Abstract

The aim of carrying out this community service activity is for students to understand the forms of corruption and its aspects and change perceptions and attitudes towards corruption and form new skills and abilities aimed at fighting corruption. This activity uses the counseling method with lectures and discussions. The conclusion in this activity is the importance of socialization to build a young generation with integrity: the anti-corruption program through anti-corruption education is the cultivation of awareness of anti-corruption values ??which is applied from an early age with the aim of having good morals and character so that later they will not fall into acts of corruption. An anti-corruption attitude must be embedded in everyday life, including by always being honest in disciplined and responsible actions. Be it in the school, family or social environment. For this reason, we as agents of change strive to prevent acts of corruption that can harm ourselves and others. The importance of anti-corruption education in increasing the legal awareness of the younger generation in fostering anti-corruption behavior. The anti-corruption program is the cultivation of awareness of anti-corruption values ??which is implemented from an early age with the aim of having good morals and character so that later they will not fall into acts of corruption

AbstrakPada era global dewasa ini tugas pimpinan semakin luas, sangat beragam, dan sangat kompleks. Dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sehari-hari pimpinan dituntut untuk dapat mengetahui situasi dan kondisi organisasi dalam suatu sistem yang terpadu, dimulai dari level yang terendah sampai yang tertinggi. Abstract

AbstrakWalaupun profesi sekretaris sering mendapatkan banyak konotasi negatif dalam lingkungan masyarakat, sekretaris merupakan jabatan yang sangat penting dalam sebuah organisasi. Pimpinan tidak akan dapat menyelesaikan pekerjaan dan tugasnya sehari-hari, tanpa bantuan seorang sekretaris. Posisi sekretaris sudah semakin strategis, tidak hanya sebagai penerima telefon, menulis surat, ataupun menjadwalkan pertemuan pimpinan, tetapi seringkali seorang sekretaris sebagai ujung tombak organisasi atau perusahaan, sehingga dituntut untuk mampu mengambil sikap dan keputusan ketika pimpinan tidak sedang berada di kantor.  Dengan berkembangnya tugas-tugas seorang sekretaris, dari tugas rutin sesuai dengan penjabaran pekerjaannya menjadi tugas yang kreatif, dituntut adanya kemauan yang keras dari pribadi sekretaris dalam mengembangkan wawasan, keterampilan yang khusus, interaksi, dan perubahan sikap sesuai dengan tuntutan dan perkembangan organisasi tempatnya bekerja untuk menjadi sekretaris yang profesional.  Dalam hal ini, termasuk kecerdasan emosi sebagai dasar yang penting dalam pengembangan kepribadian dan peningkatan profesionalisme sekretaris.

Abstract

Abstraks             Dalam kehidupan manusia komunikasi merupakan kebutuhan yang mendasari terjalinnya ikatan antar manusia baik dalam masyarakat primitive maupun yang sudah maju, demikian juga posisi sekretaris yang membawa citra perusahaan harus memperhatikan etika dalam koordinasi kerja secara optimal, serta mampu menyelaraskan hubungan kerja dengan pimpinan, bawahan maupun anggota organisasi lainnya.            Beberapa factor pendukung terwujudnya komunikasi yang efektif bagi sekretaris menurut Wursanto 1989, dikenal “The seven c’s communication”: Credibility/kepercayaan, Context (perhubungan),Content (kepuasan),Clarity (kejelasan) berita/pesan, Continuity and Consistency, Capability of Audience (kemampuan pihak penerima berita) serta Channels of Distribution. Faktor penghambat dalam berkomunikasi 1) lingkungan fisik : posisi geografis , 2) lingkungan sosial budaya meliputi bahasa , kepercayaan, adat-istiadat, 3) lingkungan psikologi: ucapan tertentu, keaktualan materi dan ketepatan materi, 4) dimensi waktu. Upaya mengatasi hambatan komunikasi Triwidodo. 2002. Sekretaris harus mampu mengembangkan wawasan, menggunakan bahasa tubuh yang tepat, menjaga jarak kontak mata dengan jarak bicara, rasa humor dan rasa empati.            Etika komunikasi sangat bermanfaat bagi semua orang terlebih bagi sekretaris dalam menjalankan fungsinya di perusahaan yaitu membina hubungan yang harmonis di lingkungan internal maupun eksternal perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Etika Komunikasi, Sekretaris

Abstract

This research is motivated by the learning process during the covid 19 pandemic for students, especially in strengthening character education at SDN Rejosari 1. The objectives are: To describe the pattern of Character Education at home during the pandemic, To determine the results of the strengthening Learning assistance at home, To determine the implementation of values Character Education during the Covid 19 pandemic at SDN Rejosari 1. This research method uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study research. Research data collection techniques includes, interviews, observation, documentation. The collected data were analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation, verification and triangulation. The results showed that there were four patterns used in the implementation of character education, namely through learning materials, school rules, student achievement awards and daily worship practices and spiritual guidance. The strengthening of character values at SDN Rejosari 1 goes through three stages, namely, the value transformation stage, the value transaction stage and the value trans-internalization stage. The strengthening of integrated character values in learning at SDN Rejosari 1 includes: religion, discipline, perseverance, curiosity, care, and responsibility, with the implementation of learning at home through whatsApp groups and learning assistance.

Abstract

Budaya organisasi memainkan peran sentral di lingkungan pendidikan. Tak terkeculai peran budaya organisasi dalam mebentuk sikap tanggung jawab sosial. Tanggung jawab sosial bagi guru merupakan komitmen integral untuk memimpin dan memengaruhi perkembangan moral serta kesejahteraan siswa. Guru PAUD memiliki peran yang krusial dalam membentuk karakter, nilai-nilai, dan perilaku anak-anak pada tahap awal perkembangan mereka. Penilian ini bertujuan untuk mengaitkan peran budaya organisasi dalam pembentukan siakap tanggung jawab sosial PAUD. Metode penelitian kali ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dimana data diperoleleh melalui hasil observasi langsung dan wawancara. Hasil dari peneilitian kali ini menunjukkan bahwa peran budaya organisasi memliki keterikatan dalam membentuk sikap tanggung jawab sosial guru PAUD dengan aspek pembentuknya yakni model peran dan teladan, pangajaran dan pendidikan karakter, hubungan keluarga dan penerapan nilai-nilai organisasi. Aspek tersebut tentunya memberikan kontribusi yang penting dalam membentuk sikap tanggung jawab sosial yang kuat di antara para guru PAUD.

Abstract

Tingkat kedisiplinan di kalangan siswa secara signifikan mempengaruhi keberhasilan akademis, tetapi masih ada masalah dengan perilaku tidak tertib dan kurangnya pendidikan karakter disiplin yang menyebabkan krisis moral. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh kultur sekolah terhadap pembentukan karakter disiplin pada siswa kelas VI SD di Kecamatan Tlogowungu. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di SDN Tamansari 02, SDN Purwosari 02, SDN Regaloh 02, SDN Sambirejo 02, SDN Wonorejo 02, SDN Tlogowungu 01, dan SDIT Al-Ikhlas dengan sampel sebanyak 145. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif survey. Peneliti menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana dengan koefisien regresi (b) sebesar 0,099, dan uji-t untuk melihat pengaruh antara kultur sekolah terhadap pembentukan karakter disiplin pada siswa kelas VI SD di Kecamatan Tlogowungu. Hasil uji-t diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001<0,05 yang mana kultur sekolah berpengaruh terhadap karakter disiplin. Berdasarkan penelitian mengenai peran kultur sekolah terhadap pembentukan karakter disiplin pada siswa kelas VI SD di Kecamatan Tlogowungu, dapat ditarik kesimpulan terdapat peran antara kultur sekolah terhadap pembentukan karakter disiplin pada siswa kelas VI SD di Kecamatan Tlogowungu.

Abstract

This community service is an implementation of research that has been previously conducted by the Community Service team entitled Factors Affecting Professional Commitment. As is commonly known, self-efficacy is a form of organizational behavior that builds the performance of a principal. In addition to being able to increase the professional commitment of the principal, in theory self-efficacy is believed to be able to improve the performance of the principal. This community service program aims to strengthen time management and work-life balance for principals through a workshop and experiential learning approach in order to increase their self-efficacy in carrying out leadership tasks optimally. This PKM is present in the environment of the association of private high school principals in Tangerang City. The output targets to be achieved from this program include increasing the self-efficacy of the principal, as well as publication of activity results in the form of scientific articles or community service journals. With this program, it is hoped that principals can develop healthier and more effective work patterns, which have a positive impact on their personal well-being and professional performance in leading schools. Abstract

This research focuses on the low writing ability of fourth-grade students at SDN 01 Bulungcangkring, particularly in narrative writing. Many students struggle to organize ideas and express them clearly in written form, which hinders their academic performance. This study aims to address this issue by evaluating the effectiveness of the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model supported by Nakoku Scrapbook media in improving narrative writing skills. SDN 01 Bulungcangkring was chosen as it reflects common challenges in elementary-level writing skills development.This study used a Pre-Experiment design and involved 37 students from class IV SDN 01 Bulungcangkring. Data was collected using Paired Sample T-test analysis method. The results showed that the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model supported by Nakoku Scrapbook media was effective in improving students' ability to write Indonesian narrative essays. Paired Sample T-Test statistical analysis resulted in a significant difference between the pretest score (64.6486) and posttest score (84.2162). In addition, the Sig-(2-tailed) value of 0.000 <0.05 indicates that Ho is rejected and Hi is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model with Nakoku Scrapbook media has a positive impact on the narrative essay writing skills of fourth grade students of SDN 01 Bulungcangkring.Keywords: Think Talk Write, Scrapbook, Narrative Writing Skills

Abstract

Scientific literacy is one of the high-level abilities that is important for students, however, based on the results of PISA, Indonesia is in the top 10 of the bottom 10 out of 72 countries. The research aims to describe the application of problem solving models to improve scientific literacy with the help of magic spin board media. Research subjects IV SD 2 Rejosari with 20 students. The research method is Classroom Action Research and conducted in two cycles and two cycles were conducted in two meetings. This research finds improvement of the literacies, in the first cycle, the average percentage is 67.5%, good. It improves on second cycle into 79.12%, good category. good.. It can be concluded that the use of problem solving models assisted by magic spin board media can improve the scientific literacy of fourth grade students of SD 2 Rejosari
