Abstract

This study is a qualitative descriptive study with the aim of knowing the scope of scientific literacy as knowledge, investigation of the nature of science, ways of thinking, and the interaction of Science Technology and society in chemistry textbook for year 10based on Merdeka Belajar Curriculum. The sample of this research is a science book of kurikulum merdeka which contains chemistry material from four different publishers. The scope of scientific literacy aspects of science as knowledge in chemistry textbooks foryear10 has a very high emergence of 63.35%. The scope of scientific literacy aspects of science as an investigation of the nature of Science in chemistry textbooks class X has the second highest occurrence of 27.57%.The scope of scientific literacy aspects of science as a way of thinking of chemistry textbooks for year 10 have the third largest occurrence of 6.37%. The scope of scientific literacy aspects of science as the interaction of Science Technology and society in chemistry textbooks for year 10 has the lowest occurrence of 2.71%.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media Truth or Dare dalam model problem based learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 4 Maros studi pokok materi larutan penyangga. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh kelas XI MIPA dengan jumlah 7 kelas. Sampel penelitian diperoleh dengan teknik simple random sampling hasilnya adalah kelas XI MIPA 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI MIPA 6 sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes pilihan ganda 20 item yang telah divalidasi untuk memperoleh data hasil belajar. Hasil analisis deskriptif diperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar kelas eksperimen 95,03 lebih tinggi dibanding kelas kontrol yaitu 85,70. Hasil analisis inferensial terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik menunjukkan bahwa data kelas eskperimen dan kelas kontrol berasal dari populasi yang homogen tetapi tidak terdistribusi normal sehingga uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah uji Mann-Whitney, data hasil analisis tersebut didapatkan Zhitung>Ztabel (2,77>1,64). Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh media Truth Or Dare dalam model Problem Based Learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik Kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 4 Maros studi pokok materi larutan penyangga ABSTRACT This research is a quasi-experimental research that aims to determine the effect of Truth Or Dare media in the Problem Based Learning model on the Learning Outcomes of Class XI MIPA students at SMA Negeri 4 Maros studying the main material of buffer solutions. The research population was all class XI MIPA with a total of 7 classes. The research sample obtained using a simple random sampling technique resulted in class XI MIPA 3 as the experimental class and class XI MIPA 6 as the control class. The data collection technique uses a validated 20-item multiple choice test to obtain learning outcome data. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the average learning outcome for the experimental class was 95.03, higher than the control class, namely 85.70. The results of the inferential analysis of student learning outcomes show that the experimental class and control class data came from a homogeneous population but were not normally distributed so that the hypothesis test used was the Mann-Whitney test, the data obtained from the analysis was Zcount>Ztabel (2.77>1 .64). Based on the results of this analysis, it can be concluded that there is an influence of Truth Or Dare media in the Problem Based Learning model on the learning outcomes of students in Class

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan flipped classroom pada model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing secara daring terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI MIA SMA Negeri 4 Takalar pada materi koloid. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah posttest only control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI MIA SMA Negeri 4 Takalar yang terdiri dari enam kelas. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara random sampling dan terambil kelas XI MIA 6 sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelas XI MIA 1 sebagai kelompok kontrol yang masing-masing berjumlah 36 Peserta didik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pemberian tes akhir hasil belajar pada kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Data penelitian ini di analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil analisis deksriptif diperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar kelompok eksperimen 81,75 dengan standar deviasi 11,35 dan rata- rata kelompok kontrol yaitu 77,28 dengan standar deviasi 13,33. Hasil di analisis secara statistik inferensial terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik menunjukkan bahwa data kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol berasal dari populasi yang homogen tetapi tidak terdistribusi normal sehingga uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah uji non-parametrik Mann-Whitney dengan α = 0,05. Hasil uji diperoleh Zhitung > Ztabel (2,00 > 1,65). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh pendekatan flipped classroom pada model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing secara daring terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI MIA SMA Negeri 4 Takalar pada materi koloid. ABSTRACT This is a quasi experiment research that aimed to know effect of the Flipped Classroom approach of online guided inquiry learning model on learning outcomes of student in class XI MIA SMA Negeri 4 Takalar on colloid subject matter. The research design was posttest only control group design. The population of this research was student in class XI MIA SMA Negeri 4 Takalar that consist of six classes. Sampling technique was conducted by random sampling that the class XI MIPA 6 as an experimental group and class XI MIPA 1 as a control group consisting of 36 student respectively. The Data collection was carried out by giving a final test of learning outcomes in the experimental group and control group. This research analyzed descriptive and inferential statictical. The results of descriptive analysis showed that, the average of the learning outcomes of the experimental group was 81,75 with standard deviation 11,35 and the average of control group was 77,28 with standard deviation 13,33. The results of the inferential statictical analysis of the students learning outcomes showed that data on the experimental and the control group were homogeneous but not normally distributed so hypotesis testing using non-parametric test by Mann-Whitney with α = 0,05. The result of this lest is obtained Zcount > Ztable (2,00 > 1,65). Therefore, it can be concluded that the flipped classroom approach of online guided inquiry learning model has a effect on the learning outcomes of student in class XI MIA SMA Negeri 4 Takalar on colloid as a subject matter

Abstract

This study is a quasi-experimental research which aims to determine the effect of using virtual labs media in problem based learning (PBL) model toward students learning outcomes in class XI MIA SMA Negeri 1 Jeneponto study on acid base titration. This study design used is posttest-only control group design. These study population were all the students of class XI MIA of SMAN 1 Jeneponto which consists of six classes. The sampling technique is simple random sampling. The class XI MIA 3 as experiment group and XI MIA 5 as control group each of which consists of 31 students, the learning process is carried out online. Technique of collecting data of the learning result done by giving post-test to experiment group dan control group. In analysing the data, the researcher used descriptive and inferential statistics. The result of the analysis shows that the average of learning outcomes of experiment group is 77,47 higher than the control group is 62,25. Result of hypothesis test by using Mann-Whitney test with α = 0,05 (non-parametrik test) obtained that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. It shows that there is an influence of using virtual labs media in problem based learning (PBL) model toward students learning outcomes in class XI MIA SMA Negeri 1 Jeneponto study on acid base titration. Abstract

The goal of this research and development (R&D) study was to develop a 3D Chemis media product that included cards and applications for three-dimensional display. The 4-D development model by Thiagarajan et al., which comprised the phases of defining, designing, developing, and distributing, was consulted in the creation of this 3D chemistry media. The study's findings included the following: 1) two media experts and two material experts' evaluations of the media's viability and validity fell into the extremely valid group; 2) During the limited testing phase, which involved 29 students from class X MIA 5 SMAN 16 Makassar, each student received an average learning outcome test score of 83.3 out of 100, with 86.2% of the class completing the course. Additionally, the evaluation of student motivation for this media fell into the very high category, suggesting that the media was effective; 3) both students' and teachers' responses to the developed learning media fell into the very high category, suggesting that the media was useful. Following a validation stage by experts and validators, development revisions, and a small number of trials, this learning material was found to be reliable, useful, and efficient. The Chemis 3D media model was shown to be reliable, useful, and efficient.

Abstract

This quasi-experimental study seeks to ascertain the effect of Question Card learning media on the Numbered Head Together (NHT) type Cooperative learning model toward learning Outcomes of Class XI MIPA Students on the subject matter of acids and bases. The research design used was a posttest-only control design. The sampling technique was carried out by simple random sampling, so that 2 sample classes were obtained as the experimental and control class. The instrument used in this study was the learning achievement test. The learning outcomes data obtained were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the average experimental class learning result was 77.97 higher than the control class learning average 69.76. The results of the normality test indicated that the experimental class data were normally distributed while the control class data were not normally distributed and the results of the homogeneity test indicated that both classes came from homogeneous populations. Therefore, the hypothesis test used is a non-parametric test, the results of the Mann-Whitney test reveal that Zcount (2.36) > Ztable (1.65). There is an effect of the Question Card learning media on the NHT type Cooperative learning model on the learning outcomes on the subject matter of Acids and Bases.

Abstract

Penelitian eksperimen semu ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh Question Box pada model Problem Based Learning terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI SMK Farmasi Yamasi Makassar pada materi larutan asam basa. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pretest-posttest control group design untuk motivasi belajar dan posttest only control group design untuk hasil belajar. Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI SMK Farmasi Yamasi Makassar yang berjumlah tiga kelas. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random technique sehingga diperoleh XI A Farmasi Kliniks dan Komunitas sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelas XI C Farmasi Kliniks dan Komunitas sebagai kelompok kontrol. Angket motivasi berisi 20 item pertanyaan terdiri dari enam indikator motivasi yang diadaptasi dari Uno (2017) dan tes hasil belajar terdiri dari 25 soal. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil uji prasyarat statistik inferensial menunjukkan data kelas kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol berasal dari populasi yang homogen tetapi tidak terdistribusi normal sehingga uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah uji Mann-Whitney. Hasil analisis statistik inferensial pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 motivasi belajar diperoleh nilai Zhitung = 6,67 dan nilai Ztabel = 1,65 Karena Zhitung > Ztabel (6,67 > 1,65) maka H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak. Dan hasil belajar diperoleh nilai Zhitung = 7,22 dan nilai Ztabel = 1,65 karena Zhitung > Ztabel (7,22 > 1,65) maka H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak. Analisis hasilnya menunjukkan ada pengaruh question box pada model problem based learning terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI SMK Farmasi Yamasi Makassar pada materi pokok larutan asam basa.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the snowball throwing method on the discovery learning model of students learning outcomes in the subject matter of the Periodic System of Elements. The Research Population of all students in X MIA MAN 1 SIDRAP, period 2018/2019. The sample of 29 people in class X MIA 2 as an experimental group was taught by the snowball throwing method in the discovery learning model and 29 people in class X MIA 1 as a group control that was learned by the discovery learning model without the snowball throwing method. Data collection through student learning outcomes and questionnaire responses to research design posttest control group design. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the average value of the experimental group using the snowball throwing method on the discovery learning model, it was higher at 73.05 compared to the control group which only used the discovery learning model without the snowball throwing method which was 69.74. The results of hypothesis testing on inferential statistics using the Mannwhitney test obtained a Zhitung value of 3.62 and at the confidence level (α) of 0.05 obtained Ztable 1.65. Therefore, Zhitung> Ztable then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, it shows that there is a significant effect of using the snowball throwing method on the discovery learning model on the learning outcomes of class X MIA MAN 1 SIDRAP in the subject matter of the periodic system element.

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara menerapkan langkah - langkah model pembelajaran STAD untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa Kelas XI IPA 4 SMA Negeri 14 Makassar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebanyak dua siklus. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa lembar observasi yang terdiri atas lembar observasi aktivitas siswa, lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dan tes hasil belajar. Data hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase rata-rata aktivitas belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 45,32% dengan predikat cukup dan siklus II sebesar 71.62% dengan predikat aktif dan ketuntasan kelas sebesar 42,85% dengan kategori belum tuntas pada siklus I dan 85,71% dengan kategori tuntas pada siklus II. Data hasil penelitian menunjukkan langkah-langkah pembelajaran STAD yang diterapkan sehingga dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa Kelas XI IPA 4 SMA Negeri 14 Makassar yaitu: (1) fase pendahuluan dengan memberikan apersepsi mengenai materi, motivasi dan tujuan pembelajaran, (2) fase penyajian materi dengan menyajian materi menggunakan objek amatan sehingga menimbulkan pertanyaan , (3) fase mengorganisasi ke dalam kelompok dengan membagi siswa secara heterogen, (4) fase pembimbingan dengan mengarahkan siswa untuk bekerjasama menyelesaikan LKS, presentase, berdiskusi, dan menarik kesimpulan, (5), fase evaluasi dengan memberikan tes individu kepada siswa yang hasilnya akan menjadi penentu kelompok yang berhak menjadi kelompok terbaik, dan (6) fase penghargaan dengan memberikan pujian dan hadiah bagi kelompok terbaik.

Abstract

Desa Manera di Kecamatan Salomekko, Kabupaten Bone, memiliki potensi perikanan yang melimpah, termasuk hasil tangkapan ikan rucah yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah ikan rucah melalui pelatihan pengolahan menjadi tepung ikan sebagai bahan baku pakan ternak. Metode kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, dan pendampingan langsung kepada kelompok nelayan dan ibu rumah tangga di Desa Manera. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengolah ikan rucah menjadi produk bernilai jual. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mendorong kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat desa berbasis potensi lokal.
