Abstract

This research aims to determine the sources of capital for traditional market traders in Pertamina Market and delve into financing strategies and business capital management with the aim of understanding the crucial role of capital sources in supporting the business continuity of traders and identifying effective and efficient financial management practices. A qualitative descriptive method is used in this study by collecting data through focused and in-depth interviews with Pertamina Market traders. The research was conducted at Pertamina Market, Tamalanrea Village, Bontotiro District, Bulukumba Regency which was conducted on July 4-11, 2024 by interviewing 7 Pertamina Market traders in accordance with the business fields in Pertamina Market to listen directly to traders' views, experiences, and preferences regarding their sources of capital. Research that has been conducted shows that traditional market traders in Pertamina Market take advantage of various sources of capital, such as personal funds, bank loans, and assistance from family or friends. They showed foresight in financing strategies and adaptability in managing business finances. Diversifying capital sources and awareness of the importance of capital management help traders reduce risk, increase financial flexibility, and achieve long-term success.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan pembelajaran kecakapan hidup berbasis karakter kewirausahaan pada jenjang pendidikan dasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan sistem coding. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam kajian ini dilakukan melalui observasi dan juga wawancara. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru di SDN 90 Mattumpu. Analisis data dengan sistem coding dilakukan dalam 2 tahap, yaitu initial coding dan focused coding. Hasil kajian ini menemukan bahwa guru di SDN 90 Mattumpu sudah mengetahui dan memahami pendidikan karakter kewirausahaan dan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan tetapi belum menerapkan secara maksimal. Temuan lain menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah dan guru SDN 90 Mattumpu mengakui bahwa nilai-nilai karakter kewirausahaan sangat penting untuk diterapkan kepada siswa-siswa agar mempunyai bekal dasar agar mereka mulai diperkenalkan dan tertarik dengan kegiatan berwirausaha. Pengembangan pembelajaran dalam persepktif pendidikan kewirausahaan pada jenjang pendidikan dasar diarahkan untuk pengembagan berbagai keterampilan akademik dan keterampilan sosial (soft skill) yang terinternalisasi dalam kecakapan hidup general.

Abstract

This article aims to assist the community in making LAMPIAS lamps (decorative lanterns) in Biringkanaya District, Makassar City so that they can have high economic selling value and it is hoped that they can be marketed and as a learning medium for these products. Apart from that, through this assistance, producing a product that can be marketed can help the consumer community by fulfilling the desire for unique goods so that this product can be of interest to many groups and citizens. People need quality and unique items that can help create a comfortable and beautiful atmosphere indoors. It is hoped that these decorative lantern lights will have enthusiasts and buyers who are looking for this product. In this activity, the method we use is to provide assistance in making LAMPIAS lamps (decorative lanterns) to the community in Biringkanaya District, Makassar City and offer creativity by exploring new shapes with a variety of colors and patterns to make them more attractive and adaptable to consumer needs. This is due to a decrease in interest in the shapes and color variations of old ordinary lamps and we make them in more attractive shapes so that more people buy and like decorative lanterns again and use them as something that can decorate the interior of the house.

Abstract

In Indonesia, sweet potatoes are generally a side food ingredient. Meanwhile in Irian Jaya, sweet potatoes are used as a staple food. One of the areas producing purple sweet potatoes is the people of Gowa, especially the Tahfidzul Qur'an Pondok Tahfidzul Qur'an, Gowa As-Syarif Education Foundation. Where the average community commodity is planting purple sweet potatoes. However, unfortunately, after harvesting, people only immediately sell the purple sweet potatoes to collectors, or usually sell them to people who are visiting the place as souvenirs or souvenirs from the cottage, so their economic value is still low. Therefore, in order to overcome this problem, the aim of the community service carried out by the community service is to innovate purple sweet potatoes into dodol so that they are suitable for sale to local communities, throughout Indonesia and abroad, and purple sweet potatoes have high economic value. The Community Partnership Program Team was moved to provide training in the skills of making dodol made from purple sweet potato as the basic ingredient, which was given the name Dodol "UBALU", which can be sold and add to the economy of the residents of Pondok Tahfidzul Qur'an, Gowa As-Syarif Education Foundation. In making this dodol, a very simple application method was used, so that mothers could carry out further applications at a later date without the assistance of the Community Partnership Program team.

Abstract

Di dalam dunia Pendidikan baik mahasiswa, guru, dosen, maupun ilmuwan dituntut untuk akrab dengan dunia tulis-menulis. Hal itu bertujuan agar masyarakat luas bisa merasakan buah pikiran penulis. Seiring dengan menjamurnya bisnis media cetak, kesempatan untuk menulis artikel terbuka semakin lebar. Inilah lahan subur bagi guru, dosen, peneliti, dan sebagainya, untuk berkarya memenuhi angka kredit bagi jenjang jabatan fungsionalnya. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada guru-guru tentang pembuatan artikel ilmiah sampai dengan bagaimana cara mempublikasinya. Pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan di SMPN 3 Pamboang, Kabupaten Majene. Hasil pengabdian ini sangat mendukung dan tuntutan profesi sebagai guru dan mereka sangat antusias untuk mengikuti pengabdian tersebut. Hal ini terlihat pada kesungguhan dan keseriusan mereka mengikuti materi pengabdian karena pengabdian ini merupakan suatu kegiatan yang sangat membantu guru-guru agar bisa membuat artikel ilmiah serta dengan publikasinya.

Abstract

In general, families are less aware of the important impact of economic learning aspects on children so that they grow up as consumers who are not aware of the value of money. This study aims to determine the pattern of economic education applied by parents in forming economic rationality and entrepreneurship in children. This research used a qualitative method with a total of 6 informants whose criteria were traders. The results of the research are that the family economic education patterns applied by business actors are democratic, authoritarian, permissive and situational. However, the democratic education pattern is the economic education pattern in the family that is most often used in forming economic rationality and entrepreneurship in children.

Abstract

One of the activities that can add to the entrepreneurial spirit for the community is the home industry business or so-called home business in the manufacture of BIBIGOR (Biskuit Bihun Goreng). Bibigor is a new form of innovation in the field of food industry. The basic ingredient of Bibigor is biscuit. Biscuits are usually consumed unprocessed, but can now be innovated into a biscuit that is more interesting and with a new flavor. This innovation is done because in the community there are many different types of biscuits, but with the same variants and flavors and with less attractive shapes. Bibigor is a food based on Pyramid biscuits wrapped in sugar and vermicelli that has been fried. The methods used in this activity include lectures, question and answer or discussion, and training. The results obtained are (1) training on making BIBIGOR (Biskuit Bihun Goreng) responded well by the participants; (2) the high interest and motivation of the trainees greatly support the transfer of knowledge and skills from the service to the trainees, so that the training materials provided can be absorbed by all; and (3) the training products for making BIBIGOR (Biskuit Bihun Goreng) can be consumed daily and can be used as entrepreneurial products

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of Grab online transportation services according to the perceptions of students of the Faculty Economics, in terms of the dimensions of Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty, and to find out which dimensions of service quality most influence student satisfaction in using online transportation services. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using observation, interview, and documentation techniques in data collection. The informants in this study were three people with the data analysis technique used, namely the interactive model analysis technique and the triangulation technique. The results obtained are the perceptions of users of Grab online transportation services, especially students of the Faculty of Economics, Makassar State University, are considered to be quite good. This can be seen from the various services in the application system, as well as transparent and affordable prices, and promos that are always provided by the company. They also have a friendly attitude, alertness, and the professionalism of Grab riders/drivers is quite good. It's just that there still needs to be an update to the application that must be improved, for example the reading of points/locations is sometimes incorrect and it is hoped that Grab online transportation will pay more attention to the standardization of driver/driver vehicles, as well as the need to limit working operating hours for Grab riders/drivers themselves.

Abstract

Technology is very familiar and continues to grow, the grab application is an application that uses technology. This study is intended to detail the impact of trust factor, managerial quality, knowledge of self-esteem and advancement on buyer's persistence factor. The information collection procedure used in this exploration is through review/concentration with a direct test information assessment strategy using the SPSS application. The population in this study were students who used translation services spread across several metropolitan areas up to 28 people. This research shows that the trust factor, administrative quality, value insight and overall progress do not have a positive effect on consumer loyalty, which means that each independent factor does not affect the level of consumer loyalty.
