Abstract

This research aims to determine how significant the influence of technology acceptance through behavioral intention as a moderating variable is on actual usage of Zenius Education using the Technology Acceptance Model. Apart from that, this research looks at the influence of behavioral intention as a moderating variable. This research used a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 67 research samples online in the form of a Google Form. Hypothesis testing in this research uses path analysis and coefficient of determination. The results of this research show that perceived usefulness (X1) and perceived ease of use (X2) have a significant effect on the actual use of Zenius Education. Furthermore, behavioral intention as a moderating variable has a significant influence in mediating technology acceptance on actual use.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dan efisiensi laporan keuangan Kantor Kementerian Agama Kab. Hulu Sungai Tengah tahun 2019 - 2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan cara mengukur tingkat rasio keuangan, yaitu rasio efektifitas dan rasio efisiensi. Data yang diperoleh berasal dari Realisasi Laporan Keuangan Kantor Kementerian Agama Kab. Hulu Sungai Tengah. Dokumen laporan dari tahun 2019 - 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio efektivitas tingkat pendapatan negara bukan pajak tingkat rasio nya 100% yang mana dikategorikan sangat efektif dan tingkat rasio efisiensinya dibawah 60% dengan rata-rata 0,97% yang dimana ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan sangat efisien.

Abstract

Literary works can describe various human and natural phenomena. Disasters appear as a topic of conversation that cannot be separated from the themes of literary works. One of the places where disasters appear in literary works is Indonesia. The country's natural geographical and demographic conditions become a reference for the publication of creative works. The tsunami disaster is an interesting topic to discuss. This research uses comparative literary studies, which aims to describe the results of a comparison of two poems from two poets. The data analysis method uses a qualitative descriptive method. This research describes the results of a comparison of the meaning and analysis of intrinsic elements in the poem Prahara Langit Prahara Bumi by Dinullah Rayes and the poem Prahara at the End of the Year by Wiyanto Suroso using sentences of appreciation for the meaning and intrinsic elements. The data source used in the research is from a collection of books. a poem by an Indonesian poet who commemorates the tragedy of the Aceh tsunami disaster, entitled Duka Aceh Luka Kita. The data results found in the similarities contained five data; in the differences, there were 2 data.

Abstract

Diagnosing learners' difficulties in solving math problems is one of the steps in finding and overcoming these learners' difficulties. This qualitative research describes the difficulties of junior high school students in critical thinking and the form of scaffolding provided collaboratively. This research is a case study of two junior high school students who experienced failure in scaffolding. The instrument used was task-based interviews. The task in question is a critical thinking ability test. Data analysis was conducted using four indicators of critical thinking according to Facione: interpretation, analysis, evaluation, and inference. Scaffolding used in this study is scaffolding proposed by Anghileri. The results showed that in the interpretation indicator, students had difficulty explaining what was known and asked in the problem and were given scaffolding reviewing. In the analysis indicator, students have difficulty determining the solution method and the relationship between formulas regarding the height of the triangle and are given scaffolding reviewing and restructuring. In the evaluation indicator, students have difficulty performing calculations and are given scaffolding reviewing. In the inference indicator, students have difficulty drawing conclusions and are given scaffolding reviewing and developing conceptual thinking. The results showed that after being given scaffolding, students still made mistakes again which were caused by the lack of student accuracy and the tendency of students to rush so that they chose a faster but less precise way. Therefore, teachers must provide practice problems continuously so that they can train students' accuracy and students are accustomed to varied solutions

Abstract

Deductive reasoning is very important in learning mathematics and is one of the formal goals that emphasizes the arrangement of reasoning. This is a qualitative research that aims to describe the deductive reasoning abilities of junior high school students in evaluating problem solutions in geometry material. The subjects of this study were two junior high school students in Gresik who had high mathematical abilities and were of different genders. The instrument used was task-based interviews. The task in question is a deductive reasoning ability test in which there are problems and their solutions. Data analysis was carried out using three indicators of deductive reasoning according to Sumarmo: carrying out calculations based on certain formulas, conducting proofs, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the deductive reasoning abilities of female and male students were relatively the same. In solving the problem, Both male and female students had similar initial idea by making an example of the length of the side of the given object. However, male students are more capable of proving and considering more effective strategies for solving problems. Therefore, students and teachers need to improve their deductive reasoning abilities and consider all effective strategies for solving problems.

Abstract

Optical waveguides have become essential in modern telecommunications and sensor technologies, offering light confinement and guidance efficiency. This article provides a comprehensive review of recent advances in the application of optical waveguides to aircraft sensors in sending navigation signals to airport signal-receiving towers, taking into account comparisons based on the GLB (regular straight motion) formula to determine how fast the time for signals from FAA and ICAO moves in units of seconds. Calculation of the signal time to the tower by comparing the maximum distance traveled with the average signal speed, the advantage of signal speed can be utilized by companies to display products and expand products owned by aviation companies to get additional benefits. In this case, there are several things that we examine with the method: (1) Searching for comparative reference data between FAA and ICAO, (2) Collecting additional data on FAA user companies that will expand, (3) Calculating the speed comparison between FAA and ICAO, (4) Visualizing supporting company data to ascertain whether the company has healthy finances to expand, In this case the comparison of signal speeds carried out by each aircraft to each tower to prepare a framework that can be used to support the company's expansion. Considering several possible factors that will occur if business expansion is carried out, this simulation examines the transmission of communication wave signals between aircraft and airports through towers using optical waveguides. The simulation results show that optical waveguides can send communication signals between airplanes and airports safely and efficiently.

Abstract

Research objectives: To find out digital marketing at Cafe 1960 Banjarbaru to attract consumers; To find out the results of the analysis using the 4P analysis method (Price, Product, Place, Promotion) and the STP analysis method (Segmentation , Targeting, Positioning). Marketing carried out by Cafe 1960 Banjarbaru to attract consumers with promotions via social media with Instagram has been carried out by Cafe 1960 Banjarbaru to attract customers by providing promotions on certain holidays; The marketing strategy using the 4P analysis method that this Café perceives is a promotional strategy and a place strategy. It is felt that the promotional strategy of using other menu offers from k+366e to consumers can be used as a promotional strategy for Cafe 1960 Banjarbaru, if seen from the 94 respondents who answered Yes, 82 respondents or 87.2% of respondents who answered Yes. And the strategy where 94 respondents answered Yes or 100% of respondents answered Yes; Marketing Strategy with STP Analysis draws conclusions, segmentation by identifying market potential into certain parts based on geography, psychology and behavior. The target market is all young people who can enjoy Banjarbaru coffee and food; the results of the positioning interview were divided into 7 types: attributes, benefits, use or application, users, competitors, product categories as well as quality and price. The application of the 7 types of positioning was in accordance with the theory used by Cafe 1960 Banjarbaru

Abstract

This article aims to find out the problem of bad credit at the cooperative savings and loan unit of Smk Negeri 9 Medan. This research was conducted using survey, interview and observation techniques regarding the problem of bad credit at the SMK Negeri 9 Medan cooperative. The results obtained stated that the savings and loan unit at the Smk Negeri 9 Medan cooperative experienced bad credit problems. The problems experienced by the Smk Negeri 9 Medan cooperative savings and loan unit were caused by members being late in making payments every month. The payment was late because the salaries of the members, namely the teachers at SMK Negeri 9 Medan, were delayed in leaving. The conclusion of this research is to discuss the problem of bad credit that occurs in the cooperative savings and loan unit of Smk Negeri 9 Medan which is caused by late members' salaries leaving.

Abstract

The National Formulary serves as a tool for controlling the quality of drug use in healthcare facilities. In accordance with the National Hospital Service Quality Indicators, drug prescriptions must follow the guidelines set by the National Formulary, which is continuously updated, including the 2020 edition. This study aims to calculate the percentage of prescription accuracy based on the restrictions outlined in the 2020 National Formulary for outpatients. This retrospective study was conducted at Pelaihari General Hospital. The study population included all outpatient prescriptions issued during October 2022 that met the inclusion criteria. Prescription accuracy was analyzed by referring to the 2020 National Formulary. The results showed that 80.91% of prescribed medications were in accordance with the 2020 National Formulary. The average accuracy of prescriptions based on the restrictions in the 2020 National Formulary was 99.79%, with 99.84% accuracy in indication restrictions and 99.75% accuracy in prescriber authority restrictions.

Abstract

Dengan bertambahnya jumlah penduduk di Indonesia, kebutuhan energi listrik juga meningkat, menyebabkan kekurangan pasokan listrik di wilayah terpencil yang belum terjangkau jaringan PLN. Salah satu solusi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ini adalah memanfaatkan air sebagai sumber daya untuk pembangkit listrik tenaga minihidro (PLTM). PLTM menggunakan debit air dan memastikan kesiapan operasi pembangkit untuk menghasilkan energi. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan data dari PLTM Bungin, termasuk tata letak, spesifikasi komponen, volume air bak penenang pada 2016, serta data energi yang dihasilkan, waktu gangguan, perawatan, dan waktu operasi. Data tersebut dikumpulkan melalui teknik dokumentasi dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Pada 2016, PLTM Bungin menghasilkan energi sebesar 21.127.843 kWh dengan efisiensi 77,5%. Ketersediaan pembangkit mencapai 93,5% dengan ketidaktersediaan 5,46%. Keandalan PLTM ini dinilai sangat baik karena mampu mencapai angka ketersediaan hingga 93%.
