Indonesia recognizes several legal systems i.e., state law, customary law, Islamic law, and international law. Islamic sharia in Aceh is part of legal pluralism in Indonesia. This study aims to discuss the application of Islamic sharia from the perspective of legal pluralism. This normative legal study employed a legal pluralism theory analysis. Legal pluralism is a theory that views law not only as positive or written law made by the state but also as a recognition of the legal reality that exists in a pluralistic society. The study collected data by means of a literature review. Findings revealed that Islamic sharia in Aceh as part of the recognition of the concept of legal pluralism has been implemented well in the context of state law, custom, and Islamic law. The state has provided juridical legitimacy through laws in the context of legal substance and judicial institutions or sharia courts. Likewise, revitalization has also occurred in traditional institutions in terms of customary law and customary justice. The argument emphasized in this study is that Islamic sharia in the context of legal pluralism has succeeded in manifesting legal harmonization between the state, custom, and Islamic law

The political conflict in Myanmar has resulted in a massive exodus of the Rohingya ethnic group from their country. The acceptance of Rohingya refugees in Aceh has sparked a societal dialectic due to the increasing number of refugees. The study focused on Islamic jurisprudence and local wisdom according to influential figures in Aceh in the protection of Rohingya immigrants. The empirical legal research method was deemed appropriate to analyze the conflict between the application of Islamic law in Aceh and the rejection of Rohingya refugees. The Islamic legal approach and local wisdom were important to analyze the context of Aceh's society, which is religious and highly values its customs. This study reveals that the handling of Rohingya refugees in Aceh, according to the views of ulama, academics, political leaders, and UNHCR Indonesia representatives, emphasizes Islamic values, Acehnese local traditions, and government policies. Ulama stresses the moral and religious obligation to assist refugees, following the Teurimong Jame tradition. Political leaders highlight the importance of government regulation to prevent negative social impacts, while UNHCR emphasizes the application of international refugee protection principles. Collaboration between society, the government, and International organizations is key to a humanitarian and structured approach to addressing the issue.

This study aims to analyze the impact of education and training, motivation, and compensation on employee performance at Bank BNI Main Branch Yogyakarta. A quantitative method using survey and multiple linear regression analysis was employed. A sample of 75 respondents was selected using Slovin's formula from a population of 238 employees. The results indicate that all three variables significantly affect employee performance. Education and training enhance employee skills, while motivation drives employees to commit more to their work. Fair and competitive compensation contributes to employee satisfaction and productivity. This study provides valuable insights for organizations in developing employee-related policies. However, the research is limited to a single branch and employs a quantitative approach, suggesting the need for further studies with a qualitative approach and a broader sample size for more comprehensive results.

Permenkes No 72 Tahun 2016 standar pelayanan kefarmasian di Rumah sakit pasal 2 telah disebutkan pengaturan standar pelayanan kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kefarmasian, menjadi kepastian hukum bagi tenaga kefarmasian dan melindungi pasien dan masyarakat dari penggunaan obat tidak rasional dalam rangka keselamatan pasien (patient safety). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh tangible (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), dan empathy (X5) terhadap kepuasan pasien (Y) di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Soeroto Ngawi Jawa Timur. Analisis ini menggunakan variabel independen yaitu tangible (X1), reliabiliy (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), dan empathy (X5) sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah kepuasan pasien (Y). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang berupa data statistika. Populasi yang digunakan adalah pasien rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Soeroto Ngawi Jawa timur dengan sampel diambil menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Penyebaran kuesioner disebarkan ke pasien rawat jalan sebanyak 385 responden. Teknik pengiolahan data menggunakan uji instrument (validitas dan reliabilitas) serta analisis regresi linear berganda. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SPSS for windows. Hasil pengolahan data diperoleh informasi bahwa variabel reliability berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien, sedangkan variabel tangible, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Kualitas pelayanan kefarmasian secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Hasil penelitin ini diharapkan menjadi masukan bagi RSUD dr. Soeroto Ngawi untuk melakukan evaluasi terkait dengan kualitas pelayanan kefarmasiannya agar kedepan lebih baik lagi dan dapat memberikan kepuasan kepada pasien.

Fenomena perkawinan campuran bukan hal yang baru karena undang-undang sudah mengaturnya. Dalam masyarakat, ketika orang tua ingin menikahkan anaknya maka mereka lebih melihat kepada keturunannya. Apabila asal usul tidak jelas atau bukan keturunan seperti yang mereka inginkan justru mereka tidak mengizinkannya. Artikel ini fokus membahas tentang apa saja faktor yang menyebabkan perkawinan campuran dan bagaimana persepsi masyarakat terhadap perkawinan tersebut serta bagaimana tinjauan hukum Islam terhadap Perkawinan Campuran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan Deskriptif Analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor terjadinya perkawinan campuran ada dua, yaitu eksternal; keagamaan, pendidikan, ekonomi, keuangan, sosial, budaya dan lingkungan. Faktor eksternal; adat secara turun temurun, faktor ingin merubah kewarganegaraan, dan keinginan meningkatkan kehidupannya menjadi lebih baik. Persepsi masyarakat terhadap perkawinan campuran sangat beragam diantaranya : perkawinan campuran dianggap tidak baik dan lebih baik untuk dihindari karena walaupun warga negara asing beragama Islam, dikhawatirkan dapat menggoyahkan aqidah pasangannya, karena mayoritas pasangan perkawinan campuran dangkal terhadap pemahaman agama. Tidak terjaminnya keharmonisan dalam rumah tangga. Dalam fiqh tidak diatur batasan dalam perkawinan berbeda warga negara, fiqh hanya mengatur tentang batasan perkawinan beda agama.

This study discusses the resolution of disputes through adat and family security in Acehnese society according to Islamic law. The problems examined are the pattern of resolving family conflicts through adat mechanisms in Aceh; The relationship between resolving conflicts through adat and family resilience in Aceh and a review of Islamic law towards resolving family conflicts through adat in Aceh. This study uses a qualitative approach, which is to explain, describe, and analyze in-depth the results of research. Data collection techniques used were literature study and interviews with informants. While the data were analyzed using Islamic legal theory and traditional law. This research concludes that there are several patterns for example involving various parties such as Jurong, Keuchik, Tuha Peut, Teungku Imum, Imum Mukim, and the place of dispute resolution at meunasah sometimes at Keuchik's house. There is a close relationship between resolving disputes through adat and family resilience, meaning that many family problems that are resolved through adat mechanisms do not go through formal legal avenues. Then the dispute resolution is in line with Islamic law which is included in the urf category with a review of the benefits.

This study aims to discuss the legal position of children of incest, the opinions of madhhab scholars, and the provisions on inheritance rights of children of incest according to Islamic law. This normative legal study used the Islamic law methodological approach (ushul fiqh) and the legislation/ statute approach. The data were obtained through a literature review of the laws or legal rules. The results of the study revealed that the legal position of children of incest in Islamic law is in terms of civil matters (i.e., lineage/blood relations) between the children and the parents. The children only establish lineage ties with their mothers and their maternal families. Further, the madhhab scholars Imam Malik and Imam Shafi’i argue that adultery does not produce legal descendants, and therefore, the children are not related to the male adulterer but to the female, as they are born from an illegitimate relationship. In addition, Imam Hanafi and Imam Hanbali state that it is forbidden for a man to marry the daughter born of his adultery, as she is equal to his legitimate daughter. This is the view of the majority of madhhab scholars. In the case of the inheritance rights of children of incest, the children can only get an inheritance from their mothers and the maternal families, apart from the lineage, guardianship, inheritance, and livelihood rights. However, al-Jaziri, a contemporary scholar, views that children of incest are still legitimate children whose lineage and inheritance are still related to both father and mother.

This article focuses on the study of UPTD LKSA Care Orphanage in Meulaboh West Aceh Regency as institution for abandoned children. There are three problems to be disscussed, namely: First, how roles and responsibilities of children's institution in the orphanage of Suci Hati. Secondly, how is the effectiveness of the children's institution in the orphanage of Suci Hati to protect the neglected child. Third, how does the view of Islamic law of the abandoned Child protection Agency. In the authors ' discussion using the research type field Research; observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, children's institution in the orphanage of Suci Hati has achieved effective (successful) in general to meet the needs and protect the displaced children Leader of the institution. In Islam, the right of children is the obligation of Allah SWT. So, parents, people, and governments who are able to run it will get reward rewards from Allah SWT. The one who ignored it will be given difficulties in the world and the hereafter. The author suggests for all parties concerned in protecting the child to pay more attention to children in the orphanage institutions, especially in giving compassion and fulfillment of daily needs to the children Improving the welfare of children.

Brand loyalty is one of the important components in maintaining the competitive advantage and sustainability of non-bank financial institutions. This study aims to determine brand loyalty in the Balo' Toraja Savings and Loan Cooperative and explore the factors that shape it from the perspective of members. The research method used is a qualitative method with an exploratory approach through in-depth interviews. The results of the study show that the members of the Balo' Toraja Savings and Loan Cooperative have a high brand loyalty, which is formed through brand trust, brand satisfaction, service quality, perception of quality, and local wisdom. Brand trust and brand satisfaction are the main factors in building brand loyalty, as indicated by the long-term commitment of members to remain part of the cooperative. In addition, good service quality and perception of quality are drivers of the formation of member brand loyalty. The local wisdom values owned by the Balo' Toraja Savings and Loan Cooperative form a strong emotional bond, thus supporting the formation of member loyalty to the Balo'ta brand. Desa Kedotan yang berada di Kecamatan Sekernan, Kabupaten Muaro Jambi merupakan salah satu desa penghasil ikan nila di Provinsi Jambi. Produksi ikan nila dari daerah ini biasanya hanya dijual dalam bentuk ikan nila segar, dan masih sangat jarang ditemui dalam bentuk olahan. Penganekaragaman produk olahan ikan memiliki keunggulan diantaranya masa simpan yang lama sehingga dapat menjadi alternatif dalam meningkatkan total konsumsi sumber bahan pangan hewani. Selain itu, dapat membantu meningkatkan pendapatan warga desa terutama disaat pandemi corona yang sedang terjadi saat ini untuk dijadikan usaha. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pembinaan kepada masyarakat terkait pemanfaatan potensi daerah yang memiliki nilai jual ekonomis. Adapun bentuk pelatihan yang diberikan adalah pelatihan pengolahan daging ikan nila menjadi produk nugget ikan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan berlangsung lancar dan baik. Kegiatan ini disambut hangat dan penuh antusias oleh masyarakat terutama ibu-ibu yang berada di Desa Kedotan. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan masyarakat Desa Kedotan tertarik untuk membentuk kelompok usaha produktif berskala UMKM sehingga menambah penghasilan keluarga.
