Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of teacher involvement and parent participation on student learning anxiety with academic motivation as an intervening variable in economics subjects at senior high schools in Pinrang Regency. This study is quantitative in nature, with data collected through questionnaires administered to students from three schools with A, B, and C accreditation levels. The data were analyzed using the SmartPLS software. The results show that teacher involvement and parental participation have a positive and significant effect on students' academic motivation and a negative effect on learning anxiety. In addition, academic motivation is proven to be a variable that mediates the relationship between teacher involvement and parental participation on learning anxiety. This means that the higher the teacher involvement and parental support, the higher the students' academic motivation and the lower their level of learning anxiety. These findings emphasize the importance of collaboration between teachers, parents, and schools in creating a positive learning environment to support students' emotional well-being and academic achievement.

Abstract

Abstrak. UMKM merupakan sektor yang berperan besar dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah, namun sebagian besar pelaku UMKM masih menghadapi keterbatasan dalam praktik pembukuan dan penyusunan laporan keuangan yang andal. Ketiadaan sistem pencatatan yang terstruktur berdampak pada rendahnya kualitas informasi keuangan dan lemahnya kemampuan pelaku usaha dalam memetakan profitabilitas, mengendalikan biaya, serta mengambil keputusan berbasis data. Studi literatur dalam 10 tahun terakhir menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem akuntansi sederhana namun terstandarisasi, termasuk pembukuan double-entry dan penyusunan laporan keuangan berbasis SAK EMKM, terbukti meningkatkan akurasi laporan, akses pembiayaan, dan kinerja usaha mikro di berbagai wilayah. Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan profit UMKM di Kecamatan Bangkala Barat, Kabupaten Jeneponto melalui improvisasi sistem pembukuan double-entry yang disederhanakan dan implementasi penyusunan laporan keuangan sesuai SAK EMKM. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi: (1) asesmen tingkat literasi akuntansi dan kebutuhan UMKM; (2) pelatihan praktis pembukuan double-entry berbasis transaksi harian; (3) pendampingan penyusunan laporan posisi keuangan dan laporan laba rugi sesuai SAK EMKM; serta (4) monitoring dan evaluasi dampak terhadap profitabilitas dan kualitas pengambilan keputusan usaha. PKM ini diharapkan menghasilkan peningkatan kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam melakukan pencatatan transaksi secara konsisten, menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang standar dan mudah dipahami, serta memanfaatkan informasi keuangan tersebut untuk meningkatkan keuntungan usaha. Selain itu, program ini memberikan kontribusi berupa model pembukuan double-entry yang teradaptasi untuk UMKM dan template laporan keuangan berbasis SAK EMKM yang dapat direplikasi oleh pemerintah daerah maupun pendamping UMKM di wilayah lain.Kata Kunci: UMKM, Double-Entry, SAK EMKM, Laporan Keuangan, Profitabilitas, Jeneponto

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial experience on Generation Z’s entrepreneurial mindset through Self-efficacy as a mediating variable. The research employs a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as the analytical technique. The results indicate that entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial experience have a positive and significant effect on Self-efficacy as well as on Generation Z’s entrepreneurial mindset. Furthermore, Self-efficacy is proven to mediate the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial experience and the entrepreneurial mindset. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening entrepreneurship education and providing real entrepreneurial experiences in shaping the entrepreneurial mindset of Generation Z.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital payment and customer experience on purchasing decisions, with impulsive buying behavior as a mediating variable among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires. The data analysis method used was SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. The results showed that digital payment and customer experience significantly influenced impulsive buying behavior and purchase decisions. Furthermore, impulsive buying behavior also significantly influenced purchase decisions. The results of the mediation test demonstrated that impulsive buying behavior mediated the relationship between digital payment and purchase decisions, as well as between customer experience and purchase decisions. These findings suggest that the convenience of digital payment systems and a positive shopping experience can encourage impulsive purchases, ultimately strengthening students' purchase decisions.

Abstract

this study aims to analyze internal and external environmental factors affecting MSMEs in the culinary sector and to formulate appropriate strategic alternatives for business development using SWOT-AHP integration. A mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative techniques, was employed. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and questionnaires, utilizing both primary and secondary data sources. Analysis tools included Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE), Internal-External (IE) Matrix, SWOT Matrix, and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) using Expert Choice software. The results indicated an IFE total score of 2.74 and an EFE total score of 2.39, placing the MSME within the growth quadrant (Quadrant I), which signifies a strong position for leveraging internal strengths and external opportunities. Based on SWOT analysis, the Strength-Opportunity (SO) strategies recommended include maintaining and enhancing service quality to ensure customer loyalty, leveraging product diversification to increase sales, and utilizing brand ambassadors for effective promotion. Weakness-Opportunity (WO) strategies involve pricing adjustments based on market conditions and quality enhancement to retain customers. Strength-Threat (ST) strategies recommend maintaining product quality despite rising raw material costs to sustain customer retention. Lastly, Weakness-Threat (WT) strategies suggest expanding market reach and intensifying promotional activities to remain competitive. The AHP analysis identified the most prioritized strategic alternative: leveraging product diversification to enhance sales volume. This study contributes practical insights for culinary MSMEs seeking sustainable growth and improved market competitiveness.
