Abstract

Hajj and Umrah are obligatory acts of worship for every Muslim who can afford it. The agreement publishes an agreement between two people who are made. Implementation of the departure of prospective Hajj and Umrah pilgrims carried out by the Hajj and Umrah organizers using an agreement. The agreement made is binding on both parties, namely between the company or the organizing bureau as the first party and prospective Hajj and Umrah pilgrims as the second party. The cancellation of the agreement unilaterally cannot be carried out and must first fulfill the elements of being able to cancel an agreement. The purpose of writing this thesis, namely: First, to find out the form of implementation of the Umrah agreement due to the covid-19 pandemic, Second: to find out how Silver Silk Tour and Travel is responsible for the Umrah agreement party due to the covid-19 pandemic.used in this study using sociological research methods, namely research that wants to see the correlation between and society, so as to be able to reveal the effectiveness of law in society and identify unwritten laws that apply to society, while the sources of data are primary data, secondary data, and secondary data. tertiary, data collection in this study by interview and document study methods.From the results of the research problem, there are two main things that can guarantee, First, the challenge of a unilateral agreement made by prospective Silver Silk Tour and Travel Umrah pilgrims, the agreement between the prospective Silver Silk Tour and Travel Umrah pilgrims and the Silver Silk Tour and Travel does not meet the elements - elements for an agreement to be cancelled. Second: the problem of legal liability given by Silver Silk Tour and Travel to prospective Silver Silk Tour and Travel pilgrims who promise unilaterally that there is nothing to show that Silver Silk Tour and Travel must provide an accountability.Keywords: Cancellation - covid19 liability - covenant

Abstract

The liquidation of a bank will have an impact on customer confidence, especially if the bank is unable to pay its obligations to its customers, it will eliminate the customer confidence in the banking institutions. Deposit Insurance Agency (LPS) is an independent organization that works to implement the deposit guarantee and participate actively maintaining banking stability. This study aims to discuss issues about the shape of the legal protection of depositors in the bank liquidated if savings exceed the amount guaranteed by LPS and what the legal consequences according to Law No. 24 of 2004 concerning the Deposit Insurance Agency.This study uses normative law research. Data collection techniques used literature study method or documentary studies. Source of data used are secondary data consists of primary legal materials, secondary law and tertiary legal materials. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis with descriptive parse.From the results of this study concluded that the form of legal protection for depositors due to the liquidation of the bank before the establishment of the Law No. 24 of 2004 concerning the Deposit Insurance Agency (LPS) is very weak because only through implicit protection. After the birth of the LPS Act provide protection and legal certainty for depositors both directly and indirectly. The legal consequences of the liquidation of a bank to depositors with funds in excess of LPS will receive payment from the sale of bank assets in the liquidation process, in accordance with the provisions of Article 54 Paragraph 1 of the Law of LPS, as well as for the deposit is not guaranteed as eligible contained in Article 19 may submit an objection to LPS or file a lawsuit to court. If the sale of bank assets are insufficient to repay depositors deposits, depositors may file a lawsuit to existing shareholders or parties proved to cause the bank to a bank failure by the District Court.Keywords : Customer Protection - Deposit Insurance Agency – Liquidation Bank

Abstract

Reproduction and distribution of books without the permission of the copyright holder is a violation of law 28 of 2014. Copyright consists of economic rights and moral rights. Economic rights are rights to obtain economic benefits from creations and related rights products. Moral rights are rights inherent in the creator or actor that cannot be removed or deleted without any reason, even though the Copyright or Related Rights have been transferred. The purpose of writing this thesis: first, to find out how the legal position of the parties in a copyright license without a written agreement according to the copyright law Second, to find out what are the efforts to resolve problems between the creator of the copyright holder and the third party who reproduces the Riau Malay Culture Book without permission in the Prefective Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright The research that the author conducted is included in the type of normative juridical research which means finding the truth of the coherence of how the law operates in society. If viewed from the nature of this research is descriptive.          The author's suggestion in this study is to suggest that an agreement be made between the copyright holder and the publisher either orally or in writing so as to provide legal force that binds the copyright agreement. As the copyright holder has exclusive rights to the results of his creation (books) if not done the agreement, the legal consequences of granting a copyright license without a written agreement, the agreement is null and void, Suggest that the case be resolved in a commercial court because copyright prohibition is a prohibition that is included in the violation of intellectual property rights in the form of a book Keywords: Copyright, -Agreement

Abstract

Consumer protection against the campaign conducted in the District Sail Shop Alfamart need for supervision, it is caused because so many business do promotion on a particular item. But often once the promotion is done in a manner that is false or misleading consumers, so the promotion is done by business often result in a loss for consumers. A result of the improper promotion, businesses should be held responsible for damages suffered by consumers. Alfamart District Shop of Sail is found that many of these promotions were misleading the public, so that many consumers feel very aggrieved. So based on this it is necessary that both consumer protection and the supervision of the government campaign against improper conducted in the District Sail Alfamart store.Keywords: Accountability - Business Actors - Promotion Not True

Abstract

Based on the Decree No. 430 Pekanbaru Mayor of the Year 2015 Adjustments second highest retail price of Liquefied Petroleum Gas Tubes 3 Kg Subsidized in Pekanbaru, that the price per 3 kg LPG cylinder is Rp. 18,000 (eighteen thousand rupiah). But the facts found is still the number 3 kg LPG gas stations that sell above the highest retail price set by the government. From this background, the authors conducted a study titled "Effects of 3 Kg LPG Gas Sales Above the highest retail price (HET) in Pekanbaru City Region".The issues that the authors made the basis of this research is how the legal consequences of the sale of LPG 3 kg above the highest retail price (HET) in the city of Pekanbaru and how the government's attempt to impose the highest retail price (HET) LPG 3 kg in accordance with government regulations Pekanbaru. While the purpose of writing, among others to determine the legal consequences of the sale of LPG 3 kg above the highest retail price (HET) in the city of Pekanbaru and to know the government's attempt to impose the highest retail price (HET) LPG 3 kg in accordance with government regulations Pekanbaru.This type of research can be classified in this type of empirical legal research or sociological, because in this study the authors directly conduct research on the location or point examined in order to provide a complete and clear picture of the issues examined. This research was conducted at the Department of Industry and Trade as well as at several bases Pekanbaru 3-kg LPG in the urban area of Pekanbaru involved in the problems studied. Source of data used, namely: primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, and review of the literature.The results obtained from are the First, implementation of sales gas LPG 3 kg was not effective due to the persistence of the bases that sell gas LPG 3 kg above of the highest retail price (HET) which has been established by the City of Pekanbaru in accordance with the Decree of the Mayor of Pekanbaru No. 430 2015 adjustments second highest retail price of Liquefied Petroleum gas tubes 3 Kg Subsidized in Pekanbaru, that the price per LPG cylinder is Rp. 18,000 (eighteen thousand rupiah); Second, efforts to overcome obstacles in violation of the highest retail price (HET) is a need for synergy and cooperation relationship between the City Government with Pertamina; Installation information highest retail price (HET) LPG 3 kg at each base and the provision of strict sanctions by the Department of Industry and Trade of the base abuse; Department of Trade and Industry should actively seek information regarding daily stall not base that sell LPG 3 kg; and the distribution uneven base, especially for areas located some distance away from the agency.Key words: Retail Price, Propane, Sales

Abstract

Minangkabau inheritance law which is part of the customary law that many ins andouts because on one hand Minangkabau inheritance law is a continuation in accordance withthe order of the order according to the law of the mother, but on the other hand, it has to doand influenced by the law of syarak (religion). Among the inheritance in Minangkabau adatis joint property That is all the income of husband and wife during the marriage period (otherthan the property of origin / treasure of gift that follows the origin of the property). In aparent-married society with free marriages of equal status, the joint quest property (apartfrom the original property) can be shared, either because of divorce or the cause ofinheritance.The problems in this research are 1) How is the system of applying the distribution ofcommon property to indigenous peoples in Jorong Tigo Sari Nagari Panihat District KotoKoto Tanah Datar West Sumatra? 2) What is the position of justice in the distribution ofcommon property in Jorong Tigo Suku Nagari Panihat District Koto Koto Tanah Datar WestSumatra? Research method in this research is sociological. The location in this study wasconducted in the region of Jorong Tigo Suku Nagari Panihat District X Koto Tanah DatarWest Sumatra. The population in this study is Indigenous and Ninik Mamak. The data sourceof this research is primary data and secondary data by collecting data through interview,literature study. The data analysis technique used is qualitative.The general description of this research is the general description of customary law.The general description of Adat Law discusses the definition of customary law, the definitionof adat law according to the experts, the basic principles of customary law, the source ofcustomary law, the elements of customary law, and the legal basis for the enactment ofcustomary law.The system of applying the division of common property in Jorong Tigo Nagari PartPanihat in accordance with the provisions of positive law, Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI)and Islamic Shari'a where joint wealth is shared equally, 50% husband and 50% wife. Abstract

The difficulty of increasing the character of learning hard work in a person can affect the learning outcomes, by increasing the effort to work hard in learning can have an impact on increasing student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to obtain a specific description of the effect of hard work on learning outcomes of physics through rotational dynamics and rigid object equilibrium at SMAN 1 Jambi City. The type of research used was quantitative research with survey research. The subjects in this study were 40 science students of class XI at SMAN 1 Kota Jambi held in October 2020. The instrument used by the researcher was a questionnaire containing 25 items about hard work, and 25 items for multiple choice questions. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaires and multiple choice questions to science students of class XI at SMAN 1 Jambi City, then the collected data were processed and analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 program. The results showed that there was a significant effect of learning hard work on the learning outcomes of science students in class XI SMAN 1 Jambi City with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, in other words, the more positive (the higher) a person's learning hard work towards physics lessons, the higher learning outcomes were obtained.

Abstract

The character of hard work is a character that must not be vanished, especially for students at the end of class XII Senior High School. This study aimed to determine the results of the character of hard work description in physics subjects in class XII MIPA at SMAN 1 Jambi City. This study used a quantitative approach. This type of research was a survey with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling. The subjects of this study were students of class XII MIPA 1, 2, and 3 in the 2020/2021 school year, with a total of 60 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used the SPSS program. The results showed that the hard work questionnaire in physics was classified as "good". The number of students who had a hard work character which was categorized as very good resulted in a percentage of 8.3%. Meanwhile, the number of students who got the good category resulted in a percentage of 91.7%. With this research, hopefully, it can contribute as knowledge for the writer and teacher concerned to improve the character of hard work in physics subjects at SMAN 1 Jambi City.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) motivasi belajar siswa kelas X MIPA di SMA N 1 Kota Jambi pada mata pelajaran fisika; (2) hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran fisika kelas X MIPA di SMA N 1 Kota Jambi ; dan (3) hubungan motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar fisika kelas X MIPA di SMA N 1 Kota Jambi. Metodologi: Metode penelitian ini adalah Mix Methods untuk mencari hasil deskriptif kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji korelasi sederhana. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 57 siswa kelas X MIPA di SMA N 1 Kota Jambi. Temuan utama: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) motivasi belajar siswa memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 98.5063; (2) hasil belajar siswa memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 70.1754; dan (3) terdapat hubungan antara motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0.977 yang masuk dalam kategori cukup kuat.. Keterbaruan penelitian: Penelitian ini memperkuat adanya hubungan antara motivasi terhadap hasil belajar, terkhusus pada pelajaran Fisika.
