Permasalahan dari penelitian yaitu kesulitan mahasiswa dalam menciptakan kreatifitas dan inovasi produk sehingga motivasi siswa untuk berwirausaha masih minim. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menumbuhkan motivasi mahasiswa FKIP Universitas PGRI Palembang dalam berwirausaha dengan pemanfaatan limbah tekstil. Manfaat penelitian adalah dengan penelitian ini dapat mengedukasi dan memotivasi mahasiswa dan masyarakat pada umumnya untuk menjadi seorang wirausaha muda. Berwirausaha mahasiswa rata-rata berpendapat Sangat Setuju dengan persentasi sebesar 75,20% pada kategori Sangat Tinggi. Motivasi mahasiswa dalam berwirausaha sangat Tinggi, berdasarkan pernyataan mahasiswa setelah melalui proses pembelajaran selama 4 kali pertemuan dengan materi Pemanfaatan Limbah Kain Perca menjadi produk kreatif yang inovatif, mereka mengungkapkan sangat termotivasi untuk menjadi seorang wirausaha. Mahasiswa akan mengaplikasikannya sedari sekarang karena dimasa pandemi ini mahasiswa merasa banyak menghabiskan waktu dengan sia-sia, dengan berwirausaha mahasisiwa dapat menambah perekonomian keluarga dan mengurangi pengangguran

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah untuk membagikan gambaran pada guru dan siswa tentang berbagai model e-learning yang dapat diterapkan dalam konteks kebijakan e-learning untuk meningkatkan antusiasme siswa dan intensitas belajar dalam kegiatan belajar. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam pertemuan tatap muka terbatas sesuai dengan kebijakan kesehatan kabupaten OKU Selatan. Metodenya adalah presentasi paralel dari tujuh pembicara dan sesi tanya jawab. Kegiatan PkM ini diikuti oleh 15 guru dan 35 siswa dari SMA Negeri 2 Muaradua. Dari hasil workshop tersebut, peserta kegiatan memperoleh pemahaman tentang jenis-jenis model pembelajaran e-learning yang dapat dipraktikkan dalam upaya mengoptimalkan kegiatan belajar mengajar di era pandemi Covid-19 dan new normal yang mengarah pada pengajaran jarak jauh. Melalui sesi tanya jawab, peserta berkesempatan untuk berbagi pandangan tentang perubahan pembelajaran dari tatap muka ke pembelajaran daring di saat kebijakan physical distancing kembali ditegaskan.

This research is a research and development (R&D) HOTS-based accounting E-LKPD teaching material. This re search uses the ADDIE research model which has five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results showed that the development of the accounting E-LKPD was declared efficient according to the results of media, material and language experts with an average of 84.29%. In terms of practicality, the one-to-one test averaged 89.91%, the criteria were very valid, and in the Small Group test, with an average result of 93.06%, the criteria were very valid. the average result is 73.33% good criteria and the post-test with an average result of 86.13% is very good criteria. So that there was an increase of 12.8% in the learning outcomes of class X AKL 2 SMK Negeri 5 Palembang. Effective when conducting research by obtaining an average observation of 88.84% very active criterion.

The learning information system (SISFO) owned by PGRI Palembang University, education in the era of society 5.0 has become an interest and attraction for students to learn. Including the implementation of the MBKM Curriculum which requires lecturers and students to use information systems to facilitate the learning process. Even so, various difficulties and challenges that continue to arise make the learning process in the era of Society 5.0 less efficient and effective. Apart from that, there are several challenges that must be overcome in learning, especially in obtaining material. At PGRI Palembang University, virtual world learning is known as SISFO E-Learning. The aim of this research is to better understand students' assumptions in learning using the PGRI Palembang University Learning Information System (SISFO) in the MBKM Curriculum in the 2021/2022 academic year. Based on the average results of these indicators, the percentage achieved in the High category was 76.63%.

Di tengah perhatian global terhadap masalah lingkungan dan keberlanjutan, pengelolaan sampah menjadi tema yang semakin mendesak. Sampah plastik merupakan salah satu jenis sampah rumah tangga yang punya peran besar dalam perusakan lingkungan. Masyarakat pun mencoba memanfaatkan karton bekas dan kemasan minuman untuk membuat hiasan dinding unik yang bernilai jual kembali tinggi.Pengembangan produk kreatif dari sampah bukan hanya merupakan langkah positif dalam mengelola limbah, tetapi juga mendorong kesadaran akan pentingnya daur ulang dan penggunaan kembali. Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini ialah untuk mewujudkan Mata Kuliah KKN 2023, ekspresi jadwal pekerjaan dari berbagai Program Studi Universitas PGRI Palembang menyemangati dan mencerahkan anak-anak di Jl. Ki Kemas Rindo, membangun pemahaman mendalam tentang dampak negatif sampah terhadap lingkungan. Metode pendekatan yang dipakai ialah dengan memalui sosialisasi bertahap yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 7-9 dan dilanjutkan 16 November dilakukan secara bertahap, diawali dengan wawancara virtual di sekolah untuk mengetahui kondisi dan kesulitan yang dihadapi masyarakat menanggulangi masalah sampah anorganik, Selanjutnya, kelompok tersebut menyarankan cara untuk mengatasi masalah saat ini. Selain itu, Sosialisasi dilaksanakan sesuai dengan waktu yang dijadwalkan, di bawah pengawasan langsung mahasiswa di posko Mahasiswa KKN 24. Hasil nya adalah anak-anak dapat Membangun pemahaman mendalam tentang dampak negatif sampah terhadap lingkungan, Masyarakat mempunyai tanggung jawab untuk menghasilkan generasi masa depan cerah yang diberkahi dengan banyak pengetahuan dan kemampuan yang akan membangun negara ini dan memelihara semua sumber dayanya untuk mencapai kesejahteraan. Tentu saja, negara juga akan mampu tampil menonjol dibandingkan bangsa lain di kancah internasional berkat generasi mumpuni tersebut.

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and leadership on the principal's organizational commitment The method used in this research is a survey method. The unit of analysis in this study is the principal of the elementary school. The analytical technique used is path analysis using Lisrel Software. The sample of this research includes principals of public elementary schools who meet the predetermined criteria, with a total sample of 90 principals and 90 teachers. The results showed that organizational culture and leadership had a direct positive effect on organizational commitment, which was 0.31. This means that there is a direct positive influence of organizational culture and leadership on organizational commitment because the value of tcount = 3.09 > ttable = 1.988. The coefficient of this path is marked alpha 5%, meaning that this hypothesis is proven, thus the organizational culture and leadership variables have a direct positive effect on the organizational commitment variable. This means that culture and leadership directly affect the commitment of organizational leaders in the city of Palembang. A person's organizational suitability has a strong positive direct influence on a commitment to the organization, members who are in the organization have a high level of effectiveness towards the organization.

The quality of education is reflected through the personality, knowledge and skills and skills possessed by students, a manifestation of the implementation of the curriculum 2013 in learning. The purpose of the study is to analyze the implementation of the curriculum 2013 in the form of planning, implementation and assessment in accounting learning at private vocational schools in Palembang City. The population of this study is a private vocational school in the city of Palembang. While the research sample is a sample with a purpose, as many as 12 private vocational schools each with 2 (two) teachers, as respondents where the school concerned has a major in Accounting and Institutional Finance and is accredited A. The sources of data collected are in the form of primary data, namely observations and questionnaires. Methods or data analysis using descriptive analysis. The results of the research are the implementation of the Curriculum 2013 in private vocational schools in Palembang City and the role of educators in the implementation of the curriculum 2013 in terms of the aspect of learning planning that is "Appropriate", while for the implementation of learning and learning assessment it is in the "Good" category. However, it is necessary to improve the quality of learning so that every indicator or aspect in the implementation of the curriculum 2013 meets learning standards and becomes even better.

The problem of the study is a lack of information about waste management, as well as a lack of entrepreneurial spirit. The purpose of this research is to foster an entrepreneurial spirit and to foster the development of an entrepreneurial spirit. Respondents were FKIP Universitas PGRI Palembang students. The descriptive technique was utilized. The debate analysis approach may be used to integrate research analysis in the context of this subject on how to generate creative goods from patchwork trash. Documentation, questionnaires, and interviews are used to collect data. The results revealed that (a) utilizing patchwork waste is a form of concern for the surrounding environment; (b) providing learning media by utilizing patchwork waste is a learning designed to increase students' motivation and entrepreneurial spirit; and (c) good implementation from planning to processing to marketing and preserving has obstacles and challenges, specifically how students are consistent with the products made and increase creativity in processing. This study provides an alternative media on growing students’ entrepreneurship skill.

Tujuan diadakannya penelitan ini adalah untuk mengembangkan video pembelajaran ekonomi kelas X SMA Negeri 10 Palembang yang dapat teruji validitasnya, teruji keefektifan dan keefesiensinya serta teruji terhadap hasil belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan R & D dengan kombinasi model pengembangan Rowntree dan evaluasi Tessmer. Hasil yang didapat dalam penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berupa video dinyatakan efektif dilihat dari hasil gabungan tiga validator dan rerata yang diperoleh 93% dengan kategori sangat valid. Media pembelajaran dinyatakan efisien dilihat dari hasil beberapa tahap uji coba yang pertama one to one mendapat rerata 80% dengan kategori sangat baik, kedua small group mendapatkan rerata 100% kategori sangat baik. Selanjutnya media pembelajaran dinyatakan teruji terhadap hasil belajar dilihat dari hasil tes dengan nilai rerata sebesar 80% kriteria baik. Dengan demikian media pembelajaran ekonomi yang dikembangkan peneliti dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan sebagai media dalam pembelajaran.

: This Community Service (PkM) aims to provide insight to teachers and students of SMA Negeri 4 Pagar Alam about the industrial revolution 4.0 and share views on the future of Indonesian education through open discussions. The industrial revolution 4.0 referred to in this whorkshop activity includes the development of the industrial revolution itself, opportunities and challenges as well as a paradigm shift in education thanks to the birth of the industrial revolution 4.0. The implementation of this community service uses several methods, namely presentations and open discussions. Participants in this PkM activity are teachers and students of SMA Negeri 4 Pagar Alam. Through the workshops, participants gained insight into the industrial revolution 4.0 and the digitalization of all aspects of life, including the world of education. Through open discussions, participants get the opportunity to share their views on the future of education and how to optimize potential to become productive individuals in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0
