Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan tingkat return dan mengambil keputusan pada saat yang tepat untuk menjual dan membeli saham pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Telekomunikasi, Bank dan Batubara yang terdaftar di indeks LQ45. Indikator teknikal yang digunakan adalah Bollinger Band dan Stochastic. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, dengan sampel saham Perusahaan Sub Sektor perbankan yang terdaftar di indeks LQ45 periode April 2023 - April 2024. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan Software TradingView pada situs TradingView.com. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari indikator Bollinger Band dan Stochastic. Yang menghasilkan keuntungan lebih besar adalah dengan menggunakan Stochastic Oscillator. Dengan momen, sinyal beli akan muncul ketika garis K% memotong garis D% dari atas ke atas pada zona Oversold yang dikonfirmasi dengan memotong garis stochastic ke skala vertikal 20, keadaan ini disebut Golden Cross (momen beli) dengan alasan harga akan segera naik. Sedangkan sinyal jual akan muncul ketika garis K% memotong garis D% dari atas ke bawah pada zona overbought yang dikonfirmasi dengan memotong garis stochastic ke skala vertikal 80, keadaan ini disebut Death Cross (momen jual) dengan alasan harga akan segera turun.

Abstract

The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector has high resilience so that it is able to survive the economic and monetary crisis. In the midst of increasingly fierce competition in the global market, MSMEs must face significant challenges to maintain and increase their competitiveness. In an effort to overcome this problem, innovative approaches such as Business Process Modeling (PPB) and Business Process Improvement (BPI) have become the focus of attention in formulating strategies for improving service quality in the MSME sector. This study aims to explore how implementing this approach can provide significant benefits for MSMEs in improving the quality of services. The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector has a crucial role in the economic growth and stability of a country. The approach through business process modeling and Business Process Improvement (BPI) has been recognized as an effective strategy in improving service quality in MSMEs. Business process modeling helps MSMEs to visualize and understand their workflows clearly, while BPI aims to improve the performance of existing business processes. Improving service quality is the key for MSMEs to maintain and increase competitiveness in an increasingly tight market. Through business process modeling and BPI, MSMEs can identify and eliminate operational inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Standardization of processes also ensures consistency in service delivery.

Abstract

This research was conducted using a systematic literature review to identify and describe research findings regarding MSME business development strategies through digitalization of business processes. This research is aimed at adding to the incomplete literature research studies on the research topic. The method used is literature review analysis of 30 nationally indexed research journals sourced from Google Scholar from 2020-2024. The results of the analysis carried out showed that many business strategies in MSMEs were carried out by academics by carrying out community service activities regarding digital marketing as the mainstream, followed by the use of social chat, digital financial literacy, social media and marketplaces. The use of SWOT analysis strategies, Technology Readiness Index (TRI) strategies, business feasibility strategies and incubation and collaboration strategies where the role of various sectors, especially the government, in making policies greatly determines the development of MSME businesses.

Abstract

This research aims to compare the level of return and decision making at the right time to sell and buy shares in Banking Companies listed on the LQ45 index. The technical indicators used are Bollinger Band and Stochastic. The data used is secondary data, with a sample of shares of banking sub-sector companies listed on the LQ45 index for the period April 2023 - April 2024. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection uses TradingView Software on the TradingView.com site. Based on research results from the Bollinger Band and Stochastic indicators. What produces bigger profits is to use the Stochastic Oscillator. Currently, a buy signal will appear when the K% line crosses the D% line from top to top in the Oversold zone which is confirmed by the stochastic line cutting to the vertical scale 20, this situation is called the Golden Cross (buy moment) for the reason that the price will soon rise. Meanwhile, a sell signal will appear when the K% line crosses the D% line from top to bottom in the overbought zone which is confirmed by cutting the stochastic line to a vertical scale of 80, this situation is called a Death Cross (selling moment) for the reason that the price will soon fall. The results of this research is that the Sthocasstiic indicator provides better results and Net Profit has an effect on share prices.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh wawasan baru mengenai proses pengambilan keputusan perilaku konsumen dengan memanfaatkan berbagai kejadian khususnya di era digital. Adapun metodologi yang digunakan ialah tinjauan literatur. Inovasi dalam teknologi telah mempengaruhi bisnis dan juga aspek kehidupan lainnya. Era digital telah menyebabkan perubahan perilaku konsumen. Perilaku konsumen sangat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, seperti budaya dan kebutuhan akan kemajuan teknologi karena konsumen melakukan pembelian secara online dan offline secara berbeda. Di era digital, psikologi mempunyai pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap perilaku konsumen, terutama pada persepsi, motivasi, pembelajaran, keyakinan, dan sikap. Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the emergence of Tiktok Shop as s-commerce which has a huge influence on economic growth in Indonesia, especially for MSME players in the current digital era. The focus of this research uses the competitiveness framework from Stavros, Cooperrider, & Kelly to describe Tiktok Shop's strength map in digital transformation through SOAR analysis. The research method used is a systematic literature review with a meta-synthesis approach. The results showed that Tiktok Shop has offered significant opportunities for MSMEs in Indonesia to take advantage of digital transformation in developing businesses. However, there are several challenges that need to be overcome, including intense competition, building trust and credibility with consumers, reaching the right audience, and issues related to user data privacy and security. Collaborative efforts with various parties show strategic steps to support the growth of MSMEs in the Tiktok Shop ecosystem as a C2B model with an innovative approach and focus on user experience so that it has the potential to become a major player in the s-commerce industry.

Abstract

This research was carried out with a literature review study to find out findings regarding the development of Business Process Management (BPM) and its implementation in business and various fields in the era of increasingly rapid digitalization and globalization. This research was conducted to complement and expand literature sources regarding BPM from previous research. The method used is a study literature review of 30 internationally indexed articles from Google Scholar from 2020-2024. The results of the literature review study analysis explain BPM as a foundation for business processes in various fields, especially digital transformation and digital innovation. BPM also contributes to BCT, CBP, quality management, IT, AI, IoT, PPM, ABPMS and others. However, it does not have a significant effect on measuring financial risk in company performance so that it contributes to the literature and development of this topic for researchers and practitioners in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of SWOT analysis on TikTok Shop social commerce. This study used qualitative descriptive method. This method is an analysis method by providing a qualitative description of Strenghts, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in Social Commerce Tiktok Shop and SWOT analysis.    The results showed that in the SWOT analysis on TikTok Shop social commerce in the SWOT matrix, there are several strategies, including S-O, W-O, S-T and W-T that can be considered in making decisions in competing with other industries

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the application of Total Quality Management (TQM) and its relationship with businesses and organizations that contribute to the development of an organization's Business Process Management (BPM). The method used is a literature review of 30 research articles that can be accessed openly on Google Scholar with national and international indexes within the last 5 years. The conclusion was that TQM had a major influence on organizational and business practices in hospitals, educational institutions and companies. And has a positive effect on the dimensions of work motivation, innovation, employee performance, reward systems, organizational performance and other dimensions.
