This research aims to develop a social studies curriculum that is integrated with local and global contexts to strengthen the character of the nation in elementary school students. The development was carried out in response to the need for a curriculum that is able to bridge the gap between local wisdom values and global issues within the framework of the Independent Curriculum and the Pancasila Student Profile. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Borg & Gall model approach which is modified into six main stages: preliminary study, curriculum design, expert validation, revision, limited trial, and final revision. Product validity was tested by five experts, practicality was assessed by teachers and students, and effectiveness was measured through a pre-test and post-test design of one group on 41 students. The results showed that the curriculum developed was very valid (88.6%), practical (positive response of 92% of teachers and 88% of students), and statistically effective (t = 10.42; p < 0.05) in improving students' social behavior. These findings suggest that a local-global integrated social studies curriculum can be an innovative approach to character-based contextual learning.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Problem Based Learning (PBM) method in improving students' learning achievement on Mutation material in class XII SMAN 1 Monta. The research method used was quantitative with quasi-experimental design. The research sample consisted of 58 students divided into experimental group (n=29) and control group (n=29) obtained through simple random sampling technique. The data collection instrument was a learning achievement test consisting of 30 multiple choice questions given at the pre-test and post-test. Data analysis was conducted with descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using t-test. The results showed that the average score of students' learning achievement in the experimental group using PBM method was significantly higher than the control group using conventional learning method. This research indicates that the application of PBM method is effective in improving students' learning achievement on Mutation material. Based on these results, the PBM method is recommended to be implemented by teachers in learning Biology at school. Further research on the effectiveness of the PBM method in other subjects and different levels of education needs to be done to enrich the treasure of knowledge in the field of education.

Abstrak: Menopause merupakan fase dalam kehidupan seorang wanita yang ditandai dengan berhentinya masa subur. Menopause diikuti dengan gejala yang sering timbul pada tiga hingga sepuluh tahun sebelum datangnya menopause dengan berbagai keluhan, baik keluhan fisik maupun psikologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dengan sikap ibu tentang menopause di Desa Tambahrejo Kecamatan Gadingrejo Kabupaten Pringsewu. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey analitik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu menopause yang ada di Desa Tambahrejo yang berjumlah 148 orang, dengan sampel berjumlah 60 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis uji chi-square. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah Ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan dengan sikap ibu tentang menopause. CORRELATION BETWEEN KNOWLEDGE WITH THE ATTITUDE OF MOTHER ABOUT MENOPAUSEAbstract: Menopause is a phase in the life a woman that is marked with the stopping the fertile. Menopause is followed by symptoms that often arise on three up to ten years before the arrival of menopause with a variety complaints, either physical or psychological complaints. This research aims to know the relationship of knowledge with the attitude of mothers about menopause in the village of Tambahrejo sub-district og Gadingrejo Regency Pringsewu. Design research is survey analytical research. The population in this research is the mother of menopause in the village Tambahrejo totalled 148 people with a sample 60 people. Data analysis inthis study uses chi-square formula. Conclusion this study is there is a meaningful relationship between maternal attitudes kowledge about menopause.

This study aims to incorporate scientific consideration in the application of falakiyah fatwas of the Indonesian Ulema Council and maps the patterns of the nexus between religion and science in those fatwas. This research involved a library study and a qualitative method. The approaches took into account ushūl fiqh and scientific approaches. With regard to the theoretical fundamentals, this research adheres to cum-doctrinaire introduced by A. Mukti Ali and the theory relating to the nexus between religion and sciences by Ian G. Barbour. The primary data were sourced from six falakiyah fatwas by the Indonesian Ulema Council from 1976-2010. The data were garnered from documentation and analysed with content analysis. The research results show that scientific studies in falakiyah fatwas of the Indonesian Ulema Council play the following three roles: first, scientific studies are to help understand problems that religious knowledge cannot fathom; second, scientific studies along with syar’ī theorem are referred to as a primary consideration in setting a fatwa; third, the scientific studies serve as the basis of amendments in a fatwa. Unfortunately, Scientific studies are not always consistently taken into account in setting falakiyah fatwah of the council, thereby sparking diverging religious patterns intertwining with sciences in falakiyah fatwas, ranging from conflict relations, independence, and dialogues, to integration.

ABSTRACT The incidence of obesity among adolescents is rising annually. Obesity may also increase the risks of morbidity and mortality at an earlier age. It is due to the imbalance of energy that accumulates continuously. This imbalance of energy intake might be predisposed by an increased food intake and lack of physical activity. To investigate the association of physical activity with the incidence of obesity in adolescents. This is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. The total sample was 245 high school students of SMAN 1 Singkawang, recruited through a consecutive sampling method. Data was collected including height and body weight to calculate the body mass index (BMI). The Physical Activity Questionnaire for Adolescents (PAQ-A) was used to screen the levels of physical activity. The Chi-Square test was used for the bivariate analysis. Of 245 respondents, 69.8% and 30,3% were non-obese and obese, respectively and 58.5% regularly performed a light physical activity. The bivariate analysis shows there is no significant association between physical activity and the incidence of obesity among adolescents with p = 0.028. Conclusion: There was association the physical activity and the incidence of obesity among adolescents. Keywords: Physical Activity, Obesity, Adolescents ABSTRAK Angka kejadian obesitas pada remaja mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya. Obesitas dapat menyebabkan terjadinya peningkatan angka morbiditas hingga kematian di usia muda. Kejadian obesitas disebabkan oleh pola ketidakseimbangan energi yang terjadi secara terus menerus. Hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh asupan makanan yang berlebih dan rendahnya tingkat aktivitas fisik. Mengetahui hubungan aktivitas fisik dengan kejadian obesitas pada remaja. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebesar 245 siswa SMAN 1 Singkawang yang dipilih menggunakan cara consecutive sampling. Data didapatkan melalui pengukuran berat badan dan tinggi badan remaja, kemudian dilakukan perhitungan melalui rumus IMT untuk mengetahui kejadian obesitas. Data aktivitas fisik didapatkan dengan cara pengisian Physical Activity Questionnaire for Adolescents (PAQ-A). Analisis bivariat dilakukan dengan uji Chi-square. Dari 245 orang responden diperoleh sebanyak 69.8% tidak mengalami obesitas, dan 30,2% responden mengalami obesitas. Sebesar 58.4% melakukan aktivitas fisik dalam kategori ringan. Uji bivariat menunjukkan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara aktivitas fisik dengan kejadian obesitas pada remaja nilai p = 0,028. Ada hubungan antara aktivitas fisik dengan kejadian obesitas pada remaja. Kata Kunci: Aktivitas fisik, Obesitas, Remaja

Nyeri pada persalinan dapat membedakan proses kelahiran dan dapat menyebabkan gangguan pada kontraksi, sehingga dibutuhkan terapi dalam pengurangan nyeri antara lain kompres hangat dan murottal. Tujuan penelitian diketahui perbedaan kompres hangat dan Murottal dengan nyeri persalinan pada ibu bersalin kala I. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan quasi eksperimen, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kompres hangat dan Murottal dengan nyeri persalinan. Sasaran dalam penelitian adalah seluruh ibu bersalin kala 1 pembukaan 4-7 cm sebanyak 70 orang, sampel sebanyak 30 yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok, tempat penelitian telah dilaksanakan di PMB Rosmianah dan PMB Essy Novia wilayah Kecamatan Tulang Bawang Udik Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat. Hasil penelitian diketahui rata-rata nyeri persalinan sebelum kompres air hangat adalah 7,20 dan setelah kompres air hangat adalah 5,47. Diketahui rata-rata nyeri persalinan sebelum diberikan murrotal adalah 7,00 dan setelah diberikan murrotal adalah 5,40. Ada Perbedaan kompres hangat dan Murottal terhadap skala nyeri persalinan pada ibu bersalin kala I Di Kecamatan Tulang Bawang Udik Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat Tahun 2021 (p-value = 0,000 (p-value kurang dari a = 0,05). Saran agar dapat membuat SOP terkait dengan kompres hangat dan murottal dalam pengurangan nyeri selama persalinan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa terkait pola penulisan aksara Bima di Universitas Nggususwaru Bima,penelitian ini di lakukan di mahasiswa kelas A semester 6 Program Studi Pndidikan Biologi Universitas Nggusuwaru. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif data tersebut diperoleh dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan pembelajaran dimana mahasiswa di berikan pretes dan tanya jawab tekait aksara Bima. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa bahwa mahasiswa yang kurang paham terkait penulisan aksara sejumlah 10 orang dan mahsiswa yang paham sejumlah 9 orang. mahasiswa yang kurang paham tersebut belum bisa mengerti tulisan aksara baik pola tulisan maupun cara bacanya.

This paper analyses how local culture helps to instigate social justice in the multicultural societies with special concern on the intersection of culture systems with the contemporary system of governance. Although the traditional body of management thought tends to view justice in terms of universalized principles, this study shows how justice is defined and practiced in diversified ways, relative to cultures. The qualitative research methodology is based on interviews, observations, and the study of documents, which were used to answer the question of how local traditions, norms, and practices affect the perceptions of fairness, legitimacy, and inclusion in various communities. Results indicate the local culture is both an advantage and an obstacle in the execution of justice. On the one hand, it gives a sense of legitimacy and creates trust by culturally resonant practices of consensus-building, dialogue, and restorative practices. On the contrary, cultural traditions can reproduce exclusions or contradict international standards of equity and rights. The paper also finds the convergence of cultural and modern systems of justice in the form of hybrid modes of governance whereby organizations and societies can negotiate the tensions between tradition and universality. The management implications are far reaching: leaders and institutions need to transcend procedural justice systems to culturally infused and reflexive and participatory practices. This study has made contributions on the management research by not only contributing to the body of research on justice as a culturally mediated concept but also offers implications that can be of great use to policymakers and organizations aiming to work in a culture sensitive and ethical manner. Finally, the paper suggests that there is a need to shift management practices towards dialogical, hybrid and inclusive visions of justice which acknowledge the constitutive practice of culture in determining sustainable social outcomes.

Abstract The city of Banjarmasin will always be identified with the river as the center of culture and civilization. Since ancient times, residents of Banjarmasin City have lived side by side with rivers. Many community activities are carried out on the river, such as trading, bathing, washing and other activities. The river in Banjarmasin City is also used by residents as a water transportation route. This research aims to analyze the use of river borders by the people of Banjarmasin City from the perspective of jurisprudence and regional regulations of Banjarmasin City. The significance of this research is to enrich the literature, especially the use of river borders from the perspective of jurisprudence and regional regulations. This research uses library research. The results of the study show that the use of river borders is regulated by the fiqh and regional regulations of the City of Banjarmasin. In fiqh, border is defined as harim an-nahar which cannot be owned according to Sharia. Likewise, regional regulations also regulate the use of borders. Sejak jaman dahulu, warga Kota Banjarmasin telah hidup berdampingan dengan Sungai. Banyak aktivitas masyarakat dilakukan di atas sungai, seperti berdagang, mandi, mencuci, dan aktifitas lainnya. Sungai di Kota Banjarmasin juga dimanfaatkan warga sebagai jalur transportasi air. Penelitian ini menganalisis pemanfaatan sempadan sungai oleh masyarakat Kota Banjarmasin dari perspektif fikih dan peraturan daerah Kota Banjarmasin. Tujuan peneilitian ini adalah untuk menambah kahazanah kepustakaan khususnya dalam pemanfaatan sempadan sungai dipandang dari sudut fikih dan peraturan daerah. Penelitian menggunakan studi pustaka atau library research. Dari hasil kajian menunjukkan pemanfaatan sempadan sungai telah diatur oleh fikih dan juga peraturan daerah Kota Banjarmasin. Dalam fkhazanah fikih, sempadan diartikan harim an-nahar yang secara syar’i tidak dapat dimiliki. Demikian halnya dengan peraturan daerah juga telah mengatur pemanfaatan sempadan. Kata Kunci: Sempadan, Legislasi Lokal, Adat Banjar.

Abstract The dynamic relationship between Islamic law and human rights (HR) has been a complex and protracted debate. These two concepts have a long history and are interrelated, although there are some differences in their interpretation and application. This paper aims to analyze this dynamic, with a focus on two main issues: gender and the death penalty. Conceptually, Islamic law has actually contained teachings on HR since its birth in the 6th century, long before the concept of HR in the West emerged in the 17th and 18th centuries. However, in its development, there has been a debate regarding the interpretation and implementation of Islamic law, particularly in the issues of gender and the death penalty. The biological anatomical differences between men and women have given birth to a set of cultural concepts called gender, which then sparked debate over their roles and status in society. In addition, the application of the death penalty in Islamic law also becomes a point of contention with the HR concept that upholds the right to life. This study is expected to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the dynamic relationship between Islamic law and HR, and to serve as a basis for efforts to harmonize and resolve conflicts between the two. Keywords: Dynamic; Islamic Law; Human Right Abstrak Dinamika hubungan antara hukum Islam dan hak asasi manusia (HAM) telah menjadi perdebatan yang kompleks dan berkepanjangan. Kedua konsep ini memiliki sejarah yang panjang dan saling terkait, meskipun terdapat beberapa perbedaan dalam interpretasi dan penerapannya. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika tersebut, dengan fokus pada dua isu utama: gender dan hukuman mati. Secara konseptual, hukum Islam sejatinya telah mengandung ajaran tentang HAM sejak kelahirannya pada abad ke-6, jauh sebelum konsep HAM di Barat muncul pada abad ke-17 dan 18. Namun, dalam perkembangannya, terdapat perdebatan terkait penafsiran dan implementasi hukum Islam, khususnya dalam isu gender dan hukuman mati. Perbedaan anatomi biologis antara laki-laki dan perempuan telah melahirkan seperangkat konsep budaya yang disebut gender, yang kemudian memicu perdebatan mengenai peran dan kedudukan mereka dalam masyarakat. Selain itu, penerapan hukuman mati dalam hukum Islam juga menjadi titik perdebatan dengan konsep HAM yang menjunjung tinggi hak hidup. Kajian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif mengenai dinamika hubungan antara hukum Islam dan HAM, serta menjadi landasan bagi upaya harmonisasi dan resolusi konflik di antara keduanya.
