Abstract

Learning translation based on product is learning translation found in the Markaz Lisan Arabic Singosari-Malang and is used when there are students who want to learn about translation. The purpose of conducting this research is to describe the process of learning translation based on Arabic products into Indonesian, and the strengths and weaknesses of learning translation based on products in order to produce sales-worthy translation books. To obtain this description, a qualitative research was conducted. This type of research includes case study research. This research can also be said to be a descriptive study that aims to collect data and describe it thoroughly in accordance with the problem to be solved. Sources of data in this study are: 1) Primary data sources, namely director of Markaz Lisan Arabic, teacher of Markaz Lisan Arabic, admin of Markaz Lisan Arabic, head of marketing of Lisan Arabic. 2) Secondary data sources, namely in the form of documents. To be able to obtain the data needed, this study uses several methods, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the learning translation based on product process has several stages, these stages are: 1) the test phase, 2) the translation process stage, 3) the translation result collection stage. The advantages of learning translation based on product in Markaz Lisan Arabic 1) Teacher Markaz Lisan Arabic, 2) Publishing facilities, 3) Students can read and translate source languages, 4) Increase student knowledge about translation 5) increase student knowledge about the world of literacy. Whereas the weaknesses of learning translation based on product at the Markaz Lisan Arabic 1) The lack of learning translation facilities, 2) The short process of learning translation, 3) Learning translation at the Markaz Lisan Arabic is only suitable for the student level.

Abstract

Studi ini akan menyelidiki strategi kepemimpinan transformasional yang diterapkan oleh kepala desa perempuan di Desa Kauman, Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Selain itu, akan dibahas bagaimana masyarakat melihat peran perempuan dalam kepemimpinan dan bagaimana masyarakat melihat peran perempuan tersebut. Studi kasus ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data. Pengaruh ideal, motivasi inspirasional, stimulasi intelektual, dan pertimbangan individu terhadap kepemimpinan transformasional ditunjukkan melalui analisis data deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala desa perempuan di Desa Kauman yang memiliki kepemimpinan transformasional telah berhasil meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengambilan keputusan, melakukan inovasi untuk mendorong masyarakat, dan menumbuhkan kepercayaan masyarakat melalui sikap terbuka dan empati. Program seperti pelatihan hidroponik dan pemasaran digital telah terbukti dapat meningkatkan sumber daya manusia desa. Ini juga menunjukkan bahwa perempuan dan laki-laki memiliki kemampuan yang sama untuk menjadi pemimpin, dan ini dapat memecahkan stereotip tentang gender.

Abstract

SARI, R., HUDA, M., SUSANDARINI, R. & ASTUTI, I. P. 2019. Rafflesia hasseltii Suringar (Rafflesiaceae): A new record to Kalimantan, Indonesia. Reinwardtia 18(2): 65–70. –– Rafflesia hasseltii Suringar flower has been observed for the first time in Sambas District, West Kalimantan by the Flora Fauna Research Team during the Khatulistiwa Expedition organized by Special Forces Command of Indonesian Army in 2012. This finding is the first record of Rafflesia hasseltii in Kalimantan following the previous record in Sarawak. The flower has 5–6 perigone lobes. This paper presents the detail characteristic of the flowers.

Abstract

The habit of memorizing Juz Amma among elementary school students is both commendable and beneficial, particularly in supporting daily prayer practices. To enhance this memorization, effective strategies are required one of which is the use of positive reinforcement. This study aims to explore how positive reinforcement strategies can effectively improve students’ memorization of Juz Amma. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. Data were analyzed using content analysis supported by cross-checking and triangulation techniques. The findings reveal that the positive reinforcement strategy involves a structured procedure: identifying (planning) the target behaviors, selecting appropriate types of positive reinforcement, maintaining consistency in implementation, and conducting evaluation during the memorization process. The impact of this strategy is reflected in improved cognitive abilities, attitudes, and skills of the students throughout the Juz Amma memorization process. The study demonstrates that when applied consistently and appropriately, positive reinforcement strategies significantly contribute to the development of students’ cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains in the context of memorizing Juz Amma.

Abstract

This study aims to develop interactive learning media based on the Genially application to improve reading skills (maharah qirā’ah) among second-semester university students. The background of this research is based on the low intrinsic motivation of students to read Arabic texts, high levels of linguistic anxiety, and a learning approach that still emphasizes memorization and grammar structure, without providing sufficient space for contextual understanding. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate), although this study only reached the development stage. The media was validated by two content experts and two media experts. The validation results showed that the media received an average score of 86.3% from content experts and 98% from media experts, both of which fall under the "highly feasible" category. These findings indicate that Genially-based media can serve as an effective and engaging alternative to enhance Arabic reading skills among students. It also facilitates a more interactive, contextual, and modern learning experience.

Abstract

Increasing social pressure and the influence of the media on beauty standards have created significant challenges for adolescent girls in forming a positive self-concept, especially related to perceptions of body image. Dissatisfaction with physical appearance is common and risks having a negative impact on their mental health and psychological well-being. This research aims to understand in depth how adolescent girls interpret their experiences regarding self-concept and social pressure in shaping body perception. Using a qualitative approach through phenomenological studies, this research explores the subjective narratives of adolescent girls through in-depth interviews to identify thematic patterns that emerge from their experiences. The research results reveal that social pressure originating from peers, family and the media has a strong influence in shaping teenagers' body image and self-concept, both constructively and detrimentally. The participants' narratives also highlighted the importance of social support and self-acceptance as protective factors in building a healthy body image. These findings emphasize the need for education and counseling-based interventions to strengthen adolescents' self-concept and ability to deal with social pressure adaptively.

Abstract

Ilmu sharaf merupakan salah satu cabang linguistik Arab yang kompleks dan sering kali menimbulkan kesulitan bagi para pembelajarnya, khususnya penutur non-Arab. Meskipun fenomena morfologis dalam bahasa Arab menjadi ciri khas yang unik, namun hal tersebut juga dapat menjadi sumber kesulitan dalam memahami berbagai bab dan topik ilmu sharaf. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengungkap materi pembelajaran sharaf di Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Islamiyah Madiun; dan (2) mengungkap proses pembelajaran sharaf, termasuk metode, media, dan evaluasi yang diterapkan di program studi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara, kemudian dianalisis secara induktif dan deduktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Materi sharaf diambil dari buku-buku standar yang telah ditetapkan dalam kurikulum, dan dirancang dengan pendekatan normatif-tradisional; (2) Proses pembelajaran sharaf dilakukan dengan metode tradisional (thariqah qiyasiyah), di mana semua aktivitas pembelajaran mengikuti pola metode tersebut. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya pengembangan pendekatan yang lebih komunikatif dan kontekstual agar pembelajaran ilmu sharaf lebih efektif bagi mahasiswa non-Arab.

Abstract

Electronic transactions in online games have been an issue in modern digital transactions. Consumers who purchase electronic balances, especially through third parties, often experience losses, while an effective legal protection mechanism is absent. This condition therefore creates legal uncertainty, injustice, and psychological risks for consumers. This study analyzes the urgency of consumer protection against problematic electronic transactions in online games, from both the perspective of positive law and that of the maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah. This study is categorized as normative juridical legal research, employing statutory and conceptual approaches. Primary legal materials were sourced from Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection and Law No. 1 of 2024 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions, while secondary legal materials comprised literature, journals, and relevant articles. The results indicate that current regulations remain suboptimal in protecting digital consumers, particularly for intangible and cross-border transactions. From the perspective of maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah, the loss of electronic balance without clear accountability is a violation of the principles of property protection (hifẓ al-mal), protection of reason (hifẓ al-aql), and protection of life (hifẓ al-nafs). Therefore, regulatory reform to address the challenges of digital transaction development and the application of the principles of maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah is required to ensure justice, welfare, and stability for consumers.

Abstract

The spread of Islam in Indonesia began in the mid-7th century AD. This process is inseparable from the role of Walisongo, a group of scholars and Sufism experts who played an important role, especially in Java. One of the figures who contributed greatly to the spread of Islam in East Java was Sunan Ampel. The purpose of this study is to find out about Sunan Ampel's da'wah strategy in the context of Multicultural in Java and its approach and implementation. This research uses library research method. The main sources used in carrying out this research are relevant sources, both primary books, journals, documents or other records. The results and discussion of this research concluded that Sunan Ampel's da'wah strategy in a multicultural context through cultural traditions in the local community, interfaith dialog, and religious education was considered very influential in preaching Islam in Indonesia, especially in Java. Through the da'wah strategy applied by Sunan Ampel, it has relevance to the modern era by adopting da'wah teachings with local culture, inclusive methods, and producing a community with character

Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKN) is a form of student community service as part of the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The KKN activity by Group 5 of the University of Muhammadiyah Bandung was conducted at Cijanggel Elementary School, Kertawangi Village, Cisarua District, with the aim of raising student awareness regarding the importance of bullying prevention, proper medication use, and providing balanced nutrition. The methods used included school condition surveys, observations, interviews, and educational approaches through games, discussions, and interactive media. The results showed that students had a better understanding of the negative impacts of bullying, were able to identify behaviors that constitute bullying, and had a better understanding of the importance of maintaining health through balanced nutrition and proper medication use. This KKN program contributes to creating a safe and healthy school environment that supports optimal child growth and development.
