Abstract

Background: Desa Pinggirpapas mempunyai luas wilayah 886 ha yang merupakan bagian dari beberapa desa yang berada di Kecamatan Kalianget Kabupaten Sumenep dan letak wilayahnya adalah ± 11,5 Km. Sebagian dari para pelaku UMKM masih belum menggunakan pemasaran digital sebagai sarana pemasaran produk. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang jenis-jenis sosial media dan e-marketplace sebagai media pemasaran serta bagaimana menjual produk di kedua media digital tersebut. Metode: Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu Sosialisasi. Sosialisasi yang diberikan yaitu pelatihan yang dipilih berdasarkan kebutuhan yang memiliki tingkat urgensi yang tinggi, dimana berdasarkan hasil survey pendahuluan yang dilakukan para pelaku kesulitan untuk memperluas pangsa pasar. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan para pelaku UMKM khususnya di Desa Pinggirpapas dalam memaksimalkan penggunaan sosial media seperti mengetahui sosial media. Kesimpulan: UMKM di Desa Pinggirpapas sebaiknya digunakan untuk menjalankan usaha, perlu ada akun sosial media khusus yang berfokus pada aktivitas pemasaran (tidak menggunakan akun personal), mampu menyusun konten (foto produk) dan mampu mengelola akun pada e-marketplace Shopee maupun media online lainnya.

Abstract

This research aims to comprehensively analyze the critical success factors influencing small and medium enterprises (SMEs) through a qualitative exploration of existing literature and empirical studies. The study investigates key determinants such as access to finance, market conditions, regulatory environment, technological advancements, entrepreneurial capabilities, innovation, strategic planning, adaptability, and leadership qualities. Using a systematic literature review methodology, various sources including academic journals, industry reports, and case studies were analyzed to understand the interplay and relative importance of these factors across different contexts. The findings reveal that access to finance significantly impacts SME growth and innovation, emphasizing the role of supportive financial frameworks. Moreover, market orientation and adaptive capabilities emerge as crucial for SMEs to navigate competitive landscapes and capitalize on market opportunities. Innovation and strategic planning are identified as drivers of SME competitiveness, facilitating differentiation and sustainable growth. Leadership qualities, particularly transformational leadership, are shown to enhance organizational performance and foster innovation cultures within SMEs. The study contributes a nuanced understanding of SME success factors, offering insights for policymakers and entrepreneurs to develop targeted strategies that promote SME resilience and sustainability in dynamic global markets.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the partial influence between organizational culture, competence and career development on employee work productivity. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The population that is the focus is employees of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Sumenep Regency Branch. A total of 93 employees were selected as samples with purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and analyzed through the Statistical Program Social Science (SPSS). The results of the study show that Organizational Culture, Competence and Career Development have a partial effect on Employee Work Productivity. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Competence, Career Development, Employee Work Productivity

Abstract

Abstract The café business in Indonesia is rapidly growing and holds significant potential despite intense competition, due to the increasing interest in coffee. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of brand image, green marketing strategy, and emotional desire on purchasing decisions for Kopi Studio 24 products. The research approach used is quantitative, with data collection through questionnaires. The population in this study consists of consumers who have visited Kopi Studio 24 Sigura-Gura. The sample was calculated using the Malhotra formula, resulting in 70 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The data analysis methods include validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple regression analysis, F-test, t-test, and coefficient of determination. Partially, brand image, green marketing strategy, and emotional desire have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions for Kopi Studio 24 products. The contribution of the independent variables to the dependent variable is 75.4%, while the remaining 24.6% is influenced by other variables outside the research model. Keywords: Brand Image, Green Marketing Strategy, Emotional Desire,Purchasing Decisions, Kopi Studio 24

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of marketing literacy, self declare halal certification on the success of MSMEs through entrepreneur. The population of this study were culinary subsector MSMEs in Malang City with a sample of 80 respondents. This research uses quantitative methods with Smart Partial Least Square path analysis techniques, analyzed using the SmartPLS version 4.0 application. The results of this study indicate that: (1) marketing literacy has no effect on business success, (2) marketing literacy affects entrepreneur knowledge, (3) self declare halal certification affects business success, (4) self declare halal certification has no effect on entrepreneur knowledge, (5) entrepreneur knowledge has no effect on business success, (6) entrepreneur knowledge is not proven to mediate the effect of marketing literacy on business success, and (7) entrepreneur knowledge is not proven to mediate the effect of self declare halal certification on business success. Keywords: Marketing Literacy; Self Declare Halal Certification; Entepreneur Knowledge; Business Success; MSMEs

Abstract

Abstract Indonesia is one of the countries that has a fairly large number of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the ASEAN region. The potential for developing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in various sectors can have a positive impact by increasing employment opportunities. One of the significant developments that occurred in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Malang City came from several sectors, one of which was the Food and Beverage sector. This research aims to find out how much influence Social Capital, Business Digitalization, and the Use of E-Marketing have on the sustainability of MSME Business in Malang City using a Quantitative approach by obtaining 97 respondents using Purposive Sampling techniques with the lameshow formula and measured using a Likert scale. After the data was collected, this research used SPSS version 24 software to test the hypothesis. The results of this research show that Social Capital, Business Digitalization, and the Use of E-Marketing have a positive effect on the sustainability of MSME businesses in Malang City. Keywords: Social Capital, Business Digitalization, E-Marketing Utilization, Business Sustainability

Abstract

Abstract The objectives of this research are: 1) To examine the information content of market ratios and profitability ratios in hotel companies, 2) To determine the influence of market ratios and profitability ratios in hotel companies.The population of this research are companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI), especially in the hospitality sector. This research method uses quantitative methods. The test equipment used in this research uses the SPSS application. In collecting samples using the documentation method through reports on the company website and also on the IDX. Based on the existing criteria, 9 hotel companies were obtained as research samples on the IDX in the 2019-2022 period.In this study, the t test was used which shows that market ratios have a significant effect on stock returns and profitability ratios do not have a significant effect on stock returns. Keywords: Market Ratios, Profitability Ratios, SPSS, BEI, Stock Returns, Shares.

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of marketing strategies, geographic information systems (GIS), and digitalization in enhancing business competitiveness, with a case study on the OnOff store. Effective marketing strategies, such as product positioning, pricing, promotion, and distribution channels, play a crucial role in attracting and retaining customers and driving business growth. The implementation of GIS enables businesses to gain spatial insights, optimize operations, conduct market segmentation, and allocate resources efficiently, which can enhance competitiveness. Abstract

Abstract Currently, Indonesia has many tourist destinations that can be used as assets for the government to develop regional tourism by relying on the internet. One such tour is the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park. The aim of this type of explanatory research and quantitative approach is to find out and analyze social media marketing, word of mouth, and destination image on visiting intentions, either simultaneously or partially. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling technique, namely snowball sampling which is a technique for determining the initial sample size is small, then enlarges. Determining the number of samples using the Malhotra formula which then found a number of 95 respondents. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS analysis tool. Based on the results of this study, social media marketing, word of mouth, and destination image partially have an influence on visiting intentions. Keywords: Social Media Marketing, Word Of Mouth, Destination Image And Interest In Visiting

Abstract

Abstract The increase in the unemployment rate based on education level shows that the number of workers and the unemployment rate continue to increase every year, but the currently available workforce is not being absorbed well. Students must prepare themselves to get the skills needed by the world of work, after graduating they will have the ability to compete in the world of work. This research aims to find out how much influence Financial knowledge, Self-efficacy, and Social support have on entrepreneurial readiness for study in Malang City students. In this research, the type of research used is explanatory research. The sampling technique uses a nonprobability sampling technique with a purposive sampling type. Determining the sample size used the Malhotra formula and the results obtained were 90 Malang City student respondents. Data processing was carried out using a multiple linear analysis model with the help of SPSS version 25 data processing. The results of this research show that the financial knowledge variable has a significant effect on entrepreneurial readiness, the self-efficacy variable has a significant effect on entrepreneurial readiness and the social support variable has a significant effect on entrepreneurial readiness. Keywords: Financial Knowledge, Self Efficacy, Social Support, Entrepreneurial Readiness
