Abstract The purpose of this study was to explore in depth about the Guling or Mobile Teacher program that was announced by the Education Office during the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects involved in this study were teachers and students of SMPN 3 Pulau Rakyat Asahan, North Sumatra. The data analysis technique was performed by triangulation of observations, interviews and documentation studies. The results showed that the rolling program was effectively implemented for students who were located far from cities who did not have cellphones or computers as learning tools during the Covid-19 period. Students feel happy, because there is a means of learning and asking questions to teachers and classmates. Keywords: Mobile Teacher, Distance Learning, Covid-19 Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengeksplorasi secara mendalam tentang program Gulingatau Guru Keliling yang di canangkan Dinas Pendidikan pada masa pandemic covid-19. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa SMPN 3 Pulau Rakyat Asahan Sumatera Utara. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan triangulasi dari Observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program guling ini efektif dilaksanakan bagi siswa yang lokasinya jauh dari kota yang tidak memiliki handphone atau computer sebagai sarana pembelajaran dimasa covid-19. Siswa merasa senang, karena ada sarana belajar dan bertanya kepada guru dan teman satu kelas. Kata kunci:Guru Keliling, Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh, Covid-19

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh supervisi akademik terhadap peningkatan kompetensi kerja guru matematika madrasah melalui MGMP guru matematika sekabupaten labuhanbatu selatan, 2) Mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh supervisi akademik terhadap motivasi kerja guru matematika madrasah melalui MGMP matematika guru matematika sekabupaten labuhan batu selatan, 3) Mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh supervisi akademik, peningkatan kompetensi terhadap motivasi kerja guru matematika madrasah melalui MGMP matematika guru matematika se kabupaten labuhanbatu selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif serta metode yang dipakai analisis regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil penelitian dieroleh: 1) Hasil penghitungan koefisien regresi sederhana diatas memperlihatkan nilai koefisien konstanta adalah sebesar 29.409 koefisien variabel bebas (X) adalah sebesar 0,748. Sehingga adanya pengaruh supervisi akademik terhadap peningkatan kompetensi guru, 2) Hasil penghitungan koefisien regresi sederhana diatas memperlihatkan nilai koefisien konstanta adalah sebesar 0,292 koefisien variabel bebas (X) adalah sebesar 0,902. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan adanya pengaruh supervisi akademik terhadap peningkatan motivasi kerja guru, 3) diperoleh persamaan regresi Y= 46,393+3,443 X1-3,481. Maka dapat disimpulkan supervisi akademik berpengaruh penting terhadap kompetensi tetapi tidak berpengaruh tehadap motivasi kerja guru

This research is motivated by the problem, not the maximum level of students' mathematical reasoning abilities. The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of students' reasoning abilities with realistic mathematics education. This type of research is a quasi-experimental study to examine the improvement of students' mathematical reasoning abilities through a realistic mathematical education. The instrument used is a test item consisting of a test of mathematical reasoning ability and an attitude scale given to students. In this study, data were obtained to see the increase in students' reasoning abilities with realistic mathematics education in mathematics learning and to see student responses to learning using realistic mathematics education which were analyzed by processing test results data, namely testing homogeneity, testing hypotheses, and testing average differences. mean in both groups using t-test. The conclusion obtained in this study is that in the group of students whose learning using a realistic mathematics education the average score of students increased by 41.1%, while the increase in the average score of the group of students whose learning was conventional was only 17.3%. The number of students who scored above 60% in the group of students whose learning using a realistic mathematics education in the final test had reached 88.65%, while in the group of students whose learning was conventional it only reached 45.79%, meaning that the achievement of the group of students who studied with realistic mathematics education increases significantly when compared to the group of students who learn conventionally.

This study aims to formulate an alternative design for learning the concept of flat-sided wake-up space against the background of didactic situations and learning obstacles experienced by students. This type of research is a DDR (Didactical Design Research) research. The didactic design was developed through three stages, namely: first, compiling an initial design based on student barriers that had previously been identified, secondly analyzing metapedadydactics carried out during learning, and thirdly, retrospective analysis carried out by identifying learning obstacles and compiling learning designs. This research was conducted at Mts Al Washliyah Tanjung Morawa class VIII with 35 students. The results of this study indicate that there are several learning obstacles that occur to students, namely errors in the concept of flat side space, errors in multiplication, and also errors in answering questions whose context is different from the example questions given. Based on the identification results that have been analyzed, one of the alternative solutions is to develop alternative solutions to the concept of flat side space in order to minimize barriers to learning.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengulas perbedaan self efficacy matematis peserta didik di SMP Negeri 3 Kutalimbaru Satu Atap berdasarkan jenis gender siswa. Penelitian deskriptif ini melibatkan 88 peserta didik yang terdiri atas 28 siswa dan 60 siswi yang dipilih mengunakan teknik purposive sampling dari sejumlah 145 siswa di SMP Negeri 3 Kutalimbaru Satu Atap. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan bantuan google form guna mempermudah pengolahan data dan juga kegiatan wawancara dengan siswa. Analisis dari data angket self efficacy menunjukkan bahwa siswa laki-laki memiliki self efficacy yang seikit lebih rendah dibandingkan siswa perempuan ditinjau dari tingkat persentasenya. Hal ini berkaitan dengan keunggulan siswa perempuan pada indikator berani menghadapi tantangan dan tangguh dalam menghadapi masalah. Namun demikian baik siswa laki-laki maupun perempuan keduanya memiliki tingkat self efficacy yang baik.Kata Kunci: Analisis, Gender, Self efficacy Matematis

To study at school, students must have soft skills such as self-regulated learning, namely the ability of students to manage their own learning. The significance of students' self-regulated learning is what inspired this study. This study sought to ascertain the rise in students' self-regulated learning when learning mathematics using a realistic mathematics education model, as well as the students' reactions to learning mathematics using a realistic mathematics education model. This kind of study uses questionnaire analysis to do descriptive research. A self- regulated learning questionnaire and a questionnaire for students' responses made up the tool used to assess the self-regulated learning abilities that had been put to the test. Data were collected for this study to examine the rise in realistic mathematics education students' ability to learn mathematics independently, as well as the students' attitudes toward learning mathematics through mathematics education, which were assessed using a Likert attitude scale. The self-regulated learning scale is made up of four parts: the students' evaluations of how well they (1) use and locate pertinent learning resources in mathematics, (2) select and determine their learning strategies in mathematics, (3) assess and evaluate their learning outcomes in mathematics, and (4) have a positive view of themselves as mathematicians. By utilizing realistic mathematics education, the findings of this study about self-regulated learning in mathematics can be viewed as a whole. Based on the results of data analysis it is known that students' responses to realistic mathematics education models are positive which are adapted to real-life contexts or everyday life which will arouse students' self-regulated learning in solving problems because they are related to real life. This demonstrates that 98.18% of students respond positively.

Artikel ini merupakan hasil penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis Ragam kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa SMAS Al Ma'shum Kisaran BRT pada materi peluang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 20 maret 2022 yang bertempat di SMAS Al Ma'shum Kisaran BRT dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPS-1. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Berdasarkan indikator kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis, siswa tergolong kurang dan sangat kurang pada indikator 2, 3, 4. Adapun indikator kemampuan berpikir kritis yang sering muncul adalah kemampuan menginterpretasikan/klarifikasi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan penalaran statistik berbasis soal HOTS. Dalam penelitian ini tes diberikan dalam bentuk uraian sebanyak 3 (tiga) soal. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan, disimpulkan kemampuan penalaran statistik siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Pulau Rakyat dalam memecahkan soal statistika berbasis HOTS harus ditingkatkan lagi, terlihat dari berbagai jawaban hasil tes siswa banyak yang mengalami kesalahan dalam penyelesaian soal, siswa banyak yang kurang memahami dan mengenali karakteristik soal HOTS dikarenakan guru tidak membiasakan mengunakan soal tersebut dalam proses pembelajaran berlangsung

Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan harapan agar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa dalam menjawab soal melalui model problem based learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan pemecaham masalah matematis dalam pembelajaran daring dengan model problem based learning pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di SMP Negeri 1 Sosopan.
