Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of 3 independent variables (partial) which are work environment, work motivation and work discipline on the dependent variable Y, namely work productivity and also to determine the effect together (simultaneously). And the participants of this study are some of the company's employees. Purposive sampling was used to select samples for research. 100 company workers in ready-made cloth factories who were enrolled in this study became the research sample. Questionnaire data in the form of a questionnaire is the type of data used. Multiple linear regression analysis is used in the analytical method. According to the results of the F test, all the company's independent variables X1, X2, X3 have a significant effect on the dependent variable Y. well, the t-test reveals that while the variables X2 (work motivation) and X3 (work discipline) have a significant impact on the Y variable (productivity work), while variable X1 (work environment) does not significantly affect productivity. The R-square value indicates a coefficient of determination of 0.650. This shows that the three independent variables, namely X1 (work environment), X2 (work motivation) and X3 (work discipline) can explain 65.0% of the dependent variable Y (work productivity), while the remaining 37.5% is explained by the factors outside the model.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine office facilities, work motivation, and work discipline on the performance of village officials in Banyubiru District, Semarang Regency. The population in this study is 60 (sixty) village officials. Sampling using saturated or census sampling technique, the research method used is quantitative methods. testing data instruments with validity and reliability tests, data analysis using normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, autocorrelation tests, multicollinearity tests, with Durbin Watson tests and hypothesis testing to find out between variables that have a significant relationship. The results showed that the multiple regression analysis obtained the equation: Y = 23.183 + 0.094 + 0.196 + 0.011 + e. The F test shows that it is significant 0.187. Partially (t test) office facilities variable obtained a significance of 0.000, work motivation variable obtained a significance of 0.491 and work discipline variable obtained a significance of 0.928. The coefficient of simultaneous determination (R2) between office facilities, work motivation, and work discipline on the performance of village officials is 0.032 or 3.2%. it can be concluded that all independent variables simultaneously affect the dependent variable. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to assess (1) the effect of educational background on employee performance, (2) the effect of work experience on employee performance, (3) the effect of motivation on employee performance, and (4) the effect of educational background and work experience on employee performance .The causal research approach is taken in this study. The sample of this study were all employees of the Boyolali Regency BPBD office, totaling 54 people. The data comes from the results of employee questionnaires and is assessed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques.The research results obtained show that (1) educational background affects employee performance can be seen from p-value = 0.037 < a = 0.05 (2) work experience does not affect employee performance can be seen from p-value = 0.696 > a = 0.05 (3) motivation affects employee performance can be seen from p-value = 0.002 <0.05 (4) educational background and work experience affect employee performance can be seen from p-value = 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Instagram social media ads, product variants and service quality affect purchasing decisions at Amanda Brownies Boyolali branch. The population in this study was consumers who were Amanda Brownies Boyolali branch. Data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires with a sample of 97 respondents. The research method used is quantitative method. Testing of data instruments is carried out with validity tests and reality tests, for data analysis used normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heterokedasticity tests, and hypothesis tests to find out whether the variables have a significant relationship. The results of the study partially show that the advertising variable with the value of sig. 0.822 > 0.05 which means insignificant. While the variable product variant with sig value. 0.071 > 0.05 which means insignificant and quality of service with S value. 0.000 < 0.05 which means significant. The results of the study with the calculation of the F-test obtained the sig value. (0.000) < 0.05 which means that advertising variables, product variants and service quality simultaneously influence purchasing decision variables. Based on the calculation of the Adjusted Rsquare value, it shows that advertising variables, product variants and service quality together are able to explain service decision variables with a value of 0.504 or 50.4%.

Abstract

The development of the digital era is driving the growth of the creative economy and opening up significant opportunities for Generation Z, who are highly familiar with digital technology. This generation has the potential to become key players in the development of digital-based businesses if equipped with adequate knowledge and skills. The community service activity carried out in Ngemplak Village, Boyolali Regency, aims to equip Generation Z with an understanding and skills in digital marketing so they can play an active role in the creative economy. The activity was carried out through socialization methods and direct practice in managing an online store using the Shopee platform, supplemented by materials on the concept of the creative economy, digital business opportunities, online marketing strategies, and the use of social media as a promotional tool. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of digital marketing, improved technical skills in managing online stores, and increased motivation and confidence to start independent businesses. This program is considered effective in encouraging the use of digital media as a productive tool that has economic value and is sustainable for Generation Z.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mediating role of citizen satisfaction in the relationship between service quality and institutional trust toward service usage intentions at the Public Service Mall (MPP) of Boyolali Regency. It addresses a notable research gap by positioning trust as a critical psychological antecedent to satisfaction, a dimension frequently overlooked in extant literature that heavily emphasizes technical performance metrics. Employing a quantitative research design, data were gathered from 200 respondents who actively utilized the integrated services. Hypotheses were tested using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to evaluate the structural paths. The empirical results demonstrate that both service quality and trust exert a positive and significant influence on citizen satisfaction. Furthermore, citizen satisfaction functions as a robust mediator that significantly drives the behavioral intention to reuse government services in an integrated environment. Practically, these findings suggest that regional governments must transition from mere administrative efficiency toward relationship-based governance to sustain long-term public service innovations.

Abstract

The International Community Service Seminar on the Application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for students of SMA Muhammadiyah Program Khusus Kotabarat Surakarta was conducted to enhance digital literacy and provide practical understanding of AI utilization in daily life and learning activities. The program aimed to introduce basic concepts of artificial intelligence, its functions, benefits, and challenges in modern education. Through presentations, interactive discussions, and quizzes, participants were exposed to real-life applications of AI such as digital assistants, personalized learning systems, and time management tools. The seminar involved participants from Indonesia and Malaysia, creating a cross-cultural learning environment that enriched the discussion. Both students and teachers gained improved understanding of how AI can support adaptive and effective learning processes. The activity highlighted the importance of responsible technology use in education. Integrating AI into learning environments was found to improve creativity, efficiency, and engagement among participants while also supporting teachers in administrative and instructional tasks.

Abstract

Fenomena yang terjadi saat ini salah satunya adanya perubahan pola hidup dalam pekerjaan sehingga dapat menganggu keseimbangan kerja dengan adanya permasalahan ini sehingga berdampak terhadap kedisiplinan kerja. Nantinya juga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan karyawan, sejatinya kepuasan kerja itu berasal dari kedisiplinan karyawan yang berkerja. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui pengaruh work life balance, tim kerja, dan kedisiplinan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan (BPBD) Kabupaten Boyolali. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini semua karyawan di kantor (BPBD) sebanyak 50 orang, menggunakan jenis metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknis analisis data regresi linier berganda yang didapat secara langsung dari sekertariat (BPBD). Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel work life balance secara parsial tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasa kerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikan 0,443 > 0,05. Variabel tim kerja secara parsial tidak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikan 0,341 > 0,05. Secara parsial variabel kedisiplinan kerja tidak mempunyai pengaruh signfikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan karena nilai signifikan 0,559 > 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan secara simultan variabel work life balance, tim kerja, dan kedisiplinan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai signifikan 0,580 > 0,05. Dan hasil uji determinasi manyatakan bahwa variabel independen tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan (BPBD) Kabupaten Boyolali yaitu sebesar 2,1%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa pengaruh beban kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Primayudha Mandirijaya Kabupaten Boyolali baik secara persial maupun secara simultan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner 100 responden karyawan PT. Primayudha Mandirijaya Kabupaten Boyolali. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah beberapa uji statistik, uji t, uji F, koefisien determinasi R2 dan analisis linier berganda. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel beban kerja, lingkungan kerja secara persial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan untuk variabel kompensasi berpengaruh secara persial terhadap kinerja karyawan serta secara simultan beban kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Primayudha Mandirijaya Kabupaten Boyolali, sehingga total pengaruh ketiga variabel tersebut sebesar 20,3%.

Abstract

Studi pembahasan dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memeriksa bagaimana kinerja pegawaiyang dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan, orientasi kerja, dan budaya organisasi di PT Samkyung JayaBusana Boyolali. Populasi dan sampel pada pembahasan ini yaitu yang cakupannya di bagianpegawai QA/QC sebanyak 259 pegawai, menggunakan jenis metode kuantitatif. Teknis analisis dataregresi linier berganda yang didapat secara langsung dari hasil olah data tabulasi pengisian kuesioneryang sudah disebar. Hasil analisis dari kesimpulan yang sudah dibahas memperlihatkan adanyavariabel dalam kinerja pegawai tidak dipengaruhi oleh secara parsial sebab perolehan angka sig 0,201> 0,05. Variabel orientasi kerja secara parsial memperlihatkan pengaruh secara signifikan terhadapkinerja pegawai sebab angka sig 0,000 < 0,05. Secara parsial budaya organisasi tidak memperlihatkanpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai karena angka sig 0,516 > 0,05. Maka disimpulkan ketiga variabelsecara bersamaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05. Uji determinasimenjelaskan adanya variabel independen berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai PT Samkyung JayaBusana Boyolali sebesar 60,7%.
