Abstract

Pendidikan karakter bertujuan sebagai pendidikan yang mengedepankan nilai, budi pekerti, akhlak, moral, maupun watak, yang pada akhirnya memiliki tujuan untuk menumbuhkembangkan   keterampilan pesertadidik untuk menentukan keputusan   baik-buruk, memelihara apa yang baik menghindari dan menjauhi apa yang dianggap buruk dan   merugikan, mewujudkan, dan menebar kebaikan. Metode. Cerama, diskusi serta mensosialisasikan konsep pentingnya penggunaan media pembelajaran pendidikan karakter kepada guru-guru dan kepala Madrasah di wilayah Kabupaten Karawang. Selanjutnya pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran pendidikan karakter, berupa demonstrasi pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran pendidikan karakter, pendampingan pembuatan media pembelajaran agar mampu menghasilkan media pembelajaran inovatif dan menarik dan peer teaching menggunakan media pembelajaran pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai-nilai agama dan budaya yang telah dikembangkan secara daring maupun ruring Hasil. Hasil yang diperoleh kompetensi guru bertambah, media pembelajaran pendidikan karakter pada lembaga Pendidikan Madrasah bervariasi, dan kreativitas guru dalam pengembangan pendidikan karakter meningkat setelah mengikuti pelatihan.

Abstract

Tujuan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan Pelatihan motivasi bagi lembaga pendidikan PAUD untuk memperhatikan keterampilan yang dimiliki para siswanya dan memberikan pembekalan positif kepada anak untuk masa yang akan datang.Metode. yang digunakan menggunakan konsep pelatihan dimana peserta diberikan pembekalan materi dan Pelatihan Model Pengelolaan Pembelajaran 4 C (Critical Thinking, Creativity, Communication Collaboration) Dalam Mengembangkan Aspek Tumbuh Kembang Anak Usia Dini 5 – 6 Tahun..Hasil Pengabdian ini yaitu 1) dengan diimplementasikannya keterampilan abad ke-21 yang disebut dengan 4C adalah guru harus melakukan komunikasi dengan baik terhadap siswa secara terus menerus dalam berbagai keadaan. Sososialisasi pada siswa diperlukan karena masa anak-anak adalah masa bermain. Ketika siswa bermain dengan teman sebayanya, siswa akan secara alami melakukan interaksi sosial dengan temannya. Sering mengajak siswa berkomunikasi memberikan dampak positif untuk mengembangkan kemampuan berkomunikasi anak. Hal ini akan menstimulasi otak anak untuk mencontoh penggunaan kalimat yang baik. Selain itu keterampilan abad ke-21 siswa dilatih untuk menjelaskan dan bertukar informasi dengan temannya ketika proses pembelajaran berlangsung, belajar cara menyampaikan informasi dengan benar, sehingga dapat dimengerti dan dipahami oleh temannya. Peran guru PAUD disini adalah sebagai fasilitator. Keterampilan abad ke-21(4C) dapat menumbuhkan dan meningkatkan kerjasama dalam suatu kelompok untuk menyelesaikan masalah tertentu, meningkatkan rasa toleransinya terhadap perbedaan pendapat teman, berusaha untuk berpikir kritis dan kreatif untuk memecahkan permasalahan tentang mengkaitkan sesuatu. Abstract

Perlindungan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HKI) memiliki peran strategis dalam menunjang keberlanjutan sektor ekonomi kreatif, terutama di era digital yang sarat peluang dan tantangan. Digitalisasi mempermudah distribusi karya, namun juga meningkatkan risiko pembajakan dan pelanggaran hak cipta, khususnya terhadap pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi hukum, keterampilan, dan kesadaran pelaku usaha kreatif terhadap pentingnya perlindungan HKI. Melibatkan 30 peserta dari komunitas kreatif, kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan partisipatif dengan tahapan: identifikasi kebutuhan, edukasi HKI digital, pelatihan teknis pendaftaran, serta pendampingan hukum. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta terhadap jenis HKI, prosedur legalisasi, serta pemanfaatan teknologi seperti blockchain dan digital watermarking. Tantangan yang dihadapi antara lain minimnya literasi hukum digital, belum optimalnya penyelesaian sengketa, dan rendahnya partisipasi pelatihan sebelumnya. Direkomendasikan adanya kolaborasi lintas sektor untuk edukasi berkelanjutan, penyederhanaan proses pendaftaran HKI, dan penguatan kebijakan adaptif. Upaya ini diharapkan mampu memperkuat ekosistem ekonomi kreatif yang inklusif dan berdaya saing di era digital.

Abstract

Terkait impelementasi pendidikan terhadap lingkungan, seharusnya pendidikan agama Islam sudah membentuk kesadaran peduli lingkungan, akan tetapi yang terjadi, pendidikan agama Islam lebih fokus pada permasalahan dan minim mengkaji tentang lingkungan. Pendidikan lingkungan terintegrasi dengan pendidikan agama Islam. Hal ini sesuai dengan permasalahan bagaiamana implementasi pendidikan agama Islam berwawasan lingkungan hidup di sekolah tujuan peneliian ini untuk mendekripsikan implementasi pendidikan agama Islam berwawasan lingkungan hidup sekolah menengah atas. Metode penelitian menggunakan model case study deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancaraa dan observasi. Teknik anaslis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dalam peneltian dalam implementasi pendidikan agama Islam berwawasan lingkungan hidup di sekolah menengah atas membuat suatu program – program seperti intrakulikuler, kokulikuler dan eksrakulikuler yang membuat tentang wawasan lingkungan hidup bersih – bersih dan membaca Al – Qur’an setiap hari jum’at, berpakian rapih dantuturkata yang sopan, hal ini bisa di contohkan kepada peserta didik ketika terjun di sosial lingkungan sekitanya.

Abstract

Along with the impact received by Indonesia towards the Golden era in 2045, there are phenomena that are considered the impact of luck obtained. The phenomenon that is currently rife is the quarter life crisis. Wilner and Robbin (2001) revealed the concept of quarter-life crisis to the media for the first time from a study process consisting of in-depth interviews with young Americans about their experiences and experiences. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with the method used is a data collection technique consisting of: literature study This research uses literature research methods. By collecting literature data, reading, and recording and processing research materials. Researchers deal directly with existing texts or data and do not conduct field research. In compiling articles, researchers use library data from various sources such as books, journals, articles, official websites, and other internet sources in the form of main material about Quarter Life Crisis is caused by 2 (two) causative factors, namely: (1). Factors from within, (2). Factors from outside oneself. Self-preparation is very important to avoid the acute Quarter life crisis, namely by equipping yourself with soft skills for skill development in yourself and always positioning yourself in a positive environment.

Abstract

Transformational leadership plays a crucial role in enhancing school well-being by influencing the behavior, motivation, and moral commitment of staff. This study aims to analyze how the principal’s transformational leadership contributes to school well-being in a holistic sense and how this leadership style fosters a positive learning environment. A qualitative case study approach was used, with data collected through observations, in-depth interviews with the principal, teachers, supervisors, and educational staff, as well as analysis of school reports, quality assurance documents, supervision records, and meeting minutes. The findings indicate that the principal effectively applied the four core dimensions of transformational leadership: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. These practices built trust, motivation, creativity, and emotional support among teachers, improving the overall well-being of the school community. The integration of transformational leadership with systematic quality improvement processes created a sustainable culture of quality and a collaborative, positive, and religious learning environment. The study concludes that transformational leadership significantly strengthens school well-being and fosters a conducive atmosphere for learning.

Abstract

This study examines how perceptions of school management training and work discipline influence teacher work productivity. The background highlights that both training and discipline are essential for improving teacher performance but have rarely been studied together in the elementary school setting. The study aims to determine the extent to which these two variables affect productivity. Using a quantitative causal method, data were collected from 178 teachers selected through proportionate stratified random sampling and measured using a Likert-scale questionnaire. Analysis techniques included descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, prerequisite tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The findings show that 75% of respondents reported that their productivity was influenced by training and discipline. Perceptions of training had a positive and significant effect on productivity (β = 0.421; t = 6.114; p = 0.000), and work discipline also showed a positive and significant effect (β = 0.398; t = 5.772; p = 0.000). Both variables simultaneously demonstrated a significant influence (F = 56.382; p = 0.000), with an R² value of 0.487, indicating that 48.7% of productivity variation is explained by these factors. The study concludes that enhancing school management training and strengthening work discipline are effective strategies for improving teacher work productivity.

Abstract

The management of science laboratories plays a strategic role in supporting experiment-based learning, which can enhance students’ motivation and academic achievement. However, many schools still face challenges related to limited equipment, inadequate maintenance, and the inconsistent implementation of laboratory activities. This study aims to explore in depth how science laboratories are managed in secondary schools and how such management influences students’ motivation and academic performance. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews with teachers, students, and laboratory personnel, and document analysis, including inventory records, practicum schedules, and laboratory SOPs. Data analysis followed Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña’s interactive model. The findings indicate that the laboratory management is functional but not optimal due to limited resources, the absence of laboratory assistants, and irregular practicum implementation. Both teachers and students express highly positive perceptions of laboratory activities, which are shown to significantly increase motivation through engaging and meaningful hands-on experiences. The results also reveal that students who actively participate in laboratory work demonstrate better conceptual understanding and higher academic achievement. The study concludes that science laboratories have substantial potential as pedagogical spaces that mediate improvements in motivation and learning outcomes.

Abstract

In the digital era, schools are increasingly required to modernize administrative processes to meet the demands of efficiency and quality service. This study aims to examine the implementation of digital performance management to improve educational administration and staff performance. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observations, and document analysis, then analyzed following Miles’ interactive model of data condensation, display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that digital performance management has improved administrative workflows by shifting from manual to real-time, structured, and paperless processes, resulting in more efficient, accurate, and transparent services. Service quality improved across speed, reliability, responsiveness, and accountability. Challenges remain, including variations in staff digital competence, dependence on ICT infrastructure, and occasional network instability. Recommended strategies include ongoing staff training, technological infrastructure enhancement, periodic system evaluation, and strong digital leadership. Digital performance management plays a strategic role in enhancing school administration quality and provides valuable insights for the digital transformation of educational administration. These findings are expected to contribute to policy development on the digitalization of secondary school educational administration.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of a numeracy literacy habituation program in schools using a descriptive qualitative research method through library research. The main focus of this study is to understand various aspects that influence the success of the numeracy literacy program, including reading habituation, educational games, the provision of supporting facilities such as reading corners and educational posters, and the socialization of the program through In-House Training for teachers. Data was obtained from relevant literature sources that examine the numeracy literacy habituation program as well as best practices in its application in schools. The results of the study indicate that reading habituation and educational games can significantly improve students' literacy and numeracy skills. Additionally, strengthening teachers' capacity through continuous training is essential to ensure effective implementation. The use of supporting facilities, such as varied reading corners and informative educational posters, strengthens numeracy literacy learning outside the classroom. This study also emphasizes the important role of parents and the community in supporting the success of this program. By involving various stakeholders, it is hoped that the numeracy literacy program can be optimally implemented to enhance students' competencies in both fields.
