangat bermanfaat bagi anak usia dini. Melalui kegiatan bermain, anak dapat mempelajari dan belajar banyak hal, dapat mengenal aturan, bersosialisasi, menempatkan diri, menata emosi, toleransi, dan kerja sama yang baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang penulis lakukan di kelas B (setara dengan usia 5-6 tahun) di TK Alkautsar Larangan Slampar pada bulan November Akhir 2024 diketahui bahwa perkembangan nilai moral anak belum berkembang secara optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu agar dapat mengetahui implementasi metode role playing untuk mengembangkan nilai moral anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Alkautsar. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik dan guru. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif menggunakan cara reduksi, penyajian data dan penarik kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode role playing di TK Alkautsar mampu mengembangkan nilai moral anak. Pentingnya penggunaan metode yang baik dan tepat yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan anak mampu meningkatkan seluruh aspek perkembangan, salah satunya perkembangan nilai moral.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of Puzdaya (Cultural Puzzle) media to introduce Madurese cultural literacy to children aged 5-6 years at PGRI II Jrengik Kindergarten. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that Puzdaya was able to increase children's interest and involvement in learning local culture through interactive activities. The media effectively supports the development of language, motor, social emotional, and cognitive skills. It is concluded that Puzdaya is a meaningful media and in accordance with children's development to strengthen cultural literacy and local identity in early childhood education. as expressed by Ahmad Susanto that the right choice of media in learning is important for the success of a learning process, if teachers are able to do that, students will be motivated and committed to being actively involved in class and therefore puzdaya media (cultural puzzle) is one of the educational media designed to help children recognize elements of local culture through the activity of arranging pictures so that puzdaya not only introduces cultural identity but also strengthens children's attachment to their socio-cultural environment

Abstract

Labor pain is caused by contractions of the uterus. Unanticipated labor pain can cause psychological and cardiovascular impacts, namely increased fear and anxiety, cardiac output, blood pressure, pulse and impact on the fetus, namely acidosis due to hypoxia. The rebozo technique is a non-pharmacological therapy to speed up the opening of the cervix of the birth mother by rhythmically shaking the pelvis using the rebozo. The gentle movements in the rebozo technique really help the birthing mother feel more comfortable, triggering the release of the hormone oxytocin and endorphin hormones, thereby facilitating the birthing process. This research was conducted by comparing labor pain before and after being given the rebozo technique (Pre-experimental Design with One GroupPretest-Posttest Design) to 13 mothers who met the inclusion criteria. The statistical test results obtained a p-value of 0.001 so it can be concluded that after carrying out the rebozo technique for 5 -10 minutes in the first stage of labor it can relax the body, reduce anxiety levels, speed up the labor process, reduce the intensity of labor pain. The rebozo technique is an alternative that can make birthing mothers feel the direct participation carried out by midwives so that it can have positive psychological and clinical implications.

Abstract

The cow's milk yoghurt industry in Indonesia shows great potential, but there are still many challenges related to product quality and business feasibility, especially for start-up entrepreneurs. Previous research has focused more on technical aspects, without considering business aspects that are relevant in the Indonesian context. This study definitively explores the influence of production factors on yoghurt quality and business viability. The study's primary objectives were clear: to assess the impact of starter type and incubation time on yoghurt quality and to analyze the business viability of cow's milk yoghurt production for novice entrepreneurs. The approach used was an experimental design with a quasi-experiment test. We collected data through experiments using two types of starter—Greek and Plain—with incubation times varying from 18 to 24 hours. Product quality was evaluated using pH and organoleptic tests, and business feasibility was analyzed using financial analysis. The study focused on two key factors: yoghurt quality and business feasibility. Greek starter with an incubation time of 24 hours produced more favorable yoghurt. The financial analysis unequivocally confirmed the yoghurt business's profitability, with a high ROI and a low break-even point. These findings are vital for the development of the yoghurt industry in Indonesia and provide clear direction for future research on production factors and consumer preferences.

Abstract

The decline in river water quality due to domestic and industrial pollution presents a major challenge in urban environmental management. This study aims to map the spatial distribution of water quality in the Upper Metro Sub-watershed using a Geographic Information System (GIS) approach to support community-based sanitation planning. The methodology involved the measurement of physical, chemical, and biological parameters at five monitoring stations. Water quality was evaluated using the STORET method and EPT Index (Ephemeroptera, Plecoptera, Trichoptera), while spatial data were analyzed using IDW interpolation to generate pollution distribution maps. The results revealed a downstream degradation in water quality, indicated by increasing levels of BOD, COD, TSS, and phosphate, and decreasing DO. According to STORET classification, the upstream area was categorized as unpolluted, whereas the downstream stations were moderately polluted. The EPT index decreased from 12 taxa upstream to none downstream, reinforcing the chemical analysis. Spatial maps highlighted pollution hotspots in densely populated residential and small industrial zones. GIS integration proved effective in visualizing pollution zones and supporting decision-making in the Total Sanitation Program (STBM). This study offers technical and spatial recommendations to improve data-driven water quality management.

Abstract

Selama kehamilan ibu seringkali mengalami ketidaknyamanan dalam proses kehamilannya. Ketidaknyamanan ibu hamil bisa mempengaruhi perubahan fisik dan psikologis ibu. Perubahan fisik dan psikologis ini membuat ibu merasa nyeri punggung belakang, cepat lelah, sulit tidur, sesak napas, bahkan kram pada tangan dan kaki. Salah satu bentuk olahraga yang bisa dilakukan oleh ibu hamil untuk mengurangi keluhan adalah prenatal yoga. Prenatal yoga diharapkan dapat mengurangi keluhan ketidaknyamanan pada ibu hamil dan dapat membantu ibu hamil merasa nyaman selama masa kehamilan atau hingga proses persalinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh prenatal yoga terhadap penurunan ketidaknyamanan pada ibu hamil trimester III. Peneliti melakukan intervensi prenatal yoga dengan metode one grup pre-post-test design dengan sampel yang digunakan ada 25 ibu hamil trimester III di Desa Krangkeng Kecamatan Sukoharjo. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner ketidaknyamanan yang diberikan pada saat sebelum dan sesudah pemberian Prenatal Yoga selama 4 minggu berturut-turut dengan jadwal 1 kali setiap minggunya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ketidaknyamanan trimester III terbanyak saat pre-test yaitu nyeri punggung 14 (65%), dan saat post test turun menjadi 2 (8%). Dari hasil uji Paired T-Test terdapat pengaruh Prenatal Yoga terhadap penurunan keluhan ketidaknyamanan ibu hamil trimester III dengan (p value = 0,001) < (? = 0,05).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the "Rainbow Ice Cream" experimental method in improving scientific literacy among early childhood learners, specifically children aged 4–5 years at TK Muslimat NU 57 Teja Timur Pemakasan. Scientific literacy in early childhood is crucial for fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and a basic understanding of natural phenomena. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results show that the implementation of this experimental method successfully increased children's enthusiasm, exploratory skills, and comprehension of basic science concepts such as color mixing and changes in states of matter. Therefore, the Rainbow Ice Cream experiment method is proven to be effective for science learning activities in early childhood education settings. Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of smartboard media in fostering cultural literacy among early childhood students at TK Al-Hidayah. The background of this research is the lack of children's understanding of local culture due to conventional teaching methods. A descriptive qualitative method was used, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were children aged 5–6 years. The results show that the use of smartboard media increased children's engagement in learning, strengthened their understanding of local culture, and fostered appreciation for cultural diversity. Children became more active, enthusiastic, and easily remembered cultural elements such as traditional clothing, songs, and houses. These findings indicate that smartboard media is an effective tool to support cultural education from an early age.
