The family is the smallest unit of society that affects the lives of drug users undergoing rehabilitation programs. Family can be a source of social support for substance users in solving problems through perception. The perception of family support is a source of social support to foster confidence in drug rehabilitation programs. This study aims to determine the level of family support for substance users undergoing drug rehabilitation programs and recommendations for individual, group, and family counselling services. This study used a descriptive research type with the subject N = 217. The research subjects consisted of male and female genders; the data analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the category of substance users' perceptions of family support had a low level. The types of users at a deficient level were 2.30%, the low level was 57.14%, the high level was 33.18%, and the very high level was 7.37%. These findings prove that the family's influence is still very minimal for users to recover during rehabilitation. The contribution of family perceptions supports beliefs about recovering from drug addiction. The addiction counsellor profession from guidance and counselling graduates needs to implement family counselling services in collaboration with families in developing perceptions of drug addicts. Recommendations from this study's results are the implementation of family counselling services and support from families in concrete, emotional, informational, and reward.

Current conditions limit all access to learning as well as GC-S (GC-S). The social media utilization becomes an alternative supporting GC-S. The goal of this research is to evaluate the use of social media by school counsellors to support GC-S in schools. Mix-method research with sequential transformative design through quantitative data backed by qualitative data. The research targets were 90 students and three school counsellors with questionnaires and interviews. Analysis of questionnaire data was quantitative with standard deviation and percentage, and then interview data was descriptive qualitative. The result of the study is that school counsellors have used social media to support GC-S with good categories. School counsellors use two primary social media, namely WhatsApp and YouTube, because of the access and convenience for students, although not all students can interact, discuss, and participate actively. Counsellors need to be more active and creative during a pandemic or post-Covid-19 pandemic in GC-S with various technologies in GC-S.

Individuals with substance abuse disorders (S-AD) are also human beings who need self-development and future careers. The career development of individuals with GPZ hasn’t been fully considered in planning drug rehabilitation programs, although overall, the rehabilitation program has been excellent. Measurement of career planning ability needs to be measured by the condition of individuals with GPZ. The purpose of this study was to analyse the career planning abilities of individuals with GPZ undergoing drug rehabilitation and the urgency of career counselling. Mix-method research with explanatory sequential design begins with quantitative data and then integrates qualitative data. The data on career planning ability variables were collected on research subjects in individuals with GPZ. Quantitative data were collected through a career planning ability questionnaire with 32 questions, then qualitative data through interviews with one individual, all taken by random sampling—the average career planning ability of individuals with low GPZ. Counsellors should be able to develop ten career planning skills on how to learn information, career discussions with adults, training related to education, knowledge of working conditions, discussion of career challenges, planning work after rehabilitation programs, managing leisure time, developing self-confidence during rehabilitation, as well as the state of oneself when working without illegal drugs. Although career planning skills are low, addiction counsellors have a role in their development, with ten abilities discovered through career counselling. Career counselling as an addiction counsellor attempts to help individuals with GPZ develop their potential.
