Abstract

Block-level spatial patterning of oil palm is often under-measured for actionable precision management. This study analyzes the spatial pattern of oil palm trees in Blocks N39 and P39 at PT Nusantara Sawit Persada. High-resolution UAV imagery was processed into orthophotos, crowns were automatically detected in eCognition Developer using template matching, and spatial patterns were evaluated with Nearest Neighbor Analysis. The distribution was significantly dispersed (Nearest Neighbor Ratio > 1; Z-score > 97). Morphometric and age variables jointly explained productivity (R² > 0.80). An integrated workflow combining UAV imagery, eCognition object-based analysis, and Average Nearest Neighbor (ANN) delivers accurate plantation diagnostics and supports data-driven precision management, including block-level planning, targeted fertilization, timely replanting, and harvest scheduling. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model in developing students’ speaking skills in the Arabic Language Education Program at Langsa State Islamic University. The study employs a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving lecturers and students as data sources through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that PjBL effectively enhances students’ ability to prepare and deliver Arabic speeches confidently and competently. Students actively engage in planning, executing, and evaluating speech projects, thereby simultaneously developing their language proficiency, critical thinking, creativity, and interpersonal skills. PjBL provides an authentic and contextual learning experience, integrating theory and practice harmoniously. The primary challenge observed is students’ anxiety in public speaking, which can be mitigated through guidance and self-reflection. This study underscores the importance of employing student-centered learning models to achieve superior communication competencies.

Abstract

Islamic education has a strategic role in internalizing the values ​​of justice, humanity, and social responsibility derived from the Qur'an, particularly through the learning of inheritance law (mawaris) based on Surah An-Nisa' verses 7-11. This study aims to analyze the concept of inheritance from the perspective of Tafsir Al-Ṭhabari and its relevance in Islamic Education learning in Padang Pariaman. This study uses a qualitative method with a thematic-analytical interpretation approach combined with the tahlili and muqārin methods, with primary data sources in the form of the book Jāmi‘ al-Bayān fī Ta’wīl al-Qur’ān by Al-Ṭhabari and secondary data from authentic hadiths and Islamic interpretation and education literature. The results of the study indicate that Al-Ṭhabari interprets inheritance verses not merely as technical rules for the distribution of property, but as instruments of sharia to uphold distributive justice, protect vulnerable groups such as orphans and the poor, and instill moral responsibility in Muslim families. The research findings confirm that inheritance distribution, including the 2:1 ratio between men and women, is understood as contextual proportional justice, not gender discrimination. The implications of this study indicate that Islamic education learning needs to integrate normative, historical, and ethical aspects so that students not only understand inheritance law from a fiqh perspective but are also able to internalize the values ​​of social justice, caring, and trustworthiness in community life.

Abstract

Developing digital literacy is crucial in facing the era of globalization and the rapid digital transformation. Digital literacy encompasses not only the ability to access information through technology, but also the skills to understand, manage, and utilize it wisely in accordance with prevailing norms , ethics, and culture. This community service program aims to improve digital literacy as a means of community empowerment at the Guna Rayadi Ilmu Course and Training Institute, particularly in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and tourism sectors. The methods used include a descriptive approach through literature studies, field observations, and interviews with MSMEs and village communities involved in e-commerce activities. The results of the activity indicate that limited understanding of digital technology remains a major obstacle in accessing digital economic opportunities in villages. Through digital literacy training and mentoring, communities are beginning to understand the use of technology for promoting local products, conducting online transactions, and managing e-commerce-based businesses. This program has had a positive impact on increasing local economic capacity, expanding marketing networks, and reducing digital-based social disparities. Thus, digital literacy has proven to be a strategic instrument in empowering rural communities towards inclusive and sustainable economic development.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kinerja relawan TAGANA di Dinas Sosial Kota Lubuklinggau dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Fenomena menurunnya partisipasi aktif relawan di tingkat nasional juga memperkuat urgensi penelitian ini. Berdasarkan data BNPB (2024), sekitar 36% relawan mengalami penurunan motivasi setelah dua tahun aktif bertugas, terutama karena kurangnya dukungan emosional dan kelembagaan. Jumlah responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 39 orang, di mana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel melalui teknik sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner atau angket yang disusun berdasarkan skala Likert sebagai alat ukur. Pendekatan yang diterapkan dalam menganalisis data adalah metode kuantitatif. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa motivasi intrinsik (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja (Y) relawan, yang tercermin dari nilai original sample (O) sebesar 0,243, T statistics sebesar 2,012, dan P value sebesar 0,045. Sementara itu, lingkungan kerja non fisik menunjukkan arah hubungan positif terhadap kinerja (Y) relawan, namun tidak signifikan secara statistik, sebagaimana terlihat dari nilai original sample (O) sebesar 0,261, T statistics sebesar 1,097, dan P value sebesar 0,273. Secara simultan, motivasi intrinsik (X1) dan lingkungan kerja non fisik (X2) melalui pengaruh tidak langsung belum mampu memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap kinerja (Y) relawan, dengan nilai original sample (O) sebesar 0,125, T statistics sebesar 0,941, dan P value sebesar 0,347. Pengujian mediasi menunjukkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik (X1) tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja (Y) relawan melalui kepuasan kerja (Z), yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai original sample (O) sebesar -0,047, T statistics sebesar 0,878, dan P value sebesar 0,380. Sebaliknya, lingkungan kerja non fisik (X2) terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja (Y) relawan melalui kepuasan kerja (Z), dengan nilai original sample (O) sebesar 0,389, T statistics sebesar 2,004, serta P value sebesar 0,046. motivasi intrinsik (X1) dan lingkungan kerja non fisik (X2) secara bersama-sama melalui kepuasan kerja (Z) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja (Y) relawan, ditunjukkan dengan nilai originial sample (O) sebesar 0,186, T statistics 1,578, dan P value dengan nilai 0,115. Kesimpulan bahwa motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh langsung secara signifikan terhadap kinerja relawan TAGANA, sedangkan lingkungan kerja non-fisik hanya mampu meningkatkan kinerja secara signifikan jika dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Drug abuse is a complex problem that impacts an individual's physical, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects. Behavioral change is an important indicator of the success of rehabilitation counseling services for drug abusers. This study aims to analyze the effect of spiritual-hypnotherapy on behavioral changes in residents of the bhayangkara indonesia drug abuse prevention rehabilitation institute surabaya. The study used a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental method through a one-group pretest–posttest design. The study subjects were six inpatient rehabilitation residents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was conducted using a Likert scale questionnaire to measure behavioral change and the University of Rhode Island Change Assessment (URICA) scale to identify readiness for change. Data analysis used descriptive statistics, the Shapiro–Wilk normality test, and the Paired Sample t-Test. The results showed a significant difference between behavioral change scores before and after the spiritual- hypnotherapy intervention (p < 0.05). These findings indicate that spiritual-hypnotherapy is effective as a rehabilitative counseling intervention in encouraging adaptive client behavioral change. This research contributes to the development of a spiritual-based educational counseling approach in drug abuse rehabilitation services.

Abstract

This article aims to explore curriculum innovation amid the trend of educational modernization based on the curriculum of Kulliyatul Mu’allimin Al-Islamiyah (KMI) at the Gontor Islamic Boarding School in Ponorogo, East Java. The method employed is a historical approach (historiography) through a literature review. The primary data source is a book by Kiai Dr. A. Syukri Zarkasyi titled Gontor and the Renewal of Pesantren Education. Secondary data sources come from various relevant references. The data is then analyzed and described to form an innovative curriculum concept. From the time Indonesia was still in a state of chaos before independence, up to the post-independence era today, the Gontor Islamic Boarding School has participated in revitalizing the Educational Renaissance in Indonesia through the innovation of the KMI curriculum, whose graduation certificates were recognized by Egypt, Malaysia, and Pakistan before being officially recognized by the Indonesian government. Artikel ini bertujuan mengembangkan inovasi kurikulum di tengah arus modernisasi pendidikan berdasarkan Kurikukum Kulliyatul Mu’allimin Al-Islamiyah (KMI) Pesantren Gontor Ponorogo Jawa Timur. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan sejarah (historiografi) melalui studi pustaka. Sumber data primernya adalah buku karya Kiai Dr. A. Syukri Zarkasyi yang berjudul Gontor dan Pembaruan Pendidikan Pesantren. Sumber data sekundernya dari berbagai referensi yang relevan. Lalu data dianalisis dan dideskripsikan menjadi konsep kurikulum inovatif. Sejak Indonesia masih dalam kondisi carut-marut sebelum masa kemerdekaan, hingga pasca kemerdekaan saat ini, Pesantren Gontor telah berpartisipasi dalam menyemarakkan Kebangkitan Pendidikan di Indonesia melalui inovasi kurikulum KMI yang ijazah lulusnya diakui oleh negara Mesir, Malaysia dan Pakistan, sebelum diakui secara resmi oleh negara Indonesia.  Kata Kunci : KMI Gontor; Kurikulum; Modernisasi; Pesantren.
