Abstract

The aim of this research was to investigate the impact of various types of plastic packaging on the physical characteristics, weight, sugar content, and shelf life of honey pineapple (Ananas Comosus (L.) Merr.). Additionally, this study aimed to evaluate the influence of Polypropylene (PP) and High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) plastic packaging on the sensory evaluation of honey pineapple fruit following storage. Employing a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with three replications, treatments included no packaging, Polypropylene (PP) plastic packaging, and High Density Polyethylene (HDPE). Research parameters encompassed the physical and chemical properties of honey pineapple fruit, such as weight loss, color, aroma, texture, and sugar content.Findings revealed that honey pineapple subjected to treatment (P1) exhibited the lowest weight loss percentage (0.04%), contrasting with the highest weight loss observed in P0 (11.6%). ANOVA analysis of the scoring test indicated no significant differences in color, aroma, or texture. Honey pineapple fruit under treatment P2 demonstrated the lowest percentage of total sugar content compared to P0 and P1. Regarding physical appearance, honey pineapple fruit treated with P0 displayed the most pronounced change in aroma. According to the experimental assessment based on SNI 3166-2009, honey pineapple fruit without packaging failed to meet quality criteria, while those packaged in Polypropylene (PP) and High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) plastic met the quality standards for honey pineapple.

Abstract

Kurangnya hasil belajar siswa di sekolah menjadi pusat perhatian kepada guru bidang studi di sekolah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan pendidikan matematika realistik Indonesia terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SDN 7 Sopai. Turunnya hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SDN 7 Sopai tentu ada faktor yang mempengaruhi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi sumber pengetahuan dan upaya dalam menagnggulangi terjadinya penurunan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SDN 7 Sopai, Kecamatan Sopai’, Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Dalam skripsi ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian Eksperimen, dengan teknik pengumpulan data test dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisa data menunjukkan bahwa ada faktor yang menyebabkan hasil belajar siswa menurun. Faktor tersebut, yaitu siswa kesulitan dalam belajar matematika yang disebabkan oleh siswa kurang memahami materi dan malu untuk bertanya kepada guru.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the application of constructivism learning theory to the discovery method can increase the effectiveness of student learning. 2. to find out how the application of constructivism learning theory to the discovery method can increase the effectiveness of student learning. This research was carried out by giving the discovery method learning treatment to the subjects of Stabat 1 Public Middle School students. From the results of data analysis, it was found that students' mastery of material was 76.91% in the medium category, classical learning mastery was 87.3%, achievement of specific learning objectives as a whole was 80%. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that learning mathematics using the discovery method at Stabat 1 Public Middle School is effective. So this method can be an alternative method of learning mathematics.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Muara Nibung Village, Pandan District, Tapanuli Tengah Regency, North Sumatra Province with the aim of knowing the amount of investment, profits and the level of feasibility of fishing for a Bagan Tancap fisherman based on financial aspects of using investment analysis, income, profit, revenue cost (R/C), financial rate of return (FRR), and payback period of capital (PPC). The method used in this study is a survey method while the determination of respondents is carried out by a census. The data collection was carried out by observations, interviews and documentation directly with 37 people of Bagan Tancap fishermen. The results of the study show that the Bagan tancap in Muara Nibung has two categories of operating distance from the coast, including the Bagan dekat ±1 km and the Bagan jauh ±3 km, of course different investments, profit and business feasibility. For Bagan dekat ±1 km the total investment is (IDR 124,616,000.00), the profit received is (IDR 121,240,800.00/year), R/C (2.59), FRR (97.29), PPC (1.03). Whereas Bagan jauh ±3 km the total investment is (IDR 139,416,000.00), the profit received is (IDR 179,140,800.00/year), R/C (2.85), FRR (128.49), PPC (0.78). Based on the results of the calculation that the R/C is more than 1, the FRR is greater than the bank interest rate of 11%, and the PPC is getting smaller, meaning that the fishing business is profitable and feasible to continue.

Abstract

Striped Catfish (Pangasius sp) is a freshwater fish that has good prospects for development because it has important economic value, this is because the selling price is quite high and can be marketed in fresh and processed forms. Striped catfish in Riau Province has been developed by the community, especially in Kampar Regency. This research was conducted in Koto Masjid Village, Kampar Regency in November 2021. This study aims to determine the business feasibility and prospects for the development of striped catfish farming. This research uses survey method. Data analysis was carried out on aquaculture with a pond area of ​​1000 m2. Business analysis is carried out on investment, fixed capital, working capital and profits. Data analysis used to determine the financial feasibility of a business is Revenue Cost of Ratio (RCR), financial Rate of Return (FRR), and Payback Period of Capital (PPC). Respondents in this study were Striped Catfish cultivators, feed entrepreneurs, and hatcheries. The results showed that the catfish farming business was very feasible to be developed both in terms of profit, business feasibility and sustainability aspects. The prospect of developing this business is very good in terms of input, production process, and market demand. In addition, there is still land available for striped catfish cultivation, making it possible for business expansion

Abstract

In recent decades, globalization and technological advancements have increased work pressures, blurring the boundaries between work and personal life. This highlights the importance of work-life balance in maintaining employee productivity. Effective internal communication within organizations directly impacts job satisfaction and the creation of work-life balance, especially in industries such as event management. PK Entertainment, a leading promoter in Indonesia, implements coordinated internal communication to ensure the smooth running of each stage of events. This study aims to explore and describe PK Entertainment's internal communication in fostering work-life balance. The concepts supporting this research include organizational communication, internal communication, organizational communication climate, and work-life balance. The researcher used a qualitative approach with a case study method. The findings show that transparency in internal communication allows employees to freely express opinions, supporting their personal development and skills. Leaders have a responsibility to ensure effective internal communication. Company support for work-life balance is crucial in creating a healthy work environment that enhances productivity and creativity. Internal communication plays a key role in creating productive collaboration, harmonious relationships, and building trust and motivation to achieve shared goals. Openness in the organizational communication climate creates a flexible, collaborative work environment that fosters work-life balance.  Dalam beberapa dekade terakhir, globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi telah meningkatkan tekanan kerja, sehingga menghilangkan batas antara kehidupan kerja dan pribadi. Hal ini menekankan pentingnya work-life balance untuk menjaga produktivitas karyawan. Komunikasi internal yang efektif dalam organisasi berdampak langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja dan terciptanya work-life balance, terutama di industri hiburan seperti event management. PK Entertainment, sebagai promotor terkemuka di Indonesia, menerapkan komunikasi internal yang terkoordinasi untuk memastikan kelancaran setiap tahap acara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan komunikasi internal PK Entertainment dalam menciptakan work-life balance. Konsep yang mendukung penelitian ini adalah konsep komunikasi organisasi, komunikasi internal, iklim komunikasi organisasi, dan work-life balance. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transparansi dalam alur komunikasi internal memungkinkan karyawan menyampaikan pendapat dengan bebas, mendukung pengembangan diri dan kemampuan mereka. Pemimpin memiliki tanggung jawab memastikan komunikasi internal berjalan baik. Dukungan perusahaan terhadap work-life balance sangat penting untuk membuat lingkungan kerja sehat yang meningkatkan produktivitas dan kreativitas. Komunikasi internal berperan dalam menciptakan kolaborasi produktif, hubungan harmonis, serta membangun kepercayaan dan motivasi dalam mencapai tujuan bersama. Keterbukaan dalam iklim komunikasi organisasi menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang fleksibel, kolaboratif, dan menciptakan work-life balance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and organizational commitment on job satisfaction and its impact on teacher performance at a private junior high school in the sub-district of Lempuing, Ogan Komering Ilir. This type of research is associative. The variables used in this study are Motivation, Organizational Commitment, Satisfaction, and Performance. The sample in this study was teachers, totaling 110 people. The study employed primary data, collecting data using questionnaire techniques. The analysis technique uses SEM. The results of the survey prove that 1) motivation has no significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. 2) Motivation has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. 3) Commitment has no significant effect on teacher satisfaction in Lempuing Subdistrict. 4) Work commitment does not have a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction in the sub-district of Lempuing. 5) Satisfaction has no significant effect on the performance of teachers in private junior high schools in the sub-district of Lempuing, Ogan Komering Ilir.

Abstract

Purpose: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan pemberian insentif terhadap kinerja pegawai, khususnya pendamping petani, di Dinas Hortikultura dan Tanaman Pangan Kabupaten Kolaka. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah adanya penurunan kinerja pegawai yang terlihat dari realisasi produksi yang tidak mencapai target pada beberapa indikator utama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai di dinas tersebut, yang berjumlah 40 orang, dan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh parsial dan simultan dari variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara simultan, kedua variabel memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan produktivitas kerja pegawai. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disarankan agar Dinas Hortikultura dan Tanaman Pangan Kabupaten Kolaka meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai melalui program pelatihan dan pengembangan, serta menerapkan sistem insentif yang transparan, adil, dan berbasis kinerja.Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Insentif, Kinerja Pegawai, Pendamping Petani.

Abstract

The role of the teacher of moral beliefs is a primary part because the teacher is someone who directly interacts with students at school. Therefore, the role of teachers must be maximized to improve students' morals in accordance with the existing habits and curriculum which are supported by the teacher's competence and qualifications as an educator. The purpose of this research is to (1) Describe the role of moral aqidah teachers as educators in improving students' morals through the habit of reading the Al-Qur'an, (2) Describe the influence of the habit of reading the Al-Qur'an implemented by moral aqidah teachers on changes in students' morals . The research method used is a qualitative approach as a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of words. With this type of field research. Meanwhile, data collection uses observation, interviews. For the analysis method, the descriptive reflective thinking method is used. In presenting data by drawing a conclusion. The results of this research indicate that the role of the moral aqidah teacher in improving the morals of students at MTs Nurul Hidayah has been implemented, namely through the habitual activity of reading the Al-Qur'an, where the role of the moral aqidah teacher is to act as an educator, the role of the moral aqidah teacher as an educator is to be a role model. for students and the role of a teacher is to teach students about good morals because teachers play an important role not only in the classroom but outside the classroom to create students who have morals. karimah because considering that in today's era, there is a lack of morals towards a teacher.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi capaian hasil belajar materi bola kasti pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 057230 Babalan pada masa pandemi covid-19. Pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan melalui pembelajaran home visit materi bola kasti dengan hasil pengukuran kegiatan belajar siswa pada masa pademi Covid-19. Materi yang disampaikan guru dilakukan melalui belajar kunjungan ke rumah siswa yang sudah dibagi menjadi 4 kelompok. Materi bola kasti diberikan pada siswa SD kelas IV harus dapat dicapai hasil belajarnya pada situasi pandemi covid-19. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan yang dilaksanakan dengan kemampuan analisis peneliti dalam menghubungkan antar variabel penelitian. Pengabdian ini berfokus perolehan kegiatan yang mencerminkan capaian hasil belajar materi bola kasti melalui pembelajaran home visit. Data yang diperoleh berupa hasil pantauan dan kajian kegiatan pembelajaran pada masa pandemi covid-19 siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 057230 Babalan. Hasil analisis data diperoleh pada materi bola kasti yaitu siswa memiliki hasil belajar aspek psikomotorik unjuk kerja dengan jumlah 24 orang siswa (100%) mencapai status hasil belajar “tuntas”, dan 0 orang siswa (0%) memiliki hasil belajar “tidak tuntas”. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran home visit untuk siswa kelas IV materi bola kasti menunjukkan bahwa siswa dapat mengikuti pembelajaran dengan baik sehingga mampu mencapai kelulusan klasikal diatas 75%. Simpulan dalam pengabdian ini adalah strategi capaian hasil belajar materi bola kasti pada siswa kelas IV situasi pandemi covid-19 adalah strategi home visit dengan metode belajar mandiri dan kelompok. Konsep belajar mandiri adalah siswa dipersiapkan untuk memiliki pengetahuan dasar tetang materi yang akan diajarkan yakni materi bola kasti. Kemudian kelompok adalah belajar sesama teman dalam kelompok sehingga terjadi diskusi dan saling mendukung terkait kemampuan pelaksanaan teknik yang harus dikuasai. Kemudian sebagai pendukung adalah belajar home visit dilakukan disekitar rumah siswa, hal ini memberikan peran pada efektivitas waktu siswa dalam mendalami materi beriringan dengan menunggu guru datang ke lokasi belajar, kemudian tempat belajar akan menjadi memori siswa pada aspek terbentuknya ingatan akan penguasaan teknik yang disampaikan saat pembelajaran berlangsung.
