Environmentally friendly is one of the behaviors that need to be instilled from an early age. Instilling behavior can be done through education. The activity aims to improve students' knowledge, skills and environmentally friendly behavior. Educational activity and training were attended by 30 students of Cisaat Elementary School. Participants participated in the activity with enthusiasm as seen from their activities during the presentation of the material and practical activities. This educational activity succeeded in increasing students' knowledge, skills and motivation in implementing environmentally friendly behavior. With the increase in knowledge, skills and motivation in implementing environmentally friendly behavior, it is hoped that elementary school students can contribute to overcoming environmental problems according to their capacity. Environmentally friendly behavior is expected to become a culture and a habit that lasts into adulthood. Students who have participated in the activity are expected to be able to pass on their abilities to other students. The program is expected to continue, so that this education can reach all levels of society.

The implementation of biology learning in the field encounters numerous challenges. Specifically on genetic substance material, students experience learning difficulties due to abstract, interdisciplinary concepts and difficulties in understanding textbooks. This problem can be overcome one way by using learning media. Under current learning demands, technology-based media is appropriate to use. Augmented Reality (AR) based media is one option. The accessibility of augmented reality-based media remains limited, especially for genetic substance material, despite the necessity for media capable of visualizing its complex and abstract characteristics. The results of the needs analysis for teachers and students also show that AR-based media is needed in genetic substance learning. The use of AR media is very possible because of the support of adequate infrastructure. Teachers and students also expressed their willingness to use AR media in learning. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that AR-based biology learning media on Genetic Substance material is urgent to be developed. This media will be able to enrich the variety of biology learning media and become one of the solutions to overcome problems in biology learning, especially genetic substance material.

The research aims to determine the differences in ecoliteracy of high school students majoring in science and social studies. Ecoliteracy in students is needed to form a sustainable society, and requires a basic understanding of ecology and ecosystem principles. SOLO Taxonomy (Structure of Observed Learning Outcomes) is used to determine students' responses in their understanding of ecoliteracy. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a comparative causal approach. The research sample came from students majoring in science and social studies for the 2018/2019 academic year at 3 public high schools in Bekasi. The results show that there is a difference in the ecoliteracy of high school students majoring in science and social studies, the average ecoliteracy score of students majoring in science is 179, while the average ecoliteracy score of social studies students is 169. The SOLO taxonomy level of science students is at the relational and abstract levels. expanded and the SOLO taxonomy level of social studies students is at the multistructural level up to the expanded abstract. The conclusion of this research is that there are differences in the ecoliteracy of students majoring in science and social studies which are reviewed based on the SOLO Taxonomy. ABSTRAK Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan ekoliterasi peserta didik SMA jurusan IPA dan IPS. Ekoliterasi pada peserta didik diperlukan untuk membentuk masyarakat berkelanjutan, dan diperlukan pemahaman dasar tentang ekologi serta prinsip ekosistem. Taksonomi (Structure of Observed Learning Outcomes) SOLO digunakan untuk mengetahui respon peserta didik dalam pemahamannya mengenai ekoliterasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan kausal komparatif. Sampel penelitian berasal dari peserta didik jurusan IPA dan IPS Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019 di 3 SMA Negeri di Bekasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan ekoliterasi peserta didik SMA jurusan IPA dan IPS rata-rata skor ekoliterasi peserta didik jurusan IPA adalah 179 sedangkan rata-rata skor ekoliterasi peserta didik IPS adalah 169. Tingkatan level taksonomi SOLO peserta didik IPA berada pada level relasional dan abstrak yang diperluas dan tingkat level taksonomi SOLO peserta didik IPS berada pada level multistruktural sampai dengan abstrak yang diperluas. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan ekoliterasi dari peserta didik jurusan IPA dan IPS yang ditinjau berdasarkan Taksonomi Structure of Observed Learning Outcomes (SOLO).

Computational thinking is used in learning to improve problem-solving skills in Biology subjects. Classroom learning emphasizes students memorizing biological science concepts in problem-solving, resulting in students' computational thinking skills needing to be improved. So, efforts to overcome this so that students are actively involved in the learning process and to improve students' computational thinking skills in understanding biodiversity material are by providing teaching materials such as LKPD. This study combines the concept of biodiversity with computational thinking components in worksheets so that students can develop computational skills while understanding Biology concepts. This development research aims to develop student worksheets by integrating computational thinking into biodiversity material. This development research was conducted using the 4-D method through 4 stages: define, design, develop, and disseminate. Data was collected using a questionnaire instrument by two validators consisting of language experts, material experts, and teaching material experts, as well as a readability test instrument by three teachers and ten students in class X at SMAN 3 Depok. The results of this study are in the form of student worksheets, which were successfully developed and suitable for use in learning because they obtained a valid category based on assessments from validators and a highly valid category from biology teachers and students.

Penerapan kurikulum Cambridge adalah pemahaman, pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa berpikir kritis yang melibatkan strategi mental, serta pendekatan belajar student center. Memberikan pengetahuan dan memaparkan mengenai segala hal yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan pembelajaran biologi di Sekolah Bogor Raya, salah satu Satuan Pendidikan Kerjasama (SPK). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research), karena data-data yang digunakan merupakan objek yang bersangkutan secara langsung oleh narasumber. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi pribadi mengenai fasilitas, proses belajar mengajar dan informasi lainnya. Kelas VI–VIII (Cambridge Secondary 1) Ada kerangka kurikulum untuk setiap mata pelajaran, Bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa kedua, matematika dan sains yang menyediakan struktur pengajaran yang jelas. Kelas IX–X (Cambridge IGCSE) membantu meningkatkan kinerja dengan mengembangkan keterampilan dalam berpikir kreatif, inkuiri, dan pemecahan masalah. Kelas XI–XII (IB Diploma Programme) Program ini memberikan kualifikasi yang diterima secara internasional untuk mempersiapkan masuk ke pendidikan tinggi dan diakui oleh banyak universitas di seluruh dunia. Kurikulum IB terdiri dari 6 kelompok mata pelajaran dan 3 elemen dasar pendidikan tinggi. Proyek pada kurikulum IB lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan kurikulum Cambridge, karena kurikulum IB terdapat internal assessment. Kurikulum IB lebih mengutamakan scientific skills, yaitu observasi dan praktik lapangan sedangkan kurikulum Cambridge berfokus pada sisi akademis (content).

The study aims to develop and validate the biology practical guide on fast food and beverage content tests and energy accounting for individual amounts. These practical guidelines require learners to do a high-quality test on processed or ready-to-eat food and beverage. The research and developmet) with the 4-d (four-d models) development model by Thiagarajan (1974). The study was carried out on 03-04 December 2021. The practical guide has been validated by two experts. The first validator was a master's degree in biology. Whereas, the second validator is a master graduate at biomedical. The results of the development of the preview guide for food testing materials get valididtas' value on a nimble feature of 4.6, a display aspect of 3.8, and a 3.6 presentation aspect. Aspects of language fall into a very valid category, while for aspects of view and presentation go into valid categories. Thus, the guide to this practice is worthy to be used as a learning tool in the xi high school food test material. Critical thinking has become a competency standard for primary and secondary education graduates. However, the quality of critical thinking among Indonesian students remains relatively low. Efforts are needed to enhance students' critical thinking skills. One such effort is implementing the problem-based learning (PBL) model assisted by hypercontent e-books based on cognitive conflict. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the PBL model assisted by hypercontent e-books based on cognitive conflict in improving students' critical thinking abilities. The research uses a quasi-experimental method and was conducted at a high school in Jakarta. The sample consisted of 64 students, with 32 students in the experimental group and 32 students in the control group. The sample was selected using multistage random sampling. The results of the study show a significant improvement in critical thinking skills in the experimental group compared to the control group, with an average N-Gain of 0.61 for the experimental class, which is higher than the control class (0.45), with the effectiveness of learning falling within a range of 0.30-0.70, which is categorized as moderate. These results indicate the effectiveness of the PBL model assisted by hypercontent e-books based on cognitive conflict in enhancing students' critical thinking skills. The use of the PBL model assisted by hypercontent e-books based on cognitive conflict can be an innovative alternative in learning to improve students' critical thinking abilities.

Background: Pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda Indonesia membuat kegiatan pembelajaran berlangsung secara daring. Perubahan sistem pembelajaran tersebut berdampak pada menurunnya motivasi sebagian siswa terhadap pembelajaran. Segala upaya dilakukan guru untuk dapat memberikan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan. Salah satu media digital yang sejak dulu banyak dikenal tapi belum banyak dimanfaatkan dalam pembelajaran adalah GIF. Inovasi penggunaan GIF sebagai media evaluasi diduga dapat meningkatkan motivasi siswa. Peningkatan perspektif guru terhadap penggunaan GIF diharapkan mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Metode: Mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian tahun ini adalah Guru IPA yang tergabung dalam MGMP Guru IPA di Kabupaten Bekasi sebanyak 35 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey disertai dengan metode webinar, data motivasi belajar siswa dari perspektif guru diukur menggunakan instrumen TASC (Teacher' as social context) yang diberikan secara pretest dan postest. Hasil: Berdasarkan data pre-test dan post-test yang diperoleh dari 65 orang responden terlihat bahwa ada peningkatan sebanyak 0,035 poin motivasi belajar siswa dalam perspektif guru. Skor rata-rata untuk masing-masing butir pernyataan berada pada kisaran 2,9-3,0 maka dapat dikatakan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa sudah cukup baik dilihat dari perspektif guru mengenai perilaku mereka dalam melakukan pembelajaran. Kesimpulan: Terjadi peningkatan motivasi siswa dalam perspektif guru terhadap penggunaan GIF sebagai media evaluasi dalam pembelajaran IPA.

Hypocrite in the Big Indonesian Dictionary is defined as a hypocrite or someone who likes to pretend. Therefore, a hypocritical country can be defined as a country that often pretends and is not serious in carrying out its duties. The constitution stipulates firmly that the State of Indonesia is a legal state. Several experts have developed a definition of the rule of law which can briefly be interpreted as the government's power to protect its citizens from arbitrariness and guarantee protection, guarantees and respect for human rights. However, this is different from the promise of the Indonesian constitution regarding the rule of law. The government guarantees the protection of citizens by taking policies that are contrary to the wishes of the people and also the ideals of the rule of law. Not only the government but the attitude of the Indonesian people also supports that Indonesia is the most hypocritical/hypocritical country. Things that must be improved to avoid hypocrisy itself are by prioritizing or improving education in Indonesia. Therefore, this research focuses on what things make Indonesia the most hypocritical country. The method used is literature study and written interviews via questionnaires with a qualitative descriptive research type. The expected result of this research is to make the Indonesian people aware that the Indonesian constitution is a rule of law and to make the Indonesian state and its society more advanced.

Biology as a subject that explores living things and their environment will never be separated from any issues related to norms and ethics. In every development there will always be issues that can be related to ethical issues. Ethics is a boundary that causes a right/wrong assessment of every human behavior. Therefore, this article is written to examine ethics in biology learning to educate future responsible scientists. The method used in this research is descriptive with a library research approach. The data collection technique used is to search and collect reading sources from journals/articles that have been published before. The sources that have been collected are then analyzed to obtain the desired information. The results obtained are that in its implementation, biology education is not only required to provide learning related to theory but also related to biological ethics or also known as bioethics. The reason is, because biology is a branch of science that is directly related to living things and their environment, so it is necessary to have restrictions so that humans also still have a sense of responsibility.
