Abstract

Kejadian stunting merupakan permasalahan utama mitra yaitu Kalurahan Tegalrejo, Gedangsari yang merupakan lokus stunting tertinggi di Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Stunting merupakan permasalahan nasional yang upaya pencegahannya harus melibatkan lintas sektor agar terwujud kemandirian kesehatan dalam pencegahan stunting. Perlu dilakukan kerjasama antara masyarakat, pemerintah dan perguruan tinggi agar permasalah stunting ini dapat dikendalikan. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat mitra dalam melakukan pencegahan terhadap kejadian stunting dengan menggunakan inovasi teknologi sebagai pendukung. Pada akhirnya muara dari kegiatan ini adalah terwujudnya kemandirian kesehatan dalam upaya pencegahan stunting. Metode pelaksanaan program dilakukan dengan penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan praktik termasuk pelatihan dan praktik penggunaan alat-alat dalam pencegahan stunting. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan selama delapan hari. Sasaran utama pada pelatihan ini adalah kader kesehatan dan perangkat desa di Tegalrejo, Gunungkidul. Hasil kegiatan ini masyarakat mitra memperoleh pengetahuan dan ketrampilan mengenai pelatihan pencegahan stunting, pelatihan penyusunan RPJMDES yang mendukung dalam upaya pencegahan stunting, pelatihan penggunaan alat tas stunting dan timbangan stunting untuk balita, pelatihan penggunaan insinerator skala rumah tangga dan adanya penguatan pengurus posyandu remaja. Selain itu masyarakat mitra juga mendapatkan peralatan pencegahan stunting yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh kader-kader kesehatan. Program ini dapat diterima dengan antusias oleh masyarakat mitra dan mendapat apresiasi dan dukungan oleh kalurahan Tegalrejo secara maksimal.

Abstract

Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan kewirausahaan pada anggota PKK di Dusun III, Susukan, Banjarnegara. Bentuk dari pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan yang disampaikan dengan metode ceramah dan roleplay. Peserta pelatihan ini adalah anggota PKK di Dusun III, Susukan, Banjarnegara. Program dilakukan selama dua hari yang meliputi pengantar materi dan sosialisasi program, pelatihan kewirausahaan, pelatihan teknik pembuatan produk, simulasi pembuatan produk dan gelar produk. Melalui pelatihan ini peserta memiliki pengetahuan dan ketrampilan yang diperlukan untuk menghasilkan produk sebagai bekal dalam memulai berwirausaha. Kemampuan peserta untuk membuat produk yang memiliki nilai jual menunjukkan bahwa setiap peserta memiliki peluang untuk memulai berwirausaha. Peserta dapat menunjukkan kreativitasnya dalam pembuatan produk saat mengikuti roleplay pembuatan produk.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan masyarakat yang produktif dan inovatif dalam meningkatkan nilai ekonomis produk pertanian di Dusun Melikan. Metode pelaksanaan dengan metode ceramah, pelatihan dan roleplay atau praktek. Pelaksanaan program dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan berwirausaha pada ibu rumah tangga di Dusun Melikan. Pelatihan dilakukan selama dua hari, terdiri dari beberapa sesi yaitu sesi 1: Pengantar dan sosialisasi program, sesi 2: Materi motivasi berwirausaha, sesi 3: Pelatihan kewirausahaan, sesi 4: Materi membaca peluang usaha. sesi 5 : Roleplay pembuatan KESUSU, dan sesi 6 : Praktik pembuatan KESUSU. Hasil dari program ini ibu rumah tangga di Dusun Melikan memiliki pemahaman mengenai kewirausahaan yang mencakup dasar-dasar kewirausahaan, manfaat berwirausaha, serta cara untuk melihat peluang usaha. Selain itu peserta pelatihan kewirausahaan juga telah memiliki pengetahuan dan ketrampilan berwirausaha yaitu kemampuan untuk mengolah ketan untuk menjadi produk “KESUSU”.

Abstract

Vocational high schools aim to create graduates who are ready to work, but in reality, many graduates are not ready to work at this time. Low employability is the main problem. This study aims to design and test a theoretical model of the effect of entrepreneurial readiness, adversity quotient, and social intelligence on employability in vocational high school students. The population of this study was students of class XII vocational high school "X" in Moyudan, Sleman, which consisted of 209 students. The sample in this study was 68 students selected by cluster random sampling technique. The data collection method used employability scales, entrepreneurial readiness scales, adversity quotient scales, and social intelligence scales. Data were analyzed using the structural equation model (SEM) through the Smart Partial Least Square 3.3.9 program. The results of this study are the formation of a model of the influence of entrepreneurial readiness, adversity quotient, and social intelligence on employability that is appropriate (fit) with empirical data. The adversity quotient has a positive and very significant effect on employability, while entrepreneurship readiness and social intelligence have no impact on employability. This model can be used as a valid reference in developing employability variables.

Abstract

Vocational high schools in ”3T” area on Bawean Island have limitations in human resources quality, equipment, production or practice tools, and industrial partnership, which differed from the vocational high schools located in advanced and developed areas. This research objective is to discover the description of employability to the vocational high school students in ”3T” area in Bawean island. The research method applied was the qualitative method using the phenomenology approach. The data collection was obtained through semi-structured interviews. This research participant was eight students at vocational high school "X," "Y," "Z," and "W" schools in Bawean Island, which is one of the ”3T” area. The analysis method in this research was content analysis. This research result shows that students in the ”3T” area were showing their effort to prepare themselves in facing the job market by enhancing their employability in learning activities within the class or practice in the laboratory. The students' employability includes skills, knowledge, comprehension, personality, career identity, social and human relations, and personal adaptability. Students realize that they are in the "3T" area and must work harder to improve their work skills so as not to lose their jobs.

Abstract

The unemployment rate for vocational high school graduates is still very high. Unemployment occurs because the level of work readiness is still low. Work readiness can be improved by applying competence mastery-oriented learning. Competence that is complete requires measurement tools or assessment of student work competencies to measure competency success. Therefore, this study aims to: (1) produce a product in the form of a practical performance assessment tool for students in the conveyor-based pandemic era with android control; (2) know the quality and performance of the developed tools; This research is development research using the method of combining the waterfall method and Borg & Gall. This research focuses on product functionality so that testing is carried out by technicians with input from experts from the industry. The research data were obtained from observations, interviews, document studies, and questionnaires. The results of this study are as follows: (1) the product developed already has basic functions and can be operated using Android; (2) the results of testing by technicians from the aspects of functionality, reliability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability obtained a conformity percentage of 90% (Very Good), so that the tool can be used to test student work readiness in vocational schools or training institutions.

Abstract

Objective: This teaching staff commitment is a crucial factor influencing the success and continuity of various activities within higher education. This research seeks to develop and evaluate a theoretical model that examines the impact of servant leadership on organizational commitment, with work-life balance serving as a mediating variable for female teaching staff in the higher education sector. Method: The study involved 117 female teaching staff who were permanent staff, married, and had at least one year of experience in higher education. Using a quantitative research design, the researchers employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for analysis. Data collection involved scales measuring organizational commitment, servant leadership, and work-life balance. The validity and reliability of the constructs were assessed using an outer model, and the research data were analyzed using an inner model in SmartPLS 4.0. Results: The study findings demonstrate the development of a theoretical framework illustrating the impact of servant leadership on organizational commitment, with work-life balance serving as a mediating variable, consistent with the empirical evidence. However, the results indicate that the relationship between servant leadership and organizational commitment cannot be explained by work-life balance acting as a mediator. Novelty: This study introduces a new approach by simultaneously testing a mediator involving the variables of organizational commitment, servant leadership, and work-life balance, with a special focus on female teaching staff who work and are married in a university environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara hope, employability dengan Subjective well-being pada mahasiswa profesi apoteker Universitas Ahmad Dahlan. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa profesi Apoteker Universitas Ahmad Dahlan yang berjumlah 80 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, alat pengumpulan data menggunakan skala hope, skala employability dan skala Subjective well-being. hasil dari uji asumsi normalitas pada penelitian ini yaitu diketahui bahwa subjective well-being memiliki p = 0,695 (p > 0,05), selanjutnya hope memiliki p = 0,458 (p > 0,05), dan employability p = 0,507 (p > 0,05). hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel memiliki distribusi skor yang normal. Analisis regresi berganda penelitian memperoleh nilai koefisien R sebesar 0,499 dengan taraf signifikansi (p) sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05). Hal ini menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara hope, employability dengan Subjective well-being pada mahasiswa profesi apoteker Universitas Ahmad Dahlan.   This study aims to see the influence between hope, employability, and subjective well-being of the Ahmad Dahlan University pharmacist profession students. The subjects used in this study were the Ahmad Dahlan University Pharmacist profession which assessed 80 people. The research method used is quantitative methods, data aids using the scale of hope, employability scale and subjective well-being scale. The results of the normality assumption test in this study that it is not known that subjective welfare has p = 0.695 (p> 0.05), then it is expected to have p = 0.458 (p> 0.05), and work ability p = 0.507 (p> 0), 05). The results of the normality test show that the three variables have a normal score distribution. Multiple regression analysis obtained an R coefficient value of 0.499 with a significance level (p) of 0.000 (p <0.05). This shows that there is a significant influence between expectations, work ability and subjective welfare in the pharmacist professional students of Ahmad Dahlan University.

Abstract

This purpose of this study is to empirically examine the relationship between resilience, self-esteem, and self-confidence with employability. The researcher used class XI and XII students of private vocational schools in Kutawaluya as research subjects. The criteria that researchers set are students who have completed the industrial work practice program. The research sample consisted of 78 students of class XI and XII Business and Motorcycle Engineering, XI and XII Office Automation and Governance. Researchers obtained it by means of cluster random sampling technique. The measurement instrument that the researcher uses is the Likert model scale (employability scale, resilience scale, self-esteem scale, self-confidence scale) which the researcher compiled himself. The data analysis that the researcher uses is multiple linear regression with the SPSS V26 program. The results of the analysis show that simultaneously there is a very significant relationship between resilience, self-esteem, and self-confidence with employability (R = 0.884 and Sig. = 0.000). Based on these results, it can be concluded that the variables of resilience, self-esteem, and self-confidence can be predictors of high and low employability , so that the higher the resilience, self-esteem, and self-confidence of students, the higher the level of employability they have. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris hubungan antara resiliensi, harga diri, dan kepercayaan diri dengan employability. Peneliti menggunakan siswa kelas XI dan XII SMK Swasta yang ada di Kutawaluya sebagai subjek penelitian. Kriteria yang peneliti tetapkan yaitu siswa-siswa yang telah menyelesaikan program praktek kerja industri. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 78 yang terdiri dari siswa kelas XI TBSM, XI OTKP, XII TBSM dan XII OTKP. Peneliti memperolehnya dengan cara teknik cluster random sampling. Instrumen pengukuran yang peneliti gunakan adalah skala model likert (skala employability, skala resiliensi, skala harga diri, skala kepercayaan diri) yang peneliti susun sendiri. Analisis data yang peneliti gunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS V26. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara resiliensi, harga diri, dan kepercayaan diri dengan employability (R = 0,884 dan Sig. = 0,000). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel resiliensi, harga diri, dan kepercayaan diri mampu menjadi prediktor dari tinggi rendahnya employability, sehingga semakin tinggi resiliensi, harga diri, dan kepercayaan diri siswa maka semakin tinggi juga tingkat employability yang dimilikinya.

Abstract

Vocational High Schools play a crucial role in preparing graduates to enter the workforce. However, many Vocational High School graduates continue to face challenges in achieving optimal work readiness. These issues highlight the need for further research to identify the factors that influence students’ employability. This study aims to test a theoretical model examining the influence of career planning, self-adjustment, and need for achievement on the employability of Vocational High School students. The research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for data analysis. The participants comprised 360 Grade XII students from Vocational High School "X", selected through a cluster random sampling technique. Data were collected using standardized scales that measured employability, career planning, self-adjustment, and the need for achievement. The analysis was conducted using SEM-PLS with the SmartPLS software, version 4.1.1.1. The results indicate that the proposed model—where employability is influenced by career planning, self-adjustment, and need for achievement—demonstrates a good fit with the empirical data. Further analysis reveals a highly significant positive effect of career planning on employability, as well as significant positive effects of both self-adjustment and need for achievement on employability. Based on these findings, the study concluded that the model is valid and applicable for explaining the factors that influence the employability of vocational high school students. The results support the importance of fostering career planning, adaptability, and achievement motivation to enhance students' readiness for the workforce.
