Abstract

The importance of waste management at the TPST Bantargebang Bekasi is very high. Some sensitive issues such as pollution, social issues, and the requirement of wider area are several issues needed to be considered further. Therefore, this study tries to highlight the best alternative in waste management at the TPST Bantargebang with a two-dimensional approach using AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) analysis. Through a two-dimensional approach, it is hoped that adequate priority options can be found regarding alternative integrated waste management at the TPST Bantargebang Bekasi. Collecting data through expert interviews assisted by questionnaires, supported by other sources of data and information from various relevant agencies. The results of the two-dimensional sensitivity graph from the iteration of the three-goal criteria pair, namely waste management innovation, expansion of the TPST area, and strengthening regulations show that alternative decisions in integrated waste management at the TPST Bantargebang several times have raised alternatives to increase Human Resources (HR) to support activities. In conclusion, the most important alternative decision is to increase human resources. The policy implication of this study is that it is necessary to add more educated staff at the Bantargebang TPST so that the target of serving the needs of the community in terms of waste management can be carried out effectively, therefore, increasing human resources both in terms of competence and number is a priority to support the development of integrated waste management at the TPST Bantargebang.

Abstract

Pariwisata Olahraga merupakan perpaduan olahraga dan rekreasi dan banyak wisatawan yang meminatinya. Kabupaten Bogor sebagai the City of Sport Tourism memiliki ragam pariwisata olahraga bertaraf Internasional namun masih menghadapi kunjungan wisatawan. Hal ini akibat kurangnya strategi inovasi dalam pengelolaan destinasi wisata, aksesibilitas yang sulit dilalui wisatawan, pengelolaan setiap destinasi bersifat parsial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi mengembangkan pariwisata olahraga berkelanjutan di Kabupaten Bogor. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif didasarkan pada analisis SWOT yaitu strengths (kekuatan), weaknesses (kelemahan), opportunities (peluang), dan threats (ancaman). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi yang tepat untuk diterapkan dalam pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan di Kabupaten Bogor adalah strategi agresif (growth oriented strategy). Rekomendasi pengembangan strategi yang tepat untuk menjadikan Kabipaten Bogor sebagai the City of Sport Tourism adalah penguatan pada potensi wisata olahraga serta memanfaatkan melibatkan pelaku pariwisata.

Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of motivation factors, leadership style, and work discipline on employee performance during the COVID-19 pandemic. This quantitative research uses primary data, namely through interviews and filling out questionnaires. The sample was determined using a purposive method with saturated sampling—Structural Equation Model (SEM) data analysis using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). This research shows that motivation factors and leadership style can influence work discipline factors, with a moderate accuracy value of 28.7%. At the same time, motivation, leadership style, and work discipline have a high accuracy value on employee performance, namely 78.2%. In this research, motivation and work discipline partially influence employee performance, while leadership style does not influence work discipline and employee performance. Then, motivation and leadership styles intervening through work discipline do not affect employee performance. The conclusion is that during the COVID-19 pandemic, the performance of PT HSJI employees was influenced by motivation and work discipline factors, while leadership style did not affect performance. It shows that the higher the motivation and the better the work discipline, the employee performance will also increase. Then, the better and more appropriate the leadership style applied by the leader, the better the employee performance will be.

Abstract

PLTD Nusa Penida is one of the Private Owned Enterprises in Klungkung Bali, which was established to meet the electricity needs of the surrounding community. The use of diesel engines as the main tool to help the process of electricity generation operational activities certainly creates noise that can interfere with the hearing process of employees, especially if it happens every day and takes place continuously. Therefore, it can be ascertained that employees who work in the Nusa Peninda PLTD field have a high risk of noise disturbance. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of noise intensity on work stress levels, hearing health problems and employee performance. The method used is a quantitative approach with the type of exploratory research. The sample amounted to 35 people. The results of the study concluded that (1) noise intensity affects the hearing health problems of employees of PLTD Nusa Penida Bali. (2) Noise intensity does not affect the health problems of employees of PLTD Nusa Penida Bali. (3) Employee hearing health problems do not affect the performance of PLTD Nusa Penida Bali employees, and (4) Employee stress levels affect the performance of PLTD Nusa Penida Bali employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan sikap kerja dengan keluhan low back pain terhadap produktivitas kinerja karyawan PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk Proyek Revetment Retaining Wall Dumping 2 Benoa Denpasar – Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross sectional dan merupakan penelitian komparatif kausal. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. yang menjadi populasi sebanyak 281 karyawan di PT.Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk Proyek Revetment Retaining Wall Dumping 2 Pelabuhan Benoa. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan rumus Slovin, didapatkan 74 responden untuk ukuran sampel. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan stratified random sampling disproportionate. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, kuisioner dan studi pustaka. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Berdasarkan analisis dapat didapatkan bahwa (1) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara beban kerja dan sikap kerja terhadap keluhan LBP karyawan PT Waskita. Beban kerja yang berlebihan dapat menyebabkan tekanan fisik pada tubuh karyawan, terutama pada punggung bagian bawah.

Abstract

Sebagai bagian penting dari tanggung jawab sosial dan keberlangsungan usaha perusahaan maka perlu dilakukan kajian terkait pelaksanaan tanggap kebencanaan dengan berdasarkan kriteria yang ditetapkan dalam Permen LHK Nomor 1 Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat keterlibatan perusahan dalam rangka responsivitas terhadap krisis atau bencana alam maupun non alam yang mencakup identifikasi kebutuhan dan permasalahan di masyarakat dalam kaitannya dengan siklus penanggulangan bencana, keterlibatan perusahaan dalam penanggulangan bencana, jangkauan wilayah program yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan, dan model kemitraan perusahaan dengan para stakeholder terkait penanggulangan bencana. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis data primer. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan secara langsung oleh peneliti dengan melakukan observasi lapangan, mengumpulkan dokumen dan rekaman, serta wawancara secara langsung dengan karyawan yang berkompeten dan stakeholder terkait kebencanaan. Data yang telah diambil pada langkah sebelumnya kemudian dilakukan self assessment dengan menggunakan matriks penilaian yang disusun oleh Penulis untuk mendapatkan hasil penilaian tingkat penerapan saat ini dan ari hasil tersebut kemudian dilakukan analisa SWOT. Simpulan yang dapat diambil adalah hasil asesmen kinerja penanggulangan bencana perusahaan mendapatkan nilai 35 dari 50 yang berarti kinerja perusahaan masih dapat ditingkatkan. Kekuatan perusahaan terletak pada jaringan kemitraan yang cukup luas, kemampuan analisa risiko secara cepat, kemampuan tanggap darurat bencana di lingkup 12 desa mitra, sementara kelemahan perusahaan terlihat dari kurang maksimalnya peran organisasi tanggap darurat bencana yang telah dibentuk sehingga upaya yang dilakukan masih kurang fokus dan kurang dirasakan partisipasinya. Namun perusahaan berpeluang untuk memaksimalkan pemberdayaan sumber daya internal dan masyarakat serta jaringan yang cukup luas untuk menekan ancaman dari perusahaan lain khususnya industri sejenis dalam upaya penanggulangan bencana.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the efficiency factors of drug production that influence e-catalogue drug prices at PT. Kimia Farma, Tbk for the 2018-2022 period. This research uses a descriptive quantitative descriptive approach by collecting secondary data in the form of generic product price data from PT. Kimia Farma, Tbk won the e-catalogue during that period as well as primary data obtained by conducting interviews. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that partially, the factors of active drug raw materials, excipient materials, production processes, and the rupiah exchange rate have a significant effect on the average price of e-catalogue drugs per semester. Meanwhile, the factors of packaging materials and production capacity do not have a significant effect. Simultaneously, these six factors have a significant influence on the average price of e-catalogue medicines per semester. The most dominant factor influencing e-catalogue drug prices is the active drug raw materials. The implication of this research is that PT. Kimia Farma, Tbk needs to pay attention to efficiency factors such as active drug raw materials, excipient materials, production processes, and the rupiah exchange rate to be able to set competitive e-catalogue drug prices in the National Health Insurance era.

Abstract

The role of non-commercial ports as cross-island connectivity is very important in disadvantaged regions. However, common problems at non-commercial ports in Singkil Regency are inadequate and insufficient facilities for port operational activities, and very little passenger and goods ships traffic to and from Singkil Port. So that the development of non-commercial port service activities does not show that it has been used optimally. This study focuses on the benefits of sea transportation infrastructure in disadvantaged regions built with the state budget (APBN). This study aims to evaluate the value of the benefits of infrastructure development based on aspects and indicators of port development. The method of measurement and assessment of aspects and indicators used a quantitative approach and descriptive analysis. Data collection through field observation and interviews, as well as a secondary data desk study. The results of the research show that the benefits of port development are sufficient or do not provide optimal benefits. The perceived benefits of port infrastructure development can be identified from economic, social demographic and transportation aspects, both directly and indirectly. The policy implication is that port managers need to cooperate with port service users to revive port activities, especially economic activity around the port.AbstrakPeran pelabuhan nonkomersial sebagai konektivitas lintas pulau sangat penting di daerah tertinggal. Di lain sisi, permasalahan umum pada pelabuhan nonkomersial di Kabupaten Singkil yaitu fasilitas kegiatan operasional pelabuhan tidak dicukupi dan tidak memadai, serta trafik kapal penumpang dan barang dari dan ke Pelabuhan Singkil sangat sedikit, sehingga pengembangan aktivitas pelayanan pelabuhan nonkomersial tidak menunjukkan telah termanfaatkan secara optimal. Kajian ini difokuskan pada manfaat infrastruktur transportasi laut di wilayah tertinggal yang dibangun dengan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN). Penelitian bertujuan mengevaluasi nilai manfaat pembangunan infrastruktur berdasarkan aspek pembangunan pelabuhan dan indikator-indikatornya. Metode pengukuran dan penilaian aspek dan indikator menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif. Pengumpulan data melalui metode observasi lapangan dan wawancara, serta desk-study data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai manfaat pembangunan pelabuhan adalah bernilai cukup artinya manfaat pembangunan pelabuhan belum termanfaatkan secara optimal. Manfaat pembangunan infrastruktur pelabuhan yang dirasakan dapat diidentifikasi secara ekonomi, sosial kependudukan dan transportasi, baik langsung maupun tidak langsung. Implikasi kebijakannya adalah pengelola pelabuhan perlu berkerja sama dengan pengguna jasa pelabuhan untuk menghidupkan aktivitas pelabuhan, khususnya kegiatan ekonomi di sekitar pelabuhan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the preferences of homemakers when choosing the type of melon gas cylinder using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The problem addressed is determining the factors that most influence homemakers' decisions in choosing between subsidized and non-subsidized gas. This research employs a quantitative method with AHP to analyze homemakers' preferences when selecting melon gas cylinders. AHP breaks down complex problems into a simple hierarchical structure, facilitating priority determination. The study involves homemakers chosen through purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires covering relevant criteria and sub-criteria, using a Likert scale to measure the importance of each criterion. The research results based on dynamic sensitivity analysis show that price is the most important factor, followed by ease of use. This study provides a clear picture of the relative weights of various criteria and alternatives when choosing melon gas cylinders. The study's conclusion indicates that homemakers prefer subsidized gas over non-subsidized gas.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on reducing the number of tourists, resulting in a decline in the performance of the tourism sector, including travel agents. In an effort to accelerate the recovery of the tourism sector, the Indonesian Government has released a stimulus package program for people who receive the complete COVID-19 vaccine which is distributed through travel agents. This stimulus program is a trial phase in tourist destinations in the Riau Islands, Jakarta and its surroundings, Borobudur and its surroundings, and Bali. This research aims to analyze the impact of the tourism package stimulus on vaccine recipient communities from the travel agent's perspective. The research data is primary data from the results of filling out a questionnaire which was analyzed using the conjoint analysis method and Pearson's R and Kendall's Tau analysis tests on travel agents who took part in this stimulus program. The results of research on travel agents show that their guests are willing to buy tourism stimulus packages because of the 4 star hotel facilities, family restaurant, spa body treatment, mini bus, complete destinations (natural, cultural, and man-made), and there is a souvenir shop that sells food. and souvenirs, thus the stimulus impacted these businesses only.
