Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the views of the four schools of thought on the implementation of the field pawn system. The study was conducted in Bekasi. The research approach used is qualitative. The results of the study revealed that in terms of the ijab kobul, the implementation of the pawn was in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law even though the ijab kobul was carried out orally in the language of the local community. Meanwhile, regarding other matters regarding rahin and murtahin are also valid in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law because each party is a person who has reached puberty, is reasonable and understands the law. Marhun is also legal according to Islamic law because the rice fields are legal goods to be pawned. With the full use of paddy fields by the recipient of the pawn, this is actually not justified and illegal according to the provisions of Islamic law because there is still an element of taking opportunities in narrowness and unfairness to rahin and of course this is very contrary to the principle of muamalah.

Abstract

The science of Ushul Fiqh is a discipline that is very urgent for Islamic law experts in determining halal products in Indonesia, because with this knowledge, a mujtahid or Islamic law expert, can find it easy to find out contemporary economic laws that are not contained the sharih texts in the Qur’an and Al-Hadits. In addition, the Science of Ushul Fiqh can also make it easier to understand and master the problems of furu’iyah or fiqhiyah which continue to develop at the rate of development of the times, situations and conditions, and they are all countless. The science of ushul fiqh in the field of economics can be a solution in justifying and providing legal legitimacy to all movements of economic activity in various fields of transactions (muamalah), which if all of this is in accordance with the halal principle that is, does not conflict with the texts and maqoshid al-syariah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the systems approach in Islamic economics based on maqashid al sharia thinking using the system philosophy offered by Jasser Auda. According to him, there are at least two approaches that need to be mastered professionally at the same time, namely first, approaches that are closely related to the dimensions of time and history and second, approaches that are closely related to philosophical concepts and thoughts. The basic concepts used by Jasser Auda in the Systems approach and analysis in Maqasid Syariah as a philosophy of Islamic law include looking at the problem as a whole (Wholeness), always being open to the possibility of improvement and refinement (Openness), interrelated-Hierarchy. , involving various dimensions (Multidimensionality) and prioritizing and prioritizing the main goal (Purposefulness). The approach in this research is descriptive qualitative. The analysis technique used is content analysis (content analysis). Content analysis is simply defined as a method for collecting and analyzing the content of a text. The original of this research on Islamic economics within the framework of a systems philosophy approach is Cognition (Cognitive Nature), Towards Holism, Towards Openness/Wholeness,. Interrelated Hierarchy, Multi-dimensionality, Purposefulness/Intentions.

Abstract

Internet of Thinks adalah suatu konsep atau program dimana sebuah objek memiliki kemampuan untuk mengirimkan data melalui jaringan tanpa melalui perangkat computer atau manusia. Sedangkan sensor merupakan  perangkat elektronik yang digunakan sebagai pendeteksi keberadaan benda disekitarnya. Keberadaan benda dideteksi oleh sensor dengan memberikan perubahan parameter tertentu sesuai dengan output yang di inginkan. Contoh sensor yang digunakan adalah sensor PIR dan sensor MQ2. Pada prototipe smart home ini sensor-sensor dirancang terhubung langsung dengan IoT dan menggunakan aplikasi blynk sebagai media informasi. Sensor PIR sebagai input mendeteksi keberadaan sinar infrared seseorang kemudian data yang diterima sensor akan dikirim menuju weimos D1 sebagai mikrokontrolernya kemudian akan diteruskan ke output-nya yaitu buzzer akan berbunyi untuk memberikan informasi bahwa ada pengunjung kerumah dan LCD yang ada di android memberikan informasi juga dengan menggunakan aplikasi blynk. Blynk adalah platform sistem operasi IOS maupun android sebagai pengendali modul arduino. Proyek ini bertujuan untuk membuat  rumah pintar yang dapat dimonitoring melalui android dengan beberapa sensor yang terhubung dengan jaringan internet.

Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to analyze the mission and strategies carried out by Berani Hijrah Community (BHC) on developing Islamic religious education for the younger generation. This research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The subject of the study was a community that dared to migrate to Dusun IV, Limau Manis, Tanjung Morawa, Deli Serdang, North Sumatra. Research data in the form of BHC missions and strategies in developing Islamic religious education. Data sources are obtained from all members of the community who dare to migrate. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. At the same time, data analysis is carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The conclusion of this research is that the courageous migration community employs various strategies, including bringing in popular religious teachers (ustadz) who are liked by teenagers to generate greater enthusiasm in delivering youth-oriented religious lectures. Additionally, the strategies involve increasing parental awareness and involvement, developing a relevant curriculum, establishing study groups and discussions, as well as organizing social and humanitarian activities.

Abstract

Problematika kepribadian yang dihadapi generasi millenial saat ini sangat memprihatinkan, diantaranya adalah persoalan adiksi gadget, tidak fokus pada belajar, emosinya mudah terganggu, pornografi, pergaulan bebas. Sebagai tawaran solusi adalah internalisasi nilai kepribian ulul albab, yaitu melalui pengamalan dzikir, fikir, amal soleh. Internealisasi kepribadian ulul albab memungkinkan bisa mengatasi krisis moral yang sedang terjadi saat ini. Keunikan yang dimiliki generasi millenial ulul albab ialah terampil dalam mengakses teknologi digital, sekaligus mempunyai prinsip nilai agama yang kokoh.

Abstract

Usia rentang sekolah dasar 7-12 ialah masa yang sangat rentan dan peka terkait perkembangan sikap dan perilaku, dalam tahapan Jeans Piaget adalah operasional konkret. Pada tahap operasional konkret anak sudah mempunyai kemampuan mempertimbangkan tujuan-tujuan perilaku moral, anak memiliki kemampuan menyadari bahwa aturan moral adalah kesepakatan tradisi yang dapat berubah. Peran Orang dewasa dalam mengarahkan nilai religius kepada anak antara lain, memberikan keteladanan, membiasakan hal-hal yang baik, menanamkan disiplin, memberikan motivasi, memberikan penghargaan secara psikologis, memberikan punishment dalam hal kedisiplinan.

Abstract

The condition of Indonesian society which is plural and multiculture can trigger socio-religious conflicts. These conflicts can be reduced or even avoided if the Indonesian people always apply the values of tolerance and democracy in their daily life. In this case, Islamic education as a process and part of the national education system certainly has a very important role in the context of growing and developing a tolerant and democratic attitude for students. The implementation of Islamic Education should lead to the internalization of the values of tolerance and democracy which include the values of justice, freedom, responsibility, equality, deliberation, pluralism so that students become good individuals in their families, communities, countries and their environment.

Abstract

Abstrac: In the past, many people were not interested in distinguishing sex and gender, because the perceptions that developed in society considered gender differences (differencs gender) as a result of sex differences (differencs sex), so that the division of roles and work sexually was seen as something natural. But many people in this new era misinterpret gender related positions in Islam. The nature of women which includes menstruation, pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding is often connected by some people with traditional stories, believed to be the truth which is commonly called a myth, even considered from the teachings of Islam. But lately it has been realized that not necessarily the sex differences cause gender inequlity. Abstract

This research was motivated by the importance of financing the MSME sector based on sharia principles to overcome the problem of limited MSME business capital and avoid the element of usury. The research aims to determine what factors had a significant effect on the realization of MSME financing at the Sharia Bankaltimtara, Samarinda. To analyze the factors that influenced the realization of MSME financing, the method used was multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the regression coefficient test, there are two factors that have a significant influence on the realization of MSME financing at Sharia Bankaltimtara Samarinda, namely the customer's net profit per month and the value of the financing collateral. Meanwhile, other factors such as education level, length of business, type of business, composition of business capital, and type of financing contract did not significantly affect the realization of financing in the MSME sector. The implication of this research is as an evaluation for Bankaltimtara Syariah Samarinda that increasing MSME financing must focus on assessing customers' monthly net profit and the value of financing collateral.
