<![CDATA[Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the backbone of local economies and contribute significantly to national development. However, many MSMEs face challenges in adapting to digital market trends, limiting their ability to attract consumers and increase purchasing power. This research aims to design an e-commerce website tailored to the needs of MSMEs to help them reach wider markets and enhance customer buying interest. The study employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach using User-Centered Design (UCD) methodology to ensure that the website aligns with user preferences and business requirements. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires with MSME owners and potential customers. The proposed system includes features such as product catalogs, shopping carts, secure payment options, and mobile responsiveness. Usability testing was conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) to evaluate user experience. The results indicate that the designed e-commerce platform can improve customer accessibility, trust, and transaction ease, thereby contributing to increased consumer purchasing behavior.
