Abstract

AbstractAccounting is a compulsory subject given to accounting majors which contains material on the service company cycle.  The pattern of learning which has implemented so far at SMK Negeri 8 Palembang has been optimal.  Based on it, the problem in this study is how is the ability of students to complete the accounting cycle of service companies at SMK Negeri 8 Palembang. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of students to complete the service company accounting cycle at SMK Negeri 8 Palembang.  The research method that is used is descriptive statistical method. The results showed that the level of students' ability to complete the service company's accounting cycle in the cognitive domain of students' abilities "Good" in completing the general journal, students' abilities were "Very good", student's ability ledger was "Very good", the balance sheet of students' abilities was "Very good", verse student ability adjustment journal “Good”, student ability balance sheet “Good”, student ability financial report “Good”, student ability closing journal “Good”, trial balance after closing student ability “Good”, reversing journal student ability “Good”. In the affective domain, the student's ability is "Good". Furthermore, in the psychomotor domain, the students' abilities are "Good".Keywords  : Analysis, student ability, accounting cycle, service company

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi siswa sma negeri tiga Palembang terhadap pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring pada mata pelajaran ekonomi tahun pelajaran dua ribu dua puluh satu sampai dua ribu dua puluh dua. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik one-shoot, adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan juga dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan statistic deskriptif dengan persentase. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah seratus tiga puluh siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri tiga Palembang dengan menggunakan teknik probability random sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 95 siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri tiga Palembang. Adapun hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan di SMA Negeri tiga Palembang dapat disimpulkan bahwa Persepsi Siswa SMA Negeri tiga Palembang Terhadap Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Daring Pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi Tahun Pelajaran dua ribu dua puluh satu sampai dua ribu dua puluh dua yang terdiri dari enam aspek pembelajaran daring dengan kategori sangat positif sembilan responden, kategori positif dua puluh dua responden, kategori sedang tiga puluh tiga responden, kategori negative dua puluh satu responden, dan kategori sangat negative sepuluh responden. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa persepsi siswa SMA Negeri tiga Palembang terhadap pembelajaran daring pada mata pelajaran ekonomi tahun pelajaran dua ribu dua puluh satu sampai dua ribu dua puluh dua termasuk dalam kategori sedang tiga puluh tiga responden.

Abstract

Kasus penindasan atau Bullying adalah salah satu masalah moral yang marak terjadi di dunia pendidikan saat ini. Pemerintah menetapkan peraturan perundang-undangan yang mengakui kewajiban negara terhadap hak-hak anak, diantaranya hak untuk mendapatkan pendidikan dan perlindungan dari kekerasan termasuk penindasan. Faktor-faktor individu maupun kelompok, seperti anak sendiri, keluarga, lingkungan, bahkan sekolah, berkontribusi pada seorang anak untuk melakukan Bullying. Korban penindasan biasanya mengalami rasa kesepian yang tinggi, kurangnya kepercayaan diri, dan kecemasan dalam berinteraksi sosial. Abstract

Praktek Kerja Industri (PRAKERIN) is a skill program in the form of learning while working or working while studying in each odd semester of class XI each year. The method used in this study was quantitative. The results can be seen that with the holding of Industrial Work Practices can grow interest to open their own business (Entrepreneurship). Judging from the data analysis Question Frequency of Very High value that is 31,25%, High Frequency 53,125%, Frequency Medium 6,25%, Low Frequency 9.375%, and Very Low 0 from Frequency of Interest Questionnaire Analysis Entrepreneurship can be seen that the average interest in entrepreneurship High frequency. t arithmetic = 6.143 and t table on α 0.05 / 2 dk 32 - 2 = 2.04 then this proves that there is Influence of Achievement of Industrial Work Practices on Student Interest in Computer Engineering and Network 1 SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Palembang Lesson Year 2017 / 2018. It turned out that the influence of Industrial Work Practice achievement of 0.7202 = 0.5184 or 51.8% on the criteria is quite high (strong), the remaining 48.16% influenced by other factors. The results show students who have done or who have followed the Industrial Work Practice if the value of “Good” Manufacturing Practice then the higher interest also for Entrepreneurship after graduating from school.

Abstract

Portfolio assessment is an approach that is not new anymore, portfolios are exposed by educational experts to be implemented in educational institutions. In addition to the new assessment approach, the old portfolio assessment approach can be used. The application of portfolio assessment has not been optimally applied to learning activities in Higher Education. Research objectives were to analyze the application of portfolios in Leadership Management courses in the Primary School Teacher Education Study Program Universitas PGRI Palembang. We used descriptive method. The results of data analysis carried out in the study concluded that the application of the portfolio was very good in terms of student activity in learning, assignments and final test results in the Very Active or Very Good categories. Learning activities were 51.61% very active, 38.71% very good assignments and the final test was 54.84% very good. Based on the results of this study, the application of portfolio assessment is expected to be an alternative strategy for educators in the learning process to improve learning outcomes, motivate learning and as an effort to improve the quality of student learning.

Abstract

The problem in learning is the inaccuracy of educators or lecturers in using learning media, in fact some lecturers do not use learning media. Whereas the learning media is everything related to tools and facilities with the aim of conveying information or messages in a lesson and streamlining communication between educators and students. Video conferencing is a medium that can display moving images with the help of signals. The purpose of this study was to look into how video conferencing was used to assess student achievement. This research was conducted on students of the accounting training study program at the University of Palembang in the management accounting course. The descriptive analysis was adopted in this study. Observation and testing are the methods used to collect data. The results showed the success of the learning process with the use of video conferencing tools. With the application of video conferencing media, it encourages students to be more enthusiastic about learning and observe carefully the material being taught so that it can improve student learning outcomes well.

Abstract

The main educator in education is the teacher. Teachers as teachers in educational units or schools. Human Resources are individuals who work as drivers of an organization, both institutions, and companies, and function as assets that must be trained and their abilities developed. Human Resources is one of the resources contained in the organization, including all people who carry out activities. This study is to identify the performance of the quality of educators with the competence and motivation of teachers in the city of Palembang. The method used is descriptive, with a research sample of 150 elementary school teachers in the city of Palembang. The data collection used is observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results obtained are the performance of educators at various levels, namely medium, high, and very high. Teachers have good competence and motivation in their performance as educators. From this research, it can be concluded that teacher performance can be seen from their competence and motivation in the High category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find differences of learning outcomes using the Talking Stick Learning Method with Talking Chips. The information selection procedure uses documentation, perceptions, and questions, while the information testing strategy uses the F-test (One Way Anova). The perception result states that the normal value of the Talking Stick class students' learning exercise is 71.05% with the high size, while the average value of the Talking Chips class students' practice is 79.49% with the high model. Thus the Talking Stick class has a high active value compared to the Talking Chips class. Based on the results of observations of 89.47% with a good predicate, while the value of student learning outcomes after applying the Talking Chips learning technique was 69.2% with a good predicate. Based on the F (One Way Anova) test, Fount = 6.255 > F-table = 3.968, so it was found that there were differences in learning outcomes using the Talking Stick Learning Method with Talking Chips at SMA Negeri 7 Palembang.

Abstract

This study determined the effect of job satisfaction and motivation on the organizational commitment of school principals in Palembang City. The research sample is 90 respondents. The technique of data collection in this research is to use a questionnaire and documentation technique. The results showed that the organizational commitment of the director is an important factor because; 1) the principal is the spearhead for the success of basic education management, without a strong organizational commitment, the principal will not properly perform his duties according to his responsibilities so the primary school goals will be difficult to achieve; 2) the organizational commitment of the director is a high level of trust in the organization, individuals who trust the organization will certainly be loyal and actively participate in their organization; 3) the organizational commitment of the current director is one last thing that cannot be improved because as an individual human being, the director will always grow and change according to the demands of the stakeholders. Therefore, primary school principals can improve themselves by increasing their organizational commitment to achieve organizational expectations and goals. In addition to this, this commitment affects job satisfaction and motivation for both yourself and the environment around you, of course, with greater satisfaction, job motivation can be seen from the organizational commitment of the director, which will have a good or positive impact on the world, of education. Therefore, based on the results of the study, there was a significant influence between job satisfaction and motivation in the organizational commitment of the principal of public primary schools in the city of Palembang.

Abstract

The student already has a strong grasp of business literacy, and he naturally has access to information on how businesses are organized. When participating in practice sessions or seminars on entrepreneurship that are organized by various organizations, women with strong leadership motivation comes from their level of activity. The current study employs a quantitative approach with the goal of determining the most significant impact of the Entrepreneurial Literacy and Accounting Science on the motivation of entrepreneurial students. A straightforward, effective method that is used is the sampling and responding technique. using a sample size of approximately 100 respondents with a 5% error rate. This study employed the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method. The results of the study indicate that Entrepreneurship Literacy and Accounting Science are relevant to 2020 Student Motivation for Entrepreneurs in both partial (t) and simultaneous (F) forms.
