Abstract

The purpose of research which is to describe the use of video learning to increase democratic attitude and understanding the material in class ix public junior high schools 19 Bandar Lampung. Research is research the act of a class action. The subject of study were students in the class IX public junior high schools 19 Bandar Lampung which totaled 32 students. The research results show that (1) the utilization of learning video can improve democratic attitude students. This is proven with an increase in from the cycle of to the cycle. Nevertheless, there are still five students who still have the attitude the category of democratic students were quite good and (2) the utilization of learning video can improve understanding matter students .This is proven with an increase in from the cycle to cycle .So that in cycle third has reached indicators that has been set, namely 75 % .Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan video pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan sikap demokratis dan pemahaman materi di kelas IX SMP Negeri 19 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research). Subjek penelitian adalah siswa di Kelas IX SMP Negeri 19 Bandar Lampung Bandar Lampung yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pemanfaatan video pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan sikap demokratis siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan dari siklus ke siklus. Meskipun demikian, masih ada lima siswa yang masih mempunyai sikap demokratis siswa kategori cukup baik dan (2) pemanfaatan video pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan pemahaman materi siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan dari siklus ke siklus. Sehingga pada siklus ketiga telah mencapai indikator yang telah ditetapkan, yaitu ? 75%.Kata kunci: pemahaman materi, sikap demokratis, video pembelajaran

Abstract

Pancasila values have a very important role for adolescents who are in the process of self-discovery and the formation of moral coaching. This study employs the Literature Review method.Pancasila's rolewith the education system is reviewed by axiological philosophy, it can be explained that Pancasila is a guide to the life of the Indonesian nation which contains values as a reference in living life and life. Successful civic education will cultivate and form good citizens and form behaviors in accordance with the values of Pancasila: 1. Have faith and piety in God Almighty, and live the philosophy of the nation 2. Virtuous character, discipline in the life of the nation and state. Be national, dynamically carry out the duties of rights and obligations in state life.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penilaian sangat diperlukan bagi seorang pendidik untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan selama proses belajar. Fungsi penilaian adalah untuk dapat mengetahui ketercapaian peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Penlaian juga penting bagi pendidik untuk introspeksi diri, mengetahui kelemahan dan kelebihan dalam pembelajaran. System penilan yang dilakukan untuk saat ini menggunakan teknologi karena mempermudah proses assesment. Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pelatihan dasar Assesment  berbasis android pada guru SMA di kab. Pesawaran. Manfaat dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kepada guru-guru supaya menerapkan penilaian kepada siswa secara efektif, efisien serta tepat guna dengan menggunakan android. Guru mahir menyusun assesment penilaian hasil belajar siswa dan mahir menggunakan android untuk keperluan assesment siswa. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan adalah metode praktek pelatihan dan diskusi sosialisasi. Pemahaman guru terhadap penilaian meningkat, hal ini dibuktikan dengan perbedaan nilai pretest dan post-test. Penggunaan android sangat membantu proses penilaian guru di sekolah dalam hal keefektifan penilaian, pemeriksaan jawaban, mengetahui daya beda soal, dan mengetahui taraf sukar butir. Kata Kunci: Penilaian, Android, Efektifitas  ABSTRACT Assessment is very necessary for an educator to determine the level of success during the learning process. There are things that can determine the achievement of students in learning. Assessment is also important for educators to introspect themselves, knowing the weaknesses and strengths in learning. Even though the pandemic period is not over, it still has to be implemented for students. Assessments carried out during the pandemic can use Android to simplify the assessment process. Objective: to provide basic training on Android-based assessment for high school teachers in Pesawaran. The benefit of this activity is that the teachers who are the research subjects can apply assessments to students effectively, and are appropriate for using Android during a pandemic. Teachers are proficient in compiling assessments of student learning outcomes and proficient in using android for student assessment purposes. Research Methods: The method used in this research is the method of training and discussion of socialization. This method will later find out how the public will know how to use an Android-based assessment application that is categorized in supporting the learning process. Result: Teachers' understanding of grades increased, this was evidenced by the difference between pretest and posttest. Conclusion: The use of android really helps the teacher assessment process in schools in terms of the effectiveness of the assessment, examination, knowing differentiating power, and knowing the level of difficulty of items. Keywords: Assessment, Android, Effectiveness

Abstract

Fibrinolytic enzymes were found in several microorganisms, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa TS 6.4, which was isolated from sea cucumbers (Paracaudina australis). Sea cucumbers possessed many pharmacological activities, such as antithrombotic and antihyperlipidemic effects. In addition, fibrinolytic enzymes had been identified in Stichopus japonicus, one of the sea cucumber species. The activity of fibrinolytic enzymes was influenced by pH, temperature, activators, inhibitors, and the concentration of enzyme-substrate. This study aimed to determine the pH and optimum temperature of fibrinolytic enzyme activity of Pseudomonas aeruginosa TS 6.4. The optimum pH was achieved at pH 5-6, while the optimum temperature was reached at 50°C. The effect of the addition of metal activators CaCl2, MnCl2, MgCl2, ZnCl2, and CoCl2 on the activity of fibrinolytic enzymes was also studied. The results showed that the fibrinolytic activity of Pseudomonas aeruginosa TS 6.4 was affected by Ca2+, Mg2+, Mn2+, Zn2+, and Co2+.Keywords: Pseudomonas aeruginosa TS 6.4, Fibrinolytic Enzyme Activity, pH, Temperature, Metal activator

Abstract

Quercetin was a flavonoid compound that was found in Annona muricata L. leaves. The UV Spectrophotometric method was used to determine quercetin from Annona muricata in liquid. The degradation was determined by selectivity, linearity, accuracy, precision, LOD, and LOQ. Selectivity showed that spectra had maximum absorbance at λ 374 nm. Good linearity was shown by y = 0,07368x - 0,01937 (r = 0,9984; p<0,05). The precision of standard quercetin in a concentration of 6,4 ppm showed a relative standard deviation (RSD) of 0,19%. LOD and LOQ of standard quercetin were 0,0240 µg/ml and 0,0801 µg/ml, and the accuracy was 91,867±7,59%. Determination of quercetin in Annona muricata leaf extract showed a concentration of 12,62±3,29% and (263,96 ± 6,69) mg in 10 ml liquid.Keywords: Quercetin, Annona Muricata L, UV Spectrophotometry, Method of Validation

Abstract

Tauco was one kind of traditional fermented food from Indonesia. Tauco was processed from soybean paste with a salty taste and commonly had yellow and black colors. Generally, tauco was used as a spice or seasoning in various daily dishes. The study aimed to find and identify the bacteria that produced fibrinolytic enzymes in tauco. The sample used in this research was tauco from six different manufacturers. Two tests were conducted in this study: a proteolytic test on Skim Milk Agar and a fibrin plate test. Both tests were used to identify the bacteria producing fibrinolytic enzymes. The bacteria were identified macroscopically, through gram staining, and by 16S rRNA sequencing. In the proteolytic test, the sample was diluted with 0,9% NaCl to 10^-7 and then inoculated on Skim Milk Agar medium, incubated at 37ºC for 24 hours. The samples had proteolytic activity, which was shown by the formation of clear zones around the bacteria. Seventeen isolates of proteolytic bacteria were incubated at 37ºC for 24 hours and then used for the fibrin plates. All proteolytic bacteria produced fibrinolytic activity, with the most extensive fibrinolytic index in the TC4a isolate of 3,46. Furthermore, TC4a bacteria were genotypically identified by sequencing the 16S rRNA gene. According to the results of tauco identification, the bacteria that strongly produced fibrinolytic enzymes in the tauco sample TC4a were found to be similar to Bacillus cereus TC4a.Keywords: Fibrinolytic enzyme, Fibrinolytic activity, Tauco, Screening, identification, 16s rRNA, Bacillus cereus

Abstract

Curcuma heyneana or Temu Giring contained curcumin which had anti-aging potential and was traditionally used as a body scrub. This potential comes from the active ingredient (curcumin) which could prevent premature aging with its activity as an antioxidant, inhibitor of the tyrosinase enzyme, and inhibitor of the collagenase enzyme so that it can prevent hyperpigmentation and inhibited the breakdown of collagen which can have an impact on skin aging. Oral dosage forms for anti-aging had started to be found on the market and were becoming a trend because of their convenient use. However, it is known that curcumin as an active ingredient of Temu Giring, had poor solubility and bioavailability. The bioavailability of curcumin was low when administered orally due to its low absorption and its stability which decreased significantly when the pH was above 7. This study was a literature review of national and international literature databases which aimed to determine the potential for increasing the bioavailability of curcumin using solid dispersion techniques. The results obtained indicated that making Temu Giring extract tablets containing curcumin using the solid dispersion method could increase the bioavailability of curcumin by overcoming the poor solubility, permeability, absorption and stability of curcumin. By designing the Temu Giring extract using a solid dispersion method, the curcumin could be completely dissolved and absorbed when released into the stomach. Abstract

Quercetin was a flavonoid from Averrhoa bilimbi Linn. which had a variety of potential therapeutic uses. Therefore, this research was needed to determine the quercetin content in Averrhoa bilimbi L.’s extract powder. Method validation was performed to ensure that an analytical method met the criteria and requirements of a good analysis method. Method validation used was the first category with parameters of selectivity, linearity, accuracy, and precision. The content of quercetin in Averrhoa bilimbi L.’s leaf was small, which required the parameters of Limit of Detection (LOD) and Limit of Quantitation (LOQ). The analysis method was by TLC-Densitometry with Silica gel 60 F254, eluent of toluene: ethyl acetate: formic acid (7:3:1) as the mobile phase with a resolution of 1,67 and 1,60, respectively. The results showed a linear regression of y = 8122,4899 x + 1181,9943 (r: 0,9976; Vxo 4,88%). The accuracy was 90,2% (w/w) ± 5,89; the coefficient of variation of precision was 1,35%; LOD and LOQ were 0,0064 µg, and 0,0215 µg, respectively. The determination result showed that quercetin content in the leaf extract in ethanol of Averrhoa bilimbi L. was 0,58% (w/w) ± 0,04, and the determination of quercetin from 4,0 g extract powder of Averrhoa bilimbi L. leaf showed that the average content of quercetin was 6,05 ± 0,09 mg. Abstract

Kuersetin merupakan senyawa flavonoid yang terkandung dalam daun Averrhoa bilimbi dan dapat diekstraksi dengan metode maserasi untuk dijadikan ekstrak. Ekstrak ini dapat dibuat dalam bentuk sirup untuk pengembangan sediaan herbal. Spektrofotometri UV digunakan dalam penentuan konsentrasi kuersetin dari Averrhoa bilimbi dalam sirup. Metode ini dinilai sederhana, cepat, dan relatif murah, sehingga memberikan manfaat untuk menganalisis banyak sampel. Validasi metode diperlukan untuk memastikan apakah aspek analitik valid dan parameter validasi yang diukur dalam penelitian ini adalah selektivitas, liniearitas, LOD dan LOQ, presisi, dan akurasi. Selektivitas menunjukkan bahwa spektra memiliki panjang gelombang maksimum pada λ = 374 nm. Linieritas diperoleh dari fungsi regresi y = 0,07923x - 0,07056 dengan koefisien korelasi r = 0,9988 dan Vxo = 2,42%.  Presisi menunjukkan koefisien varian KV = 0,24%. LOD dan LOQ menunjukkan 0,0223 dan 0,0745. Konsentrasi kuersetin dalam ekstrak daun adalah 6,708% (b/b) ± 5,72% dan konsentrasi kuersetin dalam sirup adalah 63,06 mg.

Abstract

Rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik pada tahap prasiklus yang dapat dilihat dari 20 peserta didik ada 11 peserta didik yang hasil belajarnya tidak memenuhi KKM yang ditetapkan yaitu 75 dengan rata-rata hasil belajarnya sebesar 62,50. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, maka rumusan masalahnya adalah apakah melalui penggunaan model PBL dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi bagian tubuh tumbuhan dan fungsinya dikelas IVB SD. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah penggunaan model PBL untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi bagian tubuh tumbuhan dan fungsinya kelas IVB SD. Hasil penelitian setelah penggunaan model PBL mampu menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik yang sangat siginifikan. Dimana pada siklus I, nilai rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik mencapai 76,25, kemudian pada siklus II juga mengalami peningkatan lagi yaitu nilai rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik mencapai 88,75. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model PBL sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas IVB pada materi bagian tubuh tumbuhan dan fungsinya.
