Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of teacher involvement and parent participation on student learning anxiety with academic motivation as an intervening variable in economics subjects at senior high schools in Pinrang Regency. This study is quantitative in nature, with data collected through questionnaires administered to students from three schools with A, B, and C accreditation levels. The data were analyzed using the SmartPLS software. The results show that teacher involvement and parental participation have a positive and significant effect on students' academic motivation and a negative effect on learning anxiety. In addition, academic motivation is proven to be a variable that mediates the relationship between teacher involvement and parental participation on learning anxiety. This means that the higher the teacher involvement and parental support, the higher the students' academic motivation and the lower their level of learning anxiety. These findings emphasize the importance of collaboration between teachers, parents, and schools in creating a positive learning environment to support students' emotional well-being and academic achievement.

Abstract

The development of digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) has driven the transformation of learning in higher education through the Technology-Enhanced Learning (TEL) approach. However, the successful implementation of TEL is determined not only by the availability of technology but also by students’ ability to use technology effectively. This study aims to analyze the role of Digital Literacy and AI Literacy in supporting Technology-Enhanced Learning among Economic Education students at Universitas Negeri Makassar. This study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey design. The research sample consisted of 90 students selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of the JASP application. The results showed that all instruments were valid and reliable, and the data met the assumptions of normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. Partially, Digital Literacy and AI Literacy had positive and significant effects on Technology-Enhanced Learning. Simultaneously, both variables also had a significant effect on Technology-Enhanced Learning, with a coefficient of determination of 34.5%. Digital Literacy had a more dominant effect than AI Literacy. The conclusion of this study affirms that improving students’ digital and AI competencies is an important factor in supporting the effectiveness of technology-based learning. The implications of this study provide practical contributions for higher education institutions in strengthening digital literacy and AI literacy through curriculum development and learning strategies that are adaptive to technological transformation.

Abstract

Cooperative Management learning in higher education still faces challenges in connecting theoretical concepts with real problems encountered by cooperatives, while the availability of contextual digital learning resources aligned with the characteristics of Economic Education students remains limited. This study aims to develop and evaluate the practicality of a case-study-based Cooperative Management e-module for Economic Education students. This study used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects consisted of two expert validators and five Economic Education students as users in a small-group trial. Data were collected through validation sheets, practicality questionnaires, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively and quantitatively using percentages. The results showed that the developed e-module obtained a material validity level of 92.00% and a media validity level of 93.00%, both in the very valid category. The practicality test results showed a percentage of 92.50% in the very practical category. This e-module was able to support contextual learning, increase student engagement, and help students analyze cooperative cases more systematically. The conclusion of this study affirms that the case-study-based Cooperative Management e-module is feasible for use as a digital learning resource in Cooperative Management learning. The implications of this study indicate that the development of technology- and case-study-based learning resources can serve as an innovative alternative to improve the quality of Economic Education learning in higher education.

Abstract

Songkok Recca Nur Azizah is a business located in Bone Regency that produces traditional handcrafts in the form of traditional headgear characteristic of the Bugis tribe, South Sulawesi. However, amidst modern market competition, this traditional craft business faces challenges in optimizing its marketing mix strategy. This study analyzes the implementation of the 7Ps marketing mix strategy in the Nur Azizah Songkok Recca Enterprise in Bone Regency, South Sulawesi. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings show that the enterprise has implemented the seven elements of the marketing mix, namely product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence. Product variety and artisan skills represent the main strengths of the business, while limited digital promotion, conventional payment systems, simple packaging, and a deteriorated business signboard remain key constraints. The study suggests that the enterprise should strengthen digital marketing, adopt cashless payment options, improve product packaging, and renew its physical identity to enhance competitiveness. These findings provide practical insights for culture-based MSMEs seeking to preserve traditional products while adapting to contemporary market changes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital payment and customer experience on purchasing decisions, with impulsive buying behavior as a mediating variable among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires. The data analysis method used was SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. The results showed that digital payment and customer experience significantly influenced impulsive buying behavior and purchase decisions. Furthermore, impulsive buying behavior also significantly influenced purchase decisions. The results of the mediation test demonstrated that impulsive buying behavior mediated the relationship between digital payment and purchase decisions, as well as between customer experience and purchase decisions. These findings suggest that the convenience of digital payment systems and a positive shopping experience can encourage impulsive purchases, ultimately strengthening students' purchase decisions.

Abstract

Abstract

Global digital economic transformation requires young entrepreneurs to develop innovative capabilities supported by digital technology utilization. This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurship learning and entrepreneurial interest on student business innovation through digital technology utilization as a mediating variable. This study employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey design. The sample consisted of 361 student entrepreneurs from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Makassar, selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected using a four-point Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS 4.0. The findings show that entrepreneurship learning and entrepreneurial interest significantly influence business innovation. Digital technology utilization also mediates these relationships. These findings indicate that student business innovation is not sufficiently driven by knowledge and interest alone, but also requires digital capability as a bridge toward innovative business action.
