Abstract

Art empowers to see artists, art, and society as assets that encourage critical thinking, feeling, and rereading the problems. Artists, art, and society are art assets that have not been understood as important aspects that are interrelated, especially in traditional art organizations. This paper seeks to strengthen art assets as a way to obtain holistic and sustainable art management in traditional art organizations. Data were collected using in-depth observations of the management of art assets in the studio. In-depth interviews were conducted to collect primary data from sources who understand both in terms of knowledge and are actors in the art space. In addition, the data was confirmed and strengthened using previous studies. The results show that there is an art studio institution in the form of an art studio that presents art activities in the form of training, creation of works of art, and performances of traditional art. In addition, in this traditional art institution there is active public (community) involvement in the art space.

Abstract

Background: Continuous education, training, and monitoring are the keys to success in increasing Occupational safety and Heallth (OSH) knowledge, attitudes, and practices, so evaluation of treatment is necessary  Methods: This research method uses a pre-test post-test group design with control, The research population is limestone workers in Gunungkidul Regency, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, with a population of 32 limestone processing groups taken as research samples using purposive sampling so that 90 research respondents are obtained. divided into four research and control groups. Treatment for 1 month and evaluation carried out after more than three months after the treatment was completed. Data were analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis test (α : 0.05) and continued with the pairwise comparison test. Results: The evaluation results show that there are differences in all treatments, with the result that family support (FS) has an influence on changes in OSH knowledge and attitudes when compared to peer support (PS) and controls and still has the same effect when compared to a combination of FS and PS. Conclusions: The conclusion is that FS has a good effect on increasing OSH knowledge, attitudes, and practices, and it is suggested for further research related to the role of PS for workers.

Abstract

Produktivitas perawat dapat dipengaruhi oleh tingkat stres dan beban yang mereka alami dalam pekerjaan . Stress dan beban yang berlangsung Dalam waktu yang lama dapat mengganggu kelancaran aktivitas kerja dan menurunkan tingkat produktivitas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk melihat hubungan beban dan stres kerja perawat dengan produktivitas kerja di Instalasi Gawat Darurat ( IGD ) Rumah Sakit Royal Prima Medan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross s ectional dalam melakukan wawancara, observasi, dan pengisian kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dengan uji statistik menggunakan chi-square dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari seluruh perawat yang bekerja di IGD, dengan total sebanyak 30 orang. Hasilnya, ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara beban kerja dengan produktivitas kerja perawat di IGD RS Royal Prima Medan dengan hasil (p value= 0,000), dan terdapat juga hubungan yang signifikan antara stres kerja dan produktivitas kerja perawat di Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) Royal Prima Medan dengan hasil (p value=0,001).

Abstract

Students' low writing skills are generally caused by suboptimal teaching methods implemented by teachers. This study aims to analyze the impact of the "Copy the Master" learning strategy combined with the synectics model supported by puzzle media on students' motivation and learning outcomes in writing imaginative stories. The research was conducted on seventh-grade students using a quasi-experimental method with a posttest-only control group design. The study involved two classes: a control class and an experimental class. The population consisted of seventh-grade students. Learning motivation data were collected using a questionnaire, while students’ learning outcomes were gathered through an objective (essay) test. The results showed a difference in learning motivation and outcomes after applying the "Copy the Master" strategy with the synectics model and puzzle media. Data analysis using MANOVA and hypothesis testing revealed a significant difference between the two groups, with the experimental group achieving an average learning outcome score of 81.21 compared to 71.00 for the control group, and an average motivation score of 75.85 compared to 71.07 for the control group. These findings indicate that the "Copy the Master" strategy with the synectics model supported by puzzle media is effective in enhancing motivation and the ability to write imaginative stories. The implication of this study is that teachers should be able to select and implement appropriate models and strategies in the learning process to create active, innovative, and meaningful learning experiences.

Abstract

Objective: This research aims to analyze the transformation of art education in elementary schools in the digital era by exploring literature on approaches, media, and innovative technologies applied in art education. It seeks to identify how digital advancements can enhance traditional learning models to meet the needs of the digital generation. Method: A literature review method was employed, collecting and analyzing recent studies and publications on innovative practices in elementary school art education. The review focused on project-based learning (PjBL), interactive media such as educational videos, Augmented Reality (AR), and multimedia applications. Results: The study found that innovative media and technologies significantly improve the effectiveness of art education by fostering contextual and interactive learning experiences. These innovations increase student engagement, motivation, and understanding of art. However, challenges such as limited infrastructure and insufficient digital skills among teachers remain significant barriers to effective implementation. Novelty: This research provides comprehensive insights into the role of digital technologies in transforming art education in elementary schools. It highlights the necessity of culturally relevant content, teacher training, and tailored implementation strategies to address infrastructural and pedagogical challenges, offering a roadmap for optimizing art education in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi minat dan bakat siswa sekolah dasar dengan menggunakan algoritma K-Means clustering, suatu teknik dalam data mining yang digunakan untuk mengelompokkan data berdasarkan kesamaan karakteristik. Area disiplin yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendidikan dan analisis data, khususnya dalam konteks pengembangan kurikulum yang berbasis pada minat siswa. Pemilihan topik ini didasari oleh kebutuhan untuk menciptakan pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih personal dan terfokus sesuai dengan minat dan bakat siswa, yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuesioner yang terdiri dari empat dimensi utama: Minat Akademik, Minat Seni, Minat Olahraga, dan Minat Sosial dan Kepemimpinan, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode K-Means clustering. Hipotesis yang diformulasikan adalah bahwa K-Means clustering dapat mengelompokkan siswa ke dalam cluster yang memiliki kesamaan dalam minat dan bakat mereka. Temuan utama dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa dapat dikelompokkan menjadi tiga cluster utama, masing-masing dengan karakteristik minat dan bakat yang berbeda, yaitu siswa dengan minat akademik tinggi, siswa dengan minat seni dan sosial tinggi, serta siswa dengan minat olahraga dan kepemimpinan tinggi. Kontribusi penelitian ini adalah memberikan wawasan praktis bagi pendidik dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran yang lebih personal dan efektif, berdasarkan minat dan bakat siswa.

Abstract

Based on preliminary observations at Juwana District Kindergarten, most of the learning process still focuses a lot on students' cognitive abilities so that students' independence and creativity are less developed. This study aims to determine the effect of implementing the Merdeka Curriculum on students' independence and creativity in kindergartens in Juwana District. This research is qualitative research. Research data were obtained through observations and interviews with principals, teachers, and parents of students. The results showed that the Merdeka curriculum has been implemented in Juwana District Kindergarten with a learning process tailored to the needs of students, creativity, and innovation in accordance with the objectives of the independent curriculum in accordance with applicable regulations. The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Juwana District Kindergarten and the role of parents at home greatly help the development of early childhood independence so that the level of independence and creativity of students is mostly in the developing as expected category. These results indicate that the implementation of the independent curriculum has an effect on the development of students' independence and creativity in kindergartens in Juwana District.

Abstract

Using used materials to create learning materials is one effective way to stimulate creativity in young children. This study aims to evaluate how to develop tools that can encourage creativity in early childhood. In this study, the approach applied is through document studies involving 19 documents related to reuse principle. The selection of documents in this study focuses on documents from Indonesia published in the last decade. The findings literature analysis indicate a need to create learning media that can stimulate the creativity of children at an early age to produce meaningful learning and working experiences. This also emphasizes the importance of developing learning media that can increase creativity students at early age. This media will be very useful for young children. This media is very suitable as an alternative for teachers in increasing students' creativity, by considering the development and characteristics of each child. Researchers have the opportunity to create teaching materials support the creativity of children at an early age by utilizing other used teaching materials, and it is hoped that the results of this study can be used as a reference for further research, especially development of teaching materials from used materials.

Abstract

Robot adalah seperangkat alat mekanik yang bisa melakukan tugas fisik, baik dengan pengawasan dan control manusia, ataupun menggunakan program yang telah ditanam di sebuah prosesor. Salah satu jenis robot adalah lengan robot, Lengan robot dapat digerakan secara otomatis dan manual, Menggerakan lengan robot secara otomatis diperlukan controller Salah satu kontroler yang dapat digunakan adalah smartphone berbasis android. Smartphone android digunakan karena kemudahan dalam pengembangan. Kerena system operasi android dapat diunduh dan dikembangkan dengan gratis, produsen smartphone banyak yang memakai system opersi tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini membuat rancang bangun lengan robot pemindah barang dengan perintah suara berbasis android. Pada hasil penelitian ini peneliti melakukan percobaan untuk memberikan perintah suara melalui smart phone android sebagai pengendali utama pada alat. Perancangan alat lengan robot pemindah barang dengan perintah suara berbasis android ini mengunakan sumber tenaga dari baterai tipe lipo dengan 2 sell dan masing-masing sell memiliki output 3.9 V dengan tegangan output keseluruhannya yaitu 7.4 V dan modul bluetooth sebagai penghubung dari android untuk memberikan perintah. Motor dc gearbox sebagai penggeraknya dan lengan robot yang menggunakan 4 motor servo utama untuk menggerakkan lengan robot, alat ini menggunakan papan mikrokontroler arduino uno.

Abstract

The use of laboratories in science learning plays a crucial role in enhancing students' skills and understanding. However, at UPT SPF SMP Negeri 33 Makassar, the science laboratory has not been utilized optimally. The main inhibiting factor is the lack of understanding among teachers and laboratory assistants in managing and using laboratory equipment. To address this issue, the "Workshop Development Management of Laboratory" was conducted with the aim of improving teachers' and laboratory assistants' skills in laboratory management. The methods used included training, the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and an evaluation of the workshop's effectiveness. The results of this activity showed an increase in participants' understanding and skills, with an average satisfaction rate of 89%. The implementation of the established SOP is also expected to enhance the laboratory’s effectiveness in supporting science learning.
