Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of workplace bullying on turnover intention among healthcare employees in a hospital located in West Nusa Tenggara. Using a quantitative approach with a census sampling technique, all 43 employees in the population were included as respondents. The population refers to the entire group of individuals who possess specific characteristics relevant to the research objectives and are selected for analysis to obtain empirical findings. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed through linear regression to examine the relationship between workplace bullying and turnover intention. The results indicate that workplace bullying has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, as evidenced by a t-test significance value of 0.000. These findings confirm that the higher the level of bullying experienced by employees, the greater their tendency to consider leaving their jobs. In the hospital context, intimidation or mistreatment from colleagues or supervisors can trigger stress, reduce motivation, and create psychological discomfort that ultimately increases employees’ intention to resign. Therefore, workplace bullying emerges as a critical factor influencing employees’ decisions to stay or leave the organization. This study highlights the importance of implementing preventive and corrective measures to mitigate bullying and retain competent healthcare personnel to maintain organizational stability.

Abstract

Pencapaian tujuan perusahaan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kinerja dari setiap individu karyawannya. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) sebagai variabel intervening pada PT. Gerbang NTB Emas. Populasi adalah karyawan PT. Gerbang NTB Emas yang berjumlah 74 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus berupa seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel sebanyak 51 orang. Jenis penelitian ini berupa penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausalitas. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan software SmartPLS 4.0. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil berupa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Good Corporate Governance (GCG), budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Good Corporate Governance (GCG),  Good Corporate Governance (GCG) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) sebagai variabel intervening, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan Good Corporate Governance (GCG)  sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to strengthen character management and leadership among students (santri) at Pondok Pesantren Wasilatul Abror. Islamic boarding schools play a strategic role in shaping generations who are not only intellectually competent but also disciplined, ethical, and capable of leadership. However, the challenges of globalization demand more structured character and leadership development so that students can adapt to social changes while upholding Islamic values. The program was held on at the Wasilatul Abror Islamic Boarding School Hall, involving students from elementary to secondary levels. The methods applied included interactive lectures, sharing sessions, mentoring, and leadership games based on experiential learning. The results showed high enthusiasm among students, active participation in discussions, and improvement in discipline, responsibility, and teamwork skills. The activity effectively enhanced students’ awareness of self-management and integrity-based leadership. It is recommended that similar programs be conducted regularly to ensure the sustainability of character and leadership development within the pesantren environment.

Abstract

The issues of low self-confidence and insufficient learning motivation among junior high school students in rural contexts represent significant challenges for character development and educational achievement. This condition is particularly evident at SMP Tanwirul Qulub, Central Lombok, where the majority of students come from farming families with limited socio-economic backgrounds. In response, this community engagement program was designed to enhance students’ self-confidence, foster learning motivation, and improve social competencies through outbound activities grounded in experiential learning. The intervention was structured using Kolb’s Experiential Learning Model, which consists of four sequential stages: Concrete Experience, Reflective Observation, Abstract Conceptualization, and Active Experimentation. The program was implemented in three sessions, including ice breaking, core games (Seven Boom and Group Vampire), and reflective discussions. The participants comprised 18 students aged 12–15 years. The findings revealed noticeable improvements, as demonstrated by students’ greater involvement in discussions, increased willingness to express opinions, and enhanced awareness of the value of education. These outcomes suggest that outbound-based experiential learning can serve as a strategic and transformative approach for character formation and motivation enhancement in educational settings with limited resources.
