Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh E-Commerce, Innovation Capability dan Family Support terhadap Keputusan Berwirausaha Mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen Universitas Muhamadiyah Ponorogo. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa jurusan management Tahun Angkatan 2016-2018 yang berjumlah 694 mahasiswa. Penentuan Sampel yang digunakan yaitu berdasarkan presentase sedangkan tehnika pengaambilan sampel menggunakan Purposiv Sampling dengan jumlah 60 responden. Pengambilan data padaa penelitiaan ini dengan cara menyebar kuisioner pada seluruh responden. Metode analisis penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitiana ini menunjukaan bahwa : (1;) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan E-Commerce terhadap Keputusan Berwirausaha, (2;) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Innvation Capability terhadap Keputusan Berwirausaha, (3;) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Family Support terhadap Keputusan Berwirausaha, (;4) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan E-Commerce, Innovation Capability dan Family Support secara simultan terhadap Keputusan Berwirausaha.Kata Kunci : E-Commerce, Innovation Capability, Family Support dan Keputusan Berwirausaha

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perencanaan penjualan pada tingkat suku bunga yang diinginkan oleh usaha Wedang Warok menggunakan Analisis Break Even Point (BEP). Analisis ini merupakan salah satu metode yang digunakan oleh kebanyakan usaha untuk menguji kelayakan usaha dan memperoleh titik impas dimana perusahaan tidak memperoleh laba yang setinggi-tingginya dan perusahaan juga tidak mengalami kebangkrutan. Manajemen membutuhkan analisis titik impas untuk merencanakan laba perusahaan. Dengan mengetahui titik impas produksi dan penjualan Wedang warok makan manajemen dapat merencanakan terget laba yang di inginkan. Untuk menghitung Break Even Point dapat dilakukan dengan mengetahui biaya tetap, biaya variabel, dan harga jual per produk. Analisis Break Even Point bisa menggunakan metode grafik, metode kontribusi unit, dan metode persamaan. Tiga metode tersebut apabila digunakan akan tetap memperoleh hasil yang sama. Dalam Penelitian ini Penulis menggunakan data responden dan menggunakan data deskriptif berupa tabel. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan mengenai Analisis Kelayakan Usaha Wedang Warok melalui Break Even Point (BEP) dan analisis SWOT dapat disimpulkan bahwa usaha Wedang Warok merupakan usaha yang menguntungkan dan layak untuk dikembangkan. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari perbandingan total pendapatan dan total biaya lebih besar dari satu yaitu menunjukan angka 1,7 1. Kata Kunci : Wedang Warok, Break Even Point, Deskriptif

The success o an organization in achieving its goals is determined by the human resources it has,which plays an important role in helping the achievement of organizational goals and also determine and predict the success or failure of a policy, strategies and steps related to operational activities that are ready to be implemented so as to greatly support the achievement of the organization’s vision and mission to quickly develop rapidly and can anticipate competition. This research was conducted aiming to determine the eect of work stress, compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance at Mojang Nova Bread Factory. The population taken from this study were all employees of the Mojang Nova Bread Factory. This sampling uses a census sample of 50 employees. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The method used in this data collection is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using quistionnaires and analysis using SPSS 16 software. Instrument testing uses validity and realibity tests, for data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using t test and F test. The results of this study explain that (1) Work Stress has no effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0,052 and a significance value of 0,0568. (2) Compensation affects the performance of employees with the results of the regression coefficient of 0,494 and a significance value of 0,002. (3) Job Satisfaction affects employee performance with the results of the regression coefficient of 0,396 and a significance value of 0,004. (4) Work Stress, Compensation and Job Satisfaction simultaneously affect the performance of employees with the results of F value of 6,062 and the significance value of 0.001.

The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of developing the Oyster Mushroom business to be Oyster Mushroom Shredded to increase the profitability of the Oyster Mushroom Farmers and how much is the profitability of Oyster Mushroom farmers before and as young as the development of Shredded Oyster Mushrooms. The location of this study was the "CV. Maju Jaya" Oyster Mushroom Farmer in Jenangan sub-district, Ponorogo Regency. The type of data used is secondary and primary data. The analysis uses quantitative analysis for market and marketing aspects, Financial aspects and for qualitative analysis for Technical and Technology aspects, HR aspects, legal aspects. The results of this analysis of the market aspect have a great opportunity because only a few competitors are estimated to increase market share by 17% annually. On the technical aspect, the availability of raw materials is easily obtained because the location of production is one place with raw materials, equipment and machinery used that are already modern so as to speed up the production process. In the aspects of HRM, it has been planned that the workforce needs, organizational structure, salaries and employee skills improvement. In the legal aspect, analyzing the business in terms of business legality and explaining the home industry food acquisition procedure. Based on the analysis of the Fianasial aspect, it is feasible to do business development because it meets the investment criteria that are Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp. 156,603,848, Discounted Payback Period ( DPP), which is 3 years 3 months, and PI is 2.30, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 50.9%. Profitability prior to business development of Rp. 118,450,000 with ROI of 15% after developing a profitability business of Rp. 238,750,000 24%, then up by 9%. So that it can be concluded that the development of shredded Oyster Mushroom business to increase the profitability of Oyster Mushroom farmers is feasible to run.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedisiplinan kerja, lingkungan kerja non-fisik, dan stress kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja guru di SMK Bakti Ponorogo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari data guru di SMK Bakti Ponorogo. Obyek dalam penelitia ini adalah seluruh guru di SMK Bakti Ponorogo yang berjumlah 37 guru. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah linier berganda dengan analisis linear berganda, uji t, uji f dan korelasi. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) kedisiplinan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja guru, 2) lingkungan kerja non-fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja guru, 3) stress kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja guru, 4) kedisiplinan kerja, lingkungan kerja non-fisik, dan stress kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja guru, 5) variabel kedisiplinan kerja merupakan vaiabel yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap produktivitas kerja guru.

The purification of recombinant proteins is an important stage in biopharmaceutical research. A commonly used technique is immobilized metal affinity chromatography (IMAC). One of the main advantages of this type of chromatography is that the column can easily be regenerated for subsequent purification work. The mechanism of IMAC is based on bonding between metal ions immobilized on a matrix with a specific amino acid. Because of the strong interactions of the electron donor group on the imidazole ring, histidine is often used in the IMAC purification system. Two types of commercial IMAC resin use a nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) matrix: a nickel-based (Ni-NTA) and cobalt-based (Co-NTA), better known as TALON. This study was aim to investigate the effect of the metal ions Ni2+ and Co2+ to purify recombinant human erythropoietin (rhEPO) expressed in yeast system Pichia pastoris. The results indicated that both Ni-NTA and Co-TALON gave almost the same level of protein purity; however, Ni-NTA has a higher binding affinity than Co-TALON might be due to the higher stability complex of Ni+. The average amount of protein bound by Ni-NTA and Co-TALON was 183.5 and 38.7 µg/mL, respectively.

Erythropoietin (EPO) is a glycoprotein hormone consists of 165 amino acids and has molecular mass of 30,400 Daltons. The large quantities of these hormone required to satisfy clinical demand are currently met by recombinant expression in mammalian cell, namely chinese hamster ovary (CHO). Pichia pastoris has become popular yeast based protein production systems to substitute mammalian expression systems. P. pastoris is capable to use methanol as sole carbon and energy source. In this study, recombinant human EPO (rhEPO) protein obtained by expressing the hEPO gene in methylotropic yeast P. pastoris, strain X33. The present work was carried out to study the optimal methanol concentration for induction and the incubation time to obtain rhEPO protein. To perform this study, the transformed P. pastoris was induced with various concentrations of methanol (0%, 0.5%, 1%, 2.5%, 5%, 10%, and 20%) and incubation times (0 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, 96 hours, 120 hours, and 144 hours). The results demonstrate that the highest protein expression level occurred at concentration of 2.5% methanol induction, while the optimal incubation time was at 48 hrs.

The advancement of a technological development in this digital era is certainly getting faster, especially the internet. The development of the internet is of course not only for communication but also used for purchasing goods, ordering transportation to doing business, working and also being used for various purposes. This study aims to see the effect of e-service quality, online customer reviews, and online customer ratings on purchasing decisions on e-commerce Shopee. The population of this research is Muhammadiyah University Ponorogo students who have made purchasing decisions on Shopee e-commerce. The sampling technique using accidental sampling is known to be all 95 samples and to collect data through questionnaires and processed with SPSS version 25. For this study, the results of e-service quality, online customer reviews, and online customer ratings have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

This study aims to examine the effect of quality of taste, product packaging and product hygiene on purchasing decisions of Ngrayun Typical Tempe. The data used in this study is primary data in the form of being distributed to respondents. The population in this study were consumers of typical Ngrayun tempeh in Ponorogo district. The study population is unknown. The number of samples in the study was seen from the number of indicators multiplied by 5 to 10. In this study, the number of samples used was 70 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study uses multiple regression analysis assisted by the SPSS version 25 application. The results of this study indicate 1) the quality of taste has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Ngrayun typical tempeh 2) Product packaging has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Ngrayun typical tempeh. 3) Product cleanliness has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Ngrayun typical tempeh. 4) Quality of taste, product packaging and product cleanliness significantly affect purchasing decisions for Ngrayun tempeh.

This study aims to determine the effect of menu diversity, product uniqueness, and taste on purchasing decisions at warung lesehan sambel ijo ilham rajabasa in sawoo. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. Types of data from this study were obtained though distributing quetionnaires to respondent and analyzed SPSS 2022 aplication. The popolation and samples in this study indicate that: 1) there is an influence between menu diversity on purchasing decisions at warung lesehan sambel ijo in Sawoo Ponorogo. 2) there is an influence between the uniqueness of the product on purchasing decisions at warung lesehan sambel ijo in Sawoo Ponorogo. 3) there is an influence between taste in purchasing decisions at warung lesehan sambel ijo in Sawoo Ponorogo. 4) there is an influence between menu diversity, product uniqueness, and taste on purchasing decisions at warung lesehan sambel ijo in sawoo Ponorog.
