Abstract

Perawat mempunyai tugas melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan sebagai bentuk pelayanan terhadap klien/masyarakat. Pelayanan keperawatan sering dijadikan barometer oleh masyarakat, dalam menilai mutu pelayanan kesehatan maka dari itu perlu dilakukan supervisi keperawatan untuk meningkatkan kinerja perawat dan meningkatkan mutu pelayanan keperawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan supervisi keperawatan dengan kinerja perawat rawat inap di UPTD Puskesmas Rasuan Kecamatan Madang Suku I Kabupaten OKU Timur dan dilakukan pada tanggal 30 Juni sampai dengan 07 Juli Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh perawat yang bekerja di UPTD Puskesmas Rasuan Kecamatan Madang Suku I Kabupaten OKU Timur. Sampel diambil dengan tehnik Total sampling yaitu sebanyak 35 orang perawat. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan distribusi frekuensi supervisi keperawatan didapatkan sebanyak 20 responden (57,1%) dengan supervisi baik. Distribusi frekuensi kinerja perawat didapatkan sebanyak 19 responden (54,3%) dengan kinerja baik. Tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara supervisi keperawatan dengan kinerja perawat rawat inap dengan p value 0,070 (< 0,05). Dengan nilai OR 4,667. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat bahan pertimbangan bagi pimpinan puskesmas beserta jajarannya untuk meningkatkan kinerja perawat dan memberikan layanan prima kepada masyarakat dengan melakukan supervisi secara teratur pada seluruh pegawai bain ASN maupun Non ASN.

Abstract

Minyak goreng yang telah digunakan lebih dari tiga kali pada proses pemanasan dapat membahayakan bagi kesehatan manusia apabila digunakan lagi, namun jika dibuang secara langsung dapat mencemari lingkungan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi digunakan untuk membekali kemampuan warga Desa Jayamukti, khususnya ibu rumah tangga dalam mengolah limbah minyak jelantah menjadi produk lilin aromaterapi yang memiliki nilai jual tinggi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini meliputi lima tahapan yaitu perencanaan, koordinasi, sosialisasi, pendampingan pembuatan lilin aromaterapi dan evaluasi kegiatan. Tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat dari Universitas Pelita Bangsa  bersama  dengan  peserta Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat desa setempat telah  melakukan  pengolahan  minyak   jelantah  menjadi  lilin aromaterapi sebagai produk bernilai jual tinggi yang ramah lingkungan dan upaya pengendalian lingkungan dari pencemaran air akibat minyak jelantah. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat diperoleh suatu masukan dari beberapa peserta Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yaitu perlu dilakukan uji coba pembuatan lilin aromaterapi dalam skala yang lebih besar seperti  pemanfaatan  limbah  minyak  goreng  bekas  pada  komunitas  rukun  tetangga  ,juga  rukun  warga, sehingga dapat dijadikan kegiatan produktif bagi ibu rumah tangga yang ingin mengembangkan usaha dengan cara memproduksi lilin aromaterapi sesuai inovasi dan kreativitas untuk digunakan secara mandiri

Abstract

Schools as a place for the learning process have a very important position in the world of education. In the teaching and learning process, the teacher becomes a companion role in creating educative interactive situations, namely the interaction between teachers and students, students and students and learning resources and media in supporting the achievement of learning objectives. This study aims to determine the increase in student achievement in class VIII MTs Walisongo Kaliori Rembang for the 2019/2020 academic year. Based on the results of research and discussion, it is shown that the percentage of student learning outcomes who score with very high qualifications is 22.73% or as many as 5 students, high qualifications. by 63.64% or 14 students and students who get grades with moderate qualifications are 13.63% or as many as 3 students and the average value of learning outcomes is 85.68, so the percentage of students who achieve good qualifications has increased by 63, 89%, while the number of students who have not achieved good qualifications has decreased by 36.11%. From the results of this research and discussion, it can be concluded that: (1) Social studies learning activities through Cooperative Learning Type Index Card Match can improve the ability of class VIII MTs students Walisongo Kaliori Rembang for the 2019 / 2020 school year with good, (2) Improving the achievement of class VIII students at MTs Walisongo Kaliori Rembang for the 2019/2020 school year in the material of the Indonesian national movement in fighting for independence.

Abstract

Employees are one of the important stakeholders in an organization. It is undeniable that the role of employees in the realization of products and services will determine the final result of a product or service. Employees in this case are defined as internal customers in the organization. If the satisfaction of employees as internal customers will certainly provide positive satisfaction to customers. Because of the importance of employee satisfaction, it is important for management to always measure and describe how the company's performance is in providing employee satisfaction. INTQUAL is a method of measuring employee satisfaction by considering employee expectations. With this method, the company will find it easier to find out the gap between expectations and actual so that it will be easier to analyze corrective actions. The results of this study, obtained 4 (four) parts of the priority scale, namely high priority, good performance, low priority and the possibility to kill / excess attributes.

Abstract

Currently minimizing the level of product defects is the target of all manufacturing production lines, including automotive battery production processes. The purpose of this study was to reduce the level of dominant defects especially in the battery assembly process with Kaizen approach through 8 PDCA cycles. The implementation of Kaizen involves all parties in the company, both management and employees to obtain optimal results. The 8 cycles conducted in Kaizen implementation include Theme Determination, Target Determination, Current Situation Analysis and Cause Analysis, Cause Problem Analysis, Improvement Plan, Improvement Implementation, Result Evaluation, and Standardization. From the implementation results before Kaizen is used the defect rate in the automotive battery production process is 0.548% with the largest type of defect being the plate scrap in the battery assembly process. The implementation of Kaizen through 8 cycles of PDCA conducted for 6 months successfully reduced the defect rate by 20% to be able to meet the company's scrap target and means with continuous improvement it is able to reduce scrap plate in line with the target and from this result many benefits obtained by the company directly and indirectly.indirectly.

Abstract

SAn established company has a goal to produce products and services. To determine the company's performance in terms of quality and other KPI’s as measurement indicators are applied in the company. One way to measure organizational achievement with KPI to be more accurate is to use the SMART method. The expectation of a company that implements KPI is the optimal achievement of the specified target even though the implementation of several components has not been achieved. Production Ratio is one of the company's KPIs, some Plants have not met the expected expectations. There are 4 production plants, 3 plants did not reach the target, from the results of data processing Plant 1 has the highest DPMO value and the lowest Sigma when compared to other plants, process variations and product types affect quality and have an impact on KPI achievement.

Abstract

Indonesia is the second largest coconut producing country in the world and demand for coconut products continues to increase both in the export and domestic markets. Coconut oil is one of the most important raw materials for making soap. There are two processes of making soap by saponification reaction, namely hot and cold processes. The purpose of this study was to provide scientific information about the benefits of adding the content of soap making. This research is expected to help improve the economy of coconut farmers in Indonesia. The materials used in this study were VCO, stearic acid, NaOH, glycerin, ethanol (70%), sorbitol solution (66.66%). This experimental research method uses laboratory experimental methods (pH and homogeneity tests) using descriptive analysis (using SPSS), to provide information about the manufacture of this soap product. The hot process method is carried out to streamline the saponification process in soap making so that ultra transparent soap products can be formed properly because the hot process has the advantage of accelerating the saponification reaction process. The results of testing/evaluation of ultra transparent soap products are in accordance with the SNI (1994) standard, namely having a satisfactory level of satisfaction, pH 9.46 and having homogeneity properties.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam proses manufaktur transformator di PT XD Sakti Indonesia. Proses manufaktur trafo merupakan rangkaian kegiatan yang kompleks dan memerlukan teknologi canggih serta pengawasan ketat untuk menghasilkan produk berkualitas tinggi. Proses dimulai dari pemilihan dan pengolahan bahan baku, seperti baja silikon untuk inti transformator dan kawat tembaga untuk gulungan. Tahapan utama dalam manufaktur meliputi pemotongan inti (core cutting), penggulungan kawat (winding), perakitan inti dan gulungan (core and coil assembly), impregnasi vakum (vacuum impregnation), serta pengujian kualitas (quality testing). Mesin-mesin yang digunakan, seperti mesin pemotong inti dan mesin penggulungan kawat, berperan penting dalam memastikan presisi dan efisiensi proses. Pengujian kualitas dilakukan untuk memastikan transformator memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan, meliputi pengujian tegangan, arus, dan resistansi. PT XD Sakti Indonesia juga menerapkan prinsip lean manufacturing untuk mengoptimalkan produksi dan mengurangi limbah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknologi canggih dan kontrol kualitas yang ketat memungkinkan PT XD Sakti Indonesia memproduksi transformator yang handal dan efisien, memenuhi kebutuhan pasar domestik dan internasional. Studi ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi industri manufaktur listrik mengenai praktik terbaik dalam produksi transformator.

Abstract

SMEs are medium-level community businesses with limited capital. The type of business that can revive the economy, especially the economy for families, is the SMEs culinary business which is consumed by the community every day. One of the SMEs that is still surviving despite experiencing a decline is the SMEs in the culinary field. The results of observations and interviews with one of the SMEs culinary businesses, in a period of 12 months, sales decreased by an average of up to 50%. The cause of the decline in sales is not known with certainty, so it is necessary to evaluate the performance of these SMEs. QFD is one method that can be used to obtain a clear and objective picture of Customer needs. The research method involves Customers as respondents, the number of samples is 80 with 26 valid and reliable attributes. The results of the analysis using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) show that there are five attributes that are considered important for Customers to become priority improvements. These attributes are related to the Tangible aspect, namely the presentation of Durian sticky rice products that are attractive, the portion according to expectations, Assurance, namely the consistency of the ripeness of the durian fruit, the taste of the durian fruit is felt in every portion, Empathy, namely the ethics in serving Customers. Based on the QFD approach, the priority is the technical importance rating by making standard operating procedures for each technical response in the form of standard operating procedures for checking raw materials and the amount of raw materials used in each serving, re-examining, providing the composition of the main raw materials so that the taste remains consistent (Assurance). Serving techniques with serving portions, cleanliness of physical facilities (Tangible), service to Customers and socialization of Customer service standards (Emphaty), and ordering techniques (reliability). So that in order to maintain and maintain the quality of SMEs products and services in the culinary field, it is necessary to conduct a performance assessment, especially related to the four aspects of service quality Assurance, Tangible, Empathy and Reliability as a design in assessing service quality

Abstract

Sitasi dan penyusunan daftar pustaka menjadi kendala yang sering dihadapi mahasiswa dalam penulisan karya ilmiah. Untuk menghindari plagiarism hal yang wajib dilakukan adalah mencantumkan daftar pustaka. Banyaknya referensi yang diperlukan mahasiswa dalam penulisan karya ilmiah tentu saja beberapa dari mereka akan kesulitan apabila membuat daftar pustaka secara manual. Oleh karena itu, diperlukannya aplikasi reference manager untuk mempermudah dalam menyusun daftar pustaka secara otomatis. Namun, masih banyak mahasiswa yang belum paham dalam penggunaannya bahkan tidak mengetahui aplikasi ini. Pelatihan ini diselenggarakan secara luring di Lab Digital Prodi Teknik Elektronika Polines, dengan sasaran peserta adalah kelompok mahasiswa umum pemerhati publikasi ilmiah “Karyaku” di Kelurahan Bulusan yang ingin mengetahui bagaimana cara mempergunakan beberapa aplikasi reference manager agar mereka dapat melakukan sitasi dan membuat daftar pustaka yang otomatis. Pelatihan ini merupakan sebuah wadah kegiatan yang memiliki tujuan yakni membantu mahasiswa agar mereka secara mandiri dapat mengelola referensi dengan baik. Dengan begitu, diharapkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia juga turut mengalami peningkatan. Pelatihan ini juga diharapkan memberikan hasil maksimal diantaranya adalah menambah pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta dalam menggunakan aplikasi reference manager, serta menambah keterampilan peserta dalam menggunakan reference manager untuk mengerjakan berbagai bentuk tulisan ilmiah seperti jurnal, skripsi, maupun tugas akhir.
