The rapid growth of MSMEs does not mean that MSMEs do not have obstacles in carrying out their business activities, especially in managing financial reports which will still be a trend in the coming years to produce sustainable value. Because technology and business have grown together, companies are incentivized to compete by offering the best goods, allowing them to adapt and continue to perform throughout time. So this research aims to develop an innovative financial report accounting information system model for the digitalization transformation of MSMEs. To achieve this goal, the research method is qualitative by collecting data through interviews and observations of MSMEs that have implemented digitalization. As well as collecting data using literature studies to support the study and research framework. The results achieved in this research are an accounting information system model for digitizing MSME financial reports. It is hoped that the resulting model can become a basis for MSMEs to apply digitalization in the preparation of financial reports so that it is expected to produce sustainable value for these MSMEs. Visual business process models seem to be more successful and efficient than textual models in search, recognition, and some inference tasks, and they can accommodate both experts and beginners. Nonetheless, textual models outperform visual models in memory tests (which can be used by professionals and beginners alike) and, to a lesser degree, in problem-solving tasks (which are only used by experts).

With the advancement of technology, startups, and small businesses are required to complete manual and inefficient work with advanced technology to achieve better performance. Work that is done manually must be further improved by using a computerized system. However, not all startups can utilize the development of information technology properly. This study aims to design a business development strategy for digitalization-based start-up companies in the fields of marketing and business strategy, with a focus on readiness to compete in the global market through online channels, as well as customer churn management to maintain loyalty and increase retention in the face of competitive market dynamics. The research method used is an experimental research method, with the unit of analysis on the startup of the Panel Bambu Akustik Pembersih Udara. The research data includes primary data from the company's sales reports and secondary data from scientific publications, journals, proceedings, and related regulations. The results of this study are in the form of a digital business strategy design that includes marketing design through the company's website, functioning as a business profile and transaction platform. This design is expected to guide companies in effectively accessing the global market. The implementation of the results of this study is expected to help manufacturing startups such as Air Purifying Acoustic Bamboo Panels compete in the international market through an integrated and effective online strategy. With the application, users can more easily spread product promotions and consumers can easily find out information about the product, from explanations to ordering.

This research is motivated by the important role of teacher performance in the education and learning process, especially in determining student learning outcomes. Teacher performance is a complex factor and involves understanding students' situations and the ability to create a conducive learning atmosphere. Apart from performance, the compensation received by teachers can also influence creativity in teaching. Therefore, this research was conducted to analyze the influence of human resource management compensation and teacher performance on teacher creativity in Depok City Vocational Schools. Teachers as research objects were chosen because they have a strategic role in improving the quality of education. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis. This research involved the entire population of vocational school teachers in Depok City, with a total population of 150 teachers. However, the samples taken were 90 teachers from various backgrounds including gender, education level and age. Data was collected through questionnaires filled out by respondents. Variables in this research include compensation, teacher performance, and teacher creativity. Hypothesis testing was carried out to determine the relationship between variables and see the significant influence that emerged between teacher compensation and performance on teacher creativity. The research results show that compensation does not have a significant effect on teacher performance. However, teacher performance has a significant influence on teacher creativity. Simultaneously, teacher compensation and performance have a significant influence on teacher creativity. These findings emphasize the importance of improving teacher performance in an effort to encourage creativity, and provide an illustration that even though compensation does not show a significant direct effect, attention is still needed in its management to support optimal performance.

This study aims to explore various aspects of learning media in geography at senior high schools in Sleman Regency, focusing on four key areas: the availability of media (including type, quantity, and condition), the utilization of media, the difficulties faced by teachers, and the efforts made to optimize media use. Utilizing a descriptive quantitative method, the research surveyed geography teachers and high school students in grades X, XI, and XII across 45 schools, comprising 17 public and 28 private institutions. A proportional random sampling technique selected 16 schools, with 16 teachers and 96 students chosen through purposive sampling. Data were collected via questionnaires, interviews, and observations, and analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. Results revealed that the available learning media, primarily maps, atlases, and globes, were classified as insufficient in quantity, despite being in good condition. The utilization of media was in a favorable category, with a media variation of 68.75 percent. Student responses regarding media usage were high, and opportunities for engagement were also positive. However, teachers faced significant challenges, with 68.75 percent reporting difficulties related to limited media availability, manpower, costs, and time. Teachers' efforts to address these challenges were classified as moderate (87.50 percent), including organizing independent media, utilizing donations, and participating in training sessions and teacher meetings.

This research is motivated by facts at the research location. Based on the results of initialobservations at the Mathematics Education Study Program, FKIP UNBARI, it was found that if we observedfurther, during the lecture process we found symptoms that were less supportive of conducive learning. Thesesymptoms include students not maximizing their high-level thinking abilities, and being less motivated to studymore diligently. Referring to the research objectives that have been stated, the type of research used is researchand development. The development model used is the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation,Evaluation) development model. The research results show that the Probability Theory LKPD based on the CTLlearning model developed for Probability Theory lectures is very valid, both in terms of content and construct,practical and effective and the workbook is in accordance with learning outcomes and syllabus

Rumah olahan produk beku di Pasar Ciroyom salah satunya adalah UKM Rumah Beku dan PD Ajat yang berlokasi di Kelurahan Ciroyom, Kec. Andir, Kota Bandung. UKM Rumah Beku dan PD Ajat termasuk dalam klaster Usaha Kecil bidang Penjualan Produk Beku (Frozen Food). Dalam menjual produknya Organisasi UKM Rumah Beku dan PD Ajat masih mengadopsi metode tradisional dalam strategi pemasaran dan penjualan produk mereka, tanpa memanfaatkan aplikasi. Berdasarkan temuan dari wawancara dan observasi langsung dengan pemilik bisnis, beberapa tantangan telah diidentifikasi. Salah satu masalah utama adalah ketidakmampuan mengendalikan masa kedaluwarsa produk, yang menyebabkan produk yang sudah kedaluwarsa harus dibuang dan tidak dapat dijual lagi. Untuk menanggulangi masalah tersebut, langkah yang diambil adalah menerapkan sebuah aplikasi yang telah dirancang dan disesuaikan khusus, bertujuan untuk memperkuat strategi pemasaran dan penjualan produk yang mendekati masa kedaluwarsa. Hal ini diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan penjualan sebelum produk melewati tanggal kedaluwarsa, serta meningkatkan pendapatan bagi UKM Rumah Beku dan PD Ajat. Berdasarkan temuan dari mitra yang telah dinilai, dapat disimpulkan bahwa mereka memerlukan sebuah platform yang mampu memasarkan dan menjual produk yang dekat dengan tanggal kedaluwarsa dengan harga diskon. Diharapkan langkah ini mampu meningkatkan performa penjualan usaha mereka melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi.

Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi peran penting cerita rakyat dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbahasa siswa sekolah dasar yanag mencakup aspek menyimak, berbicara, membaca, dan menulis. Cerita rakyat berfungsi sebagai media pembelajaran yang kaya akan nilai budaya, moral, dan sosial, serta memiliki daya tarik melalui unsur lokalnya. Dengan menggunakan metode Literature Review berbasis aplikasi ELICIT, penelitian ini menganalisis 38 dari 52 artikel jurnal terbitan tahun 2013 sampai dengan tahun 2024 dengan mengetikkan kata kunci dipencarian “cerita rakyat, keterampilan berbahasa, dan sekolah dasar”. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa cerita rakyat paling banyak digunakan dalam pembelajaran membaca (59%), Menyimak (25%), Berbicara (10%) sedangkan penggunaan pada pembelajaran menulis masih relatif jarang (8%). Dari penelitian ini, dapat dilihat bahwa cerita rakyat efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konten (47%), menanamkan nilai karakter (29%), dan mendukung kreativitas (24%). Pendekatan tematik integratif yang digunakan melalui cerita rakyat memperkaya pengalaman belajar siswa, menumbuhkan minat membaca, sekaligus memperkuat identitas budaya lokal yang mampu menumbuhkan karakter. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting untuk pengembangan metode pembelajaran inovatif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbahasa, terutama pada jenjang sekolah dasar. Dengan menggunakan cerita rakyat, pembelajaran bahasa menjadi lebih menarik dan mampu memperkuat hubungan siswa dengan warisan budaya mereka, membangun karakter, dan menstimulus kreativitas mereka. Introduction. A high number of smokers aligned with smoking cessation eagerness, but not all succeed. Objective. to explore the motive, social support and coping mechanism for smoking cessation Methods. Qualitative research with phenomenology research design. We did the snowball sampling technique and participants’ recruitment via WhatsApp and Purposive sampling. 18 in-depth interviews consisted of 5 participants (1 woman and 4 men) who quit smoking within the past 6 months to 2 years, 4 participants who are quitting smoking (months) and 9 people as significant others. Data validation was through triangulation, member checking and peer debriefing. Results. Social factors are the dominant cause of smoking. Health motives are the main motives for quitting smoking includes emotional and instrumental support Conclusion. Smokers’ motivations to quit due to health reasons such as a better level of health. Non-health reasons are religious prohibition (haram) and cigarette expenses higher than primary (food) expenditure. Research also found cognitive coping such as personal suggestion through mindset change, is one of the strategies to control smoking behavior. Social support as a booster or moderator. Coping is the primary controller in smoking cessation. It’s strengthened by personal willingness. Social support acted a moderator.

Penggajian merupakan balas jasa yang diberikan kepada pegawai di instansi maupun perusahaan sebagai bentuk apresiasi telah mendukung instansi atau perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan. Kegiatan ini ditunjukan untuk mengetahui tinjauan prosedur penggajian yang berlaku di Dinas Perkebunan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Menurut kepala bagian keuangan dan bendahara pengelola gaji penggajian merupakan pembayaran atas penyerahan jasa yang dilakukan oleh pegawai yang dibayarkan tiap bulan. Dimana gaji tersebut adalah satu komponen pendukung jalannya aktivitas kerja. Sebagai imbalan kepada sumber daya tersebut, instansi telah menjanjikan suatu kontra prestasi yang berupa gaji ini penulis lakukan dengan metode pendampingan. Dimana penulis menyelenggarakan pendampingan yang dilakukan setiap hari selama satu bulan. Dengan menggunakan data Bagian Keuangan Dinas Perkebunan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Dari pendampingan ini penulis dapat mengetahui bahwa Prosedur penggajian yang berlaku di Dinas Perkebunan Provinsi Jawa Barat dapat meningkatkan pengendalian internal pada Dinas Perkebunan Provinsi Jawa Barat cukup efektif dan dapat mengihindari adanya kecurangan atau hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan ke depannya. Dokumen penggajian yang digunakan di Dinas Perkebunan Provinsi Jawa Barat sudah disesuaikan dengan peraturan pemerintah yang berlaku.

a follow-up to the superior community empowerment program of Indonesian computer universities (PPMUPT) which consists of a collaboration of 3 study programs, namely the Postgraduate Program, Accounting and Computerized Accounting, in the 2nd year PPMUPT Program funded by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education, as part of the tridarma has begun implemented after the adaptation of new habits / new normal with mentoring meetings on a limited scale, starting again in accordance with the programs that have been launched by the Village-owned enterprises in Desa Pagerwangi, West Bandung Regency. Assistance includes the need to improve BUMDES by utilizing existing facilities and those that are being prepared. Assistance for BUMDes optimization in terms of ICT utilization, BUMDes governance in terms of strengthening HR competencies, financial management and marketing of IRT products that are integrated and facilitated in BUMDes. is in the process of making the BUMDes e-ticket, e-commerce and postal (point of sale) application which is integrated with the BUMDES SMART ASSET that has been built and improved according to the BUMDes Desa Pagerwangi work program in 2020. In addition to this, an online training system is implemented and direct assistance in BUMDes between lecturers, village officials, IRT and other communities while still following health and social distancing procedures. The results of the activities obtained by the PPMUPT UNIKOM implementation team in 2020 found other potentials that could be developed in the Village such as the establishment of the Village Multipurpose Building which can be used for various activities / meetings with the Village community (giving BLT, Village Deliberations, receptions, seminars etc.) , Village sports field facilities (Sorga Desa) which can be used as an integrated tourist site (camping ground, jogging track, café, and minimarket) and the construction of BUMDES Building which has been facilitated with adequate facilities has been completed. Having sufficient village potential and balanced with good management is expected to help the village from an economic downturn after the covid-19 outbreak.
