Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Return On Asset (ROA) Dan Price to Book Value (PBV) Terhadap Harga Saham Pada Perusahaan Sektor Menara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh laporan tahunan PT. Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk., dan PT. Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk.. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu informasi harga saham, laporan laba/rugi dan neraca enam tahun terakhir. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi product moment, multiple correlation, uji t, uji F dan analisis koefisen determinasi. Atas dasar uji korelasi maka diperoleh hasil, secara parsial ROA terhadap harga saham memiliki pengaruh kuat dan positif. Secara parsial PBV terhadap harga saham memiliki pengaruh sedang dan negatif. Secara bersama-sama ROA dan PBV terhadap harga saham memiliki pengaruh kuat dan positif Berdasarkan uji t maka diperoleh hasil, secara parsial ROA berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham. Secara parsial PBV berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham. Secara bersama-sama ROA dan PBV berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham. Dari analisis koefisien determinasi maka diperoleh hasil, secara parsial ROA memberikan pengaruh terhadap harga saham. Secara parsial PBV memberikan pengaruh terhadap harga saham. Secara bersama-sama ROA dan PBV memberikan pengaruh terhadap harga saham

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas dan solvabilitas terhadap harga saham dengan struktur kepemilikan sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian dilakukan di perusahaan sektor property, real estate dan konstruksi bangunan selama periode 2014 - 2018. Melalui analisis regresi moderasi, pengaruh profitabilitas dan solvabilitas diselidiki dengan mengukur return on assets ratio, return on equity ratio, debt to asset ratio dan debt to equity ratio sedangkan struktur kepemilikan yang diteliti yaitu BUMN dan BUMS. Temuan ini mengungkapkan bahwa return on assets ratio dan debt to equity ratio berpengaruh terhadap harga saham serta tidak terjadi efek moderasi struktur kepemlikan pada pengaruh profitabilitas dan solvabilitas terhadap harga saham yang artinya perusahaan dengan kepemilikan BUMN memerlemah hubungan profitabilitas dan solvabilias terhadap harga saham. Lebih lanjut, perusahaan dengan asset lebih banyak memiliki kinerja yang lebih baik serta BUMS mempunyai kinerja yang lebih baik daripada perusahaan milik BUMN. Hal tersebut juga mampu memberikan sinyal positif kepada para investor terkait prospek perusahaan di masa depan

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan seberapa jauh kinerja karyawan generasi milenial dalam PT. XXX dinilai berdasarkan disiplin kerja, kolaborasi tim, dan kompensasi. Generasi milenial adalah salah satu generasi yang telah mengalami dunia kerja saat ini. Jika dibandingkan dengan generasi lain, generasi milenial memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda. Hal ini juga berdampak pada sifat generasi milenial, yang mudah menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan dan perbedaan budaya. Dalam penelitian ini, sampel purposive diambil dari 62 responden. Peneliti menggunakan analisis regresi ganda. Menurut penelitian dan analisis data, variabel kinerja karyawan generasi milenial pada PT dipengaruhi oleh disiplin kerja, kolaborasi, dan kompensasi. XXX menemukan bahwa variabel kinerja karyawan generasi milenial pada PT dipengaruhi secara bersamaan oleh disiplin kerja, teamwork, dan kompensasi. Dendelion Cantik Indonesia Selain itu, variabel kinerja karyawan generasi milenial pada PT dipengaruhi secara parsial oleh disiplin kerja, teamwork, dan kompensasi. Dendelion Cantik Indonesia Variabel kinerja karyawan generasi milenial pada PT terutama dipengaruhi oleh variabel kompensasi. Dendelion Cantik Indonesia Nilai beta koefisien standar sebesar 0,459 menunjukkan dominasi variabel tersebut. Generasi milenial berfokus pada pencapaian karir terbaik dan mendapatkan gaji tertinggi, yang menyebabkan dominasi variabel kompensasi terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Aims : The aim of this study is to identify and summarize the results of previous studies on the use of SCIDOTS to reduce smoking cessation in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods : The research used was a literature review of three articles. The assessment of the articles shall be measured using the CASP (Critical Appraisal Skills Program) format. Results : The result of this study incorporating smoking cessation programs into pulmonary TB control programs, as new diagnoses can increase cessation rates by 71.7%. Various interventions, including counseling sessions, behavioral therapy, and health promotion programs, have proven successful. Conclusions : The study found that the intervention SCIDOTS, or quitting smoking, is highly effective in treating tuberculosis patients, accelerating their active treatment.

Abstract

Aims: Critically ill patients' severe symptoms and higher mortality risk can impact sleep quality. Non-pharmacological therapy, including lavender aromatherapy and earplugs, can improve sleep quality in these patients. To determine the effect of the combination of lavender aromatherapy and the use of earplugs on sleep quality in critically ill patients. Methods: This study uses a Quasy Experiment design with a one-group pretest-posttest design, involving 33 participants aged 18-65, with The Richards-Campbell Sleep Questionnaire, and uses Paired Sample t-Test for data processing. Results: In this study, an overview of the sleep quality of critical patients showed an improvement. An analysis of the sleep quality of critically ill individuals revealed a notable enhancement. The study found a significant improvement in sleep quality after the lavender aromatherapy intervention and the use of earplugs in the intervention group, as indicated by a p-value of 0.001 (p<0.05). Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate that the use of lavender aromatherapy intervention with earplugs can positively impact the sleep quality of critically ill patients. Furthermore, nurses can independently use lavender aromatherapy and earplug use as crucial nursing treatments.

Abstract

Gastritis is a digestive tract problem that is most often found in everyday life and a health disorder that is often found in clinics because the diagnosis is only based on clinical symptoms. The purpose of the researcher is to conduct direct research on the people of Sukabakti Village, Tambelang District, Bekasi Regency, who are taken as research subjects. These knowledge questions were grouped into 15 questionnaires which were categorized into 3 levels, for the high category with a value of 100-76%, moderate/enough 75-56%, less/low <56%. The behavioral questionnaire category consisted of 15 questionnaires grouped into positive with a score of more than 15 and negative with a score of less than 15. The number of samples in this study was 100 using purposive sampling, while there were 5,300 people in Sukabakti Village. This research uses field research which is carried out systematically by collecting existing data in the field. This researcher was analyzed using Chi-Square with SPSS version 25. The results of the data on the most respondents aged 25-34 were (26%), the highest education was elementary school (49%). The average respondent's knowledge with a score of 83%, positive respondent behavior 81%. The Chi-square test shows a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there is a relationship between the level of self-medication knowledge of ulcers in the community in Sukabakti Village, Tambelang District, Bekasi Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and examine the parts that result in increased employee performance, namely the transformational leadership factor and the safety culture factor. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification quantitative methods. The population of this study were employees of PT Gate Mas and Bandung. Sampling was carried out using saturated samples. The results of this research are transformationalleadership at PT. Gerbang Mas Bersama Bandung as a whole from various aspects is in the good category. Safety culture at PT. Gerbang MasBersama Bandung as a whole from various aspects is in the good category. Employee performance at PT. Gerbang Mas Bersama Bandung as a whole from various aspects is in the very good category. Transformational leadership has a significant positive impact on employee performance.Safety culture has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine and partially analyze the effect of internal control, data quality, and accounting information system quality on accounting information quality. Data testing is about validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques include descriptive and inferential statistics. Based on the number of questionnaires returned and processed, as many as 33 respondents showed that all of them were valid and reliable. Descriptive statistical analysis per variable shows the dominant value is very high. The results of inferential statistics show that the results of residual values are normally distributed; multicollinearity and heteroskedasticity do not occur. Multiple linear regression tests show that if internal control variables, data quality, and accounting information system quality are considered constant, then the quality of accounting information will increase. The results of research on the t test show that partially internal control, data quality, and accounting information system quality affect accounting information quality. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the accounting treatment for zakat, infaq and alms in West Java Province BAZNAS is in accordance with PSKA No. PSAK No. 109 concerning zakat accounting. The method used is a descriptive approach and the type of data used is qualitative. The results of this study conclude that BAZNAS West Java Province has implemented the use of PSAK No. 109 concerning zakat, infaq and alms accounting which aims to regulate the recognition, measurement, presentation and disclosure of zakat, infaq and alms transactions.

Abstract

Since the Covid-19 case became a pandemic and there was an appeal not to leave the house, the economic cycle was hampered. Marketplace is here to be a solution so that buying and selling can still occur with minimum contact. The Shopee application is one of the marketplaces known for its many promotions. This study aims to review the implementation of salam accounting in marketplaces in Indonesia, one of which is the Shopee application. The study used qualitative methods with descriptive analysis based on literature review. The results of the study show that the Shopee application has implemented a salam contract in its transactions, where the buyer transacts by paying the full value of the goods, then the goods are sent to the buyer's address, and after the buyer agrees with the condition of the goods, the seller gets the money.
