Abstract

Metal welding technology used today can connect two different types of metals. The welding is still often found with welding defects, the problems that are often faced are differences in melting points, expansion coefficients, physical, and mechanical properties. The purpose of the research was to determine the effect of strong current variation between low carbon steel SS 400 and SUS 304 stainless steel on mechanical properties. This research method uses experimental, GTAW welding strong variations of currents 60 A, 80 A, and 100 A. The results of this study concluded that the strength of the current affects the tensile strength, and violence. The highest tensile strength is 346.63 MPa with a strain of 9.52 % and the modulus of elasticity is 36.59 MPa at a current strength of 100 A. This is due to the strong difference in currents resulting in different inputs and heat distributions in each specimen. The hardness test results show that specimens with strong current variations of 100 A have the highest hardness level of both the weld region, HAZ, and parent metal, rather than with strong current specimens of 60 A and 80 A, this is because the greater the welding ampere will increase the strength of the hardness.

Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka hadir sebagai respon terhadap kebutuhan pendidikan yang lebih fleksibel dan kontekstual. Penelitian ini dilakukan di UPT SMA Negeri 4 Luwu untuk mengkaji implementasi kurikulum tersebut serta faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan sumber data meliputi kepala sekolah, guru, dan tenaga kependidikan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka dilakukan melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi, meskipun masih menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan sarana prasarana. Dukungan dari pihak sekolah dan dinas pendidikan menjadi faktor pendorong utama. Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah ini menunjukkan kemajuan yang positif, namun masih memerlukan perbaikan dalam beberapa aspek pendukung.  Kata kunci: Implementasi, Implementasi Kurikulum, Kurikulum Merdeka, Merdeka Belajar

Abstract

Komposit terdiri dari material penguat dan material matriks. Serat rami merupakan serat alam yang digunakan sebagai bahan penguat dalam komposit. Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethilene (UHMWPE) merupakan bahan polimer dengan sifat mekanik yang sangat baik dan akan digunakan sebagai matriks dalam komposit. Serat rami yang dikombinasikan dengan biopolimer telah diaplikasikan ke dalam bidang medis. Salah satu bentuk pengaplikasiannya yaitu bone implant plate. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa membahas pengaruh arah sudut serat rami dengan variasi 0°/45°, 0°/90°, 45°/90° dengan Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethilene (UHMWPE) untuk dijadikan bahan baku biokomposit bone implant plate dengan uji tarik. Nilai kekuatan tarik tertinggi pada variasi arah serat 0°/90° dengan nilai 17 MPa. Variasi arah serat 0°/45° memiliki nilai kekuatan tarik yang paling rendah dengan nilai 16,17 MPa. Abstract

Aluminium 6061 material is often used in the shipbuilding industry, especially as a construction frame on ships. GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding) and GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding) are widely used in welding aluminium alloy materials. This research aims to determine and analyse the effect of V, X, and U groove variations welded using GMAW and GTAW on tensile strength of a 6061 aluminium alloy. The results of this study obtained the highest tensile stress value from the X groove GMAW welding of 149.22 MPa with a strain of 8.60%. The lowest tensile stress value was obtained from the U groove GTAW welding of 105.09 MPa with a strain of 3.18%. In general, the tensile strength value of GMAW welding is better than GTAW welding. Macro photo observations of GMAW welding show a small amount of porosity welding defects at the base of the weld, while GTAW welding shows a more amount of porosity welding defects at the base of the weld.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of teller service at Bank Woori Saudara Ciamis Branch based on the five SERVQUAL dimensions, which include physical evidence (tangibles), reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a non-probability sampling technique using Slovin's formula. The research sample consists of 100 respondents from a total population of 4,994 customers. Data was collected thru questionnaires and analyzed using a descriptive approach by calculating the average score for each dimension. The research results show that the overall average score is 3.22, which falls into the fairly high category. This indicates that the teller service at Bank Woori Saudara Ciamis Branch is generally good, although there are still some aspects that need improvement, such as queue order and service speed. In conclusion, the quality of teller service has reflected professionalism and a friendly attitude in serving customers, but improved consistency and competence are still needed to achieve excellent service standards.

Abstract

Fry pan atau yang biasa disebut wajan sangat dibutuhkan sebagai alat dapur untuk memasak. Banyak desain wajan yang bervariatif sesuai keunggulan yang dibawakan oleh suatu produk, namun untuk saat ini dibutuhkan desain fry pan yang lebih sederhana dan efisien. Penggunaan aluminium A356 pada produksi fry pan memiliki hasil yang sangat baik dan mempunyai keunggulan mudah ditemukan dipasar Indonesia. Tujuan perancangan ini adalah untuk membuat rancangan dan prototype fry pan yang dapat diproduksi dalam sekali proses pengecoran antara body dengan penyambung gagangnya. Perancangan fry pan dilakukan menggunakan software CAD dan CAE untuk mengetahui kekuatan pada desain. Hasil rancangan prototype menggunakan material A356. Keamanan fry pan diperoleh dengan mengetahui nilai safety factor dengan pembebanan 20 N. Desain fry pan memiliki kekuatan dan keamanan yang baik dengan nilai safety factor pada desain A yaitu 2.03 ul, desain B yaitu 2.14 ul, dan desain C yaitu 3.08 ul, dengan nilai maksimum safety factor yang sama yaitu 15 ul.

Abstract

Post-transport acclimatization is a critical phase in broodstock management, particularly for stress sensitive species such as snakehead fish (Channa striata). This study evaluated behavioral responses, feeding activity, and survival of snakehead broodstock during the first 24 hours of acclimatization following transport. The study employed a descriptive exploratory design using nine acclimatization units, with behavioral exploration conducted at two time points immediately after stocking (T0) and 24 hours post-stocking (T24). Behavior responses recorded included erratic swimming, hitting against walls, jumping, gasping, and rubbing, which were quantified during a 10 minute exploration period. Feeding response and survival rate were assessed at T24, while water quality parameters were monitored throughout the acclimatization period.The results showed that all behaviors responses were prominently expressed at T0, indicating acute stress responses following transport and handling. After 24 hours of acclimatization, a general reduction in the frequency of erratic swimming, hitting against walls, jumping, and rubbing was observed, suggesting partial behavioral recovery and adaptation to the new environment. In contrast, gasping behavior persisted with relatively minor changes, indicating that respiratory adjustment may require a longer recovery period. Feeding responses emerged in several acclimatization units at T24. Survival rates during the first 24 hours ranged from 80% to 100%, with an overall survival rate of approximately 92%. Water quality remained within tolerable ranges for Channa striata and was not considered a primary factor of behavioral variation or mortality. These results indicate that the first 24 hours post-transport represent a critical phase characterized by behavioral responses. Behavioral indicators, combined with feeding response and survival, provide a practical and non-invasive approach to assessing acclimatization success and fish welfare during the early post-transport period in snakehead broodstock

Abstract

ABSTRACT. The removal of toxic heavy metal ions from water remains a critical environmental challenge. In this study, a novel magnetized mesoporous silica adsorbent functionalized with N1-(3-trimethoxysilylpropyl) diethylenetriamine (Fe₃O₄@SiO₂@meso-SiO2@TMPDT), synthesized from rice husk ash, was developed for the adsorption of Cd(II) and Pb(II) ions. The characterization of the adsorbent by FTIR, SEM-EDX, and TGA confirmed the successful synthesis of magnetized and TMPDT-functionalized silica derived from rice husk ash (Fe₃O₄@SiO₂@meso-SiO₂@TMPDT). The adsorption study consists of the determination of optimum pH, the adsorption kinetics study, and the adsorption isotherm. Batch adsorption studies showed that the optimal pH values for Cd(II) and Pb(II) adsorption were 4 and 3, respectively. The adsorption kinetics for both metal ions followed a pseudo-second-order model. Furthermore, the adsorption isotherms fitted both the Langmuir and the Freundlich models with comparable R² values. The maximum adsorption capacities (Qₘ) of Fe₃O₄@SiO₂@meso-SiO₂@TMPDT for Cd(II) and Pb(II) were 28.089 and 24.498 mg/g, respectively. These findings demonstrate that the developed adsorbents offer an effective and sustainable approach for heavy metal removal from aqueous systems.
