Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Stabat Proclamation has various payment systems, one of which is the QRIS payment system. QRIS means the payment system uses the QR Code method belonging to Bank Syariah Indonesia whose payment uses a barcode scan owned by Bank Syariah Indonesia. After 2020, due to regulations from Bank Indonesia (BI) regarding Queck Response Code Indonesia (QRIS), which is the standardization of payments using the QR Code method, it becomes easier, faster and maintains security for banking or Islamic banking & E-Commerce in Indonesia. QRIS at Bank Syariah Indonesia, which is one of the features of the Mobile Banking service, applies a regulatory account using a wadiah & mudharabah contract. This study means identifying the BSI KCP Stabat Proclamation Strategy to Increase Client Interest in Using QRIS-Based Payments. This study is a field study using a descriptive qualitative study method. There is also the value of this study from the staff of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Stabat Proclamation. The procedure for collecting data is using questions and answers. The procedure for legalizing the data by using data & news according to various different roots.

Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Padangsidempuan was previously a Bank Mandiri Syariah which eventually merged to become a part of the Branch Office of Bank Syariah Indonesia. Where operational sharia banks and their products are developed on the basis of the Qur'an and Hadith, strengthened by laws, BI regulations and DSN-MUI Fatwas. In this study, we will discuss specifically one of the financing products that can be said to be of great interest to the local community, namely the Gold Pawn Financing. In writing the researchers used techniques such as data collection in the form of observation, literature study and interviews. Furthermore, the method in this research is a qualitative approach. The purpose of this paper, the researcher hopes that the reader can find out more clearly the flow of the Gold Pawn financing process at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Padangsidempuan The conclusion in this study is about the Islamic Pawning Financing Mechanism at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Padangsidempuan Branch Office where researchers will discuss the legal basis and pillars in Sharia Pawn financing, the mechanism for applying for Pawn Gold financing, the implementation of the handover of goods and collateral documents, and those related to Sharia Pawn settlement system before/after maturity.

This study aims to determine the effect of syndicated financing on increasing the financing portfolio of PT. Bank Sumut Unit Usaha Syariah. Syndicated financing emerged to respond to the growing corporate business and capture infrastructure financing because the need for corporate and infrastructure financing funds was very large. One of the benefits of syndicated financing is the increase in ujrah/fees that can affect the financing portfolio. The method used is a quantitative method. The primary data in this research is in the form of documentation based on the financial statements & reports of an independent accountant (Final Report) of PT. Bank Sumut in 2018 to 2021, and literature study in obtaining theories and those related to this research. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that syndicated financing could increase the financing portfolio of PT. Bank Sumut Unit Usaha Syariah.

Technology has a huge influence on people's lives wherever they are. One of them is the internet, the development of the internet is used by banks to develop their services. The development of services carried out by banks using technology in the form of mobile banking based on mobile phones or can be said to be phone banking, using ATM, credit cards and others has become a must for banks in Indonesia to increase their target market. At present, mobile banking is the main point and a good operational strategy for banks to improve their services. The purpose of this analysis is to find out what factors influence the interest of bank customers in using mobile banking and what strategies are used to increase customer interest and whether mobile banking can be a marketing strategy to increase customer growth at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Stabat Proklamasi. The method of data collection is done by asking questions or can be said to be a questionnaire.

The motive of humans to work is not only to fulfill their daily needs, but by working humans can channel their skills. Usually the success of humans as real beings and having intelligence compared to other God's creatures is to have a job, by having a job humans can find out how far humans are in exploring their potential, giving birth to creativity and achieving their goals in humans. life. But gradually humans will enter a period where they decide to retire and quit their jobs. At that time a person's productivity will definitely decrease and experience many changes in the way of thinking and deciding things. In the elderly, usually someone prefers a static job than a challenging job, because it is related to the person's physical condition and ability to do the job. Attitudes generated by a person when they are about to face retirement are different and this can cause problems within themselves or with the surrounding environment. Preparing for retirement can also be done by someone by changing their perspective. Changing one's perspective has wonders and has a huge impact on one's way of thinking, emotions, motivation and mental energy. reality is not changed, but the perspective is changed, so that a person finds a new meaning or understanding of a situation. The analytical method used by the author is a qualitative method. The purpose of this research is to find out how the employees of BSI KCP Gunung Tua face retirement.

This study aims to determine the pattern of employee recruitment and selection applied at BSI KCP Stabat Proklamasi, and to find out the weaknesses of employee recruitment and selection and what obstacles occur when the recruitment and selection process is carried out at BSI KCP Stabat Proklamasi. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques using interviews with Branch Managers and Branch Operational Service Managers as well as documentation. The object of the research is the BSI Stabat Proklamasi. This research is motivated by the limited sources of employee recruitment used and the distribution of job vacancies distributed through company employees and social media. So that applicants who apply do not reach the desired targer in terms of number and qualifications.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the level of brand awareness of Momoyo products among Medan City residents. This study measures consumer familiarity and memory of Momoyo products using four main indicators: top of mind, brand recall, brand recognition, and brand ignorance. A qualitative approach with descriptive methodology was used in this study. Data collection was conducted through semi-structured in-depth interviews and supported by documentation. The research subjects consisted of Medan City residents who were selected as informants. The data analysis process was carried out through several stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that Momoyo products have achieved a satisfactory level of brand awareness among Medan City residents.

Purpose: This study analyses the impact of inflation, economic growth, and previous stock prices on manufacturing companies’ stock prices in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). Understanding macroeconomic factors that influence the Islamic capital market, particularly in the context of stock price volatility, is urgent. Design/Method/Approach: The quantitative research method with multiple linear regression analysis. Secondary data were obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), and other online sources, covering the research period from 2021 to 2023. Data analysis was conducted using the E-Views 10 software. Findings: The research results indicate that inflation does not have a significant partial effect on the stock prices of manufacturing companies in the JII. In contrast, economic growth and previous period stock prices have a positive and significant impact. Simultaneously, inflation, economic development, and previous period stock prices influence stock prices in the JII. Originality/Values: These findings highlight that investors must consider various economic factors when making investment decisions.

Pasar modal syariah di Indonesia berkembang seiring dengan meningkatnya minat investor terhadap instrumen keuangan yang sesuai prinsip Islam. Salah satu indikator utama dalam menilai kinerja pasar modal syariah adalah kapitalisasi pasar Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inflasi, jumlah uang beredar (JUB), dan kurs terhadap kapitalisasi pasar ISSI, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, untuk memahami sejauh mana variabel-variabel makroekonomi tersebut memengaruhi dinamika pasar saham syariah di Indonesia. Inflasi, jumlah uang beredar, kurs dan kapitalisasi pasar Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia menjadi fokus utama penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan menggunakan data time series dari OJK dan BPS. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah periode Januari 2016 sampai dengan Maret 2025 sebanyak 39 sampel setelah dilakukan interpolasi data. Software Eviews 10 dan regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, jumlah uang beredar dan kurs berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kapitalisasi pasar Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia, sedangkan inflasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, inflasi, jumlah uang beredar dan kurs berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kapitalisasi pasar Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia.

Indonesia menjadi salah satu negara pengekspor komoditas perikanan dan menempati peringkat 11 dunia, selain itu juga menguasai pangsa pasar ekspor sebesar 3,2% pada 2021 (atau mencapai USD5,26 miliar).Perdagangan internasional memegang peranan penting dalam mesin pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu negara. Menurut Adam Smith melalui perdagangan, sumber daya dunia dapat digunakan secara efisien dan dapat memaksimumkan kesejahteraan dunia. Udang merupakan komoditas di sektor perikanan yang memiliki kontribusi besar terhadap nilai ekspor Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untk mengetahui daya saing ekspor udang beku sebagai makanan halam dalam perspektif islam. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kuantitatif.
