Abstract

The construction industry in Indonesia makes a significant contribution to the national economy, occupying the fourth position with a contribution of 10.06% according to BPS (2024). More than 77% of construction business entities are classified as small contractors, which leads to a high level of competition in this sector. To survive, small contractors need to implement strategies to increase Competitiveness through efficiency, innovation, and quality improvement. This study aims to identify effective strategies in increasing the competitiveness of small contractors in building construction projects. The results showed that the Competition Level variable (X1) did not have a significant direct influence on Competitiveness (Y), with a T-statistic of 0.509 and a P-value of 0.611. In contrast, Price Quotation (X2) and Human Resources (Z) were shown to have a significant direct influence, with T-stats of 2,917 and 4,710 and P-values of 0.004 and 0.000, respectively. However, in the moderation test, Human Resources was unable to strengthen the relationship between the level of competition and the price offer to competitiveness because the resulting T-statistical value was smaller than the T-table and the P-value was above 0.05, so it can be concluded that although HR is directly important, its role as a moderator is not significant in this study.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is often accompanied by impairment in motor skills and sensory processing, which impacts a child's kinesthetic development. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of sensory motor training interventions in improving the kinesthetic skills of autistic children through a meta-analysis of four national journals in 2021-2023. The four journals include direct interventions in the form of physical exercises, creative media such as batik, and educational game tools Maze Dua Sisi (MADASI). At the time of the journal search the keywords "sensorimotor intervention" AND "autism", "motor development" AND "children with ASD". The results of the analysis showed that sensory motor interventions consistently improved children's movement coordination skills, body balance, fine motor, and independence. The effectiveness of the intervention was strongly influenced by the duration of the exercise, parental involvement, and individual approaches according to the characteristics of the child. This study recommends the integration of sensory motor interventions into the education and nursing services of autistic children as a holistic effort to improve their quality of life. These findings also emphasize the importance of multidisciplinary collaboration and family involvement in supporting ongoing therapy outcomes.

Abstract

Abstract

The Corona virus pandemic that is happening in Indonesia and also other countries has a major impact on the economy of various sectors, especially in the culinary business sector. As if the times, technology can now help people who have culinary businesses by using applications to receive orders online or by providing culinary locations. Utilization of information technology, which is currently developing, is an appropriate strategy in order to introduce the culinary potential of a region. Designing mobile-based applications and using product and location visualizations (maps) will make it easier for people to find and reach culinary locations by utilizing Google Map technology to answer these needs. The design of E-culinary in Cibanteng Village will be realized as a Mobile application, helping to provide information on culinary places in Cibanteng Village. Besides being able to order online from this Mobile application, this application also provides information for people who have a street vendor culinary business (PKL), but only provides place information for street vendors, does not accept delivery messages.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship has an important role in economic and social development and is a strategic tool for countries that want to achieve economic independence. In Indonesia, one of the efforts to increase entrepreneurship is carried out through entrepreneurship development programs in Islamic boarding schools, such as those implemented at the Al-Umm Aswaja Islamic Boarding School. However, lack of motivation and limited entrepreneurial practices are obstacles. To overcome this, Creative Thinking and Ecoprint training was implemented as a solution to generate interest in entrepreneurship among students. The results of the analysis show that these two trainings succeeded in increasing students' understanding and interest in entrepreneurship, with the Ecoprint training providing a more significant impact. In conclusion, this training program is effective in encouraging students to plan and start businesses, thereby contributing to the development of entrepreneurship and creating economic opportunities in the Islamic boarding school community.
