Abstract

The headline is the main highlight that readers see in a news story. Tempodotco digitized its printed news headlines. The digitization of this news title is done by visualizing it in the form of a poster. The purpose of this study is to describe the semantic behavior of groups of basic verbs, derivative verbs, and verbal phrases in forming metaphors and personifications in news titles on the Tempodotco digital media Instagram page. This research method uses descriptive method. The data collection method is the method of listening and documentation. The type of data in this research is qualitative data in the form of pictures and words in the news title. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model which includes data analysis, data reduction, data display, and data verification. In this study, it was found that 1) the basic verb group has three inherent meanings of action or action and one inherent meaning of state. The language style formed is three metaphors and one personification. 2) The semantic behavior of the derived verb group which is transitive has five inherent meanings, one action inherent meaning, and one process inherent meaning. The language style formed is three metaphors and two personifications. 3) The semantic behavior of the verbal phrase group has all the inherent meanings of the action and forms three metaphors and one personification. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the payment of debt with gold and its legal consequences for the parties. The research method uses empirical juridical with a qualitative approach. This study was conducted in the Muslim community in North Aceh Regency. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique uses an interactive model. The research findings were analyzed using the perspective of Islamic economic law. The results of the study indicate that the mechanism for paying debts with gold in North Aceh Regency, initially the debtor (muqtarid) receives money from the price/measurement of gold then returns it to the creditor (muqrid) with previously measured gold. Reviewed from Islamic economic law, paying debts with gold in North Aceh Regency violates the pillars of debt and receivables. In debt and receivable transactions, "it is obligatory for the borrower to return the missile of the property that is owed to him". As a solution, hillah (حيلة) is carried out, namely money is turned into gold and then paid with gold, this is formally valid but not morally valid because it is contrary to the principle of mutual assistance in Islamic economic law. This study contributes to the development of Islamic economic law, especially as a reference for debt and receivables transactions as prescribed by Islam.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan saksi melalui program Training of Trainer (ToT) yang dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Tanah Laut pada tahun 2024. Metode program ini mencakup pelatihan tatap muka, simulasi, diskusi kelompok, dan evaluasi komprehensif, dengan fokus pada pemahaman hak, tugas, dan kewajiban saksi pada Pilkada. Hasil pelaksanaan program menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta terhadap mekanisme Pilkada dan pengawasan suara. ToT berperan efektif dalam menyiapkan saksi yang lebih kompeten, mendukung pelaksanaan Pilkada sehingga dapat berdampak terhadap meningkatnya kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap proses Pilkada, sehingga mendorong partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam menjaga demokrasi yang sehat dan berintegritas.

Abstract

Bungin Island, located in Alas District, Sumbawa Regency, NTB, is known as one of the most populous islands in the world with a unique tradition, namely the practice of building coral to expand the land. This tradition, which has been going on for generations, provides challenges in efforts to develop sustainable ecotourism. This research aims to understand the status of sustainable ecotourism development on Bungin Island and formulate a harmonization strategy between preserving local traditions and environmental conservation needs. This research uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews, observation and literature study methods. The research results show that although Bungin Island's cultural and ecotourism potential is enormous, there is a conflict between traditional practices that risk damaging marine ecosystems and environmental conservation efforts. The proposed strategy involves empowering local communities, environmental education, and implementing environmentally friendly technologies to maintain a balance between preserving traditions and developing ecotourism. With a holistic approach, it is hoped that Bungin Island ecotourism can become a model for sustainable tourism management in Indonesia's coastal areas

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence Value Co-Creation, Destination Image, and Flexibility of Tour Packages on tourists' visiting decisions in the Bonjeruk Tourism Village, with Tourist Preferences as a moderating variable. The approach used in this research is quantitative, where data is collected through distributing Likert scale questionnaires online to tourists who have visited the Bonjeruk Tourism Village, using the technique purposive sampling. The collected data is then analyzed using statistical calculations to test the relationship between variables. The research results show that Value Co-Creation And Destination Image has a significant positive influence on tourists' visiting decisions. Although Tour Package Flexibility can be considered an added value, this variable does not show a significant influence on visiting decisions, which may be due to the dominance of other factors such as tourist attraction and destination image. In addition, Tourist Preferences have been proven to moderate the influence Destination Image on the decision to visit, but did not have a significant effect in moderating the relationship between Value Co-Creation and Flexibility of Tour Packages on visiting decisions. This finding proves and provides novelty to previous research Destination Image proven to have a significant positive influence on tourists' visiting decisions, both directly and after being moderated by Tourist Preferences. Meanwhile, though Value Co-Creation has a positive role, Tourist Preferences are not able to moderate its influence on visiting decisions. This research also provides a practical contribution where the results of this research can be used by tourism village managers as a reference for designing more effective marketing strategies

Abstract

Easy access to social media has several impacts that can be detrimental to other people. Freedom of opinion is now being misused by irresponsible people, for example by spreading fake news or hoaxes. The flood of information makes it difficult for audiences to determine true information from false information. This research aims to determine the literacy understanding of students at SMP Negeri 2 Kandis regarding hoax news and the factors that influence the development of hoax news. This program used qualitative research with descriptive and discussion methods. This research took place at SMP Negeri 2 Kandis, Simpang Belutu subdistrict. The final results of this program are hoax news can be an influence on the views of young students and the student’s ability to evaluate fake news still at the initial category. There are several influencing factors, among others: fanaticism towards news sources, emotional factors regarding the situation of an incident, factors that are easily influenced and factors that limit the ability to test the truth.)

Abstract

government support, and collaboration with the private sector. However, obstacles such as a lack of understanding of tourism management, limited promotion, and access to capital and technology are still challenges. Tourism potential such as strawberry picking, educational coffee and garlic tourism, as well as preserving traditional agricultural methods is considered very promising. The success of agrotourism is not only determined by the number of visitors, but also the quality of the experience provided. Therefore, the development of agrotourism in Sembalun needs to be carried out through product diversification, service improvement, digital promotion, empowerment of MSMEs, environmental preservation, and cross-sector collaboration to create inclusive and sustainable tourism.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentiikasi dan menilai bagaimana pemerintah menjamin dan memberikan perlindungan hukum terhadap hak-hak tanah adat di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah berdasarkan Pasal 3 UU Pokok Agraria (UUPA) dan Peraturan Gubernur Kalimantan Tengah Nomor 13 2009. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan menggunakan tiga sumber hukum yang terdiri dari sumber hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier yang berasal dari literatur penelitian. Jenis penelitian adalah sinkronisasi hukum, yaitu penelitian tentang sinkronisasi dan korelasi antara penerapan UUPA dan Peraturan Gubernur Kalimantan Tengah Nomor 13 tahun 2009, dan pendekatan undang-undang. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui apakah Pemerintah melalui ketentuan Pasal 3 dari UUPA dan Peraturan Gubernur Nomor 13 Tahun 2009 telah memberikan kepastian hukum dan perlindungan hukum bagi hak atas tanah adat di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan.

Abstract

Coal and Mineral mining activities have a high risk of ecosystem changesthat affect the environment, let alone the mining is carried out openly. In order torestore the condition of the land in such a way that it can function and to be effectivein line with its allocation, the ex-mining area must be restored. Reclamation andpost-mining activities shall be conducted by every holder of Mining Business Permit(IUP) Exploration and IUP Production. Holders of IUP Exploration must firstlyprepare reclamation and post-mining plans in the permit process. The implementationof reclamation and post-mining activities by holders of IUP Production Operationand Special Mining Business Permit (IUPK) Production Operation must complywith the principles of : (1)protection and management of mining environment; (2)working safety and health; and (3) mineral and coal conservation. To determinethe success of the land that has been reclaimed and the post-mining activities havebeen complied, if an evaluation has been made by the competent officials and it isstated that the reclamation and post-mining activitie shave been performed well in accordance with prevailing regulations.

alam proses pembuatan akta peralihan maka dalam waktu selambat-lambatnya 7 (tujuh) hari kerja sejak tanggal ditandatanganinya akta yang bersangkutan, PPAT wajib menyampaikan akta yang dibuatnya berikut dokumen-dokumen yang bersangkutan kepada Kantor Pertanahan untuk didaftar. Apabila jangka waktu tersebut diabaikan maka akan menimbulkan beberapa akibat hukum terhadap akta peralihan tersebut.Maka untuk lebih terjaganya ketertiban dalam proses pendaftaran peralihan hak atas tanah di Kantor Pertanahan Kota Banjarmasin dan juga agar pihak-pihak yang bersangkutan tidak di rugikan harus adanya sanksi tegas agar PPAT di Kota Banjarmasin tidak melakukan lagi pelanggaran tersebut, karena didalam peraturan itu sendiri sudah mengatakan bahwa hal tersebut adalah “wajib” bagi PPAT. Karena hal di atas menyangkut masalah pelaksanaan dari suatu ketentuan hukum, dikenakan tindakan administrasi berupa teguran tertulis sampai pemberhentian dari jabatannya sebagai PPAT, dengan tidak mengurangi kemungkinan dituntut ganti kerugian oleh pihak-pihak yang menderita kerugian yang diakibatkan oleh diabaikannya ketentuan-ketentuan tersebut.
