Abstract

Abstract

Revitalisasi tersebut pada dasarnya mencakup 5 hal, yaitu : (i) kebijakan pembangunan masyarakat yang pro KUD, (ii) reformasi organisasi dan usaha KUD, (iii) penguatan SDM KUD, (iv) pengembangan kerjasama KUD, (v) pengembalian citra KUD.According to the UUD 1945, business organization should be developed in the economy is cooperative. KUD (Koperasi Unit Desa=Village Cooperative) is the only developed cooperative, dominant, and widespread all over the country in Indonesia during the New Order. Since the reformed order, cooperative has been liberalized so many cooperative exist. Finally KUD which was originally developed into the only strong cooperative in the rural area, became underdeveloped. Besides, other cooperatives did not developed as well. Without existing strong cooperative, the farmer institution become weak, their welfare is not increased. How to developed a strong institution in the rural area, need suitable solution. Actually although KUD has some weaknesses, it has many advantages and potential. Therefore KUD revitalization is a must to develop rural institution in the country. The revitalization is compose of 5 items : (i) Community Development Policy that is pro to KUD, (ii) organization business KUD reform, (iii) strengthened human resource at KUD, (iv) develope cooperation, (v) building image of KUD.

Abstract

This paper aims to mendeskripasikan different interpretation of the results of the analysis ofthe value (unit) with a regression coefficient of elasticity values usingpercentage units (%). Themethod of analysis using the descriptive approach of regression analysis of the roadmap research students of the Faculty of Economics State Islamic University (UIN) Malang  Maulana  Malik  Ibrahim last five years (2005-2010). The results showed, that a researcher in interpreting the processed data is veryimportant 'unit' was wearing. If the interpretation of the results of the analysis used the word 'unit', then it is quite relevant to regression analysis. However, if the estimatoruses the word 'prosentse' (%), it must use a mechanism of calculating the level of elasticity. On this basis, it is recommended to the reader or researcher the next, that the interpretation of the results though the use prosentse, the Cobb Douglas analysis is quite relevant because the coefficient has shown the level of elasticity.

Priority attributes that should be improved are attributes included in the ‘Fatal’ category. Priority attributes in ‘growing’ agro-tourism are the marketing activities (publicity), availability and cleanliness toilet. Priority attributes in ‘developing’ agro-tourism are marketing activities (promotion), availability and cleanliness of toilets. Abstract

This study aims to: (1) to identify the forms of institutional and analyze interaction at the institutional organic rice agribusiness; (2) to design the institutional model in organic rice agribusiness. The study was conducted by using descriptive method. Result of the analysis showed that the profile of organic rice agribusiness institutions include: farmers, farmers' groups combined Sympathy, organic farmers cooperatives, village cooperatives, private enterprises agro-industry (CV), BPP, NGO, exporters, agro-industry company. The conditions of farmer organizations today are more cultural and mostly just to government facilities, it has not been fully geared to take advantage of economic opportunities through the use of accessibility to information technology, capital and markets necessary for the development of organic rice agribusiness and agricultural businesses. On the other hand, institutional businesses in rural areas, such as the cooperative has not fully accommodate the interests of farmers / farmer groups as a forum for technical guidance.
