Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see the feasibility of developing project-based learning-based flipbooks on mathematical problem-solving abilities seen from validity, practicality and effectiveness. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with an ADDIE research design. This research was carried out at Sirajun Jadid Islamic Junior High School Pontianak with a trial subject of 30 grade VII students. From the validity results, it shows that the validity of the media reaches a percentage of 89.08% and the validation of the material is a percentage of 97.73 with the criterion of "very valid". The Flipbook developed is also practical to use with the percentage of teacher response questionnaires of 92% of the "very practical" criteria and student response questionnaires of 92.47% of the "very practical" criteria. The effectiveness is seen from the results of the posttest with ,... Students are complete and ... incomplete students get a percentage of .... criteria of "very effective". Based on these results, it is concluded that the developed flipbook is suitable for use in learning.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the test: (1) The Influence Between the Quiz Model and the lecture method on Students' PAI learning achievement, (2) The Influence Between High and Low Visual Learning Styles on Students' PAI learning achievement, (3) Interaction Between the Quiz Model and Visual Learning Style on Students' PAI learning achievement of VIIIth graders at SMPN 1 Jabon. This experimental research was conducted using a 2x2 factorial design. The subjects in this study were students of grade XI consisting of four classes with 120 students of grade VIII at SMPN 1 Jabon. The subjects that were the focus of the experiment were taken randomly by classical sampling, namely four classes ABCD from grade VIII at SMPN 1 Jabon. The hypothesis of this study was tested using the Analysis of Variant (Anova) statistical test. (1) PAI learning achievement of students taught with the Quiz Model By comparing the probability value, namely 0.001 with the significance level or α, namely 0.05. Based on the table, it turns out that 0.001 < 0.05, so it can be said to be significant. Thus, it can be said that the Quiz Model and lecture method affect the PAI learning achievement of grade VIII students at SMPN 1 Jabon, (2) PAI learning achievement of students who have a high Visual Learning Style and have a low Visual Learning Style By comparing the probability value, namely 0.001 with the significance level or α, namely 0.05. Based on the table, it turns out that 0.001 < 0.05, so it can be said to be significant. Thus, it can be said that the PAI learning achievement of students who have a high Visual Learning Style affects the PAI learning achievement when compared to those who have a low Visual Learning Style of class VIII students at SMPN 1 Jabon, and (3). Based on the table, it turns out that 0.001 < 0.05, so it can be said that there is an interaction between the Quiz Model, lecture method, and Visual Learning Style on the PAI learning achievement of class VIII students at SMPN 1 Jabon. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that using the Quiz Model and Visual Learning Style can improve the PAI learning achievement of class VIII students at SMPN 1 Jabon. Abstract

In the period before the influence of Islam entered the Bugis Bone kingdom, the Bugis Kingdom was always known for its mabissu tradition. The word bissu itself comes from the word "bessi" or mabesi which means a clean and holy creature. In the ancient Bugis tradition, apart from female bissu, there were also women. male bissu or waria. In Bugis culture in the past, bissu had a high position and were highly respected as well as being mouthpieces for the king and his people, as well as everything that related to the ritual ceremonies of the Bugis kingdom would not take place without bissu. The bissu are also believed to be intermediaries conveying revelations from God to be conveyed to the world. This is possible because the bissu have the ability to master the torilangi language (the language of the sky) where this language can only be known by them and the gods, with this privilege the existence of the bissu is still maintained. among the Bugis tribe to this day. However, in the current era of modernization, many bissu have changed professions to become indoboting (bridal make-up artists) and wedding dressers in order to fulfill their daily needs, because of this profession, many bissu experience social discrimination carried out by people who have minimal knowledge about bissu.

Abstract

This research explores the role of the Liku figure in Arja art, as well as the application of the penta helix model to support the preservation and development of this art. Liku, as a humorous and passionate character, functions as a symbol of rebellion against social norms and creates dynamic interactions with the audience. Through a penta helix approach, which involves collaboration between historians, artists, communities, government and media, this research shows that Arja's artistic desires can be achieved by utilizing the strengths of each element. Qualitative research methods were used to collect data through direct observation and in-depth interviews with artists and community members. The research results reveal that the penta helix integration model not only strengthens the preservation of traditions but also creates space for the younger generation to be actively involved in the arts. Therefore, this article contributes to a deeper understanding of the dynamics of Arja performing arts in Bali and the importance of cross-sector collaboration in preserving cultural heritage. It is hoped that this research will provide insight for artists, historians and the general public regarding the relevance and adaptation of traditional art in the modern era.
