Abstract

Nypa fruticans or known as nypa produces considerable amount of fruit with high content of carbohydrate. The mesocarp of the mature fruit is a potential source of energy but underutilised. This research was conducted to study the production of nypa slice jam by focussing on the effect of sugar and agar-agar concentration on the physical, chemical and sensory properties of nypa slice jam. Sugar and agar-agar concentration affect rendemen, crude fibre content, total soluble solid, water content, colour, texture, taste, flavour and overal acceptance of slice jam from nypa fruit.

Abstract

Abstract— Stunting is one of the nutritional problems in Indonesia. One of the specific interventions for stunting is nutritional support in the form of protein-rich complementary foods, both animal and plant-based protein. This research is expected to provide an alternative to high-protein complementary foods for toddlers, thereby contributing to efforts to reduce stunting problems in Indonesia. The biscuit formulation consists of four treatments of the ratio of wheat flour: tempeh flour: Nile Tilapia fish flour, namely (F1) 100:0:0, (F2) 50:15:35, (F3) 50:25:25, and (F4) 50:35:15. The test parameters in this study were organoleptic tests, chemical tests in the form of proximate analysis, calcium, zinc, dietary fiber, amino acid, and fatty acid content, as well as physical tests in the form of texture and color. The results of the study showed that the best treatment based on the organoleptic test was a ratio of 50:25:25. Chemical tests showed that proximate analysis, calcium, dietary fiber, essential and non-essential amino acid composition, and fatty acid composition of selected biscuits were higher than those of control biscuits. The zinc content of selected biscuits was the same as that of control biscuits. The results of physical tests showed that selected biscuits had the same color description as the control, but had a softer texture than the control. The conclusion obtained was that, based on the composition of nutritional and non-nutritional content, selected biscuits with a 50:25:25 formulation have the potential as complementary food ingredients for breast milk that can help prevent stunting in toddlers.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze legal protection for children as child drug courierand to find out and analyze the factors that influence legal protection for children as child drug couriers. This research uses empirical research methods. The results of this research show that legal protection for children as child drug courieris very important, this aims to overcome the problem of criminal act and protect their future, including ensuring that they continue to have access to adequate education, and is focused on rehabilitation and social reintegration, not only punishment and the factors that influence legal protection for children as child drug courierare age, environment, education and socio-economic conditions. In addition, children who grow up in an unstable environment and are exposed to violence or criminal activities have a higher risk of falling into drug syndicates. The recommendation of this research is that it is hoped that the government will ensure that children involved as child drug courier have access to drug syndicates. proper education and comprehensive rehabilitation programs to help them get out of the cycle of criminal act and build a better future and it is hoped that security forces will process cases of child child drug courier quickly and responsibly, as well as apply an age-sensitive approach and children's special needs to ensure their rights are protected during the legal process.

Abstract

The purposeoof this research isito find out: 1). The effectiveness of the implementation of the circuit court at the Sungai Raya Religious Court. 2). The effectivenesss of case settlement throughha circuit courtiat the Sungai Raya Religious Court in 2021. This study uses a qualitative method with an empirical type. Sources of data are primary data through interviews with clerks, substitute clerks and judges. While secondary data is taken from literature related to this research, such as Supreme Court Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning Guidelines for Legal Services for the Poor and Supreme Court Circular Number 10 of 2010 concerning Guidelines for Legal Services in Religious Courts. Data collection techniquessare interviewssand documentation.aThe data collection toollused by the researcher is an interview guide. While the data analysis techniques researchers use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Then the validity of the data is checked by member checking method. The results showedethat: 1). The effectiveness of the circuit court implementation can be seen from the implementation procedures that can reduce the queues of cases that accumulate at the Sungai Raya Religious Court Office. As for service users, the perceived benefit is a closer distance. So that it can be said that the circuit court is effective in terms of the procedures for its implementation. 2). Judging from the settlement of the case, it can be seen from the handlingeof cases that are relatively few and do not require a long time so that they are more relaxed in completing the settlement of cases that are resolved through mediation. In addition, the effectiveness of the settlement can be seen in the financing where service users are more efficient in transportation to the location. So that the trial can be opened to run effectively from the settlement of the case is enough.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perilaku konsumsi Islam terhadap penggunaan dompet digital dengan menerapkan Model UTAUT3. Berdasarkan analisis data, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Social Influence dan Facilitating Conditions memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention. Meskipun Social Influence signifikan, namun memiliki nilai koefisien negatif. Sebaliknya, variabel seperti Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Habit, Hedonis Motivation, Price Value, dan Personal Innovativeness tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention, namun koefisien jalurnya positif. Selain itu, Behavioral Intention memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Use Behavior. Namun, Facilitating Conditions, Habit, Personal Innovativeness, dan Islamic Consumption Behavior tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Use Behavior, meskipun nilai koefisien jalurnya tetap positif. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan baru tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan dompet digital dalam konteks perilaku konsumsi Islam.

Abstract

Algoritma Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) merupakan salah satu algoritma kriptografi simetris yang paling banyak digunakan dalam menjaga kerahasiaan data digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami struktur dan cara kerja internal algoritma AES melalui implementasi manual menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python. Proses enkripsi dilakukan secara bertahap, mencakup tahapan utama AES: SubBytes, ShiftRows, MixColumns, AddRoundKey, dan Key Expansion. Setiap tahapan direalisasikan dalam bentuk fungsi Python dan diuji menggunakan data input yang direpresentasikan dalam bentuk matriks. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa proses enkripsi berhasil membentuk blok cipher melalui transformasi bertahap sesuai dengan standar algoritma AES. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam mengenai konsep-konsep kriptografi modern serta pentingnya enkripsi dalam perlindungan data.

Abstract

Every airport must of course pay more attention to security and order in the flight airside area and the apron area carried out by Apron Movement Control (AMC) Unit officers. The purpose of this research is to determine 1) the role of the AMC unit in improving security and order in the apron area of ??Supadio Airport, Pontianak, West Kalimantan; 2) problems faced by the AMC unit in improving security and order in the apron area of ??Supadio Airport, Pontianak, West Kalimantan; and 3) efforts that will be made by the AMC unit to overcome problems faced in carrying out its duties. This type of research is qualitative. In this research, data was collected using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of the research are 1) The AMC Unit has the task of being responsible for flight operational service activities, apron management and all interested people in the airside area in ensuring security and order in the apron area; 2) There are Ground Handling officers who are having problems, recruiting new employees and there is no special equipment to ensure the vehicle is safe; and 3) Efforts to overcome this problem include giving light punishments to officers, briefing new employees and merging with engineering units.

Abstract

The administrative process which includes licensing, recording, reporting and supervision must run smoothly so that aircraft operations can take place without bureaucratic obstacles. Poor or inefficient administration can result in delays, increased operational costs, and potential undesirable safety risks. The aim of this research is to determine the optimization of the administration process for operating the N219 aircraft to improve safety and airworthiness. Data analysis was carried out using the triangulation method, including data reduction, data presentation and verification/conclusion. Optimizing the administration process for operating the N219 aircraft is a must. This is because the optimization process includes several important things to improve safety and airworthiness, such as certification development, certification production, aircraft registration, air operator certification, crew training licenses, operational arrangements, maintenance inspections and legal insurance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Matahari Kubu Investama Bengkayang Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di PT. Matahari Kubu Investama Bengkayang Kalimantan Barat, yaitu sebanyak 60 orang. Untuk menentukan sampel penelitian ini digunakanteknik sampling jenuh yang mana seluruh populasi menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang dianalisis dengan mengunakan analisis linear berganda, hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan yang mana memiliki nilai t-hitung (2,943) > t-tabel (2,002) dan tingkat signifikan (0,005) < (0,05). Disiplin berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan yang mana nilai t-hitung (2,718) > t-tabel (2,002) dan tingkat signifikan (0,009) < (0,05). Dan secara simultan variabel motivasi (X1) dan disiplin (X2) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) yang memiliki nilai F hitung (11,305) > F tabel (3,16) dan tingkat signifikan (0.000) < (0.05).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaturan Hakim Pengadilan Negeri Makassar mengenai pelaku tindak pidana perzinahan serta Implementasi pemidanaan oleh hakim Pegadilan Negeri Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum empiris, yaitu mengumpulkan data penelitian serta mengkaji ketentuan hukum yang berlaku dalam kenyataan di pemerintahan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaturan pemidanaan pengadilan negeri makassar, dalam hukum pidana menurut Pasal 284 KUHP, zina hanay terjadi apabila persetubhan antara kedua orang pelaku (pria dan wanita) atau salah satu dari keduanya telah terkait perkawinan dengan orang lain. Melihat ketentuan Pasal 284 KUHP sedemikian rupa, maka perbuatan zina (overspel) yang dapat dikenai sanksi pidana menurut KUHP adalah persetubuhan yang dilakukan seorang pria yang sudah menikah dengan seorang wanita bukan istrinya dan sudah menikah. Serta implementasi pemidanaan tindak pidana perzinahan di Pengadilan Negeri Makassar, tentu merujuk pada putusan hakim dalam perkara tindak pidana perziahan, putusan yang menentukan nasib dan masa depan para pelakunya. Tujuan dari putusan yang dijatuhkan hakin tidak semata-mata untuk balas dendam tapi untuk memberikan efek jera terhadap pelaku.
