Abstract

Developing professional madrasah teachers are increasingly popular in the teaching classrooms. But regarding developing professional madrasah teacher accuracy in teaching, mixed results are reported without clear reasons for this. This article addresses the impact of gender and length of certification on developing professional madrasah teacher accuracy in teaching classrooms. To develop the accuracy of the developing professional madrasah teacher, madrasah teacher length of certification and gender are used as a reference. A research project, which deals with the developing professional teacher in madrasah teachers using questionnaires, was carried out in two types of Madrasah Aliyah (public and private madrasah) at seventy-five madrasahs. Data from 325 madrasah teachers were collected and involved in this research. This analysis is differentiated based on the level, gender, and level of the length of certification of madrasah teachers in the developing professional teacher competencies being assessed. The results show that the accuracy of the developing professional teacher is low and is related to the gender of the madrasah teacher, that men perceive themselves to be higher in the developing professional teacher than women, and that even length of certification analysis with developing professional competence and implementation in the classroom. Madrasah teacher length certification more than 10 years are higher than teachers who certified between 5-10 years and more accurate than teachers who certified less than 5 years with the ability to developing professional madrasah teacher that is low. It is necessary to examine the reasons behind this difference and to look for steps to improve the accuracy of the developing professional madrasah teacher.

Abstract

This article presents a meta‐analysis of the experimental and survey literature that has examined the effect of self regulated learning strategies on academic achievement. The result of meta analysis on 14 effects sizes from 3899 subjects show that self regulated learning strategies is positively correlated to academic achievement (r = 0.26). The difference in variance of correlation can, among others, be caused by sampling error (4.63%) and error in measurement of independent as well as dependent variables (4.44%). This small percentage shows that error deviation probably caused by sampling error and error in measurement of independent and dependent variables was very small. Result indicated that self regulated learning strategies positively influence students’ academic achievement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengisi kekosongan wacana dalam bidang inovasi pendidikan pasca pandemi, yang diharapkan dapat menjembatani kesenjangan capaian belajar dan peningkatan pencapaian kognitif sosioafektif dengan pembelajaran kolaboratif yang didukung teknologi dan penilaian formatif terhadap integrasinya di dalam kelas (Eduinnova). Kajian ini juga menawarkan alternatif penanganan dalam menghadapi dampak pembelajaran jarak jauh selama pandemi berlangsung. Adapun dalam prosesnya jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Peneliti menghimpun data dari buku dan literatur terkait menggunakan teknik studi pustaka (library research). Data yang telah terhimpun diinterpretasikan dan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Adapun yang dijadikan sumber data pimer ialah buku berjudul Innovations in Educational Psychology: Perspective on Learning, Teaching and Human Development mengenai technology supported face to face small group collaborative formative assesment and its integration in the classroom. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pembelajaran kolaboratif dengan menggunakan metode Eduinnova meletakan dasar bagi proposisi pedagogis dan diintegrasikan dengan teknologi untuk mendukung proses pencapaian kognitif dan sosioafektif peserta didik pasca pembelajaran jarak jauh akibat pandemi Covid-19. Pembelajaran kolaboratif dapat meningkatkan interaksi sosial peserta didik dan mengembangkan variabel sosial seperti saling mendukung, mendengarkan satu sama lain, memberikan penjelasan lain dan menyelesaikan masalah. Keterlibatan aktif dalam diskusi kelompok dalam dinamika pembelajaran menstimulus perkembangan konseptual dari pemahaman peserta didik yang sudah ada sebelumnya.

Abstract

A single Good spiritual and mental endurance will fortify themselves from problems with disturbances in themselves or what are commonly called mental disorders. Therefore, it is necessary to have good spiritual and mental endurance, in order to be able to fortify himself from these disorders. Research Methods using qualitative methods, namely research procedures that produce descriptive data. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and interviews. This research took place at Griya Therapy Elkayyis in Jati Barang, Brebes, Central Java. This study describes the initial method, namely the general method by diagnosing mental disorders that occur starting from the background, symptoms, and therapy that will be carried out. The second step is to continue with the Sufistic therapy method, namely repentance, prayer, fasting, and dhikr. There are two indicators of a positive impact, namely, patients can recover or improve significantly and many new patients arrive. What happens in healing mental disorders at Elkayyis Therapy Center is the first is the lack of the number of therapists and the lack of scientific aspects.

Abstract

The story of the Prophet Yusuf as ahsanul qashas (the best story) which is enshrined in the Qur'an. The story of the Prophet Yusuf is a story that has a wealth of meaning and learning in all aspects of life. This article attempts to analyze the richness of meaning contained in surah Yusuf which is related to the levels and expressions of the nafs. The research method in this article uses descriptive qualitative with a library research approach. Theoretical analysis uses the perspective of Tafsir Al-Mishbah by Quraish Shihab. The purpose of this research is to answer how the expression of nafs and levels of nafs are contained in the story of Prophet Yusuf and Zulaikha. The results of the study show that the nafs in the story of Prophet Yusuf and Zulaikha are distinguished by two tendencies: First, the level of anger in Zulaikha's personality and behavior which is depicted in obedience to lust and following the devil's temptations. Second, the levels of muthmainnah and radhiyah nafs in Yusuf's personality which are described by calm, obedience, peace, and fortitude in going through every test given by Allah SWT. The study in this research is limited to the story of persuasion planned by Zulaikha.

Abstract

Pembentukan akhlak mahasiswa menjadi misi penting bagi Perguruan Tinggi Islam dalam pesatnya pengaruh globalisasi. Pengaruh hedonisme yang dengan cepat mengubah gaya hidup mahasiswa harus segera disikapi. UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta sebagai salah satu Perguruan Tinggi di Indonesia menerapkan pendekatan psikologi Islami dalam upaya membentuk akhlak mahasiswa demi menekan pengaruh hedonisme pada gaya hidup mahasiswa. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan mengkaji bagaimana penerapan pendekatan Psikologi Islami yang dilakukan oleh UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta untuk membentuk akhlak mahasiswa. Problematika yang kompleks dan dinamis menuntut penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Sehingga pengolahan data yang tidak bersifat numerik, memberikan hasil penelitian yang mendalam terkait topik penelitan. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada tiga metode utama psikologi Islami yang terapkan UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta dalam proses perkuliahan yaitu, metode keteladanan, metode pembiasaan, dan metode nasihat. Penerapan tiga metode tersebut sangat memperhatikan kondisi psikis dan fisik mahasiswa, sehingga memiliki dampak positif bagi mahasiswa. Mahasiswa memiliki kesadaran untuk berperilaku baik, serta menjaga akhlak baik itu dalam lingkungan kampus maupun dalam kehidupan sehari-hari di luar kampus.

Abstract

This research is a study of the Islamic thought of two Islamic figures, namely Al-Gazhali and Ibn Taimiyah, regarding calling for good and preventing from bad (amar ma'ruf nahi munkar). This research is motivated by the difference in thinking of the two scholars regarding (amar ma'ruf nahi munkar). Seeing this phenomenon, a reassessment of amar ma'ruf nahi munkar is very important and urgent to do. The research questions are: how al-Gazhali and Ibn Taimiyah think about amar ma'ruf nahi munkar; and how do the two figures differ and differ in their thoughts on amar ma'ruf nahi munkar? This study aims to describe the thoughts of Al-Gazhali and Ibn Taimiyah about amar ma'ruf nahi munkar, looking for differences and similarities between the two. This research is a literature-based research. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. The results showed that the method of practice of amar ma'ruf nahi munkar (especially nahi munkar) compiled by Al-Gazhali was carried out in stages, starting from the mild stage such as notifying the perpetrators of the mundane, to the more violent or decisive stage such as threatening or even hitting. Meanwhile, Ibn Taimiyah, carrying out his practical method, namely the subtle way is the way of amar ma'ruf nahi munkar. Affection is the foothold of amar ma'ruf nahi munkar. Therefore, Ibn Taimiyah taught that in practice goodness (maslahat) must take precedence over ugliness (mafsadhat).

Abstract

Self- regulated learning ialah aspek internal yang terdapat pada diri orang yang berfungsi pada pencapaian prestasi belajar yang maksimal. Melalui pelaksanaan strategi self- regulated learning bisa belajar secara mandiri, aktif dalam melaksanakan kegiatan belajarnya, mempunyai tujuan strategis serta keteguhan dalam belajar, dan mempunyai keahlian buat mengevaluasi kegiatan belajarnya yang berkaitan dengan tujuan yang sudah terbuat dalam belajar. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah agar mengetahui sejauh mana Self Regulation dapat menunjang prestasi siswa, Metode yang di gunakan dalam penulisan ini ialah metode kualitatif deskriptif yang mengacu pada penelitian sebelumnya. strategi self regulated learning mampu menolong mereka memandang diri mereka sendiri selaku agen sikap dalam belajar. Mereka yakin belajar merupakan proses proaktif dalam memotivasi diri serta memakai strategi–strategi yang membolehkan mereka meningkatkaan hasil akademik yang di idamkan. Hingga dapat disimpulkan kalau self- regulated learning mempunyai kedudukan dalam pencapaian hasil ataupun prestasi belajar yang maksimal untuk siswa, tetapi begitu senantiasa diperlukan pengarahan yang baik dari seseorang guru dalam penerapan strategi self regulated learning tersebut supaya ada pencapaian prestasi akademik yang lebih maksimal selaku kaca keahlian dalam bidang akademik serta kehidupan satu hari hari.

Abstract

This article tries to unravel and reveal two methods that can lead to good conversation, deliver better understanding and develop reasoning and critical thinking skills, namely Accountable Talk and HOTS. The connection with the mind is how neatly arranged words based on good rhetoric can influence thoughts and even give birth to ideas. The purpose of writing this article is to explain the similarities and differences between accountable talk and higher order thinking skills by comparing them. The research method is using library research or library research, both from books and from research journals that are related to the discussion in this study. While the type or nature of this article is comparative descriptive. Accountability is defined as an ethical concept related to the ability to explain the decisions taken and activities carried out alias asked for reasons and accountability. Meanwhile, higher order thinking skills are the ability to connect, manipulate, and change their knowledge and experience critically and creatively in making decisions to solve problems in new situations.

Abstract

Education is a very significant aspect to educate the nation's children which is developed all aspects of education, one of which is the purpose of Islamic education and the Islamic education curriculum. The purpose of this study is to analyze the objectives of Islamic education and the Islamic education curriculum from the perspective of Harun Nasution and Fazlur Rahman. This study uses a type of qualitative research with an analytical content design. The data collection technique in writing this scientific paper is a documentation technique, namely data collection by selecting data that correlates with the title of the study. The method of documentation on this writing is by collecting data, analyzing data according to the theory to obtain conclusions. The results of this study show that these two figures' thoughts are interrelated with each other. (i) From the purpose of Islamic education, where Harun is centered on the practice of knowledge and boils down to a cultured noble mind, then Rahman focuses on the cultivation of a creative personality and also boils down to good morals in order to create order and peace. (ii) these two figures' thoughts are so relevant to be realized today, because the curriculum concepts that these two figures present are also very modern and very in line with the problems of the Islamic education world. (iii) The development of increasingly modern technology, does not make the concepts described by Harun and Rahman also lag behind, but the thoughts of these figures who will answer the challenges of technological developments for the world of education. Thus, the thinking of these two figures is immediately possible to be applied to improve the system of Islamic education.
