Abstract

Tindak tutur merupakan suatu ucapkan/tuturan yang mempunyai arti atau dengan kata lain kalimat yang dituturkan bisa mempengaruhi seseorang dalam melakukan sesuatu .Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tindak tutur apa saja yang terjadi dalam suasana duka. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik observasi dan teknik rekam. Hasil penelitian ditemukan tindak tutur yang di tuturkan pada saat suasana duka agama islam adalah, tindak tutur lokusi, tindak tutur ilokusi, perlokusi yang diutarakan dalam beberapa tempat berbeda yaitu, penyampaian informai duka, tuturan yang terjadi pada saat dirumah duka, tuturan yang terjadi diluar rumah duka, tuturan yang terjadi pada saat pengantaran jenazah ke pemakaman dan tuturan yang terjadi pada saat takziah. Sedangkan tuturan lokusi ilokusi dan perlokusi yag terjadi pada Agama Kristen terjadipada saat, penyampaian informasi duka, tuturan yang terjadi dirumah duka, tuturan yang terjadi di rumah duka, tuturan yang terjadi di luar rumah duka dan tuturan yang terjadi pada saat malam penghiburan dan pemakaman.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman sosial budaya siswa kelas IV SDN 2 Tallunglipu melalui penerapan model Project Based Learning (PjBL) pada materi rumah adat Tongkonan. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 21 siswa kelas IV. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi tes pemahaman, lembar observasi siswa aktivitas siswa, dan rubrik penilaian produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pemahaman siswa dari rata-rata nilai 58,1 pada prs-siklus menjadi 72,6 pada siklus I dan meningkat menjadi 83,3 pada siklus II. Persentase ketuntasan belajar meningkat dari 23,8% pada pra-siklus menjadi 71,4% pada siklus I dan 95,2% pada siklus II. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa model PjBL efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman sosial budaya siswa, meskipun tanpa pembuatan miniatur fisik.

Abstract

Introduction: Clean and Healthy Behavior (CHB) in school settings plays a pivotal role in preventing diseases, enhancing student health, and fostering a clean and healthy environment. However, CHB implementation in Indonesian schools remains limited, leading to adverse public health effects, including an upsurge in diarrheal cases. Thus, enhancing CHB knowledge and practices in schools is imperative, especially in Central Sulawesi Province, which grapples with a high prevalence of diarrheal cases. Method: This community service initiative took place at SMP Negeri 13 Sigi, Sigi Regency, involving 336 students across different grade levels. Spanning three days in June 2022, the program employed pretest and posttest assessments via questionnaires. Education delivery encompassed material presentations, discussions, and the utilization of electronic and visual aids. Results: Research findings indicate a significant enhancement in students' comprehension of Clean and Healthy Behavior (CHB) following the educational intervention. Previously limited in their understanding, students exhibited noticeable improvements in their knowledge of CHB after participating in the educational activities. These outcomes underscore the vital role of education and outreach in augmenting students' understanding and awareness of CHB. Conclusion: This initiative concludes that educational interventions and outreach efforts pertaining to PHBS in schools can positively impact students' awareness and knowledge of the significance of PHBS. It is anticipated that this heightened awareness will empower students to maintain school cleanliness and improve their health and hygiene practices.

Abstract

The objective of this investigation is to examine the impact of project-based learning on secondary school students' collaborative abilities. This investigation utilizes qualitative research methods and a case study approach. To this end, data were collected via direct observations of students' interactions during the project, in-person interviews with students and teachers to gain insight into their experiences, and an analysis of documents such as project assignments, reports, and students' reflections. Findings from the study demonstrated that the integration of PBL led to substantial advancements in students' collaboration abilities. These enhancements can be categorized into three main aspects: communication skills, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. The analysis of communication skills revealed that students exhibited an improvement in conveying ideas and attending to others' opinions, indicating enhanced interactive processes. Furthermore, students displayed an enhancement in teamwork, which included effective task allocation and reciprocal assistance in accomplishing shared objectives. Additionally, problem-solving skills exhibited by students demonstrated a marked progression, with students attaining creative and innovative solutions through collaborative efforts. The findings of this study offer significant insights into the merits of incorporating project-based learning methodologies within the secondary school curriculum, with the aim of cultivating critical collaboration skills in students to equip them to confront challenges in their future educational and professional pursuits.The effective integration of this pedagogical approach necessitates comprehensive support from educators in their role as facilitators, along with students' readiness to engage in a more interactive and participatory learning process. Further exploration through research is warranted, focusing on the implementation of this pedagogical approach across diverse contexts and academic levels. Such inquiry would serve to enhance the comprehension and practical implementation of project-based learning strategies in cultivating students' collaborative skills.

Abstract

Background: Preeclampsia is a common medical complication during pregnancy, affecting approximately 5-15% of all pregnancies. This research aims to identify factors influencing the occurrence of preeclampsia at a Primary care clinic in Bandar Selamat, Tembung, Medan, in the year 2023. Method: This study adopts a cross-sectional approach, involving pregnant women with a gestational age of ≥20 weeks who visited the primary care clinic in Bandar Selamat, Tembung, Medan, from July to December 2023. A total of 37 respondents were sampled using convenience sampling. The dependent variable was the occurrence of preeclampsia, while independent variables included age, parity, medical history, calcium supplementation, and employment history. Multivariate analysis was conducted using SPSS version 23. Result: 16.8% of the respondents experienced preeclampsia. Additionally, 21.6% were in the unhealthy reproductive age group, 72.9% were primigravida, 13.5% had a medical history, 43.2% had poor calcium supplementation, and 40.5% were employed. Multivariate analysis revealed that Age (P-value: 0.044, OR: 24.5, 95% CI: 1.082 - 556.407), Parity (P-value: 0.252, OR: 4.926, 95% CI: 0.32 - 75.4), History of Chronic Disease (P-value: 0.32, OR: 40.484, 95% CI: 1.37 - 1196.2), Calcium Supplementation (P-value: 0.167, OR: 11.582, 95% CI: 0.3 - 374.8), and Employment Status (P-value: 0.679, OR: 1.849, 95% CI: 0.1 - 33.87) are associated with preeclampsia. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between age, parity, history of chronic disease, and the occurrence of preeclampsia in pregnant women at the primary care clinic in Bandar Selamat, Tembung, Medan. History of Chronic Disease is the most influential variable (OR: 40.484).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work discipline and compensation on employee performance at the Kolaka district PDAM office. This research uses a quantitative method. Data collection in this research used observation, literature study, and the distribution of questionnaires. The population in this study was 70 respondents. Likewise, the sample in this study was 70 respondents using a sampling technique, namely the census method. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 22.0. The data analysis techniques used in this research are measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with smart PLS 4.0. Based on the research results, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the work discipline variables, as shown by the P-value of 0.000. Meanwhile, the Compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance as shown by the P-Value value of 0.032.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Kompensasi Terhadap Retensi Karyawan di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Retensi Karyawan menggambarkan kemampuan suatu perusahaan untuk mempertahankan karyawannya dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Faktor-faktor seperti lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja dan kompensasi diyakini memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei, di mana data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 140 responden karyawan Di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS 25 untuk menguji pengaruh variabel-variabel tersebut terhadap retensi karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan, sementara lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, perusahaan disarankan untuk fokus pada pengembangan lingkungan kerja yang jelas dan memberikan kepuasan kerja yang sesuai untuk mempertahankan retensi karyawan. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan terkait sampel yang terbatas dan desain penelitian yang bersifat cross-sectional, yang dapat diperbaiki pada penelitian selanjutnya dengan memperluas sampel dan menggunakan desain longitudinal.

Abstract

Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta province has a strategic position in developing creative industries. One of the districts that support these creative industries is Sleman. However, SMEs in Sleman district still largely prosperous, because they do not take more advantage of IT development to increase sales. The problems of this study, how to construct the marketingmodel for product of creative industries that adopted the principles of sharia marketing by utilizing the E-Commerce portal to increase revenues and competitiveness of creative industries in Sleman at the level of domestic market and international market. This research has produced an e-commerce portal (http://jogjakreatif.com) equipped with SMS gateway that enables traders of creative industries in Sleman to promote and conduct transactions with customers on line-based or sms. Through this facility, traders are not required to check transaction activity every time, but they can obtain latest information regarding transactions via email and sms.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the difficulties faced by students in understanding the TOEFL Reading test and to find the factors that influence the difficulties in understanding the TOEFL Reading test of English Language Education Study Program at IAIN Palopo. This research used descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this research were 13 of the 3th semester in the English Department of IAIN Palopo in the 2023/2024 academic year. The instruments used to collect data were the TOEFL Reading test consisting of 50 questions in the form of multiple choice and an interview consisting of 5 questions. Based on the analysis of the TOEFL test results, it was found that the unstated detail question is the most difficult question faced by students and the question has been classified into the most difficult question based on the difficulty index formula. Meanwhile, the interview results show that students' opinions regarding the factors that influence the difficulty of understanding the TOEFL Reading test were lack of focus, time management, vocabulary mastery, lack of understanding of the aspects of the questions contained in the TOEFL questions, and lack of practice working on questions or taking the TOEFL test.

Abstract

Maksud utama dari riset ilmiah ini untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh: (1) live streaming terhadap impulse buying pada media TikTok pasca TikTok shop ditutup; (2) promosi terhadap impulse buying pada media TikTok pasca TikTok shop ditutup. Kajian ilmiah akan maksud terebut terlaksana secara kuantitatif dengan pendekatan statistik SEM. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non-probability dengan penentuan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 responden menggunakan rumus Hair. Kesimpulan akhirnya memperlihatan adanya keterkaitan positif dan signifikan antara; (1) live streaming dengan impulse buying pada pengguna TikTok pasca TikTok shop ditutup dilihat dari nilai t hitung sebesar 7.978 yang jauh diatas standar yang ditetapkan (nilai t tabel) sebesar 1.670649 serta nilai hubungan searah antar variabel sebesar 0.508; (2) promosi dengan impulse buying pada pengguna TikTok pasca TikTok shop ditutup dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 7.142 > t tabel 1.670649 serta nilai hubungan searah antar variabel sebesar 0.466.
