Abstract

Globalization and new lifestyles encourage investment as a smart financial solution. BIBIT, a popular platform, needs to improve its profitability. This research shows that financial knowledge and attitudes, tax knowledge, and locus of control are important for wise investment decisions. This research uses an associative quantitative design with primary data from 170 Bibit investors in Malang Raya. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and mediation path analysis to test the relationship between variables. Classical assumptions are tested and the model is evaluated with SmartPLS. The majority of BIBIT users (86%) like the way the platform avoids inflation. Users also agree (95%) that BIBIT considers profit and loss and annual profits in selecting and managing mutual fund investments. This shows user satisfaction with BIBIT's ability to protect the value of money and maximize profits. Financial knowledge and attitudes, as well as tax knowledge, significantly influence the investment decisions of BIBIT investors in Malang Raya. Financial attitudes and knowledge also influence locus of control, but tax knowledge does not. Financial knowledge and attitudes, mediated by locus of control, positively influence investment decisions.

Abstract

Abstract The rapid development of e-commerce in Indonesia, particularly among Generation Z, presents both challenges and opportunities for platforms like Shopee. In this context, User Interface quality, product availability, and delivery estimation accuracy are critical factors that can significantly influence user loyalty. This research aims to analyze the impact of these three variables on user loyalty to Shopee in Malang City. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a survey involving 80 randomly selected respondents. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the relationships between the variables. The results indicate that User Interface quality and product availability significantly enhance user loyalty, while delivery estimation accuracy does not show a significant effect. These findings emphasize that a positive user experience, characterized by an appealing interface and sufficient product availability, can effectively boost loyalty to Shopee. This study offers valuable insights for Shopee managers to refine marketing strategies and improve user experience. By prioritizing enhancements in User Interface quality and product availability, it is anticipated that user loyalty among Generation Z will increase substantially. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyse and describe the effect of Financial Literacy, Access to financing and Financial Planning on Micro Business Sustainability in the Night Market Pasar Besar Malang City. The population used in this study were micro business owners in the night market Pasar Besar Malang City. The sample in the study using the Slovin formula obtained 93 respondents. This study analyses data using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) Version 30.00 tool. The dependent variable used in this study is Business Sustainability, Financial Literacy, access to financing and financial planning as independent variables. The results of this study indicate that Financial literacy has no significant effect on business sustainability,  Access to financing has a negative Significant effect on business sustainability, Financial planning has no significant effect on business sustainability. Keywords: Business Sustainability, Financial Literacy, Access to Financing, Financial Planning

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Sektor pertanian bawang merah di Desa Alasrejo, Kabupaten Banyuwangi sangat penting untuk dikembangkan secara terus menerus dengan tujuan meningkatkan produksi dan mengurangi disparitas ekonomi. Produk bawang merah yang diolah akan meningkatkan aktivitas perdagangan komoditi bawang merah yang unggul. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan strategi komunikasi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan penjualan bawang merah untuk menjual produk mereka kepada pelanggan yang lebih luas khususnya di Desa Alasrejo Banyuwangi. Metode: Deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, pendamping, dan evaluasi. Hasil: Petani di Desa Alasrejo, Kabupaten Banyuwangi masih berfokus menjual produk tidak dalam bentuk olahan, kedepan butuh keterlibatan semua pihak untuk memberikan pendampingan kepada petani membuat produk olahan dari bawang merah kedalam berbagai varian produk. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan ini bermanfaat bagi para petani karena dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan penjualan bawang merah yang signifikan.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: UMKM merupakan bagian penting dalam perekonomian karena mendorong pertumbuhan yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Namun, pelaku UMKM jamur tiram di Desa Pujon masih menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan keuangan. Pembukuan masih dilakukan secara manual, tidak rapi, dan kurang sistematis, sehingga menyulitkan dalam memantau kondisi keuangan usaha. Studi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan pelaku UMKM di Desa Pujon, khususnya ibu-ibu pengusaha jamur tiram. Metode: Persiapan materi pelatihan dan kebutuhan peserta, pelaksanaan pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan, dan evaluasi melalui pre test dan post test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman peserta. Hasil: Adanya peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan pada beberapa aspek manajemen keuangan. Peningkatan terjadi sebesar 65% pada indikator pemahaman alokasi keuangan, 45% pada pencatatan arus kas, dan 45% pada pemisahan keuangan pribadi dan usaha. Kesimpulan: Pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan literasi keuangan pelaku UMKM di Desa Pujon, khususnya ibu-ibu pengusaha jamur tiram. Ke depannya, masih diperlukan pendampingan dalam penerapan pencatatan keuangan yang lebih modern serta evaluasi berkelanjutan terhadap arus kas usaha.

Abstract

Abstract The objective of this research is to assess both the individual and collective impacts of product quality, brand image, and halal lifestyle on consumers' buying interest. The study focuses on a population of students residing in Malang City. A total of 90 respondents were selected as the sample, with the sample size determined using the hair formula due to the uncertainty surrounding the total population. This research employed a quantitative approach for data collection and analysis, utilizing SPSS software. The findings indicate that product quality, brand image, and halal lifestyle significantly influence purchase intention when considered together. Specifically, both product quality and brand image positively and significantly affect purchase intention, whereas halal lifestyle demonstrates a negative yet significant impact on purchase intention. Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Image, Halal Lifestyle, Purchase Intention

Abstract

Abstract Technological advancements have driven the rapid growth of financial technology (fintech), which has become increasingly popular as a solution to facilitate financial activities. Fintech offers convenience, efficiency, and accessibility, making it an essential tool in modern financial transactions. However, concerns regarding security risks remain a factor that may influence user adoption. This study aims to analyze the influence of effectiveness and security risk on the interest in using fintech, both simultaneously and partially. Employing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 105 respondents who are active members of the Girl Boss Indonesia community through a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the relationships between the variables. The results indicate that effectiveness and security risk collectively have a significant impact on the interest in using fintech. Partially, effectiveness has a positive and significant influence on fintech adoption. Meanwhile, security risk has a positive but not significant influence on the interest in using fintech. Keywords: Effectiveness, Security Risk, Interest, Fintech

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of Green Marketing, Store Atmosphere, and Quality Product on Purchase Decision of Eiger products among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Islamic University of Malang who have visited and purchased Eiger products. The sample consists of 87 respondents, selected using purposive sampling, and researched using multiple linear regression. Abstract

Abstract This study is to determine and analyze the effect of Influencer Marketing variables, Product Innovation and Price Perception on Purchase Interest partially and simultaneously through quantitative methods, which were carried out by distributing questionnaires in the form of Google Forms to 75 respondents. The sample in this study consisted of students from Malang City. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, which is processed using SPSS version 25. The results showed that both partially and simultaneously, the variables Influencer Marketing, Product Innovation and price perception have a significant relationship to purchase intention.  Keywords: Influencer Marketing, Product Innovation, Price Perception, Interset
