Abstract

Pendidikan Indonesia mengalami banyak kemajuan, namun upayanya masih belum maksimal. Hal ini terkendala masalah-masalah, seperti kurangnya kesejahteraan tenaga pengajar, minimnya akses terhadap pendidikan, hingga rendahnya tingkat pengetahuan dan ekonomi masyarakat. Hasil pretest tentang pemahaman kode etik guru terkait profesionalitas pendidik dalam kategori baik yaitu rata-rata 83,45. Hasil pretest di atas, tim pengabdian meyakini pemahaman kode etik guru dapat ditingkatkan dengan cara penyuluhan dan sosialisasi terpadu sehingga profesionalisme pendidik dapat dijalankan dengan maksimal. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan dua hari di Kabupaten Purworejo Jawa Tengah dengan menggunakan metode seminar. Jumlah peserta yaitu 43 responden dengan metode pretest-posttest dengan pemberian materi ditengah-tengah kegiatan. Alat ukur pretest dan posttest menggunakan instrumen kuesioner tertutup tentang pemahaman kode etik guru. Hasil tingkat pemahaman kode etik guru dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner tertutup terdapat hasil peningkatan pretest dan posttest sebesar 6% setelah diberikan penyuluhan dan penguatan kode etik guru untuk peningkatan profesionalisme pendidik. Implementasi kode etik guru memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme pendidik dalam proses pendidikan di Indonesia. Dengan menerapkan kode etik, guru-guru dapat membangun landasan yang kokoh untuk praktik pendidikan yang beretika, menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman, inklusif, dan bermartabat bagi siswa.

Abstract

The research was designed to analyze the influence of industrial culture, productive teacher internship programs, and learning communities on the work motivation of vocational high school (Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan, SMK) teachers across Kendal Regency, both partially and simultaneously. Employing a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design, the study encompassed all public and private vocational high schools in Kendal Regency, Central Java Province, totaling 29 institutions. The population of this research comprised 315 productive teachers. A sample of 176 teachers was determined through the application of the Slovin formula. Proportional sampling was the technique utilized for sample selection. Data collection was conducted via questionnaires. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research findings indicate that, on an individual basis, as verified by the t-statistic values with a significance level of p<0.05, industrial culture, productive teacher internship programs, and learning communities exert a positive and significant influence on work motivation. Furthermore, the research findings demonstrate that these three variables simultaneously affect work motivation, with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.584. The most substantial contribution to work motivation in the simultaneous model originates from the productive teacher internship program as indicated by the value of β=0.433, p<0.001).

Abstract

Fenomena sosial global abad 21, antara lain ditandai corak relasi dominasi kekuasaan terhadap kaum lemah yang pada gilirannya mengakibatkan ketimpangan sosial yang seakan tak berkesudahan. Dominasi kekuasaan tersebut didukung oleh berbagai modal, modal ekonomi, status, pendidikan, simbol, bahasa. Semua modal terakumulasi pada kaum kapitalis dengan ideologi neoliberalisme yang kemudian menguasai dunia melalui proses globalisasi telah melahirkan tata dunia baru yang memunculkan keresahan umat manusia, utamanya di negara-negara dunia ketiga (termasuk Indonesia). Kondisi kehidupan kontemporer demikian, telah memunculkan beberapa persoalan filsafati,seperti masalah dualisme volunterisme dan determinisme, subjektivisme dan objektivisme, serta agen dan struktur, telah menarik perhatian dan sekaligus memunculkan keprihatinan intelektual seorang filsuf yang juga sosiolog kontemporer “Pierre Bourdieu”.   Beberapa isu penting kontemporer dewasa ini ialah persoalan konstruksi kekerasan sosial, dan dikotomi sosial oleh Bourdieu tidak dipandang hanya sebagai pertentangan kelas, tetapi juga menyangkut hubungan individu dengan masyarakat, gaya individual, kekuasaan, kepemilikan modal, struktur modal, dominasi sosial, representasi kelas sosial, konsumerisme, semuanya bermuara pada neoliberalisme dan globalisasi. Konsep habitus, arena (field), dan modal telah  memperlihatkan bentuk tersembunyi dari kekerasan yang sangat halus yang dikenakan pada agen-agen sosial tanpa mengandung resistensi, sebab sudah terlegitimasi secara sosial karena bentuknya yang sangat halus.  Pemikiran filosofis sosiologis Bourdieu menunjukkan corak mengatasi persoalan epistemology: oposisi atau dualisme metode filsafati, yaitu:subyektivisme- obyektivisme, mikro-makro, kebebasan-determinisme. Persoalan tersebut oleh Bourdieu diatasi dengan pendekatan / metode “berpikir relasional”, yaitu struktur objektif dan representasi subjektif, agen dan pelaku atau antara agensi dan struktur yang terjalin secara dialektis dan saling mempengaruhi secara timbal balik,.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data primer dan sekunder dikumpulkan guna menggambarkan penelitian. Data diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan semuanya dilakukan secara induktif selama proses analisis data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana kebiasaan menyanyikan lagu daerah di awal pembelajaran dapat menanamkan literasi budaya. Ketersediaan fasilitas yang memadai merupakan faktor penting dalam mendukung proses pembiasaan menyanyikan lagu daerah pada awal pembelajaran sebagai upaya menanamkan literasi budaya bagi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 6 Semarang. Memperkenalkan literasi budaya kepada siswa sangatlah penting. Melalui literasi budaya, siswa dapat menyelami kekayaan budaya di sekitar mereka, baik budaya lokal maupun budaya global. Tantangan dalam penerapan kebiasaan menyanyikan lagu daerah muncul pada siswa yang kurang antusias saat bernyanyi. Untuk mengatasinya, strategi reward dan punishment diterapkan dengan tujuan memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa bahwa lagu daerah merupakan salah satu wujud dari literasi budaya.

Abstract

Konsepsi sistem among ini merupakan suatu pemikiran yang sangat mendasar dalam bagaimana suatu proses pendidikan itu dijalankan, oleh sebab itu konsepsi sitem among ini harus diimplementasikan dalam setiap mata pelajaran oleh seorang pendidik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi sistem among KHD dalam mewujudkan merdeka belajar pada mata pelajaran pendidikan pancasila di SMP N 6 Semarang. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindak kelas yang bersifat kolaboratif. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu sistem among telah di implementasikan sesuai dengan konsepsinya dalam mewujudkan merdeka belajar. Terdapat tiga pilar yang telah diimplementasikan dengan baik oleh peneliti, yaitu ing ngarso sung tulodho, dibuktikan dengan guru telah memberikan dan menjadi tauladan yang baik dalam segala aspek sikap, perilaku, metode pembelajaran, kedisiplinan dan keterlibatan sosial, ing madyo mangun karso dibuktikan dengan guru telah mengambil peran aktif ditengah tengah siswa untuk membangkitkan semangat, inisiatif dan kreatif mereka. Dengan membuka dialog interaktif, berkolaborasi dalam proyek, berperan sebagai narasumber dan fasilitator, dan tut wuri handayani, Guru mendorong siswa untuk mengeksplorasi potensi mereka secara penuh, baik dalam daya, cipta, rasa, karsa maupun karya.

Abstract

This research is aimed at the majority of the population of the Gubug District community, which has not yet obtained a land certificate. Because they still don't understand the meaning and function as well as land certificates, so the proof of land ownership uses the Village C/D letter. Based on Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration, this Government Regulation is the basis for conducting land registration. However, in reality there are still many who have not carried out the certification process. The problems studied are: the problems of sporadic implementation of customary land registration, obstacles and efforts in the implementation of land registration. The approach method used in this study is an empirical or sociological juridical approach. While the data analysis method used in this study is a qualitative method. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the process of implementing customary land registration has not been carried out in part by a sporadic system at the Land Office and PPAT and in the implementation there are still obstacles that are still considered difficult and expensive, the cost of land registration certificates and ignorance in the community. Meanwhile, the solution sought is to provide information and socialization so that the community understands more about the importance of land certificates.

Abstract

The quality of education in public elementary schools is influenced by leadership effectiveness, professional guidance for teachers, and teachers’ competence in managing learning. In East Ungaran District, variations in school performance indicate the need to identify key factors affecting educational quality. This study aims to analyze the influence of the principal’s transformational leadership, academic supervision, and teachers’ pedagogical competence on educational quality. A quantitative approach with a causal survey design was used, involving 148 teachers selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected using validated and reliable questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings show that transformational leadership, academic supervision, and pedagogical competence each have a positive and significant effect on educational quality, both partially and simultaneously. Transformational leadership has the strongest influence among the three variables. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.562 indicates that 56.2% of the variation in educational quality is explained by these factors. The study concludes that strengthening visionary leadership, systematic supervision, and pedagogical capacity is essential to create a collaborative and sustainable quality-oriented school environment.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the financial performance of the Kerinci Regency in 2008 to 2010. This type of research is type ofresearch that is Qualitative and quantitative descriptive, using secondary data, namely data sourced from the financial statements of district government of Kerinci that has been audited by the Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) from 2008-2015. Analysis of the regional financial performance of Kerinci Regency is important information, especially for making policies in managing regional finances and asessing the government managed to manage its finances well. And has a positive impacton the welfare of the community. One of the measuring toolsthat can be used to analyze the regional performance of kerinci regency in managing regional finances is to conduct in independence Ratio analysis, Regional Dependency Ratio, Fiscal Decentralization Ratio, Effectiveness Ratio, and Efficiency Ratio. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the managerial competence of school principals in improving the quality of education and non-academic achievement through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The study reviewed five articles published in SINTA journals from 2020 to 2023 using the PRISMA guidelines. The data were analyzed thematically based on the methods, instruments, and main findings of each study. The results show that all studies used a qualitative approach with instruments of interviews, observation, and documentation tested through data triangulation. Principals act as educators, managers, and motivators in managing school resources, designing coaching programs, and improving students’ academic and non-academic achievements. Supporting factors included collaboration between teachers and school committees, while the main obstacles were limited funds and infrastructure. Overall, the managerial competence of school principals was proven to have a significant effect on improving the quality of education. It is necessary to strengthen adaptive, collaborative, and innovative leadership capacities to build a sustainable school culture that is responsive to modern educational challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of promotional tendencies on customer value in iB Maslahah Child Savings products at Bank BJB Syariah KCP Padalarang. Promotion is an important aspect in evaluating the company's performance and encouraging increased customer attraction through communication strategies carried out by the company's human resources. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of 712 customers and a sample of 90 respondents obtained through purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and analyzed using the SPSS program version 27.0. The results of the study showed that: (1) the results of a simple linear regression analysis showed that every 1% increase in promotions would increase customer value by 0.879 points, with a positive relationship direction; (2) the t-test results show a t-calculated value of 18.220 > t-table 0.2072, which means that H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted, or in other words, the promotion has a significant effect on the customer's value; (3) The promotion variable contributes 79% to customer value, while the remaining 21% is influenced by other variables that are not discussed in this study.
