Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the role and effectiveness of local regulations in handling domestic violence cases. The method used is a literature review. This study identified that the existence of regional regulations is very important as a legal umbrella to protect victims and provide sanctions for perpetrators of domestic violence. However, the effectiveness of local regulations is still questionable given various challenges, including the capacity of law enforcement officers, inadequate resources and infrastructure, and lack of supervision in their implementation. The results show that while local regulations have been a progressive step in addressing domestic violence, their role is often limited to the normative level and lacking in effective concrete actions. Factors such as unawareness or low knowledge of domestic violence among law enforcement officials and the community, strong social stigma, and a non-integrated referral and victim assistance system, further hinder the implementation of this policy. Therefore, a multi-sectoral approach involving cooperation across institutions and sectors of society is needed to improve the effectiveness of this regional regulation. Capacity building for law enforcers, improved support facilities for victims, intensive socialization, and systematic monitoring and evaluation strategies are needed to ensure that the regional regulation can contribute significantly to reducing domestic violence and effectively protect victims' rights.

Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas mengenai sejarah kesultanan Banten serta peranan sultan Hasanuddin dan beberapa tokoh lembaga pendidikan yang ikut berperan dalam proses islamisasi di kesultanan Banten pada tahun 1526-1570. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi peranan sultan Hasanuddin dalam proses islamisasi di Banten. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan penelitian ini memuat 4 jenis tahapan yaitu, heuristik, kritik sumber, interprestasi, dan historiografi. Jenis sumber yang digunakan dalam penulisan penelitian ini yaitu sumber dari studi kepustakaan dengan teknis analisis sejarah dengan menggunakan penafsiran dalam fakta sejarah yang meliputi buku-buku, dokumen, dan jurnal yang berkaitan dengan kesultanan Banten. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kerajaan Banten berdiri pada tahun 1525 yang pada awalnya banten adalah daerah kekuasaan kerajaan pajajaran. Peranan sultan serta ulama pada masa kesultanan Banten merupakan hal sentral dalam proses islamisasi di Banten. Beberapa tokoh lembaga pendidikan yang memiliki peran pada masa kesultanan Banten ialah K.H. Mas Abdurahman, K.H. Asnawi Caringin Banten, dan Syekh Nawawi AI-Bantani AI-Jawi. Adanya lembaga pendidikan seperti madrasah pada saat itu bertujuan untuk membalas tantangan dari colonialisme dan expansi kristen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga rumusan masalah yaitu (1) Bagaimana para wali songo dalam menyebarkan agama, (2) Bagaimana Biografi Sunan Kalijaga, (3) Bagaimana Sunan Kalijaga Dalam memperjuangkan penyebaran agama Islam melalui kesenian wayang kulit. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, Pengertian para wali songo dalam menyebarkan agama, biografi sunan Kalijaga serta metode dakwah sunan kalijaga dalam memperjuangkan penyebaran agama islam melalui kesenian wayang kulit. Kemudian metode yang peneliti gunakan yaitu metode penelitian Sejarah yaitu Heuristik, kritik sumber, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa :(1) Para wali songo masing-masing memliki cara tersendiri dalam penyebaran agama islam di pulau jawa salah satunya yaitu sunan kalijaga mengenalkan islam kepada penduduk lewat pertunjukan wayang yang sangat digemari oleh masyarakat yang masih menganut kepercayaan Agama lama, (2) Sunan Kalijaga dengan kemampuannya dalam menyebarkan agama islam tidak melalui kekerasan dan paksaan, (3) Peranan besar Wali Songo terutama Sunan Kalijaga dalam memformasi wayang dari bentuk sederhana berupa gambar-gambar mirip manusia di atas kertas bentuknya sekarang yang begitu canggih adalah sumbangan besar dalam proses pengembangan kesenian dan kebudayaan Nusantara.

Abstract

Problem Pernikahan sirri atau pernikahan tidak tercatat di negara merupakan hal yang sangat menjadi fenomena hal ini dikarenakan pernikahan nikah Sirri dilakukan pada umumnya ada sesuatu yang dirahasiakan Adapun faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakangi terjadinya Nikah Sirri adalah sebagai berikut: pertama, Faktor ekonomi diantaranya karena biaya administrasi pencatatan nikah, yaitu sebagian masyarakat khususnya yang ekonomi menengah ke bawah merasa tidak mampu membayar administrasi pencatatan yang kadang membengkak dua kali lipat dari biaya resmi. Kedua, Nikah Sirri dilakukan karena adanya salah satu calon mempelai belum cukup umur. Kasus ini terjadi disebabkan alasan ekonomi juga, dimana orang tua merasa kalau anak perempuannya sudah menikah, maka beban keluarga secara ekonomi menjadi berkurang, karena anak perempuannya sudah ada yang menanggung biaya hidupnya yaitu suaminya. Ketiga, Akibat dari pergaulan bebas antara laki-laki dan wanita yang tidak lagi mengindahkan norma dan kaidah-kaidah agama adalah terjadinya hamil diluar nikah. Adapun Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode hukum normatif atau jenis penelitian Lapangan (field research). Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang berkarakter deskriptif, yang memerlukan proses reduksi yang berasal dari hasil wawancara, observasi pada sejumlah dokumen, Dengan judul “Problematika Pernikahan Di Bawah Umur Dikabupaten Katingan Dengan Berubahnya Uud No.1 Tahun 19971 Tentang Perkawinan.

Abstract

This Research is entitled “An Analysis of BTS’s Selected Song Lyrics: A Study of Denotative, Connotative and Myth Meaning”. The study is conducted to look at the meaning namely denotation and connotation as well as myth in these selected songs. The writer limits the research to only focus on 3 selected BTS songs. The writer used Roland Barthes’s theory. By using the method, the meaning contained in the song lyrics can be described in detail by analyzing the meaning of denotation and connotation in the lyrics and also to find the myths about what is already formed. The writer uses a descriptive qualitative method in order to answer the research problem. The writer found that there are 9 sign systems for BTS Epilogue: Young Forever lyrics that regarding career pressures or a person's mental health condition particularly for K-pop idols, 9 sign systems for BTS Fire lyrics that relate to social class, especially in Korea that usually called spoon theory and 12 sign systems for BTS ON lyrics that show how the shadow self- began to appear

Abstract

This study aims to show how the Javanese women's characteristics depict moral messages in a literary work. The research is entitled "The Portrayal of Javanese Women Fortitude in Entrok by Okky Madasari (A Moral Messages Analysis)". The main source of this research is the novel by Okky Madasari titled Entrok and the translated version titled The Years of the Voiceless as an English reference. The result of data analysis showed that the Javanese women have some types of strength and firmness stance that can be moral messages to society, especially for women. In order to find out the moral messages of the main character as Javanese women in the novel, the writer will use the qualitative research method to finish. Furthermore, the writer will also analyse the data from the novel using descriptive analysis. The result is that the amount of data is much different between Sumarni and Rahayu where Sumarni dominates the message of moral values in the novel, hence the main character who can be chosen as a Javanese woman who portrays fortitude in this novel mostly tends to be Sumarni. From the rigid theory about Javanese women’s characteristics, this novel tends to show that women are not simply can be identified as easy to regulated creatures by men. Sumarni and Rahayu depict that women have the power to determine their path in life.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk melihat pola perjuangan kemerdekaan di Keresidenan Jambi Hulu tepatnya di daerah Batang Asai Kewedaaan Sarolangun dalam menghadapi agresi militer Belanda. Perang kemerdekaan di Keresidenan Jambi tidak hanya dirasakan oleh penduduk ibu kota Keresidenan atau Kewedanaan namun di berbagai daerah Pedalaman seperti di pedalaman Kewedanaan Sarolangun tepatnya di daerah Batang Asai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitiaan ini adalah metode historis yang terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu Heuristik, Kritik, Interprestasi, dan Historiografi. Perlawanan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat dan para pejuang di Batang Asai merupakan perjuangan yang dilakukan semata-mata demi mempertahankan martabat bangsa.Kata Kunci: Revolusi Kemerdekaan, Batang Asai, Kasiro-Sungai Pinang

Abstract

ABSTRACT The reality of the crisis and environmental degradation is a major problem that the world's population is facing today. Experts argue that the current crisis and environmental degradation are closely related to the mentality and misconceptions about the environment itself. Long debates and intense discussions, especially between science and religion, are intensively undertaken in an attempt to find a way out of the ongoing environmental degradation. Various perspectives arise and are expected, including from the spiritual ecology approach, to rethink the relationship between man and the earth, or on a wider scale, the relationship between man and the earth in the corridor of cosmic cosmic beliefs as his philosophical basis. The emergence of environmental crisis is caused by the concept of the relationship between humans and the natural environment is wrong. The problem of environmental damage is essentially a humanitarian problem that is closely related to the value system, customs and religion in human life. Therefore, the way to overcome it is not enough just to do business that is purely technical, but more importantly there must be a business that is educative and persuasive, that is with a philosophical understanding of the meaning of nature's existence in relation to God, man and nature, to change attitude and human behavior towards nature. Many even consider the need for a spiritual revolution to save nature and the environment, which is now at a spiritual stage of spirituality and then offers the application of the concept of eco-spirituality. ie to incorporate spiritual values in aspects of human environmental studies, where religion has a very dominant role. Abstract

This study aims to provide an understanding of Green Spirituality based on Eco-Spiritual focused on conscious mental revolution environment on education. This research was conducted using the systematic literature review (SLR) method through a qualitative approach, with collecting data from Scopus, Science Direct and Springer. Techniques data analysis used in study was descriptive. The results showed that Eco-spiritual based Green Spirituality that combined spiritual understanding with respect and attention to nature had a connection. It can be seen that Green Spirituality is actually more moderate in its teachings. While the environmental revolution is conscious of education by building spiritual character. Efforts to love the environment must be built and harmonized through real actions starting from society and formal education such as schools and higher education. Implications on study for this guard conscious mental revolution environment that gives vision, inspiration, motivation for environmentalists to construct ethics in the environment education.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the difficulties and disinterest of students in writing poetry texts. This is because students do not understand the techniques in writing poetry texts. In addition, students are still not trained in developing their creative thinking in writing poetry texts. To overcome this problem, the authors chose podcast learning media to improve students' ability to write poetry texts and students' creative thinking skills in class VIII SMPN 2 Margahayu. The problem in this study is related to the low ability of students in writing poetry texts and the ability to think creatively. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of podcast media and its impact on the ability to write poetry texts and increase creative thinking skills. The ability of class VIII students of SMPN 2 Margahayu in writing poetry texts is in good category. In addition, the ability to think creatively is also in another good category. Based on the results of statistical calculations, it can be obtained that podcast media has an impact on the ability to write poetry texts and the ability to think creatively. This is supported by statistical calculations. There are significant differences in writing poetry texts and students' creative thinking in the experimental class using podcast media and the control class using image media. This study uses a mix method with data collection techniques through tests, observations, and interviews. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that learning to write poetry texts has an impact on students' creative thinking abilities. In addition, it can be an alternative to choosing a learning model in class. It is evident from the results of the pretest writing poetry texts that the average experimental class student obtained 57.69, while the average posttest score for the experimental class obtained 81.92 which indicates an increase in value. Likewise, the average score of students' creative thinking pretest is 63.5, while the posttest average score is 77.66, also showing an increase Keywords: Creative thinking, Podcast, Write, Poetry.
