Abstract

Abstract This research aims to identify and analyze the influence of entrepreneurial competence, management knowledge and personality on the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). The research method used was multiple regression analysis of primary data collected through a survey from 60 UMKM respondents at Cafe Sawah. The results of the analysis show that entrepreneurial competence, management knowledge and personality have a significant positive influence on the performance of UMKM. In particular, management knowledge and personality have a greater influence on UMKM performance compared to entrepreneurial competence. These findings highlight the importance of developing entrepreneurial competencies and management knowledge in improving the performance of UMKM. Apart from that, UMKM owners also need to pay attention to personality aspects in managing their business. The implication of this research is the need for training and mentoring for UMKM owners to increase their competence and knowledge in entrepreneurship as well as the importance of personality development as effective business leaders. Keywords : Entrepreneurial Competence, Knowledge Management, Personality, MSMEs, Management

Abstract

Abstract The research aims to determine the influence of debt policy and deffered tax burden on the financial performance of food an beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique was carried out using a purposive sampling technique so that the samples obtained were 6 food and beverage companies with a total of 30 observations of data over 5 years. The data collection technique used is documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linier regression with SPSS software tools. The research result show that debt policy has a significant effect on financial performance, while deferred tax expenses have no effect on financial performance. Keywords: Debt Policy, Deferred Tax Burden, Financial Performance

Abstract

Abstract The increasing cases of motor vehicle tax non-compliance have hampered the country's development and created various problems for economic growth. This is because the largest source of state income is in the tax sector paid by the public. Based on these problems, various strategic efforts are needed to release motor vehicle tax compliance, especially in Ampeldento Village, Karangploso District, Malang Regency. This research aims to see the influence that tax knowledge, Tax awareness and trust in the government have on Tax compliance in Ampeldento village. This research takes the type of explanatory research. The sampling technique used purposive sampling by determining the sample size using the Malhotra formula so that 100 taxpayers in Ampeldento Village were selected. Data processing uses SPSS 23 software. Based on the results of data processing that has been carried out, there is a significant influence between Tax knowledge on tax compliance, there is a significant influence of Tax awareness on tax compliance, there is a significant influence of tax trust in the government on tax compliance. Abstract

 Abstract This study examines a phenomenon, namely the influence of Social Media Marketing Fintech, Fintech Knowledge, and consumptive lifestyles on interest in making P2P Lending online loans. The increase in online loans favoured by the community, spreading to students, provides an exciting issue to be studied in this study. Students at a productive age have many advantages from easy access to the internet world, namely with the social media they have, making information readily available. Sources of knowledge can also be taken in various ways. Still, students' interest is weak in the world of literacy, making knowledge about the world of online loans overlap, coupled with the lifestyle of today's students with a wasteful lifestyle. The total population for this study consisted of 2288 student of University of Islam Malang, and a purposive sampling technique was employed, resulting in a sample size 70 students. The data collected was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The result of this research concludes a positive and significant influence of social media marketing fintech and fintech knowledge and a substantial effect on consumptive lifestyles and interest in using online loans.The results of the partial test prove that social media marketing influences interest in using online loans, fontech knowledge partially influences interest in using online loans, and lifestyle also partially influences interest in using online loans  Keywords: P2P Lending, fintech, student, online loans, lifestyle, fintech knowledge

Abstract

Abstract This research is motivated by the rapid development of creative economy actors. So that creative economy MSME players are required to have the latest innovations and develop their businesses by utilizing increasingly advanced technological developments. However, there are still many creative economic actors who do not know how important financial knowledge, financial attitudes, locus of control, and financial self-efficacy are in a business. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial knowledge, financial attitudes, locus of control, self-efficacy on financial management behavior.This research uses a quantitative descriptive method. This method aims to make a description or descriptive of a situation objectively. Respondents in this study were 60 people. The sampling technique was purposive sampling of IWAPI members. The results of this study reveal that financial knowledge has a significant effect on financial management behavior. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the Profitability variable (ROA), Liquidity variable (DAR), Asset Structure variable on Capital Structure through the Dividend Policy variable (DPR). The sampling technique was carried out using the Purposive Sampling technique, so that the sample obtained was 10 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019 - 2022 period with a total of 40 observation data over 4 years of observation. The data collection technique used is documentation with data sources using secondary data taken through the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research uses the path method (Path Analysis) with SPSS 26 software tools. The results of this research show that: profitability has a negative effect on capital structure, liquidity has a positive effect on capital structure, while asset structure and dividend policy have a negative effect on capital structure but not significant. Furthermore, profitability indirectly through dividend policy has a significant influence on capital structure, while liquidity indirectly through dividend policy does not have a significant influence on capital structure, and asset structure indirectly through dividend policy has a significant influence on capital structure. Keywords: Profitability, Liquidity, Asset, Dividend Policy, Capital

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to find out how much influence entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial traits, and digital literacy have on readiness for entrepreneurship. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population that is the focus is the students of the Islamic University of Malang class of 2020. A total of 96 students were selected as samples using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire distributed via Google Form and the results were analyzed using multiple linear regression using Statistical Program Social Science (SPSS) version 26. The results of the research showed that entrepreneurship education had an effect on readiness of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial traits had an effect on readiness of entrepreneurship and digital literacy also influences readiness of entrepreneurship. Keywords: Entrepreneurship Education, Entrepreneurial Traits, Digital Literacy, And Readiness Of Entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Abstract This research was marked by a significant reduction in employees in the last 3 years from 450 employees to 250 employees. So with this phenomenon, I, as a researcher who has worked in this field, am interested in researching this problem. According to my observations, employee reductions occur due to employees' lack of understanding of competency, career development, organizational culture and organizational justice. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of competency, career development, organizational culture, and organizational justice on employee performance.The research that will be used is explanatory research which is included in the quantitative method. Explanatory research is research that intends to explain the position of the variables studied and the relationship between one variable and another variable. The respondents in this research were 75 marketing employees. The sampling technique was purposive sampling for PT Blue Ocean Heart employees. The results of this research reveal that the influence of competence, career development, organizational culture, and organizational justice have a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Competency, Career Development, Organizational Culture, Organizational Justice, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract The decline in the automotive industry's performance since 2019 may have an impact on the risk of financial distress. This research aims to analyze the effect of financial ratios and internal funding sources on the potential of financial distress in automotive sub-sector and component companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The dataused in this research is annual financial reports of automotive sub-sector and component companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period of 2018-2021. The method of analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 29.0. The results show that profitability, liquidity, activity, and internal funding sources has no effect on the potential of financial distress. Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to find out and analyze how the influence of green finance affects the value of infrastructure Industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses quantitative methods. The site of this study was conducted on infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2022 www.idk.go.id. The study will be conducted in November 2023 until its completion. The subjects of this study are infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period from 2020 to 2022. The sample was selected based on the random sampling method, with some criteria 54 samples could be obtained. Research results show Green finance has a significant positive effect on Company Value in Infrastructure companies listed on the IDX 2020-2022 with an r-square value of 0.24, meaning that green finance is able to influence company value by 24% Keywords: Green Finance And Company Value
