Abstract

The rapid advancement of mobile technology tools day by day benefits thousands of smartphone retailers by offering various innovations. This study aims to predict smartphone prices based on their technical features using the linear regression method. The dataset used includes various technical attributes from different smartphone models. The research process involves a data preprocessing stage to clean missing or invalid values and feature transformation to prepare the data for the linear regression process. Subsequently, a linear regression model is developed and tested using cross-validation techniques to evaluate its performance. The metric used to measure the model's prediction accuracy or error is RMSE. The experimental results show an RMSE value of 170.692. The target variable, which is the smartphone price, ranges from the lowest price of 614 to the highest price of 4,361. The RMSE value obtained in this study can be considered fairly good, as it is less than 10% of the actual value or average price. Variables such as RAM, storage size, camera, and processor type significantly influence smartphone prices. However, other factors such as brand and design may also have an impact, albeit to a lesser extent. This study confirms that linear regression can be effectively used to predict smartphone prices based on technical specifications. The findings of this research can assist companies in developing pricing strategies based on smartphone specifications. Additionally, it can help determine which products are suitable for market introduction.

Abstract

Gender is a social and cultural construct influencing roles and responsibilities across various sectors, including beef cattle farming under a profit-sharing system. This study aims to analyze gender roles in the management of beef cattle farming within a profit-sharing system in Bontocani District, Bone Regency. The research sample consisted of 36 farmers, 24 men, and 12 women, selected proportionally with a significance level of α=10%. Data collection was conducted using a cross-sectional survey method. Data analysis was performed descriptively to examine gender roles in access, control, and the utilization and management of profits. The findings indicate that men dominate access to resources (65–67%), decision-making control (61–64%), and external profit utilization (78%), while women play a more significant role in internal profit utilization (81%). The study concludes that gender roles influence the management of beef cattle farming, with men being more dominant in strategic and economic aspects. In contrast, women are more involved in profit management within the domestic sphere. Collaboration between men and women is a key factor in ensuring the sustainability of this farming business.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini memberdayakan kelompok tani desa Teluk Kepatang Kab, Batanghari. Pemberdayaan dengan pemanfaatan budidaya ikan patin bernilai ekonomi untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota kelompok, pemasaran dan multiflier effect kepada masyarakat desa lainnya. Tujuan lainnya untuk transfer knowledge dan technology terkait penggunaan sitem E-Commerce berbasis web. Metode yang digunakan berupa sosialisasi, dan pelatihan inovasi kemasan serta pembuatan sistem promosi E-Commerce berbasis web berupa pemanfaatan akun media sosial (seperti: Instagram, Facebook, dan tiktok) dan aplikasi Shopee. Metode pengabdian menggunakan Focus Group Discussion dan teknik PPM menggunakan manajemen usaha yaitu Planning- Implementing - Controling, dan Evaluating. Hasil anaslisa menunjukkan ada efek positif penggunaan media sosial-e commerce sebagai sarana promosi dan perkembangan usaha dari inovasi kemasan produk. Evaluasi menunjukkan ada pengingkatan pangsa pasar yang lebih luas, dan inovasi pengemasan produk serta meningkatnya ide usaha kelompok tani Harapan Maju.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara kebersyukuran dengan kesejahteraan subjektif. Subjek pada penelitian ini yaitu Remaja Panti Asuhan di kota Martapura yang berjumlah 60 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala psikologi meliputi skala kebersyukuran dan skala kesejahteraan subjektif. Hasil korelasi product moment dari karl pearson menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara kebersyukuran dengan kesejahteraan subjektif pada remaja di panti asuhan di Kota Martapura. Adapun sumbangan efektif kebersyukuran terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif diketahui sebesar 62 % dengan demikian 38 % lainnya merupakan sumbangan dari variabel lain seperti faktor genetik, faktor kepribadian, faktor demografis, harga diri, dan dukungan sosial. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi kebersyukuran maka akan semakin tinggi kesejahteraan subjektif.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the large number of students who have low self-concept and study habits. The aims of this study are: 1) To find out self-concept in students in class VII MTsN 3 Agam. 2) To find out the study habits of students in class VII MTsN 3 Agam. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The research population was class VII MTsN 3 Agam in the 2022/2023 academic year, with a total of 160 students and the research sample was taken by simple random sampling consisting of 32 students. The instrument that the researcher used in this study was a questionnaire instrument for self-concept and study habits. The collected data were analyzed and determined from the students' self-concept and study habits by means of a percentage. The results of the study showed that the percentage of self-concept in class VII students of MTsN 3 Agam was 78.125% in the moderate category. And the percentage of study habits in class VII students of MTsN 3 Agam is 68.75% in the moderate category.

Abstract

Zaafer is a company specializing in slim-fit men’s Muslim attire, operating an official e-commerce site at www.zaaferindonesia.id. After interviewing ten users who had previously shopped on the Zaafer website, we found that they did not receive real-time notifications and felt more comfortable shopping via an Android app rather than through the website. This insight motivated the design of a mobile-based Zaafer application to enhance the user experience. The relationship between user interface interactions and UX is a critical factor in application design. This study aims to design the UI/UX of the Zaafer mobile application using the Design Thinking methodology, which comprises five stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing. Prototype testing of the Zaafer mobile app using the Single Ease Question method yielded a score of 6.33 out of 7, indicating a good rating. Based on these results, we conclude that the UI/UX design of the Zaafer mobile application is well accepted by users.

Abstract

Dalam melaksanakan Tugas dan Kewajiban yang tertuang dalam Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi, dosen melakukan berbagai macam kegiatan. Untuk memaksimalkan pelaksanaan kegiatan dosen agar tidak ada kegiatan yang terlewatkan, maka dibutuhkan sebuah pengingat kegiatan yang berbeda dengan pengingat yang telah ada saat ini. Untuk itu dibuat sebuah aplikasi e-Reminder Services (layanan pengingat elektronik) untuk kegiatan dosen berbasis SMS (Short Message Service) gateway. Alasan digunakannya media SMS karena layanan SMS pasti ada disetiap ponsel, berbeda dengan MMS dan WAP yang hanya ada dibeberapa merek dan tipe ponsel tertentu, serta penggunaan SMS tidak memakan banyak biaya. SMS gateway pada aplikasi ini menggunakan operator GSM (Global system for mobile Communications) dan modem GSM sebagai alat penghubung perangkat komputer dengan SMS gateway. Hasil akhir penelitian ini adalah SMS pengingat kegiatan yang diterima oleh dosen pada ponsel masing-masing. Dari hasil pengujian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa aplikasi e-Reminder Services (layanan pengingat elektronik) untuk kegiatan dosen dapat diimplementasikan pada Jurusan Teknik Informatika UIN Suska Riau.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi telah memberikan dampak besar pada berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk fiqih. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Sistem Tanya Jawab Fiqih yang memungkinkan pengguna memperoleh jawaban cepat dan akurat terkait fiqih kontemporer. Sistem ini menggunakan LangChain dan model Gemini-2.0-flash untuk mencari jawaban dari sembilan buku fiqih kontemporer karya Syekh Al-Qardhawi. Teknologi Large Language Model (LLM) dan similarity search diterapkan guna meningkatkan akurasi dan relevansi jawaban. Penelitian ini mencakup tahap pengumpulan data, analisis, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian sistem. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan sistem ini menghasilkan jawaban yang akurat dengan tingkat kepuasan responden ahli fiqih sebesar 89% dan skor evaluator LangChain rata-rata 95%, keduanya dalam kategori “Sangat Setuju”. Temuan ini menegaskan potensi teknologi informasi dalam studi fiqih serta membuka peluang pengembangan lebih lanjut guna meningkatkan akses informasi fiqih bagi umat Islam.

Abstract

This research analyses the effect of radiation and fluid mass flow rate variations on the thermal performance of Photovoltaic/Thermal (PV/T) collectors based on top-surface cooling and bottom-surface cooling methods. This research uses the ANSYS Fluent simulation method based on radiation variations of 500 W/m2, 750 W/m2, 1000 W/m2, 1250 W/m2 and fluid mass flow rates of 0.02 kg/s, 0.04 kg/s, 0.06 kg/s. The research results show that cooling the top surface is proven to be more effective than cooling the bottom surface. The highest temperature difference between top and bottom cooling for PV surface temperature is 2.64 oC at a mass flow rate of 0.04 kg/s and radiation of 1250 W/m2, meanwhile, the difference in average working fluid temperature is lower than 1 oC. For a three-fold increase in fluid flow rate from 0.02 kg/s to 0.06 kg/s, the respective temperature decrease for the PV surface and working fluid is 7% and 14% respectively for both types of working fluid flow.

Abstract

The use of computer technology continues to grow so that it has an impact on changes to a system, which was previously done manually, now the system can be computerized. Various education sectors, both formal and informal, continue to improve in various ways ranging from learning methods, learning media to learning outcomes that we know by the term report card. Digital report cards are not something that is classified as new in homeland education. Transferring grades that have been printed from the RDM (Raport Digital Madrasah) application to the report card book will take a long time because of the large number of students. A large number of grade data files will cause storage to accumulate. If there is a mistake in writing the value, searching for value data will take a long time. Not to mention some problems that occur when the report card given in the form of sheets of paper is wet, torn or lost which causes the school to have to reprint many times To overcome these problems, it is necessary to design a website-based digital report card information system that can be accessed by teachers, educators, and especially students. Schools need this system to managerialize student grade data, so that students and parents can view report card data online and anywhere as long as it is connected to an internet connection without the need to print it. System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is the process of creating and changing systems and models and methodologies used to develop a system. The results obtained are a digital report card system that is practical to use and can minimize the risk of damage and loss of data hoping to help in retrieving student report cards more easily, can view data online, without the need to come to school.
