Abstract

The research investigation wants to examine the combined impact of Technology Readiness and Professional Development together with Teaching Autonomy on Pedagogical Innovation which instructors implement at universities. The researchers used a quantitative research design to conduct their study which involved surveying 170 university faculty members who had been selected through purposive sampling. The study required respondents to meet three conditions which included being an active lecturer who had worked at least two years while using learning technology and completing professional development training. The research team used multiple linear regression analysis to evaluate their data. The researchers conducted validity and reliability tests together with normality assessment and heteroscedasticity testing and multicollinearity evaluation before they initiated their data analysis procedures. The three variables of Technology Readiness and Professional Development and Teaching Autonomy together with their individual components which cover Pedagogical Innovation showed a positive relationship that reached statistical significance. The research shows that universities can achieve more pedagogical innovation by two actions which develop technological readiness through continuous professional development and provide professors with academic independence during their teaching process. The research aims to develop higher education standards which will benefit Indonesian higher education institutions.

Abstract

The core intent of this research is to find out the roles that the learning organizational culture, academic leadership, and collegiality contribute to the knowledge-sharing behavior development in educational institutions. The research issue is set on the proposition that knowledge sharing has a good effect on learning and academic performance. An explanatory quantitative design was employed in the study that consisted of 160 educators who were selected by purposive sampling. The data collection instrument was a five-point Likert scale questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings show that learning organizational culture, academic leadership, and collegiality are not only the factors but also the main contributors to the knowledge-sharing behavior, which is the most significant and positive impact. This research, on the one hand, significantly contributes to the theory of educational management and organizational behavior in the context of learning organizations and on the other hand, provides educational institutions with strategic implications through the continuous interaction of learning culture, collaborative academic leadership, and collegial work climate.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of the annual tradition of Bulusan celebration as folklore in Kudus which is considered to have a structure. This study aims to describe the structures behind the Bulusan folklore in the Kudus community, Central Java. The formulation of the research problem is as follows: 1) Does the Bulusan folklore have a structure? 2) How is the transformation of the structure of the Bulusan folklore? This study uses a literature review method regarding various existing sources. The results of this study are as follows. 1) Bulusan story has a structure consisting of external structure, internal structure, and oppositional relations. 2) the transformation of the story is divided into six points, one of which is the Bulus transformation as a form of fertility and prosperity. Thus, this folklore about Bulus is relevant to be reviewed based on Levi Strauss structuralism analysis.

Abstract

Pembelajaran sosial-emosional (Social-Emotional Learning/SEL) telah menjadi elemen penting dalam pendidikan modern untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan siswa dan mendukung pencapaian akademik. Namun, implementasi SEL di sekolah dasar di Indonesia masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk keterbatasan pemahaman guru, kurangnya dukungan dari orang tua, serta minimnya integrasi dalam kurikulum akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak program SEL terhadap kesejahteraan emosional dan prestasi akademik siswa sekolah dasar dengan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi kelas, dan analisis dokumentasi dari 10 siswa, 5 guru, dan 5 orang tua di dua sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang mengikuti program SEL mengalami peningkatan dalam kesadaran emosional, keterampilan sosial, serta kemampuan mengelola stres akademik. Selain itu, program ini berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan motivasi belajar, kedisiplinan, dan partisipasi siswa dalam kelas. Namun, tantangan dalam implementasi masih ditemukan, terutama dalam hal pelatihan guru dan integrasi program dalam kurikulum. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kebijakan pendidikan yang lebih mendukung untuk memastikan keberlanjutan program SEL dalam sistem pendidikan dasar di Indonesia.
