Abstract

In today's technological era, web-based solutions are essential for optimizing the distribution of internship placements. The current manual processes can lead to issues such as placement delays and difficulties in data collection. This research proposes the implementation of a web-based system to streamline the internship program at SMK YP Gajah Mada, focusing on developing an efficient and user-friendly platform. The objective of this research is to build a web-based internship placement and monitoring system at SMK YP Gajah Mada Palembang. The methodology used in this study is Rapid Application Development (RAD), an alternative to traditional system life cycles. The implementation of this system is expected to improve placement processes, enhance data management, and provide a more effective way to monitor and support interns throughout their program. The results of the research indicate that the web-based system significantly reduces placement delays, facilitates data collection, and offers a structured approach to monitoring and managing internship activities.

Abstract

Teacher competency standards are indicators that can be used as a measure of teacher characteristics that are considered professionally competent. Teachers have a very strategic role in efforts to realize national development goals, especially in the field of education. However, the goal of education is to experience a decline in competency standards at the end of each year for certain subjects, especially science / Basic Physics. Therefore, this service aims to motivate educators and students at the secondary school level to raise awareness of the education process through the practice of learning science / Basic Physics using adequate equipment and materials. The proposed form of activity is in the form of teaching and learning in secondary schools throughout the Meranti Islands Regency including SMA, MAN, and MTs, and SMP levels. In addition, this activity also provides guidance on experiments and demonstration tools for science / Basic Physics teachers regarding understanding concepts from simple to complex natural phenomena through simple demonstration media for practical tools. That way, teachers are expected to be motivated and enthusiastic in the learning process with a good and comprehensive understanding of the material. So that it can increase teacher competency standards intensively to be more qualified and professional.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Time Pressure has a significant effect on Premature Sign off of Audit Procedures at Syamsul Bahri TRB Public Accounting Firm, knowing whether Supervision have a significant effect on Premature Sign off of Audit Procedures at Syamsul Bahri TRB Public Accounting Firm and find out whether time pressure and supervision has a significant effect on premature sign off of audit procedures at Syamsul Bahri TRB Public Accounting Firm. The research methodology used is descriptive quantitative method. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, namely data obtained in the form of numbers or numbers. Data sources are primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from questionnaires while secondary data is obtained from theories and journals related to the variables under study. The population in this study was the auditor of Syamsul Bahri's Accounting Office, which amounted to 37 auditors. By using census samples, the number of samples obtained is 37 auditors. The results of the analysis showed that Time Pressure had a significant effect on Premature Sign off of the audit procedures at Syamsul Bahri TRB Public Accounting Firm based on the results of partial hypothesis testing, namely tcount (5,854) <t table (2,03224). The results of the analysis show that Supervision have a significant effect on Premature Sign off of the Audit Procedures at the Syamsul Bahri TRB Public Accounting Firm based on the results of the partial hypothesis test, namely tcount (3.773)> t table (2.03224). The results showed that time pressure and supervision had a significant effect on Premature Sign off of the audit procedures at Syamsul Bahri TRB Public Accounting Firm based on the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing, which was equal to Fcount (25,569)> (Ftable) = (3,28). The results of this study are supported by the value of R square (R2) = 0.601 or 60.1% which means that Time Pressure and Supervision simultaneously have an effect of 39.9% on Premature Sign off of Audit Procedures. While the remaining 59.1% is influenced by other variables not examined, such as materiality, Locus of Control, Risk Audit, Review Procedure, ethical awareness and others.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model in improving student creativity in secondary schools. Student creativity includes four main aspects, namely fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. The study was conducted using a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, involving two groups of students: an experimental group using the PjBL method and a control group using conventional learning methods. Data were collected through observation, creativity tests, and student learning motivation questionnaires. The results showed that the implementation of PjBL had a significant effect on increasing student creativity. Students in the experimental group showed higher creativity scores than the control group, with the most striking increase in the aspects of originality and elaboration. In addition, the PjBL model also increased student learning motivation as well as collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. The integration of technology in PjBL, such as the use of digital devices and online resources, had a positive impact on students' learning experiences. However, this study also found several obstacles in the implementation of PjBL, such as the need for teacher training, time management, and infrastructure support. Therefore, a comprehensive strategy is needed to optimize the implementation of PjBL in secondary schools. Overall, the project-based learning model has proven to be effective in enhancing student creativity and is relevant to the demands of 21st century education.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenghijauan adalah salah satu kegiatan penting yang perlu dilakukan secara terstruktur dalam menangani krisis lingkungan. Kampung Sukajadi merupakan salah satu Kampung mempunyai banyak lahan pertanian dan persawahan. Namun masih terdapat beberapa lahan-lahan yang masih kosong dan belum dimanfaatkan. Dalam Upaya pelestarian lingkungan, mahasiswa KKN bersama Aparatur Kampung setempat telah melakukan kegiatan penghijauan. Kegiatan bertujuan untuk mengisi lahan-lahan kosong baik di sepanjang sisi jalan maupun pada salah satu lahan milik Kampung yang masih kosong. Kegiatan penghijauan bertujuan untuk pelestarian lingkungan serta mendapat manfaat ekonomi.ABSTRACK  Greening is one of the important activities that needs to be done in a structured way in dealing with environmental crises. The village of Sukajadi is one of the villages that has many farmland and suburbs. But there are still some land that is empty and unused. In an effort to preserve the environment, KKN students together with local village appliances have undertaken greening activities. The activity is aimed at filling the empty land either along the side of the road or on one of the land belonging to the village that is still vacant. Greening activities are aimed at environmental conservation as well as economic benefits.

Abstract

Promosi merupakan kunci dalam strategi pemasaran untuk mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen, termasuk anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT), dalam pembelian produk pertanian. KWT berfokus pada pemberdayaan perempuan petani melalui pelatihan, termasuk pemasaran produk. Media sosial menjadi sarana efektif bagi KWT dalam mempromosikan produknya karena dapat menjangkau audiens yang luas. Untuk memperkenalkan konsep digital marketing kepada KWT, metode penyuluhan digunakan dengan tahap awal identifikasi permasalahan melalui survei, observasi, wawancara, dan diskusi.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the improvement in cognitive learning outcomes of students at SMA Negeri 6 Pekanbaru on optical instruments through the application of the TGT (Teams Games Tournament) type cooperative learning model in the form of domino cards. The type of research used is Quasi-Experimental. The research sample consisted of 35 students from class XI MIPA 3 as the control class and 36 students from class XI MIPA 4 as the experimental class. The instrument in this research is a written test on optical instruments, totaling 25 objective questions. The cognitive learning results of students by comparing the average scores of the experimental class and the control class obtained an average of 81.11 with a very high category in the experimental class while an average of 63.20 with a medium category in the control class. Overall, it can be concluded that the TGT-type cooperative learning model in the form of card media can improve the physics cognitive learning outcomes of class XI students at SMA Negeri 6 Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan satu penyakit yang bisa mengenai siapa saja, baik usia produktif dan tidak produktif, yang tidak memandang kelas ekonomi. Penyakit hipertensi merupakan satu dari sepuluh penyakit yang mematikan di dunia dan saat ini terdaftar sebagai penyakit pembunuh ke tiga setelah kardiovaskuler dan kanker. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh intervensi resiliensi terhadap stres dan tekanan darah klien hipertensi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Quasi - Experiment dengan rancangan Pre - Posttest without control group design. Hasil dari penelitian ini ada pengaruh pemberian intervensi resiliensi terhadap tingkat stres pasien hipertensi dengan nilai p-value 0.000 dan didapatkan nilai mean sebelum dilakukan intervensi resiliensi yaitu 1.00, sedangkan nilai mean sesudah dilakukan intervensi resiliensi yaitu 0.20. Ada pengaruh pemberian intervensi resiliensi terhadap penurunan tekanan darah diastol dengan nilai p value 0.000 dan didapatkan nilai mean sebelum dilakukan intervensi resiliensi yaitu 89.67, sedangkan nilai mean sesudah dilakukan ntervensi resiliensi yaitu 81.67. Ada pengaruh pemberian intervensi resiliensi terhadap penurunan tekanan darah Sistol dengan nilai p value 0.000 dan didapatkan nilai mean sebelum dilakukan intervensi resiliensi yaitu 167.75 sedangkan nilai mean sesudah dilakukan ntervensi resiliensi yaitu 161.33. Saran: diharapkan perawat komunitas untuk selalu menerapkan upaya promotif, preventif, kuratif serta rehabilitatif kepada pasien hipertensi sebagai intervensi resiliensi sebagai metode yang baik dalam menstabilkan hipertensi dewasa

Abstract

Desa Karedok memiliki potensi agribisnis dan pariwisata yang besar, bahkan desa ini telah dinobatkan sebagai desa wisata sejak 2021, namun desa ini masih menghadapi dua permasalahan utama, yaitu minimnya jumlah kunjungan wisatawan dan tingginya angka stunting, dengan 17 anak teridentifikasi mengalami stunting. Kurangnya promosi wisata yang efektif serta rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang stunting menjadi faktor yang memperburuk kondisi ini. Remaja desa memiliki potensi besar sebagai agen perubahan dalam mengatasi kedua permasalahan tersebut melalui pemanfaatan literasi digital dan komunikasi yang efektif. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi komunikasi dan literasi digital kepada remaja agar mereka mampu menyerap informasi tentang pencegahan stunting melalui keterampilan literasi serta mempromosikan potensi wisata desa secara digital. Program ini menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif yang mencakup survei kebutuhan, pelatihan literasi digital dan komunikasi, pendampingan, evaluasi serta tindak lanjut. Sebanyak 55 remaja (24 perempuan dan 31 laki-laki) mengikuti program ini. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan remaja tentang stunting, dengan lebih dari 85% peserta memahami urgensi pencegahan stunting dan cara mengatasinya. Keterampilan komunikasi peserta meningkat, yang terlihat dari keaktifan mereka dalam menyampaikan informasi melalui media sosial. Selain itu, partisipasi aktif remaja dalam mempromosikan wisata digital berhasil meningkatkan eksposur Desa Karedok sebagai destinasi wisata unggulan. Sebagai bentuk keberlanjutan program, disarankan desa dan karang taruna terus bersinergi mendorong remaja untuk berperan aktif dan mengekspor lebih jauh keterampilan komunikasi serta literasi yang dimiliki. Pendampingan dari praktisi dan tenaga kesehatan sesekali perlu diberikan kepada remaja.

Abstract

We designed a high sensitivity optical biosensor based on Mach-zehnder Interferometer (MZI) by covering the silica waveguide with single atomic layer of graphene material. Graphene was applied to the arm of MZI in certain length. The upper arm was set an important key as the reference signal. The sensor sensitivity was determined mathematically from the power difference launched at the output ports. Our results shows novel optical absorption of hybrid waveguide applied in MZI arm. The presence of sample, which induces the effective index of the hybrid waveguide, significantly changes the phase of light propagation and the power ratio at the output ports which determines the sensitivity. Finally, we showed the effect of the distance between the graphene to the core and the length of graphene on waveguide of MZI.
