Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan masyarakat yang produktif dan inovatif dalam meningkatkan nilai ekonomis produk pertanian di Dusun Melikan. Metode pelaksanaan dengan metode ceramah, pelatihan dan roleplay atau praktek. Pelaksanaan program dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan berwirausaha pada ibu rumah tangga di Dusun Melikan. Pelatihan dilakukan selama dua hari, terdiri dari beberapa sesi yaitu sesi 1: Pengantar dan sosialisasi program, sesi 2: Materi motivasi berwirausaha, sesi 3: Pelatihan kewirausahaan, sesi 4: Materi membaca peluang usaha. sesi 5 : Roleplay pembuatan KESUSU, dan sesi 6 : Praktik pembuatan KESUSU. Hasil dari program ini ibu rumah tangga di Dusun Melikan memiliki pemahaman mengenai kewirausahaan yang mencakup dasar-dasar kewirausahaan, manfaat berwirausaha, serta cara untuk melihat peluang usaha. Selain itu peserta pelatihan kewirausahaan juga telah memiliki pengetahuan dan ketrampilan berwirausaha yaitu kemampuan untuk mengolah ketan untuk menjadi produk “KESUSU”.

Abstract

Vocational high schools aim to create graduates who are ready to work, but in reality, many graduates are not ready to work at this time. Low employability is the main problem. This study aims to design and test a theoretical model of the effect of entrepreneurial readiness, adversity quotient, and social intelligence on employability in vocational high school students. The population of this study was students of class XII vocational high school "X" in Moyudan, Sleman, which consisted of 209 students. The sample in this study was 68 students selected by cluster random sampling technique. The data collection method used employability scales, entrepreneurial readiness scales, adversity quotient scales, and social intelligence scales. Data were analyzed using the structural equation model (SEM) through the Smart Partial Least Square 3.3.9 program. The results of this study are the formation of a model of the influence of entrepreneurial readiness, adversity quotient, and social intelligence on employability that is appropriate (fit) with empirical data. The adversity quotient has a positive and very significant effect on employability, while entrepreneurship readiness and social intelligence have no impact on employability. This model can be used as a valid reference in developing employability variables.

Abstract

Vocational high schools in ”3T” area on Bawean Island have limitations in human resources quality, equipment, production or practice tools, and industrial partnership, which differed from the vocational high schools located in advanced and developed areas. This research objective is to discover the description of employability to the vocational high school students in ”3T” area in Bawean island. The research method applied was the qualitative method using the phenomenology approach. The data collection was obtained through semi-structured interviews. This research participant was eight students at vocational high school "X," "Y," "Z," and "W" schools in Bawean Island, which is one of the ”3T” area. The analysis method in this research was content analysis. This research result shows that students in the ”3T” area were showing their effort to prepare themselves in facing the job market by enhancing their employability in learning activities within the class or practice in the laboratory. The students' employability includes skills, knowledge, comprehension, personality, career identity, social and human relations, and personal adaptability. Students realize that they are in the "3T" area and must work harder to improve their work skills so as not to lose their jobs.

Abstract

The unemployment rate for vocational high school graduates is still very high. Unemployment occurs because the level of work readiness is still low. Work readiness can be improved by applying competence mastery-oriented learning. Competence that is complete requires measurement tools or assessment of student work competencies to measure competency success. Therefore, this study aims to: (1) produce a product in the form of a practical performance assessment tool for students in the conveyor-based pandemic era with android control; (2) know the quality and performance of the developed tools; This research is development research using the method of combining the waterfall method and Borg & Gall. This research focuses on product functionality so that testing is carried out by technicians with input from experts from the industry. The research data were obtained from observations, interviews, document studies, and questionnaires. The results of this study are as follows: (1) the product developed already has basic functions and can be operated using Android; (2) the results of testing by technicians from the aspects of functionality, reliability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability obtained a conformity percentage of 90% (Very Good), so that the tool can be used to test student work readiness in vocational schools or training institutions.

Abstract

Objective: This teaching staff commitment is a crucial factor influencing the success and continuity of various activities within higher education. This research seeks to develop and evaluate a theoretical model that examines the impact of servant leadership on organizational commitment, with work-life balance serving as a mediating variable for female teaching staff in the higher education sector. Method: The study involved 117 female teaching staff who were permanent staff, married, and had at least one year of experience in higher education. Using a quantitative research design, the researchers employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for analysis. Data collection involved scales measuring organizational commitment, servant leadership, and work-life balance. The validity and reliability of the constructs were assessed using an outer model, and the research data were analyzed using an inner model in SmartPLS 4.0. Results: The study findings demonstrate the development of a theoretical framework illustrating the impact of servant leadership on organizational commitment, with work-life balance serving as a mediating variable, consistent with the empirical evidence. However, the results indicate that the relationship between servant leadership and organizational commitment cannot be explained by work-life balance acting as a mediator. Novelty: This study introduces a new approach by simultaneously testing a mediator involving the variables of organizational commitment, servant leadership, and work-life balance, with a special focus on female teaching staff who work and are married in a university environment.

Abstract

Many Indonesian companies experience problems with customer loyalty that have a significant impact on the long-term survival of the company. These problems are related to inadequate service quality and low customer satisfaction levels. This study aims to test the model of the influence of service quality on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study uses a multivariate quantitative design. The population consists of consumers of Company X. The sampling technique used is quota sampling with a sample size of 200. The characteristics of the research sample are consumers of Company X aged between 18 and 60 years who have shopped at least three times at Company X. The research analysis technique uses SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 4.1.0.9. The results of the study show that: 1) There is a highly significant positive direct effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, 2) There is a highly significant positive direct effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, 3) There is a direct positive and highly significant effect of service quality on consumer loyalty, 4) There is an indirect positive and highly significant effect of service quality on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction, 5) The research model has good model fit between the designed and tested research model and the empirical data.Banyak perusahaan Indonesia mengalami masalah dengan loyalitas pelanggan yang berdampak signifikan terhadap keberlangsungan hidup jangka panjang perusahaan tersebut. Masalah-masalah ini terkait dengan kualitas layanan yang tidak memadai dan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan yang rendah. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menguji model pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel mediasi. Studi ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif multivariat. Populasi terdiri dari konsumen Perusahaan X. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling kuota dengan ukuran sampel 200. Karakteristik sampel penelitian adalah konsumen Perusahaan X berusia antara 18 dan 60 tahun yang telah berbelanja minimal tiga kali di perusahaan X. Teknik analisis penelitian menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan SmartPLS 4.1.0.9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung secara positif yang sangat signifikan pada kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen, 2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung secara positif yang sangat signifikan pada kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, 3) Terdapat pengaruh langsung secara positif dan sangat signifikan pada kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, 4) Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung secara positif yang sangat signifikan pada kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui kepuasan konsumen, 5) Model penelitian memiliki kecocokan model (fit model) yang baik antara model penelitian yang telah dirancang dan diuji dengan data empirisnya.

Abstract

Stunting masih menjadi salah satu permasalahan gizi kronis yang berdampak pada tumbuh kembang anak di Indonesia, termasuk di Kabupaten Gunung Kidul. Salah satu upaya pencegahan adalah melalui diversifikasi olahan pangan berbasis protein hewani yang mudah diakses masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan kader kesehatan mengenai pengolahan nugget ikan lele dan nila sebagai alternatif pangan bergizi dalam pencegahan stunting. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan partisipatif dengan teknik praktik langsung. Subjek kegiatan adalah 20 kader kesehatan di Kalurahan Tegalrejo, Gunung Kidul. Pengukuran pengetahuan dilakukan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata skor dari 69,8 sebelum pelatihan menjadi 81,25 sesudah pelatihan. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan kader dalam pemanfaatan olahan ikan sebagai upaya promotif dan preventif pencegahan stunting.

Abstract

Monitoring toddler growth and development is a crucial component in accelerating stunting reduction. However, manual recording at integrated health posts (Posyandu) leads to a high risk of measurement errors, delays in data processing, and inaccurate interpretation of nutritional status. This community service activity aims to improve measurement accuracy and the efficiency of Posyandu services through the implementation of Internet of Things (IoT)-based Smart Scales at five Posyandus in Hargomulyo Village. The program included training on digital scales, training on growth and development monitoring applications, nutrition education, and pre-post evaluation of cadre knowledge. Results showed an increase in cadre knowledge and skills in digitally collecting and processing growth and development data. All cadres showed improved scores after the training, particularly in understanding the application and use of digital scales. Service digitization has been shown to improve data consistency, expedite service delivery, and strengthen early detection of stunting risk. These findings indicate that IoT technology is worthy of replication as an innovation for strengthening basic health services in rural areas.Keywords: stunting, Posyandu, IoT, digital anthropometry, health cadres

Abstract

One of Ahmad Dahlan University's business incubation activities is to provide training and assistance for online-based startups and SMEs (Online Business). This method is considered appropriate with the conditions of the Covid Pandemic, which requires less contact-based business activities. This program is expected to maintain the resilience of entrepreneurs, including SMEs in the culinary field, using information technology as the basis for their competitive advantage. The pattern used in this business incubation uses the Experience Learning (EL) approach. This approach gives treatment to tenants to gain experience, competence and basic entrepreneurial character. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role and contribution of campus business incubation in maintaining the resilience of MSMEs from among alumni in the face of a pandemic. This research uses descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The data collected in the form of secondary data includes company reports, archives, and notes on the opinions of sources. The results of the analysis show that the online marketing training program and business model innovation training are effective in increasing the understanding and skills of tenants in dealing with the pandemic. In addition, the model of mentoring and mentoring by best practice companies that are in accordance with the pandemic conditions is very urgent to be designed and implemented immediately. BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT: Risky Catering sebagai mitra memiliki berbagai kendala terlebih dalam melaksanakan kegiatan operasionalnya masa pandemi covid-19 ini. Permasalahan prioritas yang dihadapi mitra yaitu pemasaran terkendala kebijakan bekerja dari rumah, pembatasan kegiatan keramaian. tidak ada pendapatan sedangkan beban usaha masih harus dibayar, terhambatnya koordinasi dan komunikasi antara karyawan dan manajemen catering. Disisi lain, Risky Catering belum memiliki sistem dan kapabilitas untuk mengelola usahanya dengan kondisi dan situasi pandemi. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah suatu sistem pembelajaran bernama “Smart UMKM” guna mengefisienkan pelatihan pengelolaan usaha terlebih dimasa pandemi Covid-19 yang membatasi kemampuan karyawan menjalankan kegiatannya. Tujuan dan target khusus yang ingin dicapai adalah menciptakan dan mengimplementasikan teknologi informasi dan digital untuk meningkatkan kapasitas karyawan dan  menyelesaikan permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada di usaha. Metode dan prosedur implementasi inovasi pada program pengabdian ini adalah tahap persiapan menggunakan metode online system untuk sosialisasi program dan pembahasan bersama proses bisnis dan proses organisasi dari UMKM Risky Catering. Hasil analisis menunjukkan program pelatihan pemasaran online dan pelatihan inovasi model bisnis efektif meningkatkan pemahaman dan ketrampilan mitra dalam menghadapi  pandemi. Selain itu, model pendampingan dan mentoring oleh perusahaan best practice yang sesuai dengan kondisi pandemi sangat urgnet untuk segera dirancang dan dijalankan.

Abstract

The unemployed from vocational high schools (SMK) is still high. Several factors, including the low job readiness of vocational students and the small availability of jobs, cause the high unemployment rate for vocational schools. This study aims to develop a learning model of Integrated Project Based Learning (PjBL-T) and test the effectiveness of the PjBL-T model in preparing vocational students' job readiness. The design of this study adopted the Richey and Klein model stages. This research was carried out in three stages: model development, internal validation, and external validation. This study used research subjects consisting of 10 vocational teachers, ten industrial practitioners, and 54 Automotive Engineering SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Tempel students. The research objects used were SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Tempel, Jogjakarta Automotive Center (OJC) Auto Service, Barokah Auto Service, Astra Daihatsu Armada, and Gadjah Mada Auto Service. The data collection techniques used were focus group discussions (FGD), questionnaires, and practice assessment sheets. Data were analyzed descriptively. The PjBL-T model is feasible and can be applied according to the learning objectives. The effectiveness of increasing student work readiness tested limited and expanded and improved very well with a score of 3.27.
